Congratulations to the following Divas for being named first team ALL
AMERICANS-WR Ashley Whisonant (Divas rookie of the year last season
and now the league's leading receiver)-RB Kenyetta Grigsby (set Divas
all time records for carries (41) and rushing yards (264) this season
which is just one measure of how exceptional she really is) OG Allysea
Marfull- C Briana Wilkins.(emulate them-appreciate them-fight with
them..they are as tough and great o-line as anyone who has ever played
at any level-believe that!!)
Also kudos to QB Allyson Hamlin (the all time winningest QB in womens
football history-nuff said), LB Trigger McNair (14 years and still a
bad ass not to mention all she went through to get back on the field
this year) and CB Dajah Scott (who says you can't make a difference as
a rookie on such an established team. All Divas cornerbacks who have
ever played can respect her tackling effort and technique) for being
named to the second team.
