How can Physical Activity be a great ally against Depression?
By: SÉrgio Fonsaca

Individuals suffering from depression tend to be idle, unoccupied and discouraged. This picture of distress and deep sadness is not healthy and only aggravates the state of the sick person.

A variety of illnesses, especially mental and psychological illness, can be helped by physical activities. Most health professionals always present routines with physical exercises to help in these situations, which is effective and positive.

One of the diseases that can be helped by physical activity is depression, since the problem involves biological, psychological and genetic aspects. Although it is a very complex disease, steps like these can aid in therapy.

Is the improvement proven?
It has already been scientifically proven that depressive patients treated solely with medication have fewer positive outcomes than people treated with drugs and exercise.

Depression needs to be accompanied and treated seriously and physical activity only comes to add. That's why doctors always recommend it to patients who have it.

If activity is performed long term, the results tend to be very positive, since a new habit is formed. It is as if the patient had a new distraction and a reason to keep exercising.
This is due to the fact that the nervous system ends up releasing endorphin during the activities. Such a substance causes a feeling of well being and remains over hours in the human body.

Because of this, the patient completely changes. The difference in the life of the sick subject is perceptible and palpable. He will remain more agitated, excited and no longer accommodated reconsidering the sadness.

Sequences of Exercises
The most recommended is to chart a flow or exercise routine for the person who will start the treatment. Walking is the best activity for anyone who is starting. The patient can walk in the period 30 or 40 minutes always accompanied.

When the practice of the walk is already determined, the time can be extended or the patient can start to alternate and run. Other activities may also be introduced to this new routine.

The ideal is to establish an alternation, performing aerobic and anaerobic activities. By occupying mind and time with these types of exercises the patient will eventually isolate himself from depression.

It is important for the patient to practice sports in environments that are most enjoyable for them. Large and outdoor seating are pleasant and pass the feeling of tranquility, so one of the most recommended.

The Truth About Cancer Featuring: Global Health News Ep. #36 | Vaccine Propaganda | The Opioid Epidemic & Cannabis

We begin this episode from one of the countries we visited in our latest documentary... Japan (The Land of the Rising Sun). Did you know Japan has said "no" to mandatory vaccines since 1994? Not only this, they banned the triple MMR jab in 1993 after a record number of children developed adverse reactions to the drug. Did you know that Japan has one of the lowest rates of infant deaths in the world? Japan does not vaccine newborns with the Hepatitis B vaccine nor does it vaccinate pregnant mothers (even the flu shot!). They also don't require the HPV vaccine. Next, we talk about NBC's recent smear campaign on vaccine safety advocates.

Watch the full video to learn more about the foundation of propaganda and the "science" of manipulating public opinion. Are "Anti-Vaxxers" just former "Pro-Vaxxers"? Yes! Many of us didn't know the truth. Many people followed the "rules", vaccinated their children, and then observed the damage in their children. This isn't a movement of misinformation. This is a movement of mothers and fathers questioning the status quo, challenging the legality of mandatory vaccines, and demanding vaccine safety testing.

Did you know that opioids have killed 4 times more people than the Vietnam war? We discuss the patenting process of opioids (and cannabis) and the dangers. . Lastly, we'll share more about the latest ploy by the mainstream media to promote vaccines and the "measles epidemic"... If you enjoy this video, please share with your friends and family!

Good Cops, Great Cops Police Activity Featuring: Suspect Gets Shot After Pointing Shotgun At Georgia Cop

** (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) ** The Athens-Clarke County Police Department released body camera video they say shows a man pointing a shotgun at an officer who was responding to a peeping Tom call. he man in the video was killed in his doorway, and Officer Ethan Marsden, 31, who shot him, is now on a temporary assignment until the Georgia Bureau of Investigation finishes the investigation. Around 11:40 p.m. April 20, a neighbor called police and said that 63-year-old Carlton Brooks was using binoculars to stare at her for 30 minutes while she was sitting in her car. Video shows when police arrived at Brooks' home, they came face-to-face with the suspected peeping Tom, who they say was holding a gun.

In the video, officers asked him to dropped his weapon: "Sir, put the weapon down. Put the weapon down." They said he never dropped it. Instead, they said Brooks raised the gun and that's when Marsden shot Brooks twice in the stomach. "Based on the law, the officer was protecting himself -- and not only him but another officer -- from a serious threat," Athens-Clarke County Deputy Chief Jeff Clark said. Police said they had been called to Brooks' address before. The GBI will make the final determination as to whether the shooting was justified.

Joel Osteen Ministries Featuring: Victoria Osteen - Have a Compassionate Heart

All through the Gospels we read that wherever Jesus went He was moved with compassion for people. When He saw the multitudes, He had this deep inward moving of love to heal the sick and feed them miraculously. He had compassion on the widow who was weeping for her dead son and raised him from the dead (Luke 7:14). Two blind men heard that Jesus was passing by and cried out, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!” (Matthew 20:30), and Jesus stopped in His tracks, called them, and looked them right in their faces. They couldn’t see Him, but I bet they could feel His compassion as He touched their eyes and healed them.

Never Fall

Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed.
2 Timothy 2:15

A lot of people have been playing games when it comes to the Word. They claim to be faith people in public. But, in private, they never open the Bible at all. Then, when a time of trouble comes and they try to stand on the Word, they fall flat on their spiritual faces.
Well, the time for playing games is over. It’s time for us to realize that real faith involves action. James 2:20 says faith without works [or corresponding action] is dead.
If you want the kind of faith that will keep you on your feet when others are falling around you, you need to take some action where the Word is concerned.
First, you need to study. You can study the Word in many ways. Not only can you read it, you can dig deeply into it with concordances, Greek/Hebrew dictionaries and other study guides. What’s more, if you have a media player, you can walk around half the day listening to teaching. It’s only one way of study, but it is a powerful one.
The second thing you need to do is go where the Word is being preached. When Romans 10:17 says “faith cometh by hearing,” it’s talking about the preached Word.
Whenever I start feeling surrounded by problems and I’m having trouble hearing from God, I drop everything and find some place where I can hear the Word preached. I’ve received more answers from God that way than I can count. Even though the preacher may not have been preaching about anything even remotely connected with the issue I was struggling with, some word of Scripture would suddenly start my thoughts in a certain direction. Then I’d realize, That’s the answer to that problem I’ve been dealing with for the past six weeks!
Third, you need to start confessing the Word you’ve heard. Find the promise of God that covers your situation and then declare it out loud as if it had already come to pass in your life.
Get serious about the Word of God. Study it. Go hear it preached. Confess it. Become such a diligent workman that the devil himself will look at you with fear and say, “There’s one believer who’s not playing games anymore.”

Rob Riches Featuring: Daily Food Prep Evening Meals and Golf Nutrition Benefits: Better Body, Better Mind, Better Game

If nutrition has always been a tricky subject for you, then I hope these videos will give you a greater insight into how I personally prep my daily meals, such as these in the evening.

Golf Nutrition Benefits: Better Body, Better Mind, Better Game
 By: Travis Belfon

Just like any other athlete, golfers need to be in top condition in order to give their best performances. They need to be able to play long courses, sometimes over several hours. Good nutrition is vital in this effort.

Sound Golf Diet

Not many years ago, the role of good nutrition was largely overlooked in golf. Because it is a relatively slow-moving, non-aerobic sport, golfers did not often correlate a proper balanced diet with top performance. As such, many golfers suffered from fatigue and diminished concentration long before they reached the 18th hole.
Train to hit 'em long and straight with BodyByBoyle Online!

Golfers need to eat healthy foods from a well balanced diet that will provide them with a long-term boost during training and golf games. Adopting a healthy diet not only boosts performance but also facilitates faster recovery rates for any resulting muscle injury. Many golf nutrition experts advise eating a balanced, high-protein/ low-fat diet including lean meats, eggs, poultry, and fish, along with green leafy vegetables and fruits. Foods such as oats and whole wheat facilitate a slow release of carbohydrates and can provide golfers with the stamina needed for hours of activity when paired with a proper protein-containing food. However, starchy carbohydrates and sugary foods like white bread and potatoes are poor choices that often leave golfers feeling tired in a short amount of time.

Adequate hydration is also important. Drinking eight to ten glasses of water a day is recommended (whether you’re playing golf or not!). A golf drink such as GolferAID that contains supplements to provide long-lasting energy and improved mental focus can also be consumed during training and games. Caffeine and alcohol should be avoided before and after a game or training session. Caffeine inhibits proper control as it can cause over-stimulation of muscles and "jitters," while alcoholic beverages can affect mind and body coordination. With this in mind, you should also be wary of any golf drink that contains even small amounts of caffeine.

If you feel tired by the 9th hole, it’s probably time to review your golf diet. Do you eat the right foods for building a strong, energetic body and an attentive mind? You may want to consider integrating GolferAID into your golf nutrition. This low calorie, zero-caffeine golf beverage has all natural ingredients to help you achieve maximum golf performance. Visit www.golferaid.com to learn more details about the drink and how it works.
