Storm Outlast Rattlers, Advance to United Bowl

PHOENIX, Ariz. – The Arizona Rattlers (11-4) lost to the Sioux Falls Storm (12-3) by a score of 69-68 at Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona in front of 16,479 fans. This loss ends the Rattlers season, and the Storm advance to the 2018 United Bowl in Des Moines, Iowa.
It was a back-and-forth game that saw several lead changes, as the two teams traded scores throughout the game. A missed field goal by Arizona led to overtime. A blocked extra point following a Rattlers touchdown became the difference, as the Storm were able to score and convert the point after to escape with a one-point win.
The decision to run the clock down and kick the field goal didn't work out for the Rattlers, but Head Coach and General Manager Kevin Guy stands by his decision.
"That was our decision to manage the clock that way," Guy said. "I would manage it the same way again if we had to do it again. We're not going to second guess ourselves. At the end of the day we got to execute as players on the field."
It was another close loss for the Rattlers, who lost all four games this season by a total of 11 points. Coach Guy thought a lot of his players made some big plays, but the mental mistakes are what kept them from finishing the game.
"At the end of the day, we just weren't mentally tough enough to finish the game off," Guy said. "We lost four games by a total of eleven points, and that speaks to mental toughness. We were just good enough to get beat."

Rattlers QB Verlon Reed Jr. went 15-of-18 and threw for 158 yards and five touchdowns. WR Dezmon Epps and WR Anthony each caught two touchdowns, while WR Jamal Miles ran in two scores and caught another.
Despite missing a majority of the season, Verlon Reed stepped in and made a big impact on offense, which really stood out to Coach Guy.
"We made the right move with putting Verlon in," Guy said. "He had a great night tonight. Made some plays with his feet. He delivered time after time in tough situations and showed some mental toughness."
Storm QB Lorenzo Brown Jr. went 13-of-22 and threw for 167 yards and four touchdowns. Brown also rushed for 72 yards and three touchdowns. WR Damons Powell caught two touchdowns, and RB Lyle McCombs scored twice.
Defensively for the Rattlers, DB Nathan Lindsey had an interception that he returned for a touchdown. DB Davontae Merriweather was the leading tackler with 7.5.
On defense for Sioux Falls, they totaled four tackles for loss as a team. DB Damond Smith was the leading tackler with 12.5.
The Rattlers started the game on offense, and pushed the ball to the red-zone. WR Jamal Miles would rush three yards for a touchdown, and put the Rattlers up 7-0 early in the first quarter.
A roughing the passer penalty by Arizona quickly put Sioux Falls in scoring position. The Storm tied the game up at seven after QB Lorenzo Brown rushed five yards for a touchdown.
The Rattlers responded with a 41-yard touchdown pass from QB Verlon Reed to WR Dezmon Epps, putting the Rattlers up 14-7.
Sioux Falls tied it up at 14 with a long pass of their own, as Brown found RB Lyle McCombs for a 31-yard touchdown.
A short kick and good return from Miles put the Rattlers in Storm territory to start their next drive. Reed connected with WR Anthony Amos for a 21-yard touchdown. K Sawyer Petre would miss the point-after attempt, putting Arizona back in front 20-14.
A penalty by Sioux Falls on the kickoff put them deep in their own territory to begin their next drive. Brown went deep and found WR Damond Powell for a 33-yard score, giving Sioux Falls the lead 21-20.
At the start of the second quarter, Reed would find Amos for an eight-yard touchdown, his second of the game, putting the Rattlers back in front 27-21.
The Storm would return the ensuing kickoff for touchdown, 49-yards by Powell, quickly regaining the lead, 28-27.
Arizona took the lead back when Miles rushed five yards for the go-ahead score, giving the Rattlers a 34-28 lead.
Sioux Falls responded with a 14-yard touchdown pass from Brown to Powell, taking a 35-34 lead.
The Rattlers regained the lead after Reed hit Miles for an 11-yard score, putting the Rattlers up 41-35.
The Storm found themselves pinned on their own one-yard line following the kickoff. Rattlers DB Nathan Lindsey intercepted the ball and return it for a touchdown, extending their lead to 48-35.
Near the end of the second quarter, a long field goal by Storm K Miles Bergner brought the score to 48-38 at halftime.
Sioux Falls started the second half with the ball. Brown strung together a few nice runs in a row and punched it in from one yard out, bringing the Storm within three.
The Storm took the lead after a 28-yard touchdown run from Brown, putting Sioux Falls ahead 52-48.
Near the end of the third quarter, a 15-yard touchdown run by WR Dezmon Epps put the Rattlers back in the lead 55-52.
At the start of the fourth quarter, Sioux Falls regained the lead with a two-yard touchdown run by McCombs, bringing the score to 59-55, Storm.
A two-yard run by Reed put the Arizona back in the lead 62-59.
Sioux Falls tied the game at 62 with a 30-yard field goal with 3:30 remaining.
The Rattlers took over in Storm territory after a late hit penalty by Sioux Falls. With eight-seconds remaining, K Sawyer Petre missed the potential go-ahead field goal to force overtime.
Arizona started overtime with the ball, and Reed connected with Epps for a 16-yard touchdown on fourth down. The point-after attempt was blocked by Sioux Falls, keeping the Rattlers lead at six.
The Storm scored on their first play, a 20-yard touchdown pass from Brown to WR Damien Ford. The point-after attempt was good, giving the Storm a 69-68 victory.
With the loss, the Arizona Rattlers finish the season with an 11-4 record. The Storm join the Iowa Barnstormers in a matchup for the 2018 United Bowl Championship.  The game will be played at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, IA on Saturday July 7th, with kickoff schedule for 7:05pm.  Tickets can be purchased by contacting the Barnstormers office at (515) 633-2255.

WEIGHT LOSS COFFEE - Try My Max!

Lean Trim Diana Here!

Today I’m going to mention again our Max spray that oxygenates your cells. Oxygenating your cells help you breathe better, help poor circulation, help with your daily work out and just feel more energized and feel better. If you’re like most people, you’ve probably endured some of the primary health dangers of our modern world: poor diets full of fat-, sugar- and chemical-laden foods; excessive caffeine and alcohol; increased exposure to toxins; hectic, high-stress schedules.
No wonder we’re sicker, fatter and unhealthier than ever.
The scary thing is this problem resides at cellular level—specifically red blood cells. All of these factors damage red blood cells and create a condition commonly referred to as “sticky blood.” In this damaged, unbalanced state, red blood cells stick together and “stack up” like a roll of coins. This prevents nutrients from being properly absorbed, which of course negatively affects our overall state of wellness.
But there’s good news. The powerful nutrients in MAX, a super-charged, proprietary blend of nano-sized electrolytes, will protect your cells and help them repair, re-balance and restore themselves. In turn, this encourages them to regain their healthy shape and fluidity, which ultimately allows for optimal nutrient absorption and toxin elimination.

See how our Max works. We make No medical claims. Go to www.leantrimcoffee.info take the tour and click on products to see a list of our amazing 10 products. Click on Learn More under the Max spray picture and watch the video. And I will contact you for any questions you have.

I also googled the info below for you😊
Why do we need oxygen in our cells?
(We breathe because oxygen is needed to burn the fuel [sugars and fatty acids] in our cells to produce energy.) (Oxygen is brought into the lungs via breathing, where it is transported by red blood cells to the entire body to be used to produce energy.

One critical role that oxygen plays in the body is that it is used to oxidize our food, in the process of cellular respiration, thus releasing energy, which is eventually stored in ATP in the electron transport chain in mitochondria, and in glycolysis in the cytoplasm.Feb 3, 2017

Eat lron-rich foods. Your diet can seriously impact your oxygen levels. Certain foods can help improve your oxygen levels in the blood naturally. Target iron-rich foods such as meats, poultry, fish, legumes and green leafy vegetables as they can improve iron deficiency, which in turn improves blood oxygen levels.

Here is another great story of Anne on Our Max:
Anne - My mum sent me this email today. So thrilled that she is walking comfortably again. My mother is an active 81 yr old and her leg pains pretty much put a halt to that. I gave her a bottle of Max about 5 months ago and told her it would help but she only just started using it...and our parents wonder why we don't listen to them. HaHa.
Anne I have been using the Max spray that you gave me for the poor circulation that I have in both legs, effecting my large toes in each foot (numbness) and pain in calves of both legs when I walked up hills. This has been a problem for me for at least 18 months. You told me to try the Max last spring and I wish I had listened. I just started using the bottle you gave me 3 weeks ago, 4 sprays under my tongue, 3 times daily and now I can walk up hills without pain or discomfort and the numbness in my toes has gone. I can now walk as fast as I want…everywhere. I was at the Dr  yesterday and I mentioned it to her and she gave me a high five and wanted to know more about the product so I gave her your card.
Love MUM.

WEIGHT LOSS COFFEE - Are You Ready to Take Your Life to the MAX?

Lean Trim Diana Here!

My past posts have talked about our Max spray that oxygenates your blood cells.
Blood Flow is Everything!

Watch the video, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Yes, I want some or I need more information. hen you will need to contact me directly by putting your information at www.leantrimcoffee.biz    I am here to help.

Our max spray is a nutritional breakthrough for you cells! Let’s read what it does – content is from our company. We do not make any medical claims.
One of the most important features of a healthy red blood cell is its ability to maintain maximum hydration, or what is also referred to as osmotic pressure. Under a microscope, this essential characteristic is similar to a fully inflated basketball – the cell becomes round and tight. Electromagnetically charging the cells enhances their osmotic pressure, thus inducing rapid cellular hydration and the ability to carry vitamins and minerals into the cells.
You may hear terms like "osmotic pressure" and "electromagnetic charge" and think that cellular health is too complex for the average person to comprehend. It's not! Simply take a look at the results of this simple blood test, which shows red blood cells before and after using the formula of our Max.

Our Max spray:
  • ·    Our Max spray is a supercharged electrolytes that charge your cells, re-inflate them, and space them apart so they can float freely through your body
  • ·    Once they are apart and have regained a healthy shape and fluidity, the cells can absorb nutrients and eliminate toxins at a much higher capacity
  • ·    Nutrients are delivered inside your cells far better than before.
  • ·    Quick to use and tastes great (with a hint of mint for fresh breath!)
  • ·    Takes only seconds to administer orally, four sprays just 3x per day!
  • ·    Will see results show up in your life within only minutes and lasts for hours!

VALENTUS - Another Fantastic Story of Prevail Max Spray

Lean Trim Diana Here!

Happy Friday!

Wanting to share Sherri's great story about her daughter and the Prevail Max Spray. We make no medical claims.

www.leantrimcoffee.info

Sherri - GOOD MORNING.
As many of you know my daughter has Rheumatoid arthritis and has a compromised immune system. After a over seas trip she got very sick, after a short hospital stay, many tests and feeling more and more sick she tested positive for ESBL Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase. ..Add to that she ended up with Pneumonia, she was really sick, not eating much and so weak she was pretty much in bed.
I had given her some Max but she had hesitated for a bit because she has to be careful what she uses. Then one day she called, she had tried one squirt then a couple more and then full strength. Within a very short time we noticed she was perking up, she was hungry and get appetite was back, her breathing improved and she had some energy after weeks of none. The MAX was the only difference. What she is finding now is that her body is fighting on its own and at the first sign of anything she bumps it up a couple extra squirts. She is now a believer and is using it everyday.
Max gave my daughter her life back.

Inulin Fiber
Inulin is a soluble plant fiber that is present in high amounts in the chicory plant, along with an estimated 36,000 other plants. Due to its chemical composition, when inulin is mixed with liquid it forms a creamy gel that is ideal for naturally relieving constipation. When gelled, inulin has a structure similar to lipids (fats) that also helps lubricate the digestive system and lessen risk for things like hemorrhoids. Inulin has been found to reduce the risk of colon cancer and improve management of inflammatory bowel diseases. It significantly decreases the number of potentially harmful yeast, parasites and bacterial species living in the body that trigger inflammation. When combined with water, inulin bulks up and forms a gel-like substance that expands in the digestive tract, which helps decrease appetite and cravings, potentially helping with weight loss. As it passes through the digestive system unabsorbed by digestive enzymes, inulin takes with it toxins, waste, fat and cholesterol particles. Research shows soluble fibers help lower blood cholesterol, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and reduce the risk for hypertension, heart disease and metabolic syndrome (Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of conditions — increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride levels — that occur together, increasing your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes).

Rice Bran Powder

Rice bran is used for treating diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, alcoholism, obesity and AIDS. It is good for preventing stomach and colon cancer, for preventing cardiovascular disease and for strengthening the immune system. It increases energy and improves athletic performance. It is useful for improving liver function and is an antioxidant. Rice bran  can be directly applied to the skin to heal eczema. Rice bran may help lower cholesterol because the oil it contains has substances that might decrease cholesterol absorption and increase cholesterol elimination. One of the substances in rice bran might decrease calcium absorption, which may be helpful in reducing the formation of certain types of kidney stones.

Garcina Cambogia

An incredibly efficient fat burning ingredient, Garcinia Cambogia has received much media attention for its effect on weight loss and food consumption control. This pure ingredient is 100% natural. It is sometimes referred to as Tamarind and it grows primarily in the lush green mountains of India, Southeast Asia and Central Africa. Its primary ingredient is the dietary super supplement known as HCA, which is proven, in scientific studies, to stop hunger in its tracks. The tamarind fruit has traditionally been used in soups as appetizers before meals, because of the smaller portion sizes due to the limited amount of food. Its appetite suppression qualities helped make villagers feel more full (satiety) and the fruit would increase the workers’ fat burning skills (thermogenesis) providing an increase in energy and productivity.

Maqui Berry

The Maqui berry, a great antioxidant food, may be a modern-day fountain of youth. This small purple berry, grown only in southern Chile, is considered one of the strongest antioxidants and is prized for its longevity-enhancing and anti-aging properties. Maqui berries give up to 300% more Anthocyanins and nearly 150% more Polyphenols (the powerful antioxidants that give red wine its super immune-boosting power), than wine or any other fruit or vegetable known to man. By giving the body the antioxidants it needs, it frees the body of damaging free radicals that can actually cause premature aging and diseaseProtecting our bodies from the toxins and chemicals that bombard it on a daily basis – which may weaken both our skin cells and internal organs and systems – the Maqui berry can actually help to rejuvenate cells, promote healthier aging and even ward off disease. Another important benefit of this super antioxidant food is its ability to control inflammation throughout the body. Maqui berries help to reduce inflammatory responses, which helps to decrease pain and increase flexibility and mobility, even among people with severe arthritis and fibromyalgia. Those who take Maqui berry on a regular basis also tend to notice considerable weight loss as their bodies become healthier and are able to dispose of toxins that may have been suppressing weight loss in the past.

Raspberry Ketones

One of the 200 molecules in raspberries that give it its flavour and smell profile. A proven fat dissolver and mentioned in many dietary regiments and even the more popular diets out there always include raspberries at some point in the regiment. And, in the area of health benefits, it’s not lacking there in the least, as Raspberry ketones have been proven to reduce the fatty buildups in and around the liver, which we know to be one of the main contributors to early liver disease, as well as promoting healthy liver function by causing the remaining fat cells to actually produce Adiponectin, which is a protein sorely lacking in most who suffer from obesity and even Type 2 diabetes.

Chromium

Chromium is used for improving blood sugar control in people with prediabetes, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and high blood sugar due to taking steroids and HIV treatments. It is also used for depression, Turner's syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), lowering "bad" cholesterol, raising "good" cholesterol in people taking heart medications called beta blockers, metabolic syndrome, heart attack, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and binge eating disorder. Some people try chromium for body conditioning including weight loss, increasing muscle, and decreasing body fat. Chromium is also used to improve athletic performance, to increase energy, and to prevent age-related mental decline.

The Perfect Pill

Good Morning Athletes and Warriors!
The following guest article holds truth backed by science. However there is a new discovery in the Superfood SOUL that has changed the game of pain, inflammation, disease and more. Nothing wrong with using Aspirin as described, but please read with the understanding that there is more available in nature backed by science. Click here to learn more about SOUL and read on!
-Nate

  • The Perfect Pill
How the humble aspirin came to be so hallowed

It can halt a heart attack and stop a stroke. It may prevent certain types of cancer. Down two tablets after a foolish game of tackle football, and you'll probably be able to get out of bed in the morning. Although the active chemical in aspirin, salicylic acid, has been in use since Homer wrote The Iliad, the familiar white stuff has been around for only a little more than 100 years, ever since the German chemist Felix Hoffmann synthesized the substance into acetylsalicylic acid, to help ease his father's arthritis pain. When he saw that the drug also relieved headaches and reduced fevers, Hoffmann passed the word along to his boss, Friedrich Bayer, who soon started selling "aspirin," first as a powder, then as a pill. "Aspirin is as close to a wonder drug as you'll find in medicine today, but you'd never know it," says Dr. Charles Hennekens, a visiting professor of epidemiology at the University of Miami in Florida and one of the country's foremost aspirin researchers. "For the longest time, no one took it seriously because it was so common. My colleagues and I used to say that if aspirin were a prescription drug, cost twice as much, and were half as effective, it probably would have gotten more respect." Now, however, aspirin is getting its due. New research has identified a wealth of health benefits you can reap for a bit more than a penny per pill. Some of the ailments aspirin affects: ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE
Preliminary studies on the elderly suggest that those who took aspirin regularly (four times a week or more) "have lower rates of cognitive loss and dementia," says Hennekens.ARTHRITIS
Aspirin's famed anti-inflammatory properties shrink joints and tissue swollen by osteoarthritis or the more painful rheumatoid arthritis.CANCER
Research has shown aspirin to inhibit the production of prostaglandins, hormone-like fatty acids that scientists believe may play a role in tumor growth. A long-term study of 90,000 nurses in the United States between 1976 and 1995 showed that those who took four to six aspirins a week were less likely to develop colorectal cancer than those who took fewer. Other research suggests that taking a standard 325-milligram aspirin tablet daily may lower your risk of dying from colorectal cancer by up to 50 percent. Also, preliminary findings associate aspirin use with reducing the risk of esophageal cancer by as much as 90 percent. FLU
Aspirin is a tried-and-true fever reducer. What's not well known is that the drug can slow the development of all flu symptoms, especially achiness. "We're finding now that aspirin may have some important immune-boosting properties," says Hennekens.GALLSTONES
Research done at India's Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences has shown that taking 350 milligrams of aspirin daily can improve gallbladder function and impede stone formation in people with gallstone disease. HEADACHE/MUSCLE ACHE
Tension and migraine headaches and muscle injuries trigger the release of prostaglandins, which cause inflammation. Aspirin eases pain by blocking the production of these substances. HEART ATTACK AND STROKE
Since the 1970s, doctors have known that aspirin can shrink inflamed blood vessels and act as an anticoagulant to help prevent the blood clots that trigger most heart attacks and strokes. If you have a history of coronary disease, the American Heart Association suggests you take an aspirin a day to ward off a heart attack (talk to your doctor first). Although no medical organization recommends that healthy people take aspirin as insurance against cardiac problems, there's good reason to think that such advice may be coming soon: In the U.S. Physicians Health Study, an ongoing survey of 22,000 male doctors, Harvard University researchers found that respondents who took an aspirin tablet daily reduced their risk of ever having a heart attack by 44 percent. Aspirin can even help save your life if a heart attack is in progress: At the first signs -- dizziness, shortness of breath, pain or heaviness in the chest, or pain that radiates to your neck or arms -- chew and swallow a regular aspirin tablet. Chewing the pill first helps speed the medication's absorption into your bloodstream, where it may stop a clot from forming or even help break up an existing one, says Hennekens. If you are unable to swallow, putting an aspirin under your tongue will have the same effect. By: Stephen C. George
