Patrick - Strangest thing happen a few times this week. I had people come up to me and say I've lost weight. The thing is my weight hasn't changed (maybe a few pounds more cause I'm trying to add muscle) but I'm guessing it's just going to muscle from the workouts and fat loss from the weight loss coffee and the Energy & Trim drink.
