Creflo Dollar Ministries Recent Services and Messages and A Gift from God

A Gift from God

by Creflo Dollar
One way we show our love and affection for others is to give them gifts, and many of us will be doing that this holiday season. We often put considerable thought into what we give the other person; the very act of giving is significant. God has the same love and affection for us, and we’re always on His mind. Two thousand years ago He gave us the best gift of all—His Sonis Son hHhhh.
This was no ordinary gift. God gave us Jesus to defeat sin, show us what true love looks like, bring us peace, and restore the broken relationship between mankind and Himself. He knew in advance what the final outcome of Jesus’ coming to earth would be, but God gave anyway because of His great love for us. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). Jesus was all of God’s best, combined into one man.
The Son was the perfect representation of the Father, who only gives us good things. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning” (James 1:17). When we don’t receive the bad that we deserve, that’s mercy; when we receive good that we don’t deserve, that’s grace. Jesus was the physical image of God’s mercy, and He demonstrated it repeatedly during His ministry. The mercy He showed to the woman caught in adultery (John 8:3-11), the woman with a bleeding disorder who broke the law by touching His garment (Matthew 9:20-22), and the tax collector who stole from everyone (Luke 19:1-9) was deliberate and intentional.
Anyone who encountered Jesus came face-to-face with grace and truth. Grace is God’s undeserved, unearned favor, and He gave it to us abundantly in the form of Jesus. “For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ” (John 1:17). Those who knew Jesus and believed in Him knew the truth. “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free”  (John 8:31, 32).
Unlike ordinary gifts, what God gives us is eternal. After Jesus’ death and resurrection, He offered peace, and He also gave the gift of the Holy Spirit. “Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, ‘Peace be with you’… So Jesus said to them again, ‘Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.’ And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit’” (John 20:19, 21, 22, NKJV). Supernatural peace and God’s Spirit are gifts that the world doesn’t have, and we receive them by faith in Jesus Christ.
God’s gift to us is meant to be shared, not kept for ourselves. Jesus was the ultimate giver and, by giving Him to other people, we receive from Him in even greater measure. Following Jesus’ example can put us in the spirit of giving all year long.

Joel Osteen Recent Messages Featuring: Ease is Coming - Joel Osteen

We all go through seasons of struggle and difficulty but that’s not your permanent home. Just like oil is used to make things flow easier, God uses His anointing in our lives to make things lighter and simpler. Jesus said in Matthew 11:30, “My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Joel wants to show you in this exciting message how you’re coming in to an anointing of ease. When you come in to this ease, what used to be a struggle will not be a struggle anymore. There’s going to be a supernatural grace, a favor that lightens the load and takes the pressure off. This is message #713, "Ease is Coming," by Joel Osteen. For more inspirational messages, visit https://www.JoelOsteen.com/Messages.

Jesse Duplantis - [New] Learning to do Well SWBC

What We Believe

The Scriptures

The Bible is the inspired Word of God, the product of holy men of old who spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. The new Covenant, as recorded in the New Testament, we accept as our infallible guide in matters pertaining to conduct and doctrine (2Tim. 3:16; 1Thess. 2:13; 2Peter 1:21).

The Godhead

Our God is one, but manifested in three persons—the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, being co-equal (Phil. 2:6). God the Father is greater than all; the Source of the Word (Logos) and the Begetter (John 14:28; John 16:28; John 1:14). The Son is the Word flesh-covered, the One Begotten, and has existed with the Father from the beginning (John 1:1; John 1:14; John 1:18). The Holy Spirit proceeds forth from both the Father and the Son and is eternal (John 15:26).

Man, His Fall, and Redemption

Man is a created being made in the likeness and the image of God, but through Adam’s transgression and fall, sin came into the world. “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God…” (Rom. 3:23) and “As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one…” (Rom. 3:10). Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was manifested to undo the work of the devil and He gave His life and shed His blood to restore man back to God (Rom. 3:23; 1John 3:8). Salvation is the gift of God to man, separate from works and the law, and is made operative by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, producing works acceptable to God (Eph. 2:8).

Eternal Life and New Birth

Man’s first step toward salvation is godly sorrow that produces repentance. The new birth is necessary to all men, and when fulfilled, produces eternal life (2Cor. 7:10; 1John 5:12; John 3:3-5).

Water Baptism

Baptism in water by immersion, is a direct commandment of our Lord, and is for believers only. The ordinance is a symbol of the Christian’s identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection (Matt. 28:19; Rom. 6:4; Col. 2:12; Acts 8:36-39).

Baptism In The Holy Ghost

The Baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire is a gift from God as promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation and is received subsequent to the new birth. This experience is accompanied by the initial evidence of the speaking in other tongues as the Holy Spirit Himself gives utterance (Matt. 3:11; John 14:16,17; Acts 1:8; Act 19:1-7; Acts 2:4).

Sanctification

The Bible teaches that without holiness, no man can see the Lord. We believe in the Doctrine of Sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of grace, commencing at the time of regeneration and continuing until the consummation of salvation (Heb. 12:14; 1Thess. 5:23; 2Peter 3:18; 2Cor. 3:18; Phil. 3:12-14; 1Cor. 1:30).

Divine Healing

Healing is for the physical ills of the human body and is wrought by the power of God through the prayer of faith, and by the laying on of hands. It is provided for in the atonement of Christ, and is the privilege of every member of the Church today (Mark 16:18; James 5:14-16; 1Peter 2:24; Matt. 8:17; Isa. 53:4-5).

Resurrection of the Just and the Return of Our Lord

The angels said, “…this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” (Acts 1:11). His coming is imminent. When He comes, “For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” (1Thess. 4:16,17). Following the tribulation, He shall  return to earth as King of Kings, and Lord of Lords and together with His saints, who shall be kings and priests, He shall reign a thousand years  (Rev. 20:6).

Hell and Eternal Retribution

The one who physically dies in his sin without Christ is hopelessly and eternally lost in the Lake of Fire, and therefore, has no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel or repenting. The Lake of Fire is literal. The terms “eternal” and “everlasting” used in describing the duration of the punishment of the damned in the Lake of Fire, carry the same thought and meaning of endless existence as used in denoting the duration of joy and ecstasy of saints in the presence of God (Heb. 9:27; Rev. 19:20).

Creflo Dollar Ministries The Latest featuring: God Wants to Prosper You

God Wants to Prosper You

by Creflo Dollar | 18 Dec 2017
Most of us earn money by holding down at least one job, or sometimes more than one. We’re accustomed to working hard for our paycheck and doing our best to make the money stretch as far as it can. Sometimes we struggle when we can’t make ends meet or unexpected expenses arise, and it may seem as if we’re always living in lack or insufficiency. This may appear normal to us, but God wants abundant prosperity for us.
Prosperity can seem impossible when we’re struggling to live day-to-day, but God’s will for us is much more than that. Trying to improve our financial state through our own self-effort can seem hopeless, but He can easily turn things around. “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26). Jesus said this to His disciples after a conversation with a rich man who trusted his wealth more than God; it holds true regardless of how much or how little money we have. God is willing and able to prospere can turn things ahE CA us, but only if we trust in Him more than money.
To trust someone is to completely rely on them and have faith in them; this can seem scary if we’re not accustomed to it. We show our trust in God by acknowledging Him, not ourselves, as our true source of prosperity. “You may say to yourself, ‘My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me.’ But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today” (Deuteronomy 8:17, 18, NIV). This way of thinking runs contrary to what we see around us, so this is a step of faith for us.
Money no doubt means a lot to us, and there’s nothing wrong with having it, yet God blesses us with it to use as a tool to help others. The natural tendency is to have a self-centered attitude about money and put our own needs before others’ needs. Valuing money before all else indicates a wrong relationship with money. “For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs” (1 Timothy 6:10, NIV). When we make the mistake of thinking like that, we only hurt ourselves.
Instead of seeking money for itself, it’s wiser to seek direction and counsel from God in our finances. He knows just what we need, and He’s more than willing to provide it when we ask Him for His input. “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33). God is a God of abundance, and He wants to give us all the good things in life with none of the bad. When He blesses us, there will not be painful consequences. “The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it” (Proverbs 10:22).
One of the reasons Jesus went to the cross was so we would never have to suffer financially. He did this out of love for us. “For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich” (2 Corinthians 8:9). Believing this radically changes our finances.

Joel Osteen Recent Messages Featuring: Healed Through Humility - Joel Osteen

The Scripture says, “Jesus humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross” (Philippians 2:8). Even Jesus had to humble Himself. It takes humility to walk in obedience. Without humility, Jesus could have thought, “I’m the Son of God. I don’t have to put up with the way people treat Me. I’m not going to the cross.” It was humility that caused Him to not retaliate against those who did Him wrong. Because of His humility, He could spend His life serving others when He had every right to be served. Because of His humility, He could hang on the cross and say, “Father, forgive them. They don’t know what they’re doing.

” There are times when God asks us to do things that seem hard. Your flesh will rise up and tell you all the reasons why you should get even, why you don’t need to honor your spouse’s request, or why there’s no point in listening to someone’s opinion. That’s when you have to do as Jesus did and humble yourself so you can become obedient. You have to put your pride down and say, “No, I’m going to overlook their insult. I won’t demand that they do it my way. I’m not going to be too proud to admit I was wrong and ask for forgiveness.” This is message #748, "Healed Through Humility," by Joel Osteen. Tithing Puts You On The Increase and Tithing: The Active Ingredient in Living a Prosperous Life

With God all things are possible. Welcome to the Believer’s Voice of Victory. Join Kenneth Copeland and special guest, Jesse Duplantis, as they discuss kingdom principles of putting God’s Word first place in your life. Now, here’s Kenneth.

Tithing: The Active Ingredient in Living a Prosperous Life

Tithing is the act of giving gratitude for the 100% we received by leaving 10% with our Source-that is, the person(s) or place(s) where we realize the Presence of God in our lives.

True prosperity has a spiritual basis. "God is the Source of your supply." So states Catherine Ponder in her wonderful book The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity. Just as we engage God through prayer for that which we claim to be true, and we connect with God spiritually through the practice of meditation, so too do we give the GIFT of Tithing to consistently keep in touch with the Infinite Source of our supply, God."Systematic giving opens the way to systematic receiving," according to Dr. Ponder. Giving to God 10% of that which we have received to persons or places where you are receiving your spiritual nourishment allows you to enjoy true prosperity with wondrous results.
The practice of the ancient law of prosperity is as old as we are as a species. From primitive man who offered sacrifices to his gods to evolving civilizations of Egyptians, Babylonians and Arabians, Greeks, Romans and Chinese, tithing (the word "tithe" means "tenth") was a way of life. "The ancients intuitively knew that giving, sharing and putting God first financially was the first step to permanent, enduring prosperity," writes author Ponder. They felt that ten was the magic number of increase.
Some of the most prominent millionaires of the twentieth century attributed their extraordinary success to the practice of tithing. Catherine Ponder reports, "In 1855, as a young man, John D. Rockefeller began tithing. His total income for that year was $95.00 from which he tithed $9.50 to his church." However, she goes on to say, "between 1855 and 1934, he gave away $531 million dollars. His standard reply to critics of his generosity was ‘God gave me my money.’"So many of the plans for becoming wealthy and rich focus on "getting" and forget about "giving." These schemes are not based on a spiritual foundation. When God is in the equation, wealth (meaning well-being and wholeness) is assured. So what are we really doing when we are giving the GIFT of Tithing? We are saying, "Thank you, God" for the generous bounty that we have received.
I recently read the most revealing paragraph in Joel Goldsmith’s book, Consciousness Transformed. In it he states: "A mistake has been made on the subject of tithing. Since it was discovered that those who tithe never know lack or limitation, it was believed that if you would teach this to people, they would always be prosperous," writes the founder of the Infinite Way. "This is not true," he continues. "Tithing is something that can only take place when individuals receive inwardly the realization of what great gifts of God they have received, and in gratitude decide to share some part of it," Joel says. "This sharing is just with the idea of thankfulness for the realization of God’s grace, and it is for this reason that those who spontaneously come to tithe are always generously and abundantly provided for," Mr. Goldsmith concludes. Tithing is the active ingredient of Gratitude that prospers not only the tither but the recipient of the tithe as well.
Tithing is the act of giving gratitude for the 100% we received by leaving 10% with our Source-that is, the person(s) or place(s) where we realize the Presence of God in our lives. Traditionally tithing has been associated with giving to the place of worship to which we belong. Often, "theologians have tended to stress what tithing would do for the church, instead of what it could do for the tither," says Dr. Catherine Ponder. Yet, upon closer examination of Tithing as a spiritual practice (not a mechanical one of obligation), we can only conclude that it is the individual who will be prospered and blessed through tithing. Naturally, the recipient will be too, since it’s all God. There are countless stories about the financial, prosperous success that comes from giving the GIFT of Tithing. "Since I have been tithing, I have more money to spend, not less," reports one student of this class. "I put in my tithe last week and suddenly the check that I have been expecting for months came in the mail." "Since the start of this class and my stepping into giving the GIFT of Tithing, my house sold." The stories go on and on. I have also heard this one repeated: "I was thriving financially and in so many ways when I was in class, but I stopped Tithing after it was over and I'm back in the same ‘soup’ I was in before."
So what can you expect when you begin to give the GIFT of Tithing?
• Fear usually shows up. I don't have enough now. How can I possibly...?
• Memories of previous associations with the word "tithe" may surface.
• Trust will become the plank to walk when beginning this practice.
• Surprise may ensue when you notice the amount of money you have to use after giving 10% to God.
• Doubt may surface when the above is not the immediate experience or when unexpected expenses show up instead.
• You may be surprised at the wisdom and judgment you are using to manage the money you have been given.
• You will enjoy the ease with which you are able to meet your financial obligations.
• You will notice that your connection in God deepens and thus your spiritual life expands and your consciousness of wealth grows.
• You will find that you want to give more than 10% to a variety of places of spiritual nourishment.
• You'll wonder how you ever managed to live without giving the GIFT of Tithing.

Creflo Dollar Ministries Featuring PROVISION IN A SEED & (Video)"Be The Church"

PROVISION IN A SEED

by Creflo Dollar | 26 Nov 2017

The Word of God is as important to us as seed is to a farmer. Planting physical seeds in good soil eventually produces a harvest, and the same can be said for planting the seed of the Word in our hearts. Everything we need in life has been made available to us in that seed, but it is up to us to plant it and allow it to grow. When the Word is presented to us, there will inevitably be opposition to it; this comes from the enemy, who will do everything in his power to keep it away from us and prevent us from seeing manifestations in our lives. When we operate in the natural realm and do not see results, we can switch to the supernatural realm through the Word of God. In this realm, there are no limits, and we are the only ones able to stop God’s promises from coming to fruition. We are farmers in this realm, and the Word is guaranteed to produce harvest if we let it.
  1. To benefit from the Word of God, our hearts must be ready to receive.
    1. The sower soweth the word. And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts (Mark 4:14, 15).
      1. The Word of God can be compared to seed that a farmer plants. If the seed stays in the bag and is not sown, no harvest can be expected.
      2. It is important to sow the seed in good soil. The soil can be compared to our hearts, which must be receptive to the Word.
      3. The farmer can sow seed into shallow ground, but the birds can eat it before it takes root. This refers to those who hear the Word but do not understand it (Matthew 13:19).
    2. And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness; And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended (Mark 4:16, 17).
We must spend enough time with the Word for it to develop a good root system in us. Otherwise, persecution and affliction will move us away from it.
    3. And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful (Mark 4:18, 19).
      1. When we hear the Word, we must stay focused on it without getting distracted. We must not allow other people’s drama to become our emergency.
      2. Everything we need for a godly life is contained in the sixty-six bags of seed found in the Word.
    4. And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred (Mark 4:20).
      1. “Good ground” is when we not only hear the Word, but accept and receive it as truth without negotiating or debating it. This is what brings forth fruit.
  2. To see results, we can operate in the supernatural as children of God.
    1. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise. Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar. For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all (Galatians 4:23-26).
      1. If we do not get results in the natural, we can switch to the supernatural. In the supernatural realm, we are the only ones who can stop the results from manifesting.
    2. For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband. Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now. Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free (Galatians 4:27-31).
      1. Ishmael came by the natural, but Isaac came by the supernatural. Likewise, we do not have to be slaves of the natural; we can choose to be children of the supernatural.
    3. And he said unto them, Is a candle brought to be put under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick? For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad. If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given. For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath (Mark 4:21-25).
      1. Choosing the Word is choosing the supernatural route. When we encounter darkness in our lives, the Word brings light and results in supernatural manifestations.
      2. The Word always works if our hearts are receptive, like fertile soil. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap (Galatians 6:7).
      3. The seed is hidden in the Word, but it will be manifested. There are no secrets with God.
      4. How we respond to the way God speaks to us determines how much more we will receive.
    4. And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how. For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear. But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come. And he said, Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it? It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth: But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it (Mark 4:26-32).
      1. God did not give us the Word to be fruitless. Just as a farmer will not get a harvest in the natural if he leaves the seed in the bag, we will not see a harvest if we do not study and meditate on the supernatural seed of the Word.
      2. We must let the seed stay in the ground for it to work. We cannot get a harvest with a part-time seed.
  3. Jesus is the living Word. He is all we need to live a supernatural life.
    1. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever (1 Peter 1:23).
      1. Incorruptible seed is seed that never fails. It will always produce, and it can never be destroyed.
      2. The Word gave birth to the supernatural life which we now live.
    2. According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue (2 Peter 1:3).
      1. Grace has made available not just a few things, but all things. We only get what we need through the knowledge of Christ, who is the Word.
    3. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth (John 1:1, 14).
      1. The Word was transformed into a physical human being. This process began with Isaiah, who planted a seed when he prophesied of Jesus, “Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows…” (Isaiah 53:4).
    4. And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified (Acts 20:32).
      1. This inheritance is specifically for the sanctified believers who have been set aside. These are the ones who have received incorruptible seed by grace.
      2. A Christian facing a problem will not succeed in overcoming it without the specific Word pertaining to that circumstance. Whether it is sickness, lack, deliverance, or any other issue, we must fill our hearts with the seed pertaining to it. When we meditate on those Scriptures, we will prosper and have good success (Joshua 1:8).
    5. 5. Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord (Colossians 3:16).
      1. We must let the seed of the Word dwell in us, not the worldly negativity on which we can focus. A bad attitude is like weeds trying to grow in our soil.
