My son, for one, has had his severe panic and anxiety attacks actually calm down for the first time in about 10 months! The only thing he has changed is he has been taking product. I am so grateful.

Why are we obese?

  • Leptin -  hormone crucial in obesity. Leptin produced by fat cells and sends signals to hyprothalamus we are full and to stop eating. We have lots of fat and leptin, but problem is that leptin isn’t working like it should, for some reason the brain becomes resistant to leptin.
  • Sugar -  is the single worst part of the modern diet. Excess sugar changes hormones and biochemistry of body contributing to weight gain. Excess fructose causes insulin resistance and elevates levels causing leptin resistance.
How prevalent is obesity in the US?
According to data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), 2013–2014
More than 1 in 3 adults were considered to be overweight.
More than 2 in 3 adults were considered to be overweight or have obesity.
More than 1 in 3 adults were considered to have obesity.
About 1 in 13 adults were considered to have extreme obesity.
About 1 in 6 children and adolescents ages 2 to 19 were considered to have obesity.
 And as you can see, obesity is increasing every year.
What is the percentage of obesity in America 2016?
"The age-adjusted prevalence of obesity in 2013-2014 was 35 percent among men and 40.4 percent among women," they wrote in their report, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. How do we lose those extra pounds and how do we keep them off?:

Let's talk about the immune system today. Today the pollen count is very high so my allergies,  which I normally don't have, are active today.  I will have to drink my immune drink to help boost my immune system.  Because:

When a harmless substance like dust, mold or pollen is encountered by a person who is allergic to that substance, the immune system may overreact by producing antibodies that attack the allergen. This is my first time sharing but I have had amazing results with these products . I started this journey 9 months ago ! I am a mother of 2 (3 yrs and 18 months ) I work a full time physically demanding shift work job and never thought I could transform my life the way it has. Here is just some information I found about sleep.

Researchers have shown after people sleep, they tend to retain information and perform better on memory tasks. Our bodies require long periods of sleep in order to restore and rejuvenate, to grow muscle, repair tissue, and synthesize hormones.

Sleep deprivation affects mood, leading to irritability; problems with relationships, especially for children and teenagers; and depression. ... Research shows not getting enough sleep, or getting poor-quality sleep, increases the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes.

Consistently getting seven to eight hours of sleep per night is beneficial. Any more or less can increase your risk for serious conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and even death. Getting enough quality sleep is also key to a healthy lifestyle.

If you continue to operate without enough sleepyou may see more long-term and serious health problems. Some of the most serious potential problems associated with chronic sleep deprivation are high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure or stroke.

When you don't sleep enough, your cortisol levels rise. This is the stress hormone that is frequently associated with fat gain. Cortisol also activates reward centers in your brain that make you want food. At the same time, the loss of sleep causes your body to produce more ghrelin.

And finally,
Within just four days of sleep deprivation, your body’s ability to properly use insulin (the master storage hormone) becomes completely disrupted. In fact, the University of Chicago researchers found that insulin sensitivity dropped by more than 30 percent.
Here's why that's bad: When your insulin is functioning well, fat cells remove fatty acids and lipids from your blood stream and prevent storage. When you become more insulin resistant, fats (lipids) circulate in your blood and pump out more insulin. Eventually this excess insulin ends up storing fat in all the wrong places, such as tissues like your liver. And this is exactly how you become fat and suffer from diseases like diabetes.

Today I am going to enjoy the sunshine and take a walk. Tomorrow it will start raining and the rain will last through the weekend. Of course I welcome the rain. We need it.

To Recap and Current:
My journey on this wonderful weight loss coffee started in September 2017. My friend, Scott, texted me "Diana, you have to look at this weight loss coffee business"! I told him no. He persisted AND I'M SO HAPPY HE DID. Scott told me all about the fantastic results people were getting because of our great drinks. When he said people were losing weight that really got to me, so I "Jump in and Sign Up" before I even tried our products...The rest is history. I started September 18th drinking 1 cup of our Coffee every morning. Hungry?
"No"! I stopped snacking & sugar cravings were pretty much gone. Lost 4 lbs. then 5 more, then down 13 lbs. and inches. I hit a plateau so for 2 weeks did our "12 in 24" program, loosing inches (scale still saying 13 lbs. lost. Then I did the coffee in am and our new cocoa in afternoon, down another 5 lbs., 18 lbs. total. End of February I added 1 scoop of our new Keto Creamer that turbo charged the fat burning, down 25 lbs. Then for 12 days I did our cleanse and dropped another 2 lbs. In the last 2 weeks, I've more inches and weight loss & my current weight today is 29 lbs. lost & down 3 pant sizes (size 16 to a size 12).  Currently, Am I drink 1 coffee with 1 scoop of Keto Creamer and add just enough of our Cocoa to make my coffee a Mocha! I then wait 1 hr, at least, before I eat. I often find myself eating breakfast/ early lunch about 10:30 - 11:00 am cause I am not hungry. My Mocha coffee is so yummy! Do our products work? ABSOLUTELY!!!

OM Gosh! I am sooooo very happy I did not pass up this opportunity. My results still amaze me every day! And I am helping others get results and get healthier.  Everyone is different & will lose weight faster or slower, but look at my pictures taken, Sept 18th, Sept 30th & Oct. 25th and today 4/1/18 (and this is no April Fools! LOL). I FEEL GREAT! So that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

TOM - It's time I share my before and current pictures. We started Oct 2015 on this journey, and now I'm maintaining my weight loss by following the same 12in24 Plan that brought on my lifestyle change.
Having to buy new clothes is a good thing. Back when we started I was wearing 40" waist relaxed jeans and now I'm wearing 32" waist regular jeans. Went from relaxed large shirts to fitted regular shirts.

There has been NO gym or any other work out program used to assist in this change. Just the three products of the 12in24 Plan.
When we started buying the products, our food budget was stretched more then we liked, yet we started. Now, our food budget has dropped by about 2/3 of what we used to spend monthly. Moral of this story, drop weight, get healthy, SAVE MONEY!

When i started with the weight loss products i was always tired ( took daily naps ) i was bored eating, headaches, had cravings and had no energy to do much! Im in my 20s.....and felt like i shouldnt be tired to this extent lol!!! I even hired a trainer to help me lose, and i didnt even go 😣😣
I am so thankful I have aligned myself with this business! It saved me on so many levels MANY MANY thanks to all of you!!! 
I now dont take naps, i dont take pain medicine, have a huge amouny of energy, and its so amazing to be losing weight and inches.
I drink 1 coffee in the AM. Then once we launched the keto creamer, i now drink 1 coffee with 1 scoop keto in it.
