Fitness Model Plan Transforms Dad Body- Ripped in Only 12 Weeks

The sound science of fitness that worked in 2016 will work in 2017 and beyond!

Savvy athletes and warriors understand that as long as they are alive, they can take another step forward. Much like the young man in today's feature transformation. Take note of the fact that it took him 2 years to commit once he was convinced that it was not another online scam. Can you identify with that line of thought?

Dan’s Story

I came across the Hitch Fit website a few years ago and always thought the results were too good to be true and that is was another online scam. Despite my initial impressions, I was still curious, then one day I recognized an old work colleague on the website and this then gave me the reassurance Hitch FIt was the real deal. It still took me a couple more years to finally commit, I was always concerned how I would manage the requirements of the program around my shift work and family life, but I am glad I finally did, my only regret was putting off the decision for so long.

Micah is very clear at the beginning of the program, you need to be 100% committed to changing your life. I can only reinforce this point, the program is tough, it does impact your lifestyle, your family, and your kids. However, 12 weeks is such a short period of time in your life to ensure you are the fittest and best version of yourself you can be. The effort required to complete the program is worth every bead of sweat and every ounce of pain, as you will NEVER look back once you complete the program.

The first week was brutal, I struggled with the volume of exercise and my body struggled to recover, but as time went by all the unnecessary wasteful things I was doing at home, like watching TV, especially watching nothing in particular became not so important and this freed up time for exercise or food prep. The results as very quick, even at the end of the first week, (despite giving up coffee) I noticed increased energy levels, consistent energy levels, and improved sleep length and quality.

Well the day finally came to see my progress from week one, I was apprehensive, I had worked so hard during the week I did not see any difference in the mirror and did not want to be disappointed. I stepped on the scales, well was I surprised, I had lost 3.3 lbs in the first week, whilst some of this is probably water weight, I continued to lose weight and inches every week, in numbers I would never have expected to be maintained.

Week five came along and I hit a hurdle, I injured my back and couldn’t move for two days, I was flat on my back in bed. I thought the week was going to be a write off, the world was working against me to stop me completing the program. I sought treatment and rested for the two days and managed to continue the program for the remainder of the week.

12 weeks to awesome

Another challenge I found was the nutrition plan, whilst I generally enjoy most foods, I have never enjoyed or even liked oatmeal. It was a real struggle for me and the beginning of the program, well it’s amazing what 12 weeks does, as it is now my preferred breakfast, even after finishing the program.

The program is both physically and mentally exhausting, my main advice to anyone contemplating the program, trust yourself, commit to the journey, commit to becoming the best version of yourself, and trust the program. You will have highs and low through the program, enjoy the highs, work hard through the lows. You will have obstacles, these are to test you, not to stop you. The results and benefits are worth every bit of energy you expend on the program.

Couples Bootcamp Program Helped this Busy Mother of 2 Transform Her Body and Life

I am so excited to share with you Allison’s Transformation story . Allison is a mother of 2 that works full time in the medical field. Being a busy mother and having a full time job meant that she had to be structured with her schedule and make this a top priority if she wanted the results. Lets just say she followed everything and did an incredible job.



Allison’s Stats: 

Starting weight: 135 pounds

Ending weight: 111.8 pounds

. Hip Measurement (measure around the largest area): 37” ended 33”

. Waist Measurement (measure around the largest area): 34.5” and ended at 26”

. Body Fat Percentage 35% and ended at 18%

My adventure began when a friend of mine who had been researching different diet/exercise programs stumbled across Hitch Fit. I was not overweight at the time but I was not healthy either. I was tired all the time and had no strength in my arms or legs. I work full time in the medical field and my days are long and unpredictable. I have two children who are involved in baseball, softball, gymnastics and piano, so my time away from the hospital is spent running them around. Not to mention the piles of laundry and dishes that accumulate every day. So, like everyone else in my situation I had excuse after excuse as to why I couldn’t lose weight, eat healthier and get in shape. I was wanting something to motivate me to get in shape and so when my friend decided to do Hitch Fit I told her I would sign up with her. The accountability to her and to Micah made me find the time and motivation to do something for myself.

The hardest part for me was finding the time to fit in cardio and workouts on a daily basis. I found that early mornings worked best and even though I struggled to get out of bed, I loved the feeling of having my cardio or workout done before leaving for work. There were evenings that I found myself on the treadmill at 10 pm but knowing I had to report to Micah each week kept me motivated.

I also found it difficult to fit in the smaller, frequent meals, but with some advice from Micah I was able to find things that were easy to eat on the go and squeeze in when I had time between a patient and OR cases. Protein shakes ended up being a very simple way for me to get the protein and calories I needed to keep going on my busy days and I enjoyed them so much that even though I am done with my 12 week program I am still drinking them.

I have tried other weight loss programs but what made Hitch Fit stand out to me and allow me to succeed was the personalization. I loved that when I had a question or issue that Micah was just an email away and always had good advice. I had back surgery last year and Micah was able to help me find ways to complete the workouts without injuring myself. I am also very lucky in that I had the support of my husband. He would have a special diner ready for me on the nights I was working out late and without his support and encouragement this journey would have been much tougher. I hope to be able to keep up with the dietary concepts I learned and continue to work out on a daily basis. Thank you Hitch Fit helping me obtain a body I am comfortable in, strength and energy to keep up with my kiddos and busy life and a feeling of accomplishment that I have never had before!

Skinny Fat to Six Pack Abs for this Mother of FOUR!

Nate-and-Becky.jpg'Skinny-Fat' Athletes and Warriors is a term born out of the late 90's that describes those unfortunate folks who shunned lifting weights thinking that it would make them too bulky and instead went on insane diets and did lots of boring cardio.
This usually results in this not-so-rare condition where you lose muscle and achieve a sick looking flabby physique where it appears that your flesh is about to fall off of your bones. Sorry for the graphic depiction but in "keeping it real" we have to shine a light on error. Now don't despair if this is you. This transformation will show you why you can be hopeful to change.

Kristin’s Story:
