When you’re rushing around in the morning and don’t think you have time for a healthy breakfast, think again! This protein-packed shake will leave you feeling full and satisfied well into lunchtime!
Strawberry Shake
Ingredients:
- 6 large strawberries
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4-5 ice cubes
Directions: Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
Don’t you think it’s time you considered elevating your appetizer game? Whether you’re having people over for a little dinner party or a roaring backyard barbecue, this twist on the classic bruschetta is a real winner!
Summery Strawberry Basil Bruschetta
Ingredients:
- one loaf of French bread, sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and finely chopped
- 1 cup of grape tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup packed fresh basil, minced
- 1/4 cup packed fresh mint, minced
- 3 tablespoons of red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees In a large bowl, combine strawberries, tomatoes, basil, mint, and red onion. Make a balsamic reduction. Bring the vinegar to a boil over high heat. Once it is boiling, reduce to medium low heat and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally. Continue to simmer until vinegar has reduced in volume by at least half. Brush one side of each piece of sliced bread with some olive oil and place, oil side down, on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Top the toasted bread slices with bruschetta mixture and drizzle with balsamic reduction and serve!

Fruit & Walnut Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 Camembert cheese
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently with your favorite vinaigrette to coat and you are ready to serve!
