To Recap and Current:

My journey on this wonderful weight loss coffee started in September 2017. My friend, Scott, texted me "Diana, you have to look at this weight loss coffee business"! I told him no. He persisted AND I'M SO HAPPY HE DID. Scott told me all about the fantastic results people were getting because of our great drinks. When he said people were losing weight that really got to me, so I "Jump in and Sign Up" before I even tried our products...The rest is history. I started September 18th drinking 1 cup of our Coffee every morning. Hungry?
"No"! I stopped snacking & sugar cravings were pretty much gone. Lost 4 lbs. then 5 more, then down 13 lbs. and inches. I hit a plateau so for 2 weeks did our "12 in 24" program, loosing inches (scale still saying 13 lbs. lost. Then I did the coffee in am and our new cocoa in afternoon, down another 5 lbs., 18 lbs. total. End of February I added 1 scoop of our new Keto Creamer that turbo charged the fat burning, down 25 lbs. Then for 12 days I did our cleanse and dropped another 2 lbs. In the last 2 weeks, I've more inches and weight loss & my current weight today is 29 lbs. lost & down 3 pant sizes (size 16 to a size 12).  Currently, Am I drink 1 coffee with 1 scoop of Keto Creamer and add just enough of our Cocoa to make my coffee a Mocha! I then wait 1 hr, at least, before I eat. I often find myself eating breakfast/ early lunch about 10:30 - 11:00 am cause I am not hungry. My Mocha coffee is so yummy! Do our products work? ABSOLUTELY!!!

OM Gosh! I am sooooo very happy I did not pass up this opportunity. My results still amaze me every day! Again! Summer is coming and we all want to look good in shorts, sandals, and swim suites. Some of us really struggle with controlling our eating and choices of better food. 
How can we achieve our goal(s) of weight loss? We do not make any medical claims.

This time of year is when everyone wants to lose a few pounds, to get ready for summer and no doubt there will be an array of diets in the media. Many of these diets are unrealistic for the average individual due to not being able to afford countless ingredients, having the time to make meals that require a a lot of prep is difficult, or the diets that restrict the intake of food can be hard to maintain. Not only are they unrealistic, but they’re incredibly bad for you. If you do manage to lose weight on them it’s only a matter of time before you put it back on.

So we all can agree that most people drink coffee and they want to lose weight. My way of reaching my weight loss goal is pretty simple. With our weight loss coffee, cocoa, keto creamer, trim help control your appetite, curb your snacking and help you choose better foods for you. With our products, I have been able to reach 3/4 of my weight loss goal of 40 lbs. Today, I am down another pound and that makes 28 lbs! Can you give me a "WHOOP WHOOP"!!! Careylea - Hi! I would like to encourage anyone who is skeptical about weight loss coffee and products. I am proof that these products deliver health! I was pretty much confined to my chair a year ago. Severe arthritis caused great pain and sometimes hospital stays because of the crippling effects in my back and knees. I had eczema that required cortisone treatments and was on diuretic medication because of the painful bloating and swelling caused by oedema (water retention). WEIGHT LOSS COFFEE - I've Lost 24 lbs.since End of September 2017 Whoop Whoop!

Boy am I getting Lean and Trim!!! Yesterday I checked my weight and I was down 23 lbs. This morning I am DOWN ANOTHER POUND, 24 lbs. I LOVE MY PRODUCTS!!!

Remember, I started on 1 coffee a day back at the end of September. By October I was down 13 lbs. Then I was losing some inches but the scales didn't change, so that was still ok. I did the 12 in 24 and lost some inches, then went to 1 coffee in am and 1 cocoa in pm with our Keto Creamer. That's when I started seeing more pounds come off. I now changed it up again and I have 1 coffee with our creamer in the morning, I wait at least 1 hr before I eat, sometimes 2 hrs., and about 1 or 2pm I have another coffee with our creamer. And WOW, 24 lbs down. I'm still not really snacking and the coffee helps me control the choices I make so I am eating more healthy and no sugars, no apple fritters any more LOL! I feel great. I am always in a good mood and just feel great!

Good Morning! While all of you 8-5 people go off to the races, I get to work from home with our wonderful weight loss coffee and other beverages. Good Morning World!  Today is a very rainy and stormy day up North and it's looking to be that way until the weekend! The wind is blowing, I would guess, about 25 mph. The house doesn't feel too cold, but I know it is cold outside. In the mountains, about a 40 min. drive, they are getting snow and we do need the rain and snow. Haven't had too much this winter.

I am sitting here drinking a hot cup of our weight loss cocoa with our Keto Creamer.. Yum, it is soooo good! Yes, with our Keto Creamer because I want my system to be super charged and be in a fat-burning mode. I am seeing the inches come off me. I can actually see my ribs again!!! I am hoping by weekend, I will be 20 lbs down. Oh, I can't wait. When I moved here some 20 yrs ago, I was in a size 7 pant. I've gone up to a 16 pant and now I am back in a size 12 pant, Whoop Whoop! Throughout those 20 yrs. I have steadily gained. I've always tried to keep my weight in check and I've tried most of the diets and pills out there. Some cost a little and 1 supplement, shake, cleanse diet cost me $300 a MONTH! Wine or any drink always put an extra 5 lbs on me for 1 silly glass. Oh yes it does and that was at holidays. Because of that, I don't drink any alcoholic beverages at all. Yip, boring, but I would rather keep my weight down, then take 1 drink of any kind, and gain another 5 lbs.

When a multi-millionaire friend of mine that made most of his money in the "Network Marketing" business called me and told me I had to get into this global weight loss coffee as a distributor, I said "No I don't". You see Network Marketing is a 182 Billion dollar a year profession. 17 Million in the USA alone are in a Network Marketing business. So Network Marketing is BIG business because people need an extra residual income.) Scott said "Yes you do; it is weight loss coffee and everyone is losing weight! It's a Win Win. Everyone drinks coffee and most everyone wants to lose weight". I had just put on another 4 lbs in the last 3 months and was looking for a weight loss program to try to lose weight, so I said "Ok, tell me about this weight loss coffee". When Scott was done explaining, my gut told me "this sound very simple to do. I can lose weight, help others do the same and I can make an extra income too"! So I told Scott I was late for an appointment and here is my credit card. Put me in as a Business Builder as that position allows me to get top pay 7 ways. I've never done that before; got in a business (I've been in several in a 20 yr period) over the phone and given out my credit card. But you see, I saw this weight loss coffee as a real winner and I would lose weight too.

I've never been happier and so glad I didn't miss this opportunity to lose weight, help others get healthy, and make an income. I decided it was time for a Before & After picture. It's difficult to put into just a few words what these healthy weight loss functional beverages have done for me in the last 8 months! Thirty-three years ago, I developed an auto-immune disease, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. The medical response was to remove half of my thyroid. Johny - What an amazing group we have here for sharing our stories. Mine begins in March 2016 when I was introduced to these wellness products that would change my life in ways I'm still discovering. But let me back that up a bit:

I've been in the Music Biz now for almost 30 years and I was undiagnosed with severe sleep apnea for most of that. My mother told me that even as a child I snored worse than my father. I also thought that waking up every morning exhausted was normal.

The result of my sleep study was that I stopped breathing 54 times an hour. That was about 10 years ago when I first started my CPAP therapy. I absolutely hated it and have been embarrassed to tell people about it ever since. I felt amazing after only one week on 12in24 So I decided to sleep without my CPAP. Well, I woke up after the best sleep of my life and packed up that horrible machine and it's been in the closet for over a year now.

I now wake up every morning feeling amazing and ready to start my day without it. I am not a medical professional and I am in no way suggesting anyone do what I did. I tried this because having my girlfriend go to bed with Darth Vader is NOT as cool as it sounds.

I just want to thank this group for letting me share my story here. It's become so much easier to tell now that it has a happy ending. And what makes it even happier is that I now represent these products and I'm able to help others with a lot more than just sleeping issues.

I will have a good thought that each and every one of us that is still suffering can find what works for them to enjoy a great nights sleep. By the way, now that I'm getting a hell of a lot more R.E.M. time I'm waking up remembering dreams that sustain my smile for the whole day.

I wanted to share with you my Keto Creamer order was delivered yesterday. I purposely didn't drink my morning weight loss coffee so I could feel results of the creamer. So 1 coffee and 1 scoop of Keto creamer 1 hr before my lunch. Around 11:30am, after my hubby and I went grocery shopping, I was hungry and started making our lunch.
