women’s side, freshman Kennedy Lewis (Atlanta) and sophomore Ameenah
Saalih (Willingboro, N.J.) competed in the 100-meter dash where both
Bison qualified for the finals, clocking in at 12.04
and 12.11, respectively. In the finals, Lewis placed fifth overall
(12.34) while Saalih came in seventh (12.59).
Third-year
hurdler Uchechi Onuoha (Yardly, Pa.) participated in the women’s
100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles where she reached the finals in
both events. Furthermore, the Pennsylvania native
took eighth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.14).
