Job 28:12: But where shall wisdom be found? and where is the place of understanding?




We walk day after day in this fallen world and many times cry out for a miracle from our Heavenly Father.

As He sits there upon His throne in Heaven and hears the heart cry of one of His children whom He loves so dearly, tears flow down His face as He listens so attentively to the words being cried out into the heavens.

This one is poor in spirit the Heavenly Father says as He sends his answer, if only, if only He would ask me for my wisdom for the circumstance he finds himself in and I would give it to him liberally.

For where my wisdom is, understanding is found there as well.

If you are in the wilderness and been crying out for a miracle of God, why not stop asking for a miracle and start asking for His wisdom on how to deal with the situation you find yourself walking in.

Proverbs 4:5: Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.

Our Heavenly Father would say, I have told them what the curses are and what the blessings are and yet they want to walk their lives upon this earth miracle to miracle and not under my blessings.

They have failed to see and understand that if they walk in my wisdom and have my understanding then my blessings will fill their lives beyond measure.

Proverbs 16:16: How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!

Many in my kingdom chase and seek with all that they are the gold and silver of this world and wonder why their lives have become so desolate, barren of the things that they need in their lives to complete the work I have for them upon this earth.


My words to these children would be to stop asking for a miracle and ask me for wisdom on how to manage and apply what you have been given and then you will begin to see my blessings come upon your lives.

Faith and works go together as my do my children who are neatly being fitted together as spiritual building blocks with my Son - Jesus Christ as the chief cornerstone.

If you do not have faith in me to supply all your needs then you will not have any works, therefore I cannot work in your lives.

Proverbs 18:21: Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Speak to me about wisdom and I will speak to you about life, your life, and you shall eat the fruit thereof as my plan for you is to be a lender and giver to all in all things that I place in your hands.

A giver of my word and my way to all men you shall be and you shall eat of the good fruit of these men in these lands.

My kingdom is a kingdom of power and not of word and when men have their eyes opened they shall truely see that I am alive and rule from my heavenly throne room and my heart is for those that turn their hearts towards me.

Who am I (and who are you)? I am a soldier in the Lord Jesus Christ, called upon not to be of this world but to die to it and myself.

I am not a citizen of any country of this world but a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven.

If you have developed an interest in the sport, you may have considered USA basketball tours. Basketball is taken very seriously in the States, and it is a good idea to develop an understanding of the organizations and categories before you take a tour.




A Little History

USA Basketball is the nonprofit organisation and governing national body for basketball in the United States. The company is based in Colorado Springs and was established in 1974 as the Amateur Basketball Association of the U.S. The name was changed in 1989 after the rules were modified by FIBA to allow professional players to participate in competitions.

As the governing body recognised by FIBA (International Basketball Federation) and USOC (United States Olympic Committee), USA Basketball has the responsibility to select, train and field USA teams.

The Member Categories

There are five categories of basketball in U.S Basketball. The three professional leagues are the National Basketball Association, National Basketball Association Development League, and Women’s National Basketball Association. These are the teams you will see on NBA basketball tours. There is also a collegiate category that has the National Collegiate Athletic Association, National Association of Intercollegiate Athletes and National Junior College Athletic Association as members.

The Scholastic category features the National Federation of State High School Associations. While the Youth category contains the Amateur Athletic Union. The final category is the Associate category with members including the Harlem Globetrotters, National Basketball Players Association, National Wheelchair Basketball Association, United States Armed Forces and College Commissioners Association.

The Stats

Between 2009 and 2012, there were 1273 players and 235 coaches participating in USA Basketball. The teams compiled a fantastic 264/35 win loss record across FIBA competitions and other championships and competitions.
The competitions USA teams participate in include FIBA World Championships, the Olympics, Nike Hoops Summit, FIBA 3x3 World Championships, World University Games and Pan American Games.

Police Activity On US Sports Net Presented By Tactical P.E. Featuring: LAPD Cop Shooing Woman Armed With A Knife

** (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) ** Los Angeles, California — On February 21, 2020, around 1:29 a.m., Southeast Patrol officers, on loan to 77th Division, responded to a radio call of unknown trouble.


The female caller was requesting police at 78th Street and South Hoover Street. Upon their arrival, the officers encountered a female seated between two parked vehicles and attempted to ascertain if she was the source of the radio call. The female, later identified as Dorothy Kolen, was not fully engaging the officers in conversation, so the officers requested further information from Communications Division. As the officers were speaking to Kolen, one officer attempted to assist her to a standing position. When the officer held Kolen's arm, she pulled away and produced a kitchen knife with an approximate eight-inch blade. As the officers were backing away from Kolen, she walked towards them, armed with the knife, and an Officer Involved Shooting (OIS) occurred.

 Kolen was struck by gunfire and transported by Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics to Harbor UCLA Hospital, where she underwent surgery for her injuries. Kolen was later transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and absentee booked for Assault with a Deadly Weapon (ADW) on a police officer. No officers were injured during the incident and a knife was recovered at scene. The officer involved in this OIS has been identified as Police Officer II Cecilia Molina, Serial No. 43054, assigned to Southeast Division. LAPD's specialized Force Investigation Division (FID) responded to the scene and began interviewing witnesses and collecting forensic evidence. A representative from the Office of the Inspector General and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Justice System Integrity Division also responded and monitored the investigation.

How Many Times Should I Pray?

I don’t believe we can make any strict rules on how often we should pray about the same thing, but I do think there are some guidelines that might help us to have more confidence in the power of prayer.

For instance, if my children need something, I want them to trust me to do what they’ve asked me to do. I wouldn’t mind, and might even like it, if they occasionally said, “Boy, Mom, I’m sure looking forward to those new shoes.” That statement would tell me that they believed I was going to do what I promised. They would actually be reminding me of my promise, but in a way that didn’t question my integrity.

When I ask the Lord for something in prayer and that request comes to my mind later, I talk to Him about it again. But when I do, I ask Him confidently, not as if I think He didn’t hear me the first time. I thank God that He’s working on the situation, and then let Him know I’m anticipating that He’s going to take care of me.

Prayer Starter: Father, please help me to pray confidently, knowing that You know my needs and you’re working to meet each one. Thank You for being faithful! In Jesus’ Name, amen.

Truly, it’s time for us to stop looking for the living among the dead. It’s time for us to stop wandering around in the cemetery of sin, sickness and failure and to step into resurrection life!
As a resurrected creature, you’re no accident going somewhere to happen. Your life isn’t just a loose web of events and circumstances. God has specific plans for you.
Maybe He intends for you to have the greatest healing ministry of this century. Or perhaps He wants to turn you into a tremendous preacher. Maybe He has a revelation prepared for you that will enable you to bless the whole world. But you’ll never know what He has in store for you until you put your attention on Him.
That’s why the devil works hard to keep you focusing on the problems of life. That’s why he tries to keep your attention turned away from the living Word of God. He doesn’t want you to know you’re full of the resurrection life of Jesus. In fact, the prospect of it terrifies him.
Why? Because once you truly understand that you have the life of God inside you, you’ll begin to act just like Jesus did. You’ll lay hands on the sick and they’ll recover. You’ll cast out demons. You’ll preach the gospel to every creature.
In short, you’ll be just what God intended you to be. You’ll be the Body of Christ on the earth.
Don’t let Satan bind you with the grave clothes of yesterday’s sin and defeat. You’re not dead anymore. You’ve been raised with Jesus. Come out from the tombs and start living resurrection life!

Question: I am a 54-year-old yoga teacher and vegetarian. I'm having lots of hip pain, especially at night. I haven't found a movement that relieves it. Any suggestions?
Answer: I would recommend getting a diagnosis based on a physical exam and X-ray. One possibility is osteoarthritis, a common cause of age-related aches and pains. You're a yoga teacher, so it could also be bursitis.
Bursitis is usually caused by repetitive overuse or injury to a joint which irritates the bursae, cushioning sacs between the bones. The result can be chronic aching in the outer area of your hip which can radiate down into the buttocks or the outside of your leg.
Standard medical treatment calls for a steroid injection to relieve the inflammation, but I suggest you try other measures first. The following strategies should help:
  • Take niacinamide. Start with 500 mg twice a day, increasing the dose by 500 mg every three weeks to a maximum daily dose of 2,000 mg.
  • Take one to two grams of powdered ginger per day in capsules.
  • Try boswellia, an Ayurvedic herb. Follow instructions on the package.
  • Soak in hot water as often as possible, and use ice packs if the pain is acute.
You may also want to follow the advice in "The Arthritis Cure" by Jason Theodosakis, M.D. (St.Martin's Press, 1998) regarding glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate. Massage, acupuncture, osteopathic manipulation, and visualization may also offer relief.
Finally, you could try DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide), a solvent (found in most health food stores) that penetrates the skin and helps heal inflammation. Paint a 70 percent solution over the painful area with absorbent cotton. You may feel some warmth or stinging and may get an odd, garlicky taste in your mouth. Apply three times a day for three days. If your hip feels better, cut down to twice a day for three more days, then once a day for a final three days. If it doesn't help after three days, discontinue use.
You might also want to take a break from yoga. Simple rest, to keep pressure off your hip, may turn out to be the best treatment of all.  Asklepios Enterprises, Inc.

There are numerous foods that help boost the immune system and below are some of my favorites you should consider picking up on your next trip to the grocery store.

1. Spinach

If you are looking to boost the immune system and kick it into high gear, you need to fuel it with the necessary micronutrients. Raw spinach is a fantastic addition to anyone’s diet as it is loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants. Simply grab a handful and use it as a salad or toss a handful in the blender with your protein shake.

2. Sunflower Seeds

No, sunflower seeds aren’t just for baseball players. In fact, they’re slammed with the powerful antioxidant vitamin E which is incredibly important for immunity. Vitamin E can help boost the immune system as well as help keep it functioning properly. Eat them as a snack or toss some in a delicious salad.

3. Citrus Fruits

This should come as no surprise, but citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, and grapefruit to name a few are slammed full of vitamin C. What does everyone say you need to help boost the immune system and ward off sicknesses? Vitamin C. Your body does not store vitamin C in the body, so you need to make sure you are consuming citrus fruits on a daily basis to ensure you’re getting your daily recommended intake. You can use them as a snack, in yogurt, or in a green leafy salad.


4. Broccoli

Yes, broccoli is extremely helpful in your attempt to boost the immune system. And no, this didn’t get thrown on the list to try and get you to eat more greens – which you should be doing regularly anyway. But the nice thing about broccoli is that it contains vitamins A, C, and E. Essentially, it's like taking everything we mentioned above from a key micronutrient standpoint and packed it into one green vegetable. Broccoli should be a "must-have" on your grocery list.

5. Red Bell Peppers

Think loading up on oranges is your best bet for taking in adequate amounts of vitamin C? Think again. If you want to boost the immune system, grab yourself some red bell peppers. When you compare red bell peppers to the citrus fruits mentioned above, red bell peppers have twice the amount of immunity-boosting vitamin C. Red bell peppers can be used as a snack, in salads, in sandwiches, and anywhere you want a little extra flavor.

6. Greek Yogurt

If you want to stay healthy and boost the immune system, pay close attention to your gut health. The healthy bacteria found in your gut can help you fight off bacteria entering your body. Want to keep the good bacteria healthy and functioning optimally? Then you need to feed them through the use of probiotics. Greek yogurt provides a helpful dose of active and live cultures to support proper gut health while also aiding in boosting immunity through its vitamin D content.

7. Button Mushrooms

Are you a fan of mushrooms? If so, eat more. Mushrooms are a great way to boost the immune system thanks to the vitamin B content, riboflavin, selenium, and polysaccharides. Grab your nuts! Almonds, cashews, whatever you prefer! Nuts are full of vitamins like C and E that can help boost the immune system and keep it healthy. The great thing about nuts is that they have a variety of uses. A handful can be used as a healthy snack option in the middle of the day. You can put some nuts in your salad to boost the protein and healthy fat content (not to mention add some flavor). You can even add them to your yogurt (which also made our list) or oatmeal.


11. Shellfish

 I saved the most unusual for last. Not many people would think that shellfish are a good way to boost the immune system, but they are. Why is that? It’s due to the high zinc concentration in things like oysters, clams, crabs, and mussels. Zinc plays a key role in the health and function of our immune system. Adding shellfish to your weekly nutrition plan not only keeps things fresh and interesting but comes with the additional immunity benefits.
