I was told once that most people are wired to be lazy, and I have to admit that I believed that in my early years in the fitness business. I thank the creator every day once I found that to be a lie.It is true that no matter what your walk in life entails, that you will come across people who 'will' or ''won't". It's not a matter of wiring, its a matter of choice.
