Tammy's story began when she went in for her annual exam with her primary physician concerned about a lump in her breast.
When they gave her the results in February 2014, she was informed that she had Stage 3 breast cancer.
And just like we've heard from so many other cancer survivors, they had her scheduled for chemo – before she could stop and think. Not knowing what to do, she followed her doctor’s orders.
What followed, Tammy wouldn’t wish on her worst enemy. The terrible destruction of her body and well-being. Worse still, after five months of chemo and radiation, they told her the cancer would definitely come back. And it would definitely kill her.
Only days after that, Tammy’s friend gave her The Truth About Cancer’s A Global Quest docu-series. What she learned was mind blowing and changed her life around. She focused on building up her immune system and overall health, and she prayed.
