VALENTUS - Prevail Best Weight Loss Drinks!

Lean Trim Diana Here!

Happy Sunday!

I want to talk about some of our ingredients in our weight loss beverages that make our beverages stand out and work among other products out there today. www.leantrimcoffee.biz

SlimRoast Weight Loss Coffee:

L-Theneine:
Theanine neutralizes stress, by reducing anxiety and improving the quality of sleep. It does this by increasing the alpha waves in your brain, which relaxes the mind. And so much more

With these problems removed now your body:
·    Won't store all the fat you eat
·    Won't resist weight loss
·    Won't give you increased feelings of hunger

Cocoa:
focus and alertness, while also keeping you in a great mood. These properties help in the reduction of stress and also increase the sensation of fullness, reducing hunger and cravings. Cacao contains MAO (monoamine oxidase enzyme inhibitor) which is able to reduce appetite by increasing serotonin and other neurotransmitters in the brain that help to decrease appetite and hunger.
 Phenylethylamine HCL
Also known as PEA, Beta-Phenylethylamine or 2-Phenylethylamine, is a supplement used for different purposes, among them cognitive enhancement, mood improvement, weight loss, and as a concentration aid.
Helps us to feel more alert and have a greater sense of well-being and contentment.

Keto Creamer:
Keto Pluses:

It will make you feel FULL. Body is satisfied and not craving; Stop your food cravings so you won’t EAT as much.

Blood Glucose levels because you will have Fatty acids available for the body to use as energy vs. being fed carbohydrates that turn into sugar in order to produce energy

Improve serotonin, mood and provides the brain with healthy brain energy sources.

5-HTC:

In humans, 5-HTP converts directly into serotonin in the brain and has been shown to help with mood, anxiety, and weight loss

Helping with sleep disorders such as insomnia, depression, anxiety, migraine and tension-type headaches, fibromyalgia, obesity, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), attention deficit

Prevail Cocoa:
Green Coffee Bean Extract
particular improved glucose and lipid metabolism, as well as anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory.
Garcinia Cambogia Extract
An incredibly efficient fat burning ingredient, Garcinia Cambogia has received much media attention for its effect on weight loss and food consumption control. Its primary ingredient is the dietary super supplement known as HCA, which is proven in scientific studies to stop hunger in its tracks. Its appetite suppression qualities helps feel more full (satiety) and the fruit increase fat burning skills (thermogenesis)
Cocoa Bean Extract
Cocoa is considered to be a rich source of antioxidants and flavanoids, which may impart antiaging properties. Cocoa also contains a high level of flavonoids, specifically epicatechin, which may have beneficial effects on cardiovascular health. Cocoa is a stimulant and contains the compounds theobromine and caffeine. The beans contain between 0.1% and 0.7% caffeine, whereas dry coffee beans are about 1.2% caffeine.
White Kidney Bean Extract
White beans are the most abundant plant-based source of phosphatidylserine known which plays a key role in cell cycle signaling and blood coagulation.
Chromium Picolinate
This mineral’s main function is to help insulin carry sugar into muscle cells where it is stored as energy.  A lack of chromium could cause fluctuating blood-sugar levels which trigger sugar cravings. As a carbohydrate dependent society, increasing the amount of Chromium in our diet in our formula’s proportions will assist the body’s ability to manage its carbohydrate cravings.

Prevail Trim:

Inulin Fiber:
It significantly decreases the number of potentially harmful yeast, parasites and bacterial species living in the body that trigger inflammation. When combined with water, inulin bulks up and forms a gel-like substance that expands in the digestive tract, which helps decrease appetite and cravings, potentially helping with weight loss. As it passes through the digestive system unabsorbed by digestive enzymes, inulin takes with it toxins, waste, fat and cholesterol particles. Research shows soluble fibers help lower blood cholesterol, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and reduce the risk for hypertension, heart disease and metabolic syndrome

Rice Bran Powder:
Rice bran is used for treating diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, alcoholism, obesity and AIDS. It is good for preventing stomach and colon cancer, for preventing cardiovascular disease and for strengthening the immune system. It increases energy and improves athletic performance. It is useful for improving liver function and is an antioxidant.

Maqui Berry:

The Maqui berry can actually help to rejuvenate cells, promote healthier aging and even ward off disease. Another important benefit of this super antioxidant food is its ability to control inflammation throughout the body. Maqui berries help to reduce inflammatory responses, which helps to decrease pain and increase flexibility and mobility, even among people with severe arthritis and fibromyalgia. Those who take Maqui berry on a regular basis also tend to notice considerable weight loss as their bodies become healthier and are able to dispose of toxins that may have been suppressing weight loss in the past.

Yahoo Small Business Advisor-Builder Depot: A small business re-inventing the Supply Chain

Builder Depot: A small business re-inventing the Supply Chain

By Michael Goodwin | Small Business

Go to a retail store and you’ll probably end up paying $50 for a square foot of high-end Italian tile—and up to $90 per square foot of mosaic. David Shearn, the CEO of The Builder Depot will sell you that same tile for $5; the mosaic will run a mere $13.95.
The only trouble is no one believes his prices.
Too Good to Be True?
“The number one question our customers asked us when we started in 2008 is the same question we get in 2016: ‘How can your prices be so cheap?’ People think if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. But it isn’t! We pay our suppliers cash, and cut out most of the steps in the traditional supply chain to save money at each step—which allows us to deliver really low prices to our customers on high-end tiles. It all comes down to understanding how the supply chain works, how a product comes from point A and reaches the consumer at point B.”

image
Customers appear to have overcome their skepticism, though, because Builder Depot’s sales revenues are in eight figures and rising. The company is already the biggest tile site on the web, with the largest stock and over 2000 SKUs. And construction has started on a new, five-acre fulfillment facility, with 15 loading docks, in Alpharetta, Georgia on the outskirts of Atlanta. Shearn considered many factors before he chose Alpharetta—a bedroom community just outside Atlanta. “There are too many people on the roads already,” he laughs. “It’s no good for anyone. I hate seeing people who have driven two or three hours in traffic to get to work. They come in exhausted. How can that be good for business? So I put our new facility in a beautiful area with the best schools in Georgia, where people can live nearby and skip the commute. It’s an area you would want to have your family come and have lunch with you. I need happy employees.”
Opportunity Knocks—and Cash Is King
Shearn is a highly-knowledgeable business person, with a degree in business and a penchant for hard work to go with it. His success story doesn’t make it sound easy, though. In fact, it makes it sound hard.
After he graduated from university in 1997 Shearn went to work for a massive manufacturer, where he spent two years visiting the company’s various conglomerates. He spent three months at each one, starting at the bottom and working up to where he could shadow the CEO. Then he’d have to suggest how he would improve the business. As he explains, “It was like doing an unofficial MBA.”
Shearn ended up as head of US operations for a large UK manufacturer specializing in glass and tile imports. Then, suddenly, thanks to the crash of '08, the company collapsed and he found himself unemployed. His company had been forced into debt in order to make payment terms. This model works, he points out, only as long as sales continue. 2008 hit the building industry hard, and lots of companies went under. Shearn swore that in future he’d do business in cash. He had a family to support. He saw that business was cyclical; any business he started had to be able to survive a downturn.
Then he saw an opportunity. “During my time selling tiles I had noticed a few weaknesses in the industry,” he notes. “These companies had huge, expensive supply chains. Nobody was using the internet. Something had to change.” Shearn had already taught himself how to build and run an ecommerce site. Now, in 2008, he thought it was time to start one of his own.
“I wanted no debt,” he explains, “so I sold my 401K, which was considerable, and tried to open a business bank account. I didn’t want a loan, just an account! Three banks turned me down. Finally I found one bank that would give me an account, and I started buying tile. For cash. At the time cash was something people wanted badly. I wanted to break the traditional pricing structure. I would buy for cash, use my ecommerce skills, collapse the supply chain, and sell high-quality merchandise at a price no one else could match.”
Don’t Answer the Phone
At first a lot of people didn’t believe Shearn’s prices. “We created videos to explain how we do it,” he laughs. “Whiteboard presentations. We explained it on the web site. But it still upset everybody. The traditional model is quarry to distributor to sub-distributor to retailer to contractor to consumer—and at every point in that supply chain prices go up. But if you go direct to the quarry at a point when they need cash, you say, 'Look, this is the weakest part of the year for you. You’ve got to pay your people, you’re not going to get any new orders, and you need long runs. So we’ll give you long runs, and we’ll give you cash. All you need to do is provide the absolute best product at the lowest price. And we’ll do it again very soon.’”
One year later Builder Depot was in the black. But if the business model was easy, the fulfillment process wasn’t.
“The biggest challenge when we were starting was doin’ it all myself,” Shearn recalls. “Literally. I would unload a 24-foot truck with a pallet jack, with pallets weighing over 2000 pounds. Then I’d have to pack seven or eight orders. I got a torn shoulder, and I was trying to use my left hand as much as I could. My wife would be packing the samples. We didn’t have the resources to pay someone to answer the phone, so we never answered it. I lost a lot of weight. It was my personal gym. Our garage was our first warehouse. The shipping dock was the front of our house. And we couldn’t spend any money at all. It isn’t for everyone.”
Shearn went through several internet platforms before settling on Yahoo (now Aabaco Small Business, from Yahoo). “I started out with Amazon,” he says, “because they gave me more HTML options, and I tried EBay, 'cause that’s the typical way to do things. But they both wanted between 10 and 30 percent commission. It was just adding to the cost of the product. So I decided to give Yahoo a go. Yahoo only charges 0.75 percent, so it’s a no-brainer! My first site was pathetic, just some online products and me trying to get it going. But our new site is terrific, thanks to a designer Yahoo found for us. I’ve been very pleased with Yahoo (now Aabaco Small Business from Yahoo).”

image
Google Trusted StoreIndeed, the internet business just got a lot better for Builder Depot.
Recently, for the third year in a row, 35 million monthly users at Houzz.com cited Builder Depot as Best in Customer Service. And on January 1, 2016, Builder Depot was declared a Google Trusted Store.
What does that mean, actually?
“I don’t know yet,” says Shearn. “They just told us a week ago. You have to have incredible customer ratings. We’ve got 4.9 stars out of five. Then you can put the Google Trusted Store logo on your site, and Google guarantees your buyers $1000 against any purchase liability. They claim it can mean growth of four to five percent in sales. Maybe you place higher in search results too. And by 2018 or 2020 if you’re not a Google Trusted Store you’ll probably find yourself on page 7000 of the search results. But I’m just guessing.”
Shearn certainly isn’t guessing about how to build a successful ecommerce site. “I’ve built up quite a few skills over the years,” he admits. “I didn’t just stumble into this.”

Eight Types Of Bikes At Motorcycle Dealers

By: Mark Share

The first motorized bike was invented in 1867 and powered by steam. In 1894, the first mass-produced model was built. Since 1894, hundreds of millions of choppers, scooters, and off-road motorbikes have been produced and sold by motorcycle dealers throughout the world. In 2013, over 8,400,000 were registered in the United States. California, Florida, and Texas accounted for about a quarter of all registrations. They are very popular in dense cities and developing countries due to their low rates of fuel consumption and relatively inexpensive purchase price. Here are the eight main styles of bikes that you will find at motorcycle dealers.

Standard

Standard bikes are designed for basic street use. They generally do not have a windshield, and the driver sits in an upright position.

Cruisers

Cruisers are larger than most other motorbikes, and they offer a more reclined seating position. They have more torque, which allows beginner riders to not shift as much. Cruisers are popular with many motorcycle groups.

Dual-Sport

Dual-sport motorbikes are, as the name suggests, designed for both street and off-road use. Since they are driven off-road at times, a taller suspension is required, giving the rider a more upright seating position.

Sport

Sport bikes are designed for high levels of street performance. They are generally the fastest motorcycles on the road. They also offer the best braking and handling. As a result of the emphasis on performance, sport models generally offer lower fuel economy than their counterparts, and a less comfortable riding experience. Since they are designed with minimal air resistance in mind, riders sit leaning over the handlebars.

Touring

Touring models are built with the comfort of the rider in mind. They are used for longer distance trips, and often allow seating for a second rider. Most types have storage areas on the bike for luggage, and some even offer options such as radio and GPS navigation. Touring types can weigh well over 1,000 pounds when fully loaded.

Sport Touring

As the name suggests, sport touring bikes are a blend of the two models previously discussed. They are generally smaller and lighter than touring models, but larger and more comfortable than sport models. Due to their combination of comfort and sportiness, these models are one of the most popular.

Mopeds and Scooters

Scooters and mopeds are the lighter versions of the models discussed above. They have smaller engines, an upright seating position, and they often have an automatic transmission. As a result, they are very easy to drive. The small engine offers excellent gas mileage, as well. Worldwide, mopeds and scooters are the best-selling types of motorbike.

Off-Road

Off-road models are used exactly how the name suggests. They offer riders a more upright seating position and long suspension travel to deal with bumps and dips. The tires used are generally, specifically designed for their use on dirt, mud, and rocks.

In conclusion, motorcycle dealers offer potential riders a lot of options. If you are in the market for a new motorbike, use this list to help pick the model that is right for you.

How do you get the most innovative new plays in your playbook? Every football season there are coaches that really stand out. They stand out because they have the vision to create new and amazing things from their offenses each year. These are the coaches you can learn from to help you find the winning edge for your team. My second course in the series is called "Master of Disguise: The Matt Canada Offense" My name is Jason Hahnstadt, I’m the founder of ProStyleSpreadOffense.com Over the past two months I’ve released multiple courses where I’ve broken down today’s top offensive systems and the system we used successfully. In this short time over 500 coaches have booked these courses to learn more about the latest in football strategies.

This project draws from the best offensive innovators in the college game today. I want to share with you every single strategy that I have uncovered from this season’s top coaches. Here's what you get: - 20 of Matt Canada's top offensive plays each broken down and described by myself in a 3-7 minute video whiteboard lesson. - How to adjust each concept to different defensive looks. Even and Odd front variations covered for run game. Pass game includes play adjustments and discussion on how to run against different looks. - Techniques and offensive position skill development recommendations at key positions for each play. - Individual 20-30s Sideline and Goal line angle clips of each play in HD quality slow motion. - Drill suggestions - Breakdown of play installation and rationale for running each play. - Full Playbook that we created to assist your understanding of each play for downloading and printing.

Do the Plays Work for Normal Offenses? The purpose for creating this course is to show you that many of these plays can be executed in normal offenses. When you dig into these offenses you will see that they are not as complex as some might think. Many coaches have a limiting belief but I want to show you that you can be an innovative offensive coach with your team and win more games because of it! Reviews of my other current courses (I cannot access these reviews from my previous CoachTube courses) “I'm a youth coach always wanting to learn a little more. At our level, it's great when you can access videos that break things down for you. I can seek out those plays and concepts I can modify down to our level. Coach Hahnstadt's course on JMU's offense gives me a lot to work with this off-season. Coach has done a great job isolating what makes the plays work. There are definitely several concepts I'll be able to bring to this season with my 11 and 12 year olds. Thanks Coach Hahnstadt!” “Very well done.

Breaks down these plays and responsibilities in a way that is very simple to understand. Nice job.” “Very helpful... I'm just moving up from youth to high school...And I'm studying different RPO systems... So this is real good material to use and coach up.” “Great course.

Very comprehensive and detailed with varied backgrounds/scenery and explanations. Good for the easily distracted haha. He even discusses how to install it step-by-step with your team. Lots of videos and materials in the course.” Frequently Asked Questions: Will this course continue to be updated? At any point I learn or gain some new information regarding the strategies these teams are using I will update the course - all coaches will receive these updates. Why did you choose Matt Canada's offense and not other FBS, FCS, Div 2,3 and High School's to break down?

In the case of this course, I choose Coach Canada's offense since he is one of the most innovative coaches in the game today. In the future, I would love to cover more teams from different levels - one of my previous courses was on JMU who was this season’s National Champion at the FCS level and they did some outstanding things. How are each of these concepts created? Each coach has their own method for creating and calling plays.

I can best speculate that it’s a combination of all their previous experience as well as what they have been able to test in practices and develop with their own staff. What terminology should be used for calling these plays? Each play is listed with a sample of a recommended terminology for installing the play. Coaches should be able to adapt to their own systems easily if they wish to.

I tend to use a lot of words to help describe the play in the course, but prepping for a game you would probably want to cut down terminology as much as you can. How do I install these plays in practice? Under the practice drill section for each play, I will cover some of the ways to install these plays so that your offense can be executed like the teams you are modeling it after.

Will OL blocking schemes be broken down? Yes, within each video breakdown, the offensive line scheme will be covered. For example if it is a zone run, I may discuss uncovered/covered rules or numbering system as to how the team determines who they are supposed to block. How simple is it to install/adapt to my current offensive scheme?

As I break down each play I will discuss the concepts of the play and why it works. How each team runs it (formations/personnel) is the icing on the cake, but the concepts can be adapted to any offensive system.

Grief Counseling For Police Officers and A Good Day in the Life of a Grieving Widower

[Video]-Chaplain William King III discusses grief couseling for police Officers

A Good Day in the Life of a Grieving Widower
By: Pierre Milot

Strangely enough, today is a good day, it's been so long since I've had one.

All bundled up in my red checkered construction shirt, and discreetly trespassing on my neighbour’s long country driveway, I'm taking my old dog Max out for his morning walk. Protected from the cool river wind by the bordering woods, I can feel the hot spring sun gently warming my face and shoulders, and can hear nothing else but the birds chirping, the familiar honking sound of the Canadian wild geese flying high in the clear blue sky happy to come back home, and the delightful crunching sound of gravel underneath my feet as I walk. With an uncertain smile I breathe in the fresh morning breeze, I feel good.

Strolling along, lost in thought, I marvel at our capacity to recover from what seems at times like the ''unrecoverable''. How can it be that today I can smile when only yesterday I was in the deepest of sorrows, with little hope for tomorrow. As I ponder on this, I reminisce, I think back on that dreadful November day, when, as I was holding my wife's cold dying hand and counting her last breaths, she left me in so much pain and loneliness. I remember that while I was putting on a brave front reassuring her that I would be OK, I was prompting her to go towards the ''light'' (as if she wasn't already there, for where else could such a kind and loving soul be, but in the arms of an angel).

Little did I know then that very soon I would be kneeling on the ground, bent over in gut-wrenching agony, sobbing like a child, and begging for her to come back. I would have done everything then, change my religion, give away all that I owned, even my life and soul to see and feel her, to be able to one last time delicately run my fingers through her soft silky hair, as I lovingly kiss her forehead while savouring her particular body scent that I've grown to love so much.

But, if the Divine in his infinite wisdom has granted us the gift of growth through sorrow and pain, he has also given us the necessary strength to overcome the same hardships. So, reaching inside the deepest confines of my being for that slippery strength, I managed to somehow make the pain more bearable, stand up and shakily face the day one more time.

Now, in an effort to heal my shattered life, I'm slowly learning to redefine my sense of self, my identity in this strange and scary new world without her, to think in terms of ''I'' instead of ''We'', while at the same time keep her memory alive in my heart.

I will make it, I will survive, I will somehow learn to be whole again but in a different way than before, and when the tough days comes back again, I will always have today, the comforting memory of this ''Good Day'' to fall back on.

Waking up from my reveries, I focus back on Max, my only daily companion these days, as he too, healing from his loss, enjoys the day. His inquisitive nose intrigued by the pungent odour of last fall's decaying leaves, he decides to investigate further and scratches the ground with an awkward paw to uncover the newly grown fresh tender grass shoots, a welcomed sign of the summer to come. The never ending circle of life.

Today is made of my yesterdays, and tomorrow is made of my today.

FOCUSING ON CHRIST INSTEAD OF OURSELVES

by Taffi Dollar Our mindset colors everything we do and how we do it. If we focus on the positive, chances are that our experience will be good, but if we focus on the negative, we’re more likely to encounter problems and setbacks. This correlation carries over to the marriage relationship. Choosing to put Christ, instead of ourselves, in the center allows Him to bless our families and make our unions happy and successful.

A marriage centered on our own efforts is more likely to have issues that strain the relationship. Lack and insufficiency can affect the quality of the relationship, but this is not God’s will for us. Jesus’ first miracle happened when He attended a wedding that lacked enough wine to go around, but lack turned into abundance when He turned water into wine (John 2:1-10). Whatever we lack in our relationships, whether it’s peace, joy, or biblical truths about marriage, will surely turn into abundance when Jesus is present.
Marriages based on anything less than Christ are at risk of conflict, strife, and spiritual forces intent on destroying the relationship. This is because most people tend to focus on the other partner in the marriage, instead of on Jesus. We all have flaws and shortcomings, and depending on someone else instead of Jesus to complete us opens us up to disappointment and distress. Jesus went to the cross and died for us to have successful marriages, and focusing on Him changes our whole perspective. “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God” (Hebrews 12:2).
Marriages crumble and fail because of a lack of understanding of God’s Word in this area. The world’s point of view has man dominating woman, and condones an unequal relationship between husband and wife. Most people don’t know anything else, because they’re unaware of what God says. “Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself” (Ephesians 5:21, 22, 25, 28). Submission is a two-way street, and relationships built on biblical equality have a much higher success rate.
God wants to breathe new life into tired, dying relationships. We may have the best of intentions while trying to force our marriage to work, but this can be like trying to fit a round peg into a square hole. Even when it seems like we’ve tried everything but there’s no way to salvage the relationship, He’s always willing and able to make a way. “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert” (Isaiah 43:19).
Families are important to God, and God wants to bless every family member. He can do so when we focus on Jesus instead of ourselves. “May the Lord richly bless both you and your children. May you be blessed by the Lord, who made heaven and earth” (Psalm 115:14, 15, NLT). Our focus can either make or break our relationship.

Bowie State Bulldogs Football Announces Strong Class on National Signing Day

BOWIE, Md. – The Bowie State University Bulldogs football program announced its 2018 class of signees on National Signing Day,Wednesday (2/7). The next generation of Bulldogs will be a talented group as the team addressed many areas of need with its 2018 signees.

“I am really excited to announce the 2018 recruiting class joining our Bowie State family.  There is something very special happening here at BSU and this class will bring even more talent to our Bulldog roster”, said BSU head football coach Damon Wilson.  “This class is full of student-athletes that have come from winning programs.  A number of the athletes in this year's class will participate in our University's Honors Program.  My coaching staff has done an outstanding job in recruiting quality student-athletes right here in the DMV.  There is a lot of talent in our backyard and we make it a point to seek out homegrown talent when recruiting at Bowie State University.  These new Bulldogs will join our program and represent not only their families, high school and Bowie State, but they will represent the DMV as we compete and excel on the field.”

VALENTUS - Prevail Cocoa - a Healthy Mocha Coffee

Lean Trim Diana Here!

Our Valentus weight loss coffee and other functional beverages help others, like myself, make healthy choices and they taste fantastic! Before Prevail SlimRoast coffee, I loved drinking a coffee mocha pretty much on a daily basis even though I knew the mocha wasn't good for my weight.  Now, since our Prevail Cocoa weight loss drink came out in January,  I can enjoy a Valentus Coffee Mocha without guilt! I put 1/2 of our Cocoa in 1 SlimRoast coffee and oh my! I am drinking a healthy coffee mocha. Yummy!!! I am so glad I found Valentus.

Barbara has been drinking our SlimRoast coffee and our Cocoa for 4 days now. She has a coffee and 1/2 cocoa in the morning and a Cocoa at noon. Her bloating has gone away and she feels full and loves drinking the cocoa and coffee. I cannot wait to hear more of Barbara's results.
