Let's talk about the immune system today. Today the pollen count is very high so my allergies,  which I normally don't have, are active today.  I will have to drink my immune drink to help boost my immune system.  Because:

To Recap and Current:
My journey on this wonderful weight loss coffee started in September 2017. My friend, Scott, texted me "Diana, you have to look at this weight loss coffee business"! I told him no. He persisted AND I'M SO HAPPY HE DID. Scott told me all about the fantastic results people were getting because of our great drinks. When he said people were losing weight that really got to me, so I "Jump in and Sign Up" before I even tried our products...The rest is history. I started September 18th drinking 1 cup of our Coffee every morning. Hungry?
"No"! I stopped snacking & sugar cravings were pretty much gone. Lost 4 lbs. then 5 more, then down 13 lbs. and inches. I hit a plateau so for 2 weeks did our "12 in 24" program, loosing inches (scale still saying 13 lbs. lost. Then I did the coffee in am and our new cocoa in afternoon, down another 5 lbs., 18 lbs. total. End of February I added 1 scoop of our new Keto Creamer that turbo charged the fat burning, down 25 lbs. Then for 12 days I did our cleanse and dropped another 2 lbs. In the last 2 weeks, I've more inches and weight loss & my current weight today is 29 lbs. lost & down 3 pant sizes (size 16 to a size 12).  Currently, Am I drink 1 coffee with 1 scoop of Keto Creamer and add just enough of our Cocoa to make my coffee a Mocha! I then wait 1 hr, at least, before I eat. I often find myself eating breakfast/ early lunch about 10:30 - 11:00 am cause I am not hungry. My Mocha coffee is so yummy! Do our products work? ABSOLUTELY!!!

OM Gosh! I am sooooo very happy I did not pass up this opportunity. My results still amaze me every day! And I am helping others get results and get healthier.  Everyone is different & will lose weight faster or slower, but look at my pictures taken, Sept 18th, Sept 30th & Oct. 25th and today 4/1/18 (and this is no April Fools! LOL). I FEEL GREAT! So that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Patrick - Strangest thing happen a few times this week. I had people come up to me and say I've lost weight. The thing is my weight hasn't changed (maybe a few pounds more cause I'm trying to add muscle) but I'm guessing it's just going to muscle from the workouts and fat loss from the weight loss coffee and the Energy & Trim drink. ROSE - I have been drinking our products using the 12 in 24 program for 5 months now. These products work differently depending on the person and the situation he or she's dealing with if you are happy , non stressed, the results are tremendous and fast. If You are stressed, dealing with negatives environment at home, at work and you have a bad eating habit on top of that, the results take time to show up. But the funny thing is even though you don't see the results with the scale, people will start noticing that you are getting slimmer and your clothes will start being too big. Whether or not the scale show you lose weight, you are gonna lose inches. You are going to feel great, light, amazing. And at a certain point 2 to 3 months, the scale becomes your best friend; you are eager to weigh yourself every weekend!

I am able to tell because I am a witness. I was introduced to our products by my husband who wanted to help me realize my dream : "to get back to the same weight I had before my 4 kids". I started to take my products the same time as one of our customer ; we didn't change our eating habits. The first week she lost 5 pounds and I didn't. The second week she lost 7 pounds and I lost 3. The third week she lost 4 pounds and I gained 3 +2 pounds and the fourth week she lost 5 more and I was stable.
But surprisingly my pants were too large and I started wearing other clothes that I couldn't put on but didn't want to let them go . Like I said I am dealing with a lot of stress in my life at this time... but during the second month my body started to feel the pleasure of losing weight. So far I lost 20 pounds !!! I have 45 more to lose to reach my goal but I am confident !!!

Again! Summer is coming and we all want to look good in shorts, sandals, and swim suites. Some of us really struggle with controlling our eating and choices of better food.

This time of year is when everyone wants to lose a few pounds, to get ready for summer and no doubt there will be an array of diets in the media. Many of these diets are unrealistic for the average individual due to not being able to afford countless ingredients, having the time to make meals that require a a lot of prep is difficult, or the diets that restrict the intake of food can be hard to maintain. Not only are they unrealistic, but they’re incredibly bad for you. If you do manage to lose weight on them it’s only a matter of time before you put it back on.

So we all can agree that most people drink coffee and they want to lose weight. My way of reaching my weight loss goal is pretty simple.
