Volleyball Strength Workout

http://liberotrainer.com/2015/10/01/w... This is my usual volleyball workout. Working out can take your game to the next level and I regret not being serious about it earlier in my career. Make sure before you begin a weight lifting program, you have a general strength background. Meaning you could perform pullups, pushups, squats, etc. without too much trouble. This is so you avoid injury and don't jump into anything too quickly... Visit: http://liberotrainer.com/2015/10/01/w... to read the rest of the post
