We all make mistakes. Constantly
contemplating all of them, however, is a mistake in itself. Doing so
eventually results in guilt and an evil conscience, and causes us to
think differently than the way we should. We tend to do whatever we
meditate on; therefore, renewing our minds according to the Word of
grace keeps us from feeling guilty and sinful. The danger of constantly thinking of our shortcomings is that we become more aware of what
When we try to accomplish something through our own merits and we
fail, we feel guilty; if we hang on to guilt long enough, it becomes
shame. This isn’t God’s will for us. When He was on the cross, Jesus
forgave us so that we could forgive ourselves when we miss the mark.
Everyone who believes this won’t be put to shame. Jesus’ blood obtained eternal redemption for us. Faith in the
sacrifice He made on our behalf rescues us from the mindset of depending
on our self-efforts. Christ shed His blood to purge our conscience from
dead, empty works to serve the living God. This means we have a decision to make. We can either have faith in
Jesus, or in our own performance. Making Him our Savior and Lord of our
lives frees us from the heavy burden of guilt and shame we were never
meant to carry in the first place, because there’s no condemnation for
those who belong to Him. If we’re tired, worn out, and burned out on
religion, living the life of grace allows us to live freely and lightly. Prayer: Lord, Jesus shed His blood to free us from negative emotions and
guilty consciences. He went to the cross because He knew we would need
Your forgiveness, first, so we could forgive ourselves for our flaws and
shortcomings. We’re thankful for this. In Jesus’ name, amen. Scriptures: Hebrews 10:22 2 Corinthians 5:21 Luke 23:34 Romans 10:11 Hebrews 9:12-14 Romans 8:1, Matthew 11:28-30, For more on how focusing on Jesus and His grace moves us away from
constantly focusing on sin, click on the link for the two-message

What did Jesus say to do in a time of disaster? There were two disasters that The Lord talked about. The first one was about those who lost their lives because of Pilate,
and also those who lost their lives because the Tower of Siloam fell
on them. Jesus used these two instances, as an opportunity to teach those
Galileans about what their attitude should be in response to these
disasters. We are now being faced with one disaster after another, and
we need to learn what Jesus taught about the subject. (Continued below...........)
(Continued............) Jesus was quite clear in saying that those that were killed were not
any worse sinners than the people that survived and lived. Jesus was
saying to the people that when a terrible catastrophe occurs; it is a
warning to all that survive the ordeal. Jesus not only tells the people that they are no better than the ones
that perished, but He goes a step further, and He tells them that they
should repent or they also will perish. When we see the disasters through the news reports; what do we do?
First, and foremost; we repent of our own sins, and we turn to God. That
is the most important response. After that, we need to pray, and The Holy Spirit will lead us and
guide us. Those that have matured in the Lord; the real sons and
daughters of God are those who inquire of The Lord before they do
anything. They know that whatever they do; it is of small value unless it is in
obedience and anointed by The Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will show us
how to pray and what to do. Disasters are being televised in every area of the world today, and
our first response is to humble ourselves, pray, seek God and turn from
any and all of our own evil ways. It is a warning to us, and we must
realize that it is only by the grace of God that we have not perished. Repentance is a wonderful opportunity to be refreshed, renewed, and
revived in The Lord. The Lord went about saying, "Repent for The Kingdom
of Heaven is at hand". Why did Jesus emphasis this point? Because we do not know when our
time to die will come, but The Lord Jesus was warning us to always
repent in order to be right with Him. We are never to take our salvation for granted because we are told to
"work out our own salvation with fear and trembling", and also that
"those who endure to the end will be saved". We are told to "take heed
when we think we stand; lest we fall", and we are not to think more
highly of ourselves than we should. Presumption is something to be shunned. It is only by the grace of
God that we will be saved, and all the works in the world will not usher
us into The Throne of God. Jesus preached repentance all of the time because He loved all of the
people, and He didn’t want even one person to perish without eternal
salvation with Him. We here in these perilous times need to do the same. Each new disaster and tragedy is an opportunity for repentance,
refreshing, renewal and revival. When we do what Jesus taught us to do
first, then we will be greatly effective in whatever He leads us to do. Jesus only did what The Father revealed for Him to do, and how much
more should we only do as He directs. Let us put The Lord Jesus Christ
in His rightful position as The Head and Lord of The Church, which is
His Body.

Whey is one of the best supplements for helping you build muscle and lose fat. Here's what makes it so powerful.
(............Continued.........)Each one of the following foods is clinically proven to promote
weight loss. These foods go a step beyond simply adding no fat to your
system – they possess special properties that add zip to your system and
help your body melt away unhealthy kilos. These incredible foods can
suppress your appetite for junk food and keep your body running smoothly
with clean fuel and efficient energy. Below are the 4 most effective foods that burn stubborn belly fat fast. #1 Avocado Pear: Now who doesn’t love pear? These little suckers are loaded with two nutrients that are key to killing belly fat: (a) Hunger crushing fiber (11 to 17 grams per avocado!) (b) Monounsaturated fats, which studies have shown to actually "spot reduce" belly fat. Avocaodes can also be used to make one of the most delicious food
toppings ever created called guacamole (mashed avocados with garlic,
onion, tomato, pepper, etc) is one of the most delicious toppings ever
created, and you can be happy to know that it's also one of the
healthiest spreads you can use on your foods, salads etc. #2 Whole Eggs - And I mean the whole egg not just the egg white. In fact
the egg yolk is the healthiest part of the egg... that's where almost
all of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants (such as lutein) are
found. Egg Yolk contains more than 90% of the calcium, iron, phosphorus,
zinc, thiamin, B6, folate, and B12, and panthothenic acid of the egg.The
B12 eggs contain is a great supplement for breaking down fat cells. In addition, the yolks contain ALL of the fat soluble vitamins A, D,
E, and K in the egg, as well as ALL of the essential fatty acids (EFAs).
Also, the protein of whole eggs is more bio-available than egg whites
alone due to a more balanced amino acid profile that the yolks help to
build. #3 Cabbage – This is another vegetable commonly found everywhere that
burns stubborn belly fat. Cabbage contains those special and unique
phytonutrients including indole-3-carbinol (I3C) that helps to kill
estrogenic belly-fat-causing substances in your body. So by eliminating these kinds of stomach fat stimulating estrogenic
substances, this is just 1 more step in aiding you to win the struggle
against belly fat! #4 Oats – This is another great meal. In fact it’s one of the meals to
eat for breakfast in the form of Quaker oats. It has so many benefits
one being it’s belly fat-burning characteristic. Oatmeal is among the best when it comes to healthy carbohydrates and
"quality" calories. It is also referred to as a fat burning food because
it has a high fiber content and high levels of certain fat burning
antioxidants. Some people don’t know how to eat oats but if you really serious

sexier body can be achieved right in the comforts of your own home.
Heightened
stress is the bane of modern living. Ironically, despite the many
advantages technology offers in making life simpler and more convenient
for all of us, we find ourselves living more uncomfortable, complex
lives with hardly enough time left for relaxation. Because of the speed
and frequency whereby we are bombarded by the various demands of our
work and personal relationships, increased stress has become our
constant albeit unwanted companion. The result: We run a greater risk of
acquiring a variety of diseases both physiological and psychological in
nature. (Continued below..................)

(............Continued..........)One efficient method of combating stress is through relaxation--a
natural process inherent in all of us. Varied relaxation techniques like
deep breathing, yoga, visualization, and progressive muscle relaxation
instantaneously trigger our bodies' innate relaxation response.
Practising any of them regularly enables us to cope with stress on the
spot. On a broad spectrum, they contribute to the improvement of our
overall emotional well-being, reducing our susceptibility to depression
and anxiety by making us more calm and cheerful. But apart from these
commonly known stress reduction techniques, there are certain typical
activities we do out of inclination or habit that automatically relax us
and promote a more positive frame of mind without our being conscious
of how they impact us. Delighting in them regularly, we regain our
emotional equilibrium, helping us get back into that more optimistic,
peaceful, and harmonious side of our selves. Let us identify them: *Strolling as we enjoy the beauty of our surroundings When was the last time we have taken a leisurely walk around the park
or neighbourhood? Taking time to take in the beauty of our surroundings
as our bodies benefit from the exercise of walking does tremendous good
not only for our senses but also for our minds. Because of the fast
paced life imposed on us, we hardly have the time to appreciate these
natural pleasures found in the beauty of our surroundings and obtain
their calming benefits, which all of us can readily acquire any time we
please.
*Indulging our curiosity Curiosity is the initiator that propels us toward success. And this
is one of the gifts all humans are endowed with. Indulging our curiosity
by studying things or aspects that interest us automatically relaxes us
without us knowing it. *Enjoying music Music is said to be the language of the soul. And whether that
language is something we can comprehend or not, the soothing benefits of
music immediately work their way into our psyche, affording us a
much-needed escape from troublesome thoughts. *Remaining still As ludicrous as this may sound, these days remaining still without
thinking of anything has become a luxury most of us find difficult to
afford due to the many worries preoccupying our minds. Meditating is a
formal term we use for clearing our thoughts, which segues to
relaxation. Once we are relaxed, we become in tune to our surroundings
and oblivious of our own thoughts, which instantaneously de-stresses us. *Allowing creativity to take over Whether we express our creativity through painting, composing songs,
dancing, or writing poems; all these serve as our emotional outlets that
trigger our natural de-stressing response. One we release pent up
emotions, we release stress and become relaxed. *Feeding our spirituality Having a spiritual belief system is a human necessity. We are not
physical creatures alone. The spiritual side of our nature is deeply
connected to our emotional and psychological aspects, whereby each one
is a reflection of the other. Whatever our spiritual beliefs may be,
performing activities or rituals catering to our spirituality
automatically rids us off the inner turmoil we have, which in turn
translates to releasing burdensome stress. *Bonding with our loved ones No man is an island. Forming meaningful relationships is an integral
aspect of our being that serves both our emotional and psychological
needs. Thus, isolation from others makes us susceptible to loneliness
and depression. Spending quality time with our loved ones (family and
friends) works to uplift our moods and promotes good emotional health.
Whether we are just hanging out with them or crying our eyes out on
their shoulders, the good feeling we obtain from the companionship and
support we get from them strengthen us spiritually, emotionally, and
psychologically.

A dramatic tackle of an armed robber was caught on CCTV in Monterrey, northern Mexico on Monday (April 23 2018).
A store customer wearing a cowboy hat can be seen removing his glasses and tackling a young man who enters the store pointing a gun at employees.
The armed robber turned toward a second employee a few seconds after entering the store, which is when the customer seized the opportunity to attack the robber, whose weapon drops to the floor.
The movie-like robbery incident was caught on the security cameras of the Carnes Cares store shortly past 11:00 local time (16:00 GMT).

Most people don’t understand the relationship
between giving and receiving. God wants the best for us; believing His
Word enables us to receive His blessings. However, when we receive good
things from God, giving to others completes the cycle. Prosperity God’s
way puts us in a position to give financially to bless others; but this
is only possible when we trust in Him and not in the spirit of mammon.
Giving can be compared to a farmer sowing seed, fully believing he
will eventually see a bountiful harvest. Concerning us, God has increase
on His mind, but we must be willing to sow in order to experience that
increase. As Christians, we set ourselves up to receive increase by
giving generously. When we do, we’ll see abundance, not just in our
finances, but in all other areas of our lives as well. It’s important to give with the right motives. We can’t ever outgive
God, who gave us His own Son because of His love for us. Love is the
most powerful force in the universe, and unless we give with this
motivation, we’re just going through the motions. Giving simply to get
something for ourselves doesn’t work; whatever we do, doing it with any
motive other than love results in zero benefit to us. Giving out of thankfulness for what Jesus did for us connects us to
Him on a spiritual level. Giving should become a reflex action. It’s a
powerful way of proving to ourselves who we really trust: God or money.
Everything in the natural begins in the spiritual; our faith withdraws
everything that grace has deposited in our spiritual accounts. Prayer: Lord, Your Word keeps us from having a wrong relationship with money.
Your will is for us to experience abundance and blessings in every area
of our lives, but for this to happen, we must trust in You more than in
physical wealth. Thank You for teaching us to give with the right
spirit. In Jesus’ name, amen. Scriptures: Matthew 6:24 Luke 16:13 Acts 20:35 Luke 6:38 Proverbs 11:24, 25 John 3:16 1 Corinthians 13:3, NKJV Psalm 107:37, 38 For more on the link between giving and success, click on the link for the four-DVD series, Answers to Spiritual and Financial Success—Volume 1.
A version of this statement is often passed down within families. It
comes from a variety of sources. One is Shakespeare's "The Merchant of
Venice": "The Truth will Out." In Ephesians 5:9 of The Bible, a modern
translation fits the statement: "The light within you produces what is
good, right, and true." Essentially, it is the little voice in our
heart that tells us right from wrong. The world is on fire when enough
people do not listen to that little voice. Yet, time after time, even
when the world is on fire, enough people have listened, combined, and
acted for the collective good. Another quote: "When bad men combine, the
good must associate; else they will fall one by one, an un-pitied
sacrifice in a contemptible struggle." Give Edmund Burke, an Irish
political philosopher, credit for saying something that we all know to
be true.
Tests of our Character It tends to happen in small groups. Someone does something out of
line. What do the others in the small group do? Usually, they tolerate
the act. Then, the antagonist believes that his/her activity has borne
fruit. It happens again. Most likely, the group will take note, but
will not get involved. A psychologist among them would have an
opportunity to conduct a case study on what has become a group dynamic.
For everyone else in the group, this could be the opening volley of
misery. This is the tyrant in the office, the bully on the school
ground, the rule breaker and mischief-maker. What happens if someone in
the office realizes, after repeated disruptions, that he/she must stand
up to the tyrant? What indeed? If one good person takes a stand, the
rest of the group still must do something. Usually, they do nothing.
"Let Human Resources handle it." "Discipline is the teacher's job."
These moments are a test of character for everyone in the small group.
If someone stands up for right, and stands alone, the stronger
personality will win. Quite often, the stronger personality belongs to
the tyrant. An emboldened tyrant will dominate, much as a sheep-herding
dog dominates sheep that outnumber the dog, perhaps 200:1. Citizens People predominately live their lives as members of a human society.
In some parts of the world, those societies are still called tribes. In
industrialized countries, citizens often form around villages, towns,
cities. Folks identify themselves to be part of a district, a state, a
region and a country. Besides geography, people form around their
familial ties, their religion, their sport team, their school, their
earned educational designation (society of engineers, local labor
union). In all of these examples of shared human bonds, the rule of law
is necessary. Someone must lead. He/'she is expected to promote the
welfare of the society through governance. Tests of our character are
found here too. The same people who will not listen to their inner
voice, will not stand up for righteousness, will not support the one who
does, also will not likely contribute to the society. They will not
lead or volunteer to support. They will not vote and will not
communicate with the one who was elected. When trouble comes, they
expect the police to handle it. When their child acts out in public,
they will not correct the child. Their country might have been born
from sacrifice. Others, before them, may have given their lives to
guarantee the freedoms that all of the citizens enjoy. Yet, in time of
need, during crisis, and even during the safe times when voting in the
best leader is so important, so many will shirk their obligation to
their ancestors and to the society's needs today. They will not listen
to their inner voice. "Let someone else vote." "Someone should say
something to that lady who lets her dog C*** on their lawn." "I don't
have time to answer that senator who asked me how he is doing in
Congress." "Those poor starving people in the earthquake zone;someone
should organize food for them." "What is the world coming to? Those
people have just taken another country. Don't they realize that their
leader is a tyrant? I hope we stay out of it."
The Truth The rule of law only works when society enforces the rule. Many will
argue that there is too much corruption and crime in the world, too
many different points of view to gain consensus on what is right, vast
distances in geography, and greater personal risks today make it harder
to take a principled stand. Yet,no argument has the strength to
withstand public scrutiny or self-examination. When we do not take a
stand, we stand for nothing. Edmund Burke is not remembered for being
correct about the stands that he took. He is admired for standing up.
Any of us who have done that in our lives, look back on the moment
without the stinging rebuke of regret. The ones who stand alone against
the tyrant and bully stand tall, even if they lose. It is the ones who
will not stand with him/her, those who let themselves fail the test of
character, who cast their eyes down to their shoes in the presence of
the one who was sacrificed. But, take heart. Some of the most admired,
good people of societies were slackers for much of their early lives.
One day, they looked up and stood up for right. That became their habit.
The truth will stand when the world is on fire. Truth is revealed by
people who will not tolerate a wrong. When they stand, they are the
rock. Those who stand with them build a stone wall about that rock.
Never are there too many of them to extinguish a moral fire. There can
be too few. Stand up!

Applying ice within 48 hours of injury is good for relieving pain.
don’t apply ice directly on the skin. Use an ice pad and wrap it with a
cloth to apply to the injured area. Ice reduces inflammation and
swelling. After 48 hours apply heat therapy. Use a hot water pad to
apply heat. Again, don’t apply it directly. Wrap the heat pad with a
cloth and apply to the injured area. You can also use a warm cloth to
apply heat. Set the iron in low heat and press the cloth. Then use the
cloth to apply heat to the injured area. Giving heat to the muscles
increase blood flow to the muscles and allow it to relax.

that smokers are more likely to suffer from lower back pain compared to
non-smokers. Also, smoking increases the risk of having osteoporosis.
Work in an ergonomically designed workplace
Your workplace should be designed ergonomically so that you can
maximize your productivity and prevent discomfort. Your computer should
be kept at a comfortable distance from you so that you don’t need hunch
while using it. Your chair should provide enough support to your back.
Your feet should touch the floor comfortably while you are sitting.
