BodyRockTV Lisa Marie - Happy International Kissing Day? Followed by 45 Minute Indoor Cycling Class and Seeking Consistent Results?

Seeking Consistent Results?

It’s something you’ve heard. It sounds so simple, so basic, that it’s easy to dismiss off hand.
The key to achieving your fitness goals comes down to one thing. Consistency.

Consistency will move you forward. How consistent you are will determine the speed and velocity of how quickly you will arrive at what you want.

Consistency is key. Consistency against resistance. Physical and mental.

The truth is that the exercising - the 20 minutes our workouts take 3-5 times per week, is not the hard part. Our 30 day Beginner Bootcamp challenge is designed to get people up and started again. When you sign up for the FREE 30 days, you will be applying consistency for 30 days to start you off towards getting a solid exercise routine in place. You will experience consistency against resistance both physically and mentally.

On the physical side, you will experience consistency against resistance in the form of a bit of discomfort as you start to really move again. The program is designed for people who haven’t worked out in years - if this is you, then the movements will be challenging - but always doable. You might be a bit stiff and sore for the first day or two. As you complete each days video, your body will loosen up, your muscles will get stronger, you will start to move with more power. As you follow the meal plan  and complete each days exercises you will start to lose weight and feel better in your body. If you wear the weighted vest that our trainer wears in the videos, you will add weight resistance - adding weight to your movements will burn more fat & calories and turn your workout into resistance training - one of the best ways to burn fat and torch calories. Consistency against physical resistance will make you stronger, faster, fitter - everything we strive for our physical well being.

Being consistent mentally is about keeping a positive attitude, not beating yourself up if you miss a workout or three, and allowing yourself the room to be human.

Every single one of us as self-sabotaged, or gotten 75% of the way there then thrown ourselves down a flight of stairs. So what. Are you still striving? Do you still have fight in you? Do you care about yourself and your loved ones enough to say ‘no way’ to a mediocre life? If it’s a yes to any of these, then you have what it takes to stay consistent.

If you are like me, you will always have to go a few mental rounds with yourself before any workout begins. Most of the time overcoming the procrastination is harder than the physical effort that the workout requires. This fight is normal. It won’t hold you back from making gains as long as your win-loss record is 51-50. Work on getting that up, even just a few points, and the success train starts to chug along a bit faster.

The truth is, once you hold this basic awareness about consistency, it actually becomes more effort to fail than succeed. Once you start to apply consistency both physically and mentally, you won’t accept anything less than the results this simple tactic guarantee.

The Beginner Bootcamp is now accepting people who want the amazing results consistency delivers. It’s FREE to try for 30 days but spaces for this challenge are limited so sign up now.

Freddy

iHealthTube Featuring: These Supplements Helped Treat this Doctor's MS and Natural Cures for Multiple Sclerosis

Dr. Terry Wahls went outside conventional treatment after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. It took a number of years of trial and error before finding the right combination of foods and supplements to help her regain her health. In this video, she talks about those supplements that helped and why.
Natural Cures for Multiple Sclerosis

By: Ron Sauciron

Picture yourself enjoying an early morning snuggle session with your kids who love to jump into bed with you and enjoy some early morning bonding with you and your spouse. As you attempt to get out of bed, however, you feel what seems like an electric shock that started at the base of your neck and progressed down your spine ending at your feet. Your whole body starts to tingle and your leg becomes numb. It's like bumping your funny bone but your whole body tingles and goes numb, not just your arm. This was a totally new experience, and deep down, you knew this was serious.

Over the following weeks the symptoms continued to deteriorate to the point where walking became more difficult and climbing the stairs was almost impossible. After 90 days of agony and testing, you are diagnosed as having multiple sclerosis (MS). An inflammatory disease where the insulating covers of the nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord are damaged. This condition often cause disabilities and leads to damage to the optic nerve. Damage to the optic nerve can lead to hazy or blurred vision and ultimately the sudden loss of vision. As the disease progresses, additional symptoms like memory loss, intense pain, incontinence, extreme fatigue, and ultimately, the inability to walk can occur.

So, you ask yourself, what causes this devastating disease ? And the answer is we don't know. We do know the cause of the symptoms, however. It's the result of the destruction of myelin (a fatty sheath that surrounds and protects nerve fibers in the central nervous system). As MS progresses, myelin deteriorates, leaving the delicate nerve fibers exposed. This causes the nerve fibers to lose their ability to communicate with each other which results in the victim experiencing pain, numbness, loss of vision, and a host of other discomforts.

So your next question is if there's no cure what's the treatment ? Mainstream medicine's approach is the ABC treatment composed of three injectable drugs, Avonex, Betaseron /Betaferon, and Copaxone. This treatment is intended to stimulate the patient's immune system. There are two major problems with this approach, however. Number one, the ABC treatment is only effective 30% of the time. And number two, the side effects bring new problems to the table (like we don't have enough problems already ?). Then there's the extreme financial burden the patient hast to endure, between $10,000 and $30,000 a year.

So if you elect to go with the ABC treatment you can expect to be injected with three drugs that are 70% ineffective, you will be subjected to numerous side effects and it will cost you somewhere in the neighborhood of $20,000 a year (over $400 a week ).

As an advocate of holistic medicine, you totally reject the ABC approach. So your next question is "how can I treat this illness with natural remedies ?" Research has confirmed the fact that natural treatments are frequently more effective than drug treatments with virtually no side effects.

So you consult with a holistic healthcare professional and the natural approach begins. The first step is to check for food allergies. When you eliminate the foods you are allergic to, you notice a gradual improvement in your symptoms. Next you alter your diet to consist of fresh organic vegetables, lean organic meat, berries, and no processed foods and as time passes you notice an additional improvement in your symptoms.

We are all individuals so there is no specific diet that will work for everyone. But there are some common elements that will work for the majority of us. The following are some of those common elements.

Green Vegetables Are Essential : Green Vegetables are high in minerals that stimulate the activity of antioxidants which are properties in our genes that stimulate the body's defense against free radicals.

Avoid Wheat and Dairy : They trigger a multitude of autoimmune diseases. If you must indulge, use small amounts of organic versions.

Eliminate Sugar : It spawns candida albicans and increases inflammation in the body. One study discovered candida albicans increased the risk of contracting MS.

Avoid Alcohol : Alcohol intensifies MS symptoms because it's produced from sugar.

Avoiding the pharmaceutical approach and employing the natural approach will save you money, allow you to avoid the side effects, and will be more beneficial in the long-run.

Those who suffer from multiple sclerosis are predominately women. There are numerous ailments that affect mainly women and there's a book that addresses many of those ailments. The title is Health Springs Eternal, A Holistic Approach To Women's Health Issues. I call it a reference book for all women and the men who love them. Go to VitaminAndHerbalHealth.com

What do the people have to say about Tacfit Survival?
"I had the chance to meet Albert and be followed by him in the last two years. As bouncer I need reactivity, strength and stamina. The protocol Tacfit Survival suits my needs perfectly, and has become the cornerstone of my training. Thanks Alberto." Fabio FOGATO, Tacfit field instructor, owner of Fox Agency.
"Survival is the new standard for tactical fitness training. It makes one stronger, faster and - most important - better prepared for hazard situations without putting ones long-term health at risk. Alberto Gallazzi is the real deal when is comes to self-defense, hostile- control and tactical training. He has vast experience in training special units, police and martial artist all around the globe and it's my true honor to call him coach!
Years of training this units and teams distills in Tacfit Survival - take your chance and grab to as fast as you can - you won't regret!"
Raimar Mohrdieck
TENSHO - Martial Arts and Fitness
CST Head Coach
TACFIT Team Leader
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
"Coaches Sonnon and Alberto Gallazzi really have a winner on their hands with Tacfit Survival. The level of sophistication this program offers is hard to come by. The movements not only challenged me physically, but I could literally feel my neurons venturing into uncharted territory, forging new pathways as they merged brain and body while I completed the seminar. Now a day it is commonplace to find a workout that leaves one beat-down and broken on the floor with little or no benefits to anything besides ones ego. Tacfit Survival kicks the entire system into high gear as it fine-tunes the mind and body for optimum performance. With Tacfit Survival, I truly feel we now have a workout that not only makes one stronger, but also makes one smarter. Now that’s what I call efficient!" Get the full story here..... Emily Larson, CST Head Coach
"I had the honour to host Aberto Gallazzi at our facility and was able to appreciate, besides his incredible mastery of tecnique, his knowledge and capacity to transfer "movement" to everybody. We are integrating the TACFIT SURVIVAL protocols as costant part of our multilevel training and can be an honest testimonial of its effectiveness. SURVIVAL TACFIT is not only perfect for specific adaptations but it's good damned hard work and most of all FUN for everybody. Go Get It!" Max Belpulsi, Head Coach Guerrilla Fitness - CrossFit Padova

CRISTIANO FALLAI
COACH CST AND TEAM LEADER
TACFIT AND OWER T-LAB
“TACFIT Survivor delivers the best of both worlds: brains & bronze! These are by far the most sophisticated, stimulating, & energizing exercises rolled into 1 program I’ve experienced to date. There’s not much I can’t tackle after challenging myself to this program. A true mind-body fusion of unprecedented potential, leave your egos at the door, there will be no room! This brings a whole new meaning to “mindful movement.” In today’s KISS (keep it simple stupid) mentality, it’s often hard to stay mentally focused & in tune with exercises due to their lack of complexity your nervous system craves. Not the case with Survivor, talk about brain sweat! The exercises are designed in ways that safely & progressively require the most efficient breathing & movement patterns you can muster. As both a coach & athlete, I highly recommend TACFIT Survivor for anyone who seeks substantial improvements in motor development, core power, performance breathing, & confidence.”
Angela Fisher, TACFIT Team leader, CST Head Coach
"Because I’m always pressed for time as a coach, mom and wife, I prefer training programs that are as efficient as they are unique – I want to get stronger, faster, more flexible and build greater endurance all at the same time. If you want to be fast, train with speed. If you want to be mobile, integrate every muscle group in every movement. If you want to be flexible, challenge your range of motion in unique ways. If you want to be strong, it’s time under tension. If you want to be intelligent, and efficient you need to do all of this in one complete package that you can perform anywhere, anytime. And if you want the package to be beautiful, have an Italian design it. I had the privilege to be part of a group that tested Alberto Gallazzi’s TACFIT SURVIVOR. It’s a physically demanding program, but I survived to tell the tale, and recommend it for all of us who train TACFIT, CST - because the foundation will really help. Can't wait to add it to my arsenal."

Stay at Rest

 Joel Osteen
Sometimes the reason we feel full of frustration is we're trying to change things that only God can change. You can't change people and make them do what's right. You can pray for them and encourage them, but they have their own free will. Don't let them steal your joy. You are not responsible for other people's happiness. You cannot keep everyone in your life happy. I don't mean that you should live selfishly, but too often we take on a false sense of responsibility. We think we have to keep everyone happy—our spouse and children, our neighbors, cousins, and coworkers. I've learned that some people don't want to be happy. They just want your attention. They want you to come running every time they call. If you don't, they try to make you feel guilty because you're not meeting their demands. What they really want is to control you.
I had to learn this lesson because I always felt responsible to keep others happy. It was easy when I was young and only had a few friends and family members. But as I got older and had more friends, more family and relatives, coworkers, peers, and neighbors, I ended up spending half my time cheering this one up, calming this one down, running here so this one wouldn't be offended, acting as though I was enjoying someone's company so I wouldn't hurt their feelings. One day I realized that I can't become who I'm created to be if I'm trying to please everyone around me. I had to draw a line in the sand and say, "I'm staying in peace and not going to let people who won't take responsibility for their own happiness make me feel guilty and try to control me into doing what they want me to do."
Don't fall into the trap of codependent relationships. Be good to others, be kind, be loving, but don't be a doormat. Don't let them control your life. You're not doing them a favor by catering to them. You're enabling their dysfunction and keeping yourself from moving forward. You have to set some boundaries. "I'm not going to come running every time they call with a problem. I'm not going to stop my plans to cheer them up for the four hundredth time this month."
Your destiny is too important to let people control you. You have an assignment. It's easy to let people cause us to lose our peace and live frustrated. The apostle Paul says, "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts" (Colossians 3:25). Stay at rest.
