In Part 3 of his presentation, G. Edward Griffin exposes the truth about
Big Pharma and the medical industry. The gripping conclusion to his
3-part series, Griffin explains how medical students are being groomed
as sales reps for drug manufacturers. Catch Part 1, here: https://youtu.be/-yXk0Y23qOc or Part 2, here: https://youtu.be/0SgyqXXsvMs.
What if the entire curriculum for doctors was written by the
pharmaceutical industry? The result would be a completely drug-centric
system that focuses entirely on pharmaceutical interventions instead of
nutrition.
What if the way that our doctors are trained – from medical school all
the way through their careers – was designed to help drug manufacturers
get rich?
Watch the whole video to learn how mainstream doctors are being
brainwashed to sell drugs for the manufacturers. Rich, powerful people
who are financially tied to the drug industry have been silencing and
discrediting anyone who supports natural, non-toxic remedies.
Meanwhile, mainstream medical establishments continue to push toxic,
ineffective therapies. Why? Because they make more money!
Stay tuned to the end to learn about the Laetrile cover-up and how the
Rockefellers used their money to influence Sloan Kettering and shut down
a promising new cancer cure. Discover the truth about the politics of
cancer.

Let Your Life Begin Again
Kenneth Copeland
Behold, now is the day of salvation.
2 Corinthians 6:2
Did
you know that Jesus has unlocked the prison doors of guilt that have
kept you captive? It doesn’t matter who you are or what you’ve been. I
don’t care if you’ve been a prostitute, a murderer, a thief, a drug
dealer or a churchgoer who’s never made Jesus Christ Lord of your life.
The Bible says that today is the day of salvation. A new life is only a prayer away. Gloria
and I discovered that for ourselves more than 35 years ago. Actually,
it was Gloria who took the first step. She found out that the Bible says
not even a sparrow falls without God’s knowledge. Well, she thought, if
God knows and cares when the sparrows fall, He must know what terrible
shape my life is in right now. And if He cares, maybe He can do
something with it. Gloria didn’t know anything about the
Bible. She didn’t even know for sure that God would let her start over.
But when she told Him she wanted Him to take over her life, something
supernatural happened on the inside of her. She was born again. “But what about my past?” you may say. “I feel so guilty about it!” When
you’ve been born again and made a new creature in Christ—that past
doesn’t belong to you anymore. And it would be ridiculous to walk around
feeling guilty about someone else’s past, wouldn’t it? What would
you think if I took a little baby on my lap, a pretty little thing just
a few months old, and said, “Oh, isn’t she precious? But just think
about her past.” You’d think I was crazy! “What past?” you’d say. “She doesn’t have any past!” Well,
it’s the same way with you once you’ve been born again. You don’t have
any past. Your life begins again the day you make Jesus Lord of your
life. Then, when Satan comes around trying to remind you of what a worm
you were before, just tell him he’s knocking on the wrong door. You’ve
been kicked around long enough. There’s no need to wait any longer. The
prison door is open. Walk through to Jesus and let your life begin
again today.

If you buy one of the 3 sections and love Coach Steinberg and
Stewart's teachings, there is a discount code contained inside the
course so that the $10 you spend on this section will be deducted from
the entire manual if you decide to get it. These manuals are not a bunch of philosophy. Every page shows you
exactly how Coach Steinberg implements programs and deals with problems
in a high school program. This is the Manual that Coach Steinberg gives all his coaches so that
they are clear about their role in the program. It starts off defining
what Steinberg does as HEAD COACH. It shows
month-by-month all the things that Steinberg accomplishes. He then
describes in great detail all the jobs that his ASSISTANT COACHES will do in the off-season and during the season. This is broken up by Varsity, JV, Freshman, and Volunteer support staff. He also breaks down every coaches assignments each day at PRACTICE and SCOUTING the opponent. See Steinberg's forms that he uses to EVALUATE his coaches at end of the season. Six pages are dedicated to explaining why Steinberg is known for running very fast, high-intensity practices. You also get his DRILL TEACHING PROGRESSION for every position. Twenty-one pages show what Steinberg does in and out of the WEIGHT ROOM. All of his workouts for the entire year are detailed, along with speed and agility training. You also get the NUTRITION handout that he hands his players.
Coach
Jeff Steinberg has won over 160 games and has TWO Southern Section
Championship, a section that has over 600 teams. Jeff has been able to
revitalize 5 different programs to lead them to 14 playoff appearances.
Additionally Coach Steinberg’s teams have earned 8 league titles, 3
quarterfinal appearances (01, 07, 08), two semifinal appearances (04,
15), a California Interscholastic Federation Final in 2003 and
California Interscholastic Federation Championship in 2005 and 2017. Coach Rick Stewart has took 0-24 McFarland to the playoffs twice
(only the 3rd and 4th time in 75-year school history), then led 0-27
Corcoran to an undefeated league championship. McFarland had 600
students and Corcoran had 800. Stewart was then hired at 1800 student
Porterville High School, who had only won 8 games in 5 years and never
won a playoff game in 110 years. Stewart won 40 games in 5 seasons, won
7 playoff games, and played for the CIF championship twice. This past
season, Stewart led a Pennslyvania team to a 9-1 record. It was only
the third 9-win season Upper Dauphin in the past 36 years. Stewart has
experienced this success despite never coaching a scholarship athlete! In 2018 Jeff Steinberg accepted the head coaching job in his hometown
at Beaumont High School and took them to the 2nd round of the CIF
playoffs in his first year. Prior to that, Steinberg compiled a 33-8
record in three seasons at Rancho Verde, and the program increased its
win total each year. The Mustangs went undefeated in the Inland Valley
League title in each of Steinberg’s three seasons at the helm and
reached the CIF-SS semifinals in 2015 and 2016 and won the Division 3
title this past season. He joined RVHS after a stint at Corona Santiago, where he spent six
seasons battling nationally ranked Corona Centennial, Norco in one of
the toughest divisions in all of California. Steinberg compiled a 34-32
record with the Sharks and made the playoffs in 5 of his 6 seasons in
Corona. During Coach Steinberg’s 6 seasons at Santiago High School he
was able to assist over 20 athletes in gaining athletic scholarships in
both NCAA & NAIA schools across the country. Arriving at A.B. Miller High School in 2006, a similar program of
excellence on and off the field was implemented. In two years he led the
Rebels to their first Citrus Belt League Championship. During the 2008
season, with a 1st year Varsity QB the Rebels had the most wins in the
history of the school going 11-1
Prior to his arrival at A.B. Miller, Jeff began his career at
Ridgecrest Burroughs for eight years. During his tenure at Burroughs,
Coach Steinberg turned around a struggling program and led them to 6
straight playoff appearances, 4 league titles, a CIF Final in 2003 and a
CIF Championship in 2005. In the process, he became the winningest
football coach in the school’s history. Jeff was honored as the Desert Sky League Coach of the Year in 2003
& 2005. He was CIF Southern Section Coach of the Year in 2005.
Additionally, he was the Sierra Sands Unified School District Employee
of the Year at Burroughs for the 2003/04 school year. During 2005 Coach
Steinberg was honored by the Ridgecrest Chamber of Commerce as
Volunteer of the Year primarily for his efforts in establishing a peer
mentor program called the Burro Buddies (as featured in the L.A. Times
on April 10/05). Book this course......
The Best Butt-Lifting Exercises: Try this 20 Minute Ass-tacular Circuit!
Even
if you're born with the flattest of asses, a handful of strategic
butt-lifting exercises can significantly help you bolster your natural
assets. How much? Well, that depends. Up to 60% of how we store fat and the way we build muscle
is genetically predetermined, meaning you can certainly improve your
lot in life, but you can't reinvent it. It's the reason our own Lisa-Marie
is naturally slim, and has a hard time seeing lean gains (especially in
her ass) without lifting hard, and lifting heavy. No one has it all.
You may think that, and maybe they try to portray that, but the truth
is, everyone is perfectly imperfect, and the sooner we embrace that
fact, the happier we'll all be. Savvy? Good! Then, let's get to it. Here are
4 of the best butt-lifting exercises to help you get your perkiest
peach yet—no butt-plumping leggings required. Add these exercises into
your next workout separately, or—better yet—combine them in a circuit
and smash out five rounds for a quick and dirty 20 minute butt
workout. Ready? Set your timers to 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. You got this! Psst! You can also get the gear you need to smash these moves with this special, limited-time offer! Use promo code BUTT20 for 20% off this equipment. Butt bonus: Amp up your lean gains and use promo code BARS40 for $40 off our Pink Challenger Bars and code BALANCE70 for $70 off our Balance Trainer. There’s literally never been a better time to get your ass in gear! Let’s go! Step Jumps Recommended gear:Step Riser Why? Because activating your glutes
through the power of plyometrics is a great way to tone your tushy. Be
sure to work at a height that is challenging, but also, safe. Jump up,
pushing up through your heels and sink down deeply into your heels as
you land. This will not only target your glutes, but it will keep the
impact in your muscles, not your joints. Bear Kick-Backs Recommended gear: Booty Bands Why? Because not only do they give
your cheeks a serious lift—especially if you strap on your Booty
Bands—but this move also tones your arms and core. Translation: more
bang for your booty (and your body). Be sure to keep yout shoulders
stacked over your elbows and wrists, and your core engaged. Standing Inverted Back Kick Recommended gear:Core bands Ooooh! Get ready to feel the burn in
parts of your butt you didn't know existed. This move targets deep
muscles in your cheeks, making it stronger and perkier. Keep the toes of
your working leg turned in slightly, and that knee turned slightly out.
These little tweaks are what will give you those big, booty-ful gains. Swing & Walking Lunge Recommended gear: Kettlebell Bust through plateaus with this combo
of butt-lifting exercises. Combining a classic kettlebell swing with a
walking lunge, this move hits you where it hurts so good. Don't rush
this move: pay attention to driving the swing with the thrust of your
butt and hips—not your arms. You'll notice the classic moves like
standard squats, lunges and deadlifts aren't in this line-up. That's not
because they don't work, but because they are often overused, and this
overuse can result in repetitive training that causes plateaus—and when you're plateaued, you're not seeing gains. However, add these to the mix for a cushy lift.

Improve Digestion and Lose Weight in 5 Easy Steps
By: Lorraine Matthews-antosiewicz
I'm sure you are familiar with the
saying, "You are what you eat." In other words, to be fit and healthy,
you need to eat good food. And yet, even the healthiest of food won't be
properly processed by a poorly functioning intestinal tract; and this
can lead to chronic health problems. In fact, more than 60 million
Americans suffer from digestive disorders including heartburn,
indigestion, gas, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation. Poor digestion
can result in fatigue, headaches, and depression - all of which can lead
to weight gain.
Making a few simple changes in the way you eat
can make a big improvement in your digestion and maximize your weight
loss efforts. Here are 5 very simple steps you can take to improve the
health of your gut and start feeling better today.
Step 1 - Eat less
One of the most common reasons for poor digestion is overeating. Too
much food entering your body at once overwhelms your upper digestive
system and this can result in heartburn, gas, diarrhea, and other
unpleasant symptoms. A simple solution is to reduce your portion sizes.
Imagine your stomach being a blender that needs room to properly grind
and mix together the food you eat with enzymes. If you overfill your
stomach, it will not be able to properly mix its contents. Don't stuff
yourself; eat until you are about two-thirds full. And eat regularly
throughout the day. Aim for 3 small meals per day with little snacks in
between.
With all the highly processed fast-food meals consumed every day, it's
no wonder so many people suffer from digestive problems. One of the most
significant things you can do to ensure proper gut health is to eat a
diet rich in whole foods providing adequate nutrients and fiber.
Examples include:
• Fresh fruits and vegetables
• Legumes such as beans, peas, and lentils
• Nuts and seeds
• Whole grains
• Organic eggs and poultry, grass-fed lean meat, and wild cold-water fish
Step 3. Chew your food properly
There is more to chewing than simply grinding up the food in your mouth
so you can swallow it. Important enzymes that help with the digestion
of carbohydrates and fats are secreted by the glands in your mouth. If
you swallow your food too quickly without adequately chewing it, you may
experience symptoms of maldigestion and malabsorption - gas, bloating,
indigestion and worse. Simply put, adequate chewing is essential for
good digestion. Learn to take your time when eating. Chew each bite
thoroughly and enjoy your food.
Step 4. Drink plenty of water
Drinking enough water is absolutely essential for good health, and it
is especially important for digestion. One of the major functions of
water is to bulk up your stool and keep it moving along so you don't get
constipated. Also, water plays an important role in detoxification by
naturally flushing the toxins from your entire body including your
digestive system. Make it a habit to drink water regularly throughout
the day to avoid becoming dehydrated as this can negatively affect your
digestive system. If you don't normally drink much water, make a
conscious effort to do so. Drink a glass first thing in the morning and
swap your soda, energy drink, and coffee for water throughout the day.
As a general guideline, drink ½ ounce of water per pound body weight.
That means if you weight 150 lb, you should drink 75 ounces water every
day.
Step 5. Be Active
The benefits of regular exercise
are many, yet most Americans do not get nearly enough. A lack of
exercise can contribute to weight gain, which in turn can lead to
digestive diseases and many other chronic health problems. Exercise - in
and of itself - supports proper digestion by stimulating the normal
contractions of the intestines and reducing constipation. Thus it is
important to remain active each day. In general, 30 - 45 minutes of
light to moderate exercise daily will support gut health and an overall
sense of well-being
The key to successful weight control and
digestive health is making changes in your eating and life style habits
that you can keep up for the rest of your life. This can be extremely
challenging - especially with all the unhealthy food choices you're
faced with every day.

Overcoming Anxiety: the Importance of Emotional Mindfulness
By: Ron Frederick
Anxiety is a common problem that
plagues a lot of people. Many times people are only remotely in touch
with their feelings. We divert our attention from our feelings by
texting, surfing the net, zoning out in front of the television, or
getting overly involved in work or other distractions. We may even
become addicted to these an other behavior and end up at an emotional
distance from those we love and care about. It is important that
we, first of all, realize that our feelings are a natural, wired in
response and, if we want to get anywhere positive, we need to learn how
to deal and work with our feelings, rather than against them. We need to
learn how to connect with our true feelings before we can make any kind
of shift in our lives. How do I understand this dilemma so well?
Been there, done that! For a long time, I thought that I was pretty
in touch with my feelings. But, what I learned through therapy, when I
finally bottomed out, was that I was not as aware of my emotions as I
had thought. I was actually controlled by my anxiety. At the
center of my approach with anxiety is emotional mindfulness. Emotional
mindfulness is about becoming more aware of and more fully present to
our feelings – how we experience them, the sensations that they create,
what they feel like in our bodies, how to open up to the flow of their
energy, how to make the best use of them. It starts with being more in
touch with our bodily experience as well as all the ways that we avoid
our feelings, or what I call 'defenses'-- all the ways in which we
defend against our emotional experience. In short, defensive
behaviors are attempts to get away from feeling uncomfortable when we
get close to our feelings. Many of them started early in life and have
developed over many years. They've become so automatic that they're are
outside of our awareness. We're don't even realize what we're doing. We
don't understand why we get busy. We just get busy. We are not aware
that perhaps we have feelings that make us anxious. We just end up
going shopping, reaching for something to eat, busying ourselves at our
jobs, or getting on the computer.
We don't understand the factors
that contribute to our behavior. We don't realize that this type of
behavior is really there to avoid the anxiety we feel when we get close
to our feelings. It's critical that we slow down and begin to
sensitize ourselves to our internal experience and begin to recognize
all the ways in which keep ourselves from being in touch with our true
feelings. In part, I see addictive behavior as a way of
regulating our anxiety and discomfort. It's a coping strategy. Many of
the people that I've worked with who are in recovery often discover
just how little experience they have being present with their feeling.
They notice how difficult it feels to tolerate their emotions – whether
it be tolerating sadness, pain, or guilt – but also tolerating more
pleasureable feelings, like love, pride, excitement, and joy.
To feel better and thrive, we need to learn how to regulate our anxiety
and develop the capacity to be with ourselves emotionally so that we can
step more fully into the present moment. We need to face our fears,
learn how to be present with ourselves, and, ultimately, with others.
We need to stop ourselves from resorting to defensive avoidance, whether
it's using drugs, eating, going shopping, having sex, etc.. Emotional
security and closeness is at the foundation of a healthy relationship.
We all long to feel close and safely connected but often struggle to
make this happen. We can achieve safety and security in our lives
through our feelings but it takes work. We need to learn how to open up
and reveal ourselves more fully, to share our authentic experience, to
be vulnerable with our partners, to share our softer side, our needs, as
well how to make healthy use of our anger and share it in a positive
and productive way. When we learn to do these things, when we learn to
face our fears, our anxiety will begin to melt and give way to a fuller,
richer life.

Ever been stuck in a challenging season where this thought has crossed
your mind—“Is God punishing me because of something I did wrong in the
past?", then watch this clip and let the truth of God’s Word set you
free. Some of our wrong choices may still have very real consequences, but you
can believe today, without a shadow of a doubt, that God doesn’t
discipline us with diseases, accidents or trouble because at the cross,
His Son, Jesus Christ, bore the punishment for all our sins (see Isa.
53:5). Jesus was raised to life because He fully satisfied the
punishment for all your mistakes—that’s your assurance (see Rom. 4:25). When bad things happen in your life, hold on to His promise and know
with full certainty that none of it is sent by your loving Savior. –

A person is never truly prosperous if
all he has are things and money; real prosperity requires far more than
that. The Bible gives a more complete approach to prosperity, and so
should we.
When our bodies prosper, we are strong and physically healthy. Even if
we currently have a physical ailment, we can pray for and expect God to
help us. True prosperity includes peace of mind and contentment. When
our souls prosper, we flourish on the inside. We are at peace; we are
full of joy; we live with a sense of purpose; we are growing
spiritually; and we have strong, loving relationships with others.
Jesus said that He came so we could have and enjoy life in abundance and to the full (see John 10:10). God is the God of abundance, and He wants us to live abundant lives filled with thanksgiving and joy.
Prayer Starter:
I thank You, Father, that You prosper my body and my soul. I pray today
for the health and the peace that You promise in Your Word. Thank You
that I am made whole in You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
We take a different turn with today's devotional. With suicides, homicides, and more violence on the rise all over the world, we would be remiss if while we are rocking you; not equip all who need it, tools to help heal your damaged soul. We love you and want you to experience all that God through blood of Jesus has in store for you. In this life and the life to come! -Coach Nate
