WEIGHT LOSS COFFEE - 28 Pounds and Inches!

Lean Trim Diana Here!

Again! Summer is coming and we all want to look good in shorts, sandals, and swim suites. Some of us really struggle with controlling our eating and choices of better food.
How can we achieve our goal(s) of weight loss? We do not make any medical claims.

This time of year is when everyone wants to lose a few pounds, to get ready for summer and no doubt there will be an array of diets in the media. Many of these diets are unrealistic for the average individual due to not being able to afford countless ingredients, having the time to make meals that require a a lot of prep is difficult, or the diets that restrict the intake of food can be hard to maintain. Not only are they unrealistic, but they’re incredibly bad for you. If you do manage to lose weight on them it’s only a matter of time before you put it back on.

So we all can agree that most people drink coffee and they want to lose weight. My way of reaching my weight loss goal is pretty simple. With our weight loss coffee, cocoa, keto creamer, trim help control your appetite, curb your snacking and help you choose better foods for you. With our products, I have been able to reach 3/4 of my weight loss goal of 40 lbs. Today, I am down another pound and that makes 28 lbs! Can you give me a "WHOOP WHOOP"!!! Being consistent is the KEY! Our weight didn't get high overnight, so we can't expect to loose the weight overnight! I've been drinking our products for 6 months to get my current weight. I am so happy I found our products. No other weight loss product or plan has ever worked for me. (Watch for my before and after pictures sometime this week.)

We all should get enough sleep too. Statistics say between 7-8 hrs a night, so drink our Immune drink at night to help us get the sleep we need and boost our immune system  too! Good sleep will help also help reduce stress and make you feel more energized and refreshed during the day.

Let me help! Go to www.leantrimcoffee.info

Here is Careylea's story and pictures:
Careylea - Hi! I would like to encourage anyone who is skeptical about weight loss coffee and products. I am proof that these products deliver health! I was pretty much confined to my chair a year ago. Severe arthritis caused great pain and sometimes hospital stays because of the crippling effects in my back and knees. I had eczema that required cortisone treatments and was on diuretic medication because of the painful bloating and swelling caused by oedema (water retention). If I was having a good day, I could walk with the aid of a cane. Today, I am off all cortisone, diuretic pills, rarely need a cane, and never swell up or bloat! My pain levels are way down and I have a new found energy and zest for life! And as a bonus, I have lost and kept off 75 pounds! Do yourself a favor, and give these products a try. What have you got to lose?

Yahoo Small Business-4 Best Practices for Business Email

By | Small Business

http://www.dpbolvw.net/click-3476618-12811653
Most business owners understand that email is an essential tool for both internal and external communications. Sure, some people have adopted newer ways to communicate, including conferencing and instant messengers. But email never really goes away. It’s simply too important.Yes, despite the overzealous marketing from collaboration platforms, email is still an integral method of communication for businesses of all sizes. It’s the perfect way to reach your customers directly and have conversations with coworkers. It is both easy to use and easy to manage. It does, however, come with its  own rules and etiquette. These four best practices for business email are sure to serve you well when writing your business emails.

Picking a Professional Email Address

The first thing you need to do is set up a professional email address for your company. Sure, you could just ask all your employees to handle work emails through their personal accounts. But is that really professional? You want to establish your business’ credibility from the start. Don’t risk the possibility of important work emails getting lost in the mix just as you start your business.
Instead, you should choose a business email service that addresses your company’s most basic needs. This includes online security, additional storage, contact management, calendar management and other helpful features. Yahoo Small Business, for instance, offers a free domain name when you sign up for a professional email address.

Using ‘Reply vs. Reply-All’ Feature

One of the most common mistakes in email  is hitting “reply” or “reply all” inappropriately.
Let’s say you are included on a company-wide email discussing changes to the vacation policy. You want to ask your boss if it is still okay to take a four-day weekend in April, but accidentally  hit “reply all” instead of responding to him privately. Now everyone in the office is privy to a private conversation between you and your manager. It’s embarrassing, and not to mention it’s poor email etiquette.
As a rule, you should only hit “reply all” when your response is valuable to everyone in the chain. If your response is only relevant to a few folks or something as simple as “okay, sounds good,” stick to “reply.”

Including a Signature

It’s important to include a signature on your emails. This provides vital contact information to clients and partners outside of your company. This will allow your network to easily reach you in case something comes up. An email signature should include your name, title, professional phone number and business address. Some people like to include a photo of themselves or a company logo in their signatures. This is fine, but make sure your signature doesn’t exceed four lines of text. An overstated signature might distract people from reading the actual contents of your email.
Depending upon your position and brand, it might be helpful to include your social media (such as LinkedIn or Twitter) links in your signature.

Keep Your Closing Simple

There are dozens of ways to sign your emails. Some of the most common sign-offs include sincerely, with regards, and best wishes. Some people may who enjoy experimenting with their closing depending on the mood of the email, and others who stick to one closing for all communications. But  which tactic is best?
Well, according to Money, a simple “thank you” will suffice. “Thanks” doesn’t come across as stiff, or cloying. It’s appropriate for practically every type of exchange — you can use it to end a note to anyone regardless of their level in the chain of command, department, or role at your company.”
Better yet, “Thanks” got a 62 percent response rate compared to 46 percent for non-thankful closings.
Follow the above tips when tackling professional emails. You’ll be happy you did. For more professional advice for your small business or affordable email services, visit Yahoo Small Business today!

 Creating Muscle Fast

By: Willaim Moak

To build muscle fast is a long and demanding journey, but fortunately various shortcuts have been revealed from the emerging discipline of sports physiology. These shortcuts be able to help you build muscle at a radically faster rate than usual.

The very first secret is that you simply don’t have to work every muscle for several hours every day. In the early days of bodybuilding there was no means to build muscle fast. You hit the gymnasium for three to four hours every day and worked your total body every day. At night you rested, and one day per week you stayed away from the fitness center.

During those early days, athletes in other sporting activities were instructed to steer clear of weight training because it would turn then into "muscle-bound" and inflexible.
Get in The Game With Coachtube
Strangely though, increasingly more athletes began to ignore that advice and discovered that weight-training in fact made them more powerful and actually more elastic.

Sports trainers noticed this and started to gauge weight-training for muscle tissue gaining. Their affirmation of the benefits induced many sports trainers to include weight training to their exercise routines, and shortly, soccer , baseball and basketball competitors, even track and field athletes, began to pump iron with all the intention to build muscle fast.

Sports physiology evolved into a science and weight training began to get a more factual approach as applied to muscle tissue building for athletes in all sporting activities.

Weight lifters took note and began to workout smarter, searching for ways to build muscle fast. They still spent long hours within the fitness center, but now it had been about half the time they used to spend. Why were they able to do that?

Workouts and routines were evaluated for the best approach to assembling muscle faster, and bigger. Researchers found that it was important to relax muscles after they were worked strenuously; otherwise they become exhausted and cannot increase any more.

Nowadays weight lifters are recommended to train each muscle tissue group to total fatigue just one day a week. In no doubt they get some exercise whenever you concentrate on other muscle groups, but that’s unavoidable. It is only on their "focus day" that they're exhausted. Using this strategy fast tracks your muscle development and makes your body more powerful on the whole.

You don’t have to put up with constant all-over muscle tissue soreness daily of the week either, since muscle groups are allowed to rest, recoup and improve themselves.

An additional breakthrough in weight-training was the discovery that pumping the muscle to total exhaustion for each exercise was ample to tear it down. The protein ingested by the body-builder will be largely useful to rebuild the tissue, instead of developing it even further.

Another side of the building-muscle-fast question is good nutrition. It is claimed that weight-training is eighty percent diet regime, and while this might not be entirely exact, it indeed accounts for more than half.
