Hey Athletes!
Just a quick note. We will be switching your programs to more "football like training" depending on the days that you are training here is what your programs will be called. This switch will take effect this weekend and your workouts will be ready to go as of this coming Monday. If you are training 5-6 days per week then you will be switched to the NFL Combine Workout. You can see a sample here 4 days or less your program will be called the High School/College/Pro Football Power Program. Let me know what your prospective position will be as there will be custom tweeks to your program to help you prepare for the 2017 season.
