LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Ferris State junior quarterback Jayru Campbell of Detroit, Mich., has been awarded the 2018 Harlon Hill Trophy as the Division II College Football Player of the Year. Bowie State senior quarterback Amir Hall (Bowie, Md.) placed fourth among the nine finalists. Hall, received 78 total points in the final tally, earning 12 first place votes, 16 second place votes and 10 third place votes.
