Search engine optimization otherwise known as SEO is a popular form of search engine marketing. The main goal of which (as its name would suggest) is to improve the ranking of the site in various search engines. An entire industry of consultants has sprung up around the idea of search engine optimization. It’s important to note that when it comes to SEO there are two distinct methodologies at work when it comes to optimization. In fact, the SEO consultants themselves as well as their methods can be subdivided further into two different groups. The categories are best known as "white hat SEO" (which is aimed at improving overall site quality, and increasing the site’s ranking through approved methods), or "black hat SEO" (often use methods such as cloaking and spamdexing to increase rankings. However, using such methods can lead to your site to being removed from search engine listings). Those in the white hat camp charge that black hat methods are not only giving SEO a bad name but are also attempting to manipulate and undermine the search rankings. The black hatters counter that argument by saying that in truth all SEO is an attempt to manipulate rankings, and therefore the particular methods one uses to increase rankings are irrelevant. In other words they take the more Machiavellian approach of using the end results to justify the means they use. White hat methods: These methods typically involve following the search engines' published guidelines as to what is and what isn't acceptable. The advice typically given by the white hat SEO experts is to create more user-friendly content, and not focus so much on the search engines. That is if your site is well put together and presents something users need it will naturally climb in the rankings. Also by making content that is easily accessible to the search engines spiders it will be properly read and therefore properly indexed in the search engines. The white hatters are needed most often because a webmaster has made critical mistakes in either the design or the set-up of their websites, inadvertently "poisoning" them so that they will not rank well. The SEOs then attempt to discover and correct these mistakes, which may include unreadable menus, broken links, temporary redirects, or simply a poor navigation structure. Here are a few examples of SEO activities which the search engines find acceptable: • Using a reasonably-sized, accurate description meta tag without excessive use of keywords, exclamation marks or off topic terms • Optimizing tags, titles and other parts of the code as necessary • Using WordTracker or a similar database to find popular and relevant keywords and phrases to use for your site • Monitoring the various search engines to ensure that your URL gets indexed • Increasing the amount of unique content on the site • Writing quality content for the website visitors instead of the search engines Black hat methods: Whereas the white hat methods follow search engine guidelines "Black hat" SEO methods to try to improve rankings by any means necessary. Most of these methods are disapproved of by the search engines, typically because of their deceptive nature, but also hamper the ability of the search engines to provide quality content to site visitors. Search engines often penalize the sites they discover using black hat methods, by reducing their rankings or eliminating their listings from the search engine results altogether. These penalties are usually applied automatically by the search engines' algorithms, because the Internet is too large to make manual policing of websites feasible. However once they are discovered, search engines may take action against those found to be using unethical SEO methods. Take for example Google’s removal of both BMW Germany and Ricoh Germany in February 2006 for use of these practices. One common black hat method is known as Spamdexing. Spamdexing is the promotion of irrelevant, chiefly commercial, pages through various deceptive techniques and the abuse of the search algorithms. Unfortunately it often gets confused with white hat search engine optimization techniques, which do not involve deceit. Spamming involves getting websites more exposure than they deserve for their keywords, leading to unsatisfactory search results. Optimization involves getting websites the rank they deserve on the most targeted keywords, leading to satisfactory search experiences. One example of spamdexing is link farming. Link farming can be basically defined as any group of web pages that all link to every other page in the group. Another common practice is listing popular keywords in fine print or in the same color as the background so they can’t be seen by users. These were only a few examples but there are many other deceptive practices that may be employed by black hat SEOs. So how can you tell the difference between Black and White SEO practices? A very easy way to distinguish between the two is though the amount of time involved in getting the desired results. White hat SEOs use methods that produce results slowly over time and only after a good deal of effort has been put into the site. Black hat SEOs offer you quick and easy results most, if not all, of which will obtained through deceptive practices. Hit a Drop Shot to Keep Your Opponent Off-Balance

Slices, forehands, backhands, cross-court, down the line, drop shots and so many others. All of the great tennis players have learned to master each of these shots to create a true all-around game. While you can have your own strengths and weaknesses, it is important to always have an extra weapon in your arsenal. For young players, I recommend to avoid becoming overly complacent. One dominant shot may be able to win games at lower levels, but as you get older, the game gets more and more technical.

Needed at All Levels

Of the shots listed above, one that is about important as any is the drop shot. The reason why it’s so important to master is a result of the efficiency needed to master it. A poorly hit drop shot can easily lose the point in an instant. Likewise, a correctly executed drop shot will likely finish the point in your favor pretty quick. The reason I say this is a shot needed at all levels is because anyone can learn it. Whether you’re a junior just learning the game or an older recreational player, it is a fun shot to practice.

Some shots in tennis require an individual to be of a certain size to effectively hit. By this, I mean they require more forearm strength or power in general to utilize. This is not at all the case with a drop shot. The drop shot is all about tactics. It isn’t something you’ll repeatedly hit, but when you do, you’ll need to make sure everything from the preparation to the grip to the follow through is correct!

Slower Opponent

With any shot in tennis, I recommend you evaluate your opponent first. A player that moves well may require you to add a little power to get a winner past them. Similarly, when opposing someone that’s not as fleet-of-foot, it may be wise to try a drop shot. Slower players are typically going to be ones that rely on power for their game. They want to hit a big serve and end the point quickly. Assuming you’re able to return the initial serve and get in a little bit of a rally, the drop shot then comes into play. As you keep them behind the baseline, you’ll eventually be able to bust out the drop shot. Although I’ll break down the basics of the shot itself, the reason why it is so effective in these situations is because it keeps the opposition off-balance. They are not quick enough to rush in and return it. In the cases where they do manage to get it back over the net, you have all of that court to hit an easy lob for the point.

Grip

There are two primary grips capable of being used when hitting a drop shot. Both of these are hit with an open racket face. The first of these is an Eastern Grip. This grip is often most comfortable for beginners, due to the ease of it. Additionally, I encourage players to employ the Eastern Grip for forehand shots. It is not designed to withstand longer rallies, but does allow for a timeless transition to the second grip, Continental, which is an effective backhand tool.

In order to understand the grips, you need to look at the bottom of your racket like an octagon, with 8 bevels. The top is termed “1” and they continue clockwise going up to “8.” The palm side of the index finger’s knuckle will be placed on the “3” for righties or “7” for lefties with an Eastern Grip. It should and will feel like a normal grip. Conversely, with the Continental Grip, you’ll want your hands in a manner that can create enough backspin to get the ball over the net. Hence, you’ll have that base knuckle of the index finger on bevel “2.” In addition to using it for backhand drop shots, it can be utilized for volleys and hits closer to the net as well.

Contact and Follow Through

With hitting the drop shot, you’ll want to make a softer swing than a traditional groundstroke. The point of contact should be at waist level. In total, the swing will start high before coming closer to the waist level. With a small bend of your elbow, this will give the ball enough air to get over the net while preventing a high bounce on the other side. This swing pattern creates backspin that essentially takes velocity off the shot.

Once you’ve hit the ball, the follow through should maintain this open racket face. In actuality, there shouldn’t be much of a follow through at all. The goal of an effective drop shot is take all the speed off the ball. If you put together a strong follow through, this can completely alter the goal. As you could probably tell in this explanation, the drop shot does have many interlocking concepts with a standard volley. With this being the case, it can be helpful to study both. Movements Post-Shot

As is the case with any shot, you need to be ready for the return. Although the primary mission of the drop shot is to prevent your opposition from even returning it back over the net, you’ve still got to be prepared. After completely finishing the shot, I recommend taking a step or two back to the baseline. If they do manage to return it, chances are it could be going anywhere. Put yourself in a position where you’re not susceptible to an easy point. If they are successful in a return, you’re in a great position to hit a lob for a winner. This is most likely your best option with them being at the net, but you could always opt to power it through them. It’s your call!

Deception

Nearly every sport I’ve ever participated in can be defined as a chess match. You always want to feel like you’ve got a hand up on your opposition. Tennis is no different. There are so many different shots that you can add to your arsenal to ensure you’re well-prepared. The drop shot is yet another possibility. Due to its unique nature, I don’t encourage hitting it too frequently. It should be a tool that you have in your back pocket to pull out when your opponent may be struggling to move around or even if you’re starting to get tired of strong groundstrokes from behind the baseline. The key is to not let them know what’s coming until you actually hit the ball. Don’t reveal your intentions until you’re ready to hit. Otherwise, they’ll cheat up and be given an easy winner.

Returning a Drop Shot

Just as it’s important for you to add a drop shot to your bag of tricks, you also need to be aware that your opponents may pull it out as well. My best advice for returning a drop shot is to give them some of their own medicine. After they hit the drop shot, they may retreat a step or two. Since you’ll be in a rush towards the net to try to get a racket on the ball, I encourage players to simply tap a short shot back over the net. Don’t give them time to think of the point-winning shot. Make an instinctive play and win the point yourself!

Practice, Practice, Practice!

As with every aspect of tennis, it is best for young players to get out there and work on their game. You can read all of the information and watch all the instructional videos you want, but until you actually practice these different shots, you can’t master them. The drop shot isn’t an incredibly difficult shot to learn. However, it does require correct timing and the intelligence required to understand when and where it can be most effective.

“When you’re a parent, fitness falls off your priority list – what’s more important than your kids?! Once you recognize that, you can do something about it. Write down your top five priorities. If fitness falls within that list, then make the time. If not, still try to fit in at least 20 minutes a day, whether that means going to bed 20 minutes later or waking up 20 minutes earlier. Something is better than nothing.”

Whitney Reid:
“Prepare your baby’s food while you prepare yours. I’ve always been big on meal prep and I do it all on Sunday. Now, I don’t just prepare my meals, I make sure to make at least 3 days of Breton’s bottles. Saves so much time down the line.”

Chris MacKenzie:
“Don’t eat fast food – ever! It doesn’t matter how strapped you are for time; fast food is never an acceptable meal!”

Whitney Reid:
“Set a goal. I promised myself I was going to work out a minimum of four days a week, wherever it fit. So even if that was Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, I got it in.”

James Grage:
“The most important thing is maintaining your structure and making a habit but be realistic. Where does your workout fit in? Manage your expectations.”

Whitney Reid:
“Be okay with flexible workout hours and finding things that are convenient to your new lifestyle. The #1 thing that saved me was my garage gym. I used to work out after work every day, but the first three months, I was working out at 1-2am because that’s the only time I could get it in. I had to work around Breton.”

Chris MacKenzie:
“Leverage the stress. In 50s sitcoms, you’d see the dad come home from work and grab a glass of whiskey to decompress from his long day. I use the gym the same way. When I get home, I dedicate at least 30-40 minutes to a workout. I come out in a Zen state, ready to parent.”

Whitney Reid:
“Invest in a jogging stroller. I cannot emphasize the jogging part enough. Do NOT run around with your newborn in a regular stroller. These strollers have bigger wheels and shocks so you can actually do cardio. These are going to be those days/nights when your baby won’t stop crying. You’ve fed him, you’ve changed him, and he just won’t stop crying. Take him for a run with you in this stroller and I guarantee he’ll be out in three minutes.”

The BPI dads have spoken. The dad bod is not the inescapable destiny of new fathers. Keeping up with your health isn’t easy, but by prioritizing, putting in the work, and making the sacrifices, you too can avoid the dreaded dad bod.

God's Discipline

There's a terrible misunderstanding among believers today about God's method of disciplining His children. They'll point to some kind of disaster—a tornado or a car accident—and say, "I guess God sent that catastrophe to teach us something."

No, He didn't! A loving God doesn't send death and destruction on His children to instruct them. He doesn't unleash His bad dog to bite us on the leg, so we'll learn to wear our boots!

How does He chastise His own? With His Word.

Second Timothy 3:16-17 says, "Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness, (in holy living, in conformity to God's will in thought, purpose and action), so that the man of God may be complete and proficient, well fitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work" (The Amplified Bible).

If you'll look in 2 Corinthians 7, you'll see an example of this. There the Apostle Paul talks about a situation in the Corinthian church that needed correction. That church had gotten out of line and had to be disciplined.

How did Paul do it? Not by asking God to send an earthquake to shake them up! He did it by writing them a letter. He wrote them a word of reproof that hurt so badly they would have preferred being beaten with a stick. It cut deep into their spirits and brought them to repentance.

Your heavenly Father loves you and because He does, He will chasten you. But He'll do it with spiritual, not fleshly tools. He'll use the spirit-power in His Word to chasten unbelief and purify your spirit in such a way that you'll come out strong, not weak and condemned.

So quit bowing down to disasters and start subjecting yourself instead to the Word of God. Yield to the Word. Let it correct you and trim away the flesh and the lusts that lead you astray. Remember, the sword of the Spirit is two-edged—one side is for Satan and the other side is for you. Let God use it to keep you in line!

D.C. Divas Advance to Conference Title Game, Defeat Atlanta, 56-0

Landover, MD – The D.C. Divas have won three national championships in their history. On Saturday night, D’Ajah Scott – who wears #4 – helped the Divas make it to the Final Four and take their first step toward championship #4 with an electrifying performance.

D’Ajah Scott rushed for 251 yards and four touchdowns on just nine carries, the defense recorded the 60th shutout in team history, and the D.C. Divas began the 2018 playoffs with a 56-0 victory over the Atlanta Phoenix in the Eastern Conference semifinals. The Divas improved to 13-2 all-time in playoff openers and advanced to the conference championship game for the eighth time in franchise history.

The Divas (7-2) started the contest with their longest offensive drive of the game. D.C. fielded the opening kickoff at their own 28-yard line, and two carries by Scott netted 34 yards to put the ball on the Atlanta side of midfield. A few plays later, the Divas faced fourth and eight at the 46-yard line. Scott was tackled a yard short of the first down marker for a potential turnover on downs, but a facemask penalty tacked an additional 15 yards onto the run and gave the Divas an automatic first down at the Atlanta 24.

The D.C. offense soon found their backs to the wall again, facing fourth and ten from that spot. Quarterback Amanda Congialdi found wide receiver Kentrina Wilson for a critical 12-yard pass and a first down at the Atlanta 12-yard line. On the next play, Scott zoomed up the middle of the field and into the end zone for her first score of the evening. Stephanie Nealis converted her first extra point kick on a perfect eight-for-eight evening, and the Divas led, 7-0, with 8:51 left in the first quarter.

The Phoenix (6-2) had trouble early against the Divas’ pass defense, throwing three incomplete passes to start their opening drive and punting to the D.C. 39-yard line. The Divas’ offense picked up two yards on the next two plays, but on third down, D’Ajah Scott broke through the line, made a cutback, and raced 59 yards to the end zone. The Phoenix had not given up more than eight points in a game in the regular season, but with 7:10 remaining in the first quarter, the Divas led Atlanta, 14-0.

On the following drive, a 15-yard pass completion gave Atlanta a first down and possession on the Divas’ side of the field for the first time at the 39-yard line. But the D.C. defense quickly shut the door on Atlanta’s scoring hopes; on fourth and five, the Phoenix completed a pass to the sidelines, but it gained no yardage and resulted in a turnover on downs at the D.C. 34.

Scott struck again on the next play. She burst straight ahead through a huge hole in the offensive line and sprinted 66 yards for her third touchdown of the game and a 21-0 advantage for D.C. with 5:22 still remaining in the first period.

The Phoenix and Divas then traded three and outs, with the Divas kicking the ball to midfield on their first punt of the game. A few plays later, the first quarter came to a close with the Divas on top, 21-0.

After penalties on both sides, the Phoenix faced fourth and six near midfield early in the second quarter. Atlanta decided to go for it, but an incomplete pass gave the Divas the ball again at their own 49-yard line.

On third and six, D’Ajah Scott came up big again. She ripped off a 17-yard run and was only brought down when an Atlanta defender grabbed her facemask, which added another 15 yards on after the play. That resulted in a first down at the Atlanta 15-yard line. Shelly Freeman picked up eight yards on a run, and then Okiima Trotter was dragged down one yard short of the goal line. Congialdi finished the drive with a one-yard quarterback sneak for the score. With 11:46 left before halftime, the Divas held a commanding 28-0 lead.

Thanks to a great boot from Nealis and some excellent kickoff coverage, the Phoenix started their next drive way back at their own three-yard line. Two penalties by the Divas resulted in first downs for Atlanta, however, and they soon had second and five from the D.C. 47-yard line.

The Divas’ defense was able to get a stop with a little help from the Czech Republic. Petra Nohelova, a member of the Prague Harpies on loan to the Divas this season as she attends graduate school, registered her first sack of the year, dropping Atlanta quarterback Renee Langlais for an 11-yard loss. That sack stalled the Atlanta drive and led to a punt to the Divas’ 43-yard line.

The Divas and Phoenix exchanged four and outs, as both teams passed incomplete on fourth down to give possession away. The Divas took over in Atlanta territory with just over five minutes to play, and they bled down the clock while driving for another touchdown. The big play on the drive came when Shaquanda Gainey reeled in a 19-yard pass along the sidelines on fourth and four, setting the Divas up with first and goal at the seven-yard line.

Okiima Trotter then powered through the Atlanta defense and into the end zone. The margin was 35-0 in favor of the Divas with just 57 seconds left in the half, and it looked like that might be the score at the halftime break.

But the D.C. defense picked an opportune time for their first turnover of the game. Langlais dropped back to pass for Atlanta, and Tia Watkins drilled the quarterback and forced a fumble. Miteka Trueheart fell on the ball for the Divas at the Atlanta seven-yard line with 35 seconds remaining in the half.

Congialdi immediately connected with Wilson on a seven-yard touchdown pass with 28 seconds left in the half. Kentrina Wilson finished the contest with six catches for fifty yards, and her lone touchdown of the game put the Divas ahead, 42-0, as the first half came to an end.

At halftime, the Divas welcomed their fourth class of players and contributors into the D.C. Divas Hall of Fame. Running back Monica Livingston, offensive lineman Ghost Marfull, defensive lineman T.K. Washington, and Senior VP of Football Operations Rich Daniel were recognized in a halftime ceremony as the newest members of the D.C. Divas Hall of Fame.

The Atlanta offense would fare little better in the second half. They received the ball to start the third quarter but were immediately forced to punt to the D.C. 35. The Divas’ defense was led by Miteka Trueheart with seven tackles and Tia Watkins, who registered 5.5 tackles, three tackles for loss, two sacks, and a forced fumble. Trigger McNair added five tackles, Cherre Marshall contributed 4.5 tackles, and Mara Lockard had 3.5 tackles, two tackles for loss, a sack, and a fumble recovery.

D’Ajah Scott put an exclamation point on her dominating performance on the first drive of the second half. She caught an eight-yard pass to start the drive, then she ran for 15 yards on third and two to give D.C. a first down at the Atlanta 41. Two plays later, Scott ran to the outside and made a cutback as three Phoenix defenders collided into each other. Scott then dashed over the goal line for a 41-yard touchdown run, her fourth of the game, and the Divas led, 49-0.

D’Ajah Scott left the game after one drive in the second half. She finished the contest with 251 yards on only nine carries and four touchdowns. Scott is the second player in Divas history to rush for over 250 yards in a single game, joining Kenyetta Grigsby, who performed the feat four times. Scott’s 27.9 yards per carry is a new Divas single-game playoff record, breaking the record set by Livingston against the Connecticut Crush in 2003.

The D.C. defense quickly came through with their second turnover of the game when Mara Lockard recovered an Atlanta fumble at the Phoenix 16-yard line. On the next play, Trotter scored her second rushing touchdown of the contest, putting the Divas out front, 56-0, midway through the third quarter. Trotter finished the game with five carries for 34 yards and two touchdowns.

The Divas began to tap their reserves on defense, and the Phoenix responded with a nice offensive drive to the D.C. 25-yard line. Quiana Ford came up with a sack on fourth down, however, which gave the Divas possession as the third quarter came to an end. The Divas led entering the fourth quarter, 56-0.

The final 15 minutes went very quickly, as a running clock was instituted for the fourth quarter. The Divas and Phoenix both came through with long drives before turning the ball over with an incomplete pass on fourth down. After one possession in the fourth quarter for each team, time ran out in the game with the D.C. Divas capturing a 56-0 victory over the Atlanta Phoenix.

With the victory, the D.C. Divas advanced to the conference championship game for the eighth time in franchise history. They will host their archrivals, the Boston Renegades, on July 14 for the Eastern Conference title and the right to represent the East in the national championship game in Atlanta on July 28. The contest on July 14 will be the 27th meeting between the D.C. Divas and Boston in the last decade, and it will mark the ninth time in the last ten years that the Divas and Boston have met in the playoffs in a winner-take-all setting.

Five Leadership Lessons You Learn Playing Offensive Line Worth More than the Touchdowns You Won’t Be Scoring This Season

You may not get to score touchdowns, your name may not be called out for making tackles and you may even hang your head a little when you tell someone you’re “just” an offensive lineman, but there are lessons you are learning now which will last you and help you for the rest of your life.

Lesson #1: You are learning to take joy in the dirty work.

If you’re playing on the O-Line, you may have a rock solid core under a little play-doh, but you probably don’t have a six pack. As O-Linemen, we weren’t put on earth to look pretty, we were put here to make other people look pretty by doing the dirty work and then to take joy in their successes.

In a world full of people with big ideas, it’s the people who are willing to not only do the dirty work, but to learn to enjoy it who actually make those big ideas happen. And if you’re the one with the big ideas yourself, with every rep in the weight room and every snap of practice when you put forth your best effort while everyone else is complaining, you’re becoming someone who can do what’s necessary with the right attitude to make your dreams a reality.

Lesson #2: You are becoming keenly aware of how your decisions impact other people.

If a quarterback and running back miss a handoff exchange, your team could lose a fumble and maybe lose a game because of it. If you miss a block, one of your best friends could end up with a concussion or a broken body part.

One of the attributes which separates an average leader from a stellar one is how well they are able to understand the impact their decisions have on other people. What other sport and what other position can you think of where an athlete’s actions actually impact the lives of his teammates more than an offensive lineman?

Lesson #3: You are developing resiliency.

How many times have you completely taken your man out of the play with a great block only to have a running back cut the wrong way and be tackled by the guy you thought you’d just destroyed? And whose fault is it? If you’re an offensive lineman, it’s always your fault. No matter how well you execute your responsibility, your teammates will still screw up, and you’ll still get blamed. This is part of being an offensive lineman. And it sucks, but it’s also a very powerful, long-term leadership lesson that your glory hound teammates aren’t learning.

As an offensive linemen you are by definition a leader--you are at the very front of the offensive formation. Without the hole you create, there is no glory for any other position. The valuable lesson you’re learning is how to deal with other people’s opinions about you while simultaneously maintaining your willingness to give your best effort on the next play.

The best leaders are masters at resisting the temptation to reciprocate blame when someone first puts blame on them. Rather, they smile when being criticized, listen and learn from the situation, then put it behind them and do all they can to improve on the next play.

You will receive your credit, but only if you learn to do your best and not be stopped while constantly being blamed for things which you aren’t at fault.

Lesson #4: You are learning the ability to work for delayed gratification.

Offensive linemen do receive credit eventually, but it’s after the winning is done. It’s not in the weight room. It’s not on the practice field. It’s usually not even during the game. But when the game is over, when the season is done, and when your glory-hound teammates aren’t walking around with a limp in a decade, they will be very grateful for the effort you put in.

Leaders are faced with the same difficulties. While your backfield teammates are learning to do the best with what’s given to them, and blame you when it doesn’t work out, you are learning to do your personal best.

You must accept responsibility not just for your mistakes, but the mistakes other people blame on you while improving each step of the way. Doing the best with what someone else creates for you and blaming the creators is something employees do.

Entrepreneurs learn to work for “recognition at the end of the season” - exactly what you’re learning as an offensive linemen.

Lesson #5: You learn to listen well and react quickly.

Have you ever committed a false start? One of the loneliest feelings in the world is leaving your stance too quickly only to find yourself finally receiving the full attention of everyone in the stands while the ref twirls his hands like an old-fashioned lawn mower.

Your teammate may or may not give you a pat on the butt, a head nod, or say “good job” after you pancake a defensive end (who never saw the trap coming)... but you can count on feeling like everyone hates you when you jump the snap count.

So what do you have to learn to do?

You have to learn to listen. You have to listen to the snap count when the play comes in from the sideline. You have to listen in case there is an audible. And you have to respond to a sound faster than the defensive line and linebackers can react to a sight.

Learning to listen well while in constantly, changing, pressure-filled situations is a hallmark skill of a leader. And it’s one you are developing each day you play offensive line.

Although you may not receive much glory now for what you are doing, you must remember to form the habit of doing the best you can each day and don’t blame others--including coaches--for not seeing your immediate value. Instead, focus on listening, learning and improving and your rewards for playing offensive line will continue to pay off far longer than the last time you ever take off your cleats.
