Before and After Weight Loss of Friends!

One of the most fun, challenging parts of my work is convincing many who struggle with excess body fat that what you "have always done" will never work. You can just simply see evidence by the fact that you have to go back to the same cycle of up and down weight loss and weight gain. This unfortunate cycle fools the body into thinking that its starving and makes it harder and harder for you to lose body fat. Whether its January 2, April 2, or September 2, which are the typical months that many people rush to gyms, fitness studios, kick boxing classes and the like to start another failed weight loss cycle. I know you are smarter than that. Beckie and Cindy have both undergone incredible Hitch Fit Online weight loss transformations. What’s so great, is that these two have been friends for years! BUT Beckie moved away from Kansas City and Cindy didn’t even realize that she was doing Hitch Fit. We have a friends who do Hitch Fit together, usually because one inspires the other, but this may be a first for friends who had no idea the other was doing it, and both had incredible and inspiring transformation stories!
