Excited to share with you all Jeff’s Build Muscle and Lose Fat Male Transformation!! Jeff went through 2 different phases. Phase 1 was to build muscle. His 2nd phase was to lose fat!! His hard work paid off and the results were outstanding. He dropped a total of 15 lbs of fat and built 13 lbs of total muscle!!
