>>Personal review – seeing is believing<<
When I was first introduced to our products, strangely enough I knew it was the one seeing as I was already familiar with most of the ingredients and have always known that they are key factors in natural fat burning. I have never doubted that our product would work (let’s say I was 99% sure) TODAY, seeing my results I am now 110% sure that this product truly is a miracle!
>>Personal journal<<
Day 1: With my first cup of coffee I felt an amazing buzz of energy before I had even finished my cup. I actually felt like I needed more tasks to do during the day otherwise I got bored! Lol The best thing is, my body didn’t adapt to this sudden flow of energy, I felt it each time I had my cup of coffee and it was consistent!😊
At the end of week 1: The scale was very disappointing, it would constantly fluctuate, and I felt like I wasn’t losing any weight, although my bloating had disappeared completely, and I could actually see a bit of definition in my tummy. (I was happy with this but wondering why I wasn’t losing cm’s like some others have in just a week.) Still.. I had loads of energy and felt great. Was this a waste of my time and money? NO!
At the end of week 2: OH MY GOODNESS! So as promised in my previous personal review post I took an after picture of myself and am just so blown away by what I saw! Bloating still gone and below are my cm’s lost: • Waist – 3cm GONE • Tummy – 4cm GONE • Arms – Still as stubborn as ever! Lol • Thigh – 1cm GONE
This is just in 2 weeks with no special diet or extreme exercise. I feel great, energized, ready to take on anything and in general just feel uplifted. This is just the start of my new journey, and I am never turning back!

The happiest
entrepreneurs are those selling something whose goodness and worth they believe
in with their whole heart and soul. Yahoo caught up recently with the founders
of an altruistic sleep-away camp for adults—called, appropriately enough, Soul Camp [Video below]—who positively glow with happiness about their
joint enterprise.“We didn’t even look at
it as a business when we first started out,” says branding strategist Michelle Goldblum,
co-founder of Soul Camp with the graphic designer and
body confidence coach, Alison Leipzig. Michelle and Ali first
crossed paths as children at Camp Towanda,
a venerable and decidedly upscale summer camp in the Poconos. The few years’
difference in their age—Ali is slightly younger—kept them from more than a nodding
acquaintance at camp. They didn’t actually get to know each other until 15
years later, in 2013, when Ali spotted Michelle in a Facebook post
featuring an IntenSati
flash mob in New York’s Union Square. “As soon as we reconnected,” Michelle
told Yahoo, “we very quickly became best friends.” Common goals, Uncommon growth Recognizing the
commonality of their goals and the complementary nature of their skills, Ali
and Michelle had the cleverness to create a business that allows them to
continue their individual journeys of personal growth. “Soul Camp,” says
Michelle, “was born out of the energy of our joy and excitement at the idea of
turning what we’d learned along the path into something we can share with
others.” Michelle was launched on this
path very early in life. Her mother ran a spiritual community center on Long
Island, called Arbutus House. “We would hold community gatherings, yoga
classes, kirtan sing-alongs,
drumming nights… I would come home from school to 50 people chanting in my
living room.” Such a childhood might well have
taken Michelle in the opposite direction—and did for a while. But she and her
mother (known now as the “Mamaste”
of Soul Camp) turned out to have a great deal in common as adults. “I grew up
with a meditation room in the house, and my mom meditated every single morning.
I knew from an early age how important quiet contemplation is—about the
importance of ‘going in.’
Like so many newly minted
adults, Michelle rebelled against the parental ethos at first, setting out to
become a big shot in the world of advertising. “After graduating from the
George Washington University in Washington, D.C.,” she told us, “I moved to New
York City and began my career in the big fancy world of global pharmaceutical
branding and marketing. I was making a lot of money, and had a life that looked
shiny and exciting. But, from the inside, that life felt empty.” It wasn’t until she hit her own
rock bottom, with the demise of a serious relationship, that Michelle began to
reexamine who she was and who she wanted to be. “The weekend that my boyfriend
moved out of our apartment, I fled to the Omega Institute”—a center for
holistic healing and learning in Rhinebeck, New York, where she spent her
summers before she was old enough to go to sleep-away camp. The long road to growth The experience felt like going
home, with a twist. “I took an intenSati workshop from
the incredible Patricia Moreno, who is now one of our headliners at Soul Camp.
At that workshop, for the first time, I met other girls my age who wanted to do
inner work and live a conscious life, but didn’t necessarily want to do it from
a drumming circle on a mountain.” Michelle’s experiences that
weekend turned her life around. “Within a year, I sold my apartment, quit my
pharma career and went off to India solo.” On her return, she founded a
branding agency, I AM. creative,
designed to serve the needs of the mind/body/wellness community. IntenSati’s
Patricia Moreno was her very first client. Ali and Michelle both owned
businesses centered around inner healing and spiritual health by the time they
reconnected—although they both took very different paths to get to there. “My upbringing was pretty
typical for a tri-state, suburban child,” Ali told us. “I played recreational
sports, went to Hebrew School, took art classes and worked hard to do well in
school.” The expectations she lived her life trying to meet included “having a
fit and skinny body, having perfect health, getting the straight A’s that would
get me into the best college.” It was also important to her to feel popular,
and run with an A-list crowd. This led to body image struggles, as well as a
feeling of “not being good enough in pretty much all areas except for school.” During college at
Washington University in St. Louis, Ali applied her considerable tenacity to
figuring out what she really wanted to do with her life. “I started out in the
architecture school, and eventually realized my true gifts were in graphic
design.” She graduated with a major in visual communications in 2009, when the
economy was mired in recession. “This is where the story gets good,” said this enfant sage from Allendale, New Jersey.
“I couldn’t find a job! That was the one thing I felt I always had in the bag.” The unexpected roadblock
led Ali “down a path of personal discovery and growth—and ultimately drove me
to start my own design and branding business at the age of 23.” Still
struggling with body image issues—the motto on her website is “Stop being such
a bitch to your body!”—she decided to focus on businesses that resonated with
her own journey of healing. During the four years preceding the first session
of Soul Camp, she designed brands and websites “for the top thought leaders in
the wellness space,” started a blog that
focused on body confidence; and coached clients, one-to-one and in groups, on
how to stay healthy and develop a positive relationship with their bodies.
Ali and Michelle were at a Family Constellation Retreat
together when they ran into their old camp director, who broached the idea of
bringing a small yoga group for adults to Camp Towanda. The two best friends
brainstormed about all the different personal growth and wellness classes they
could group together for a brand-new, grown-up version of summer camp—without
the loneliness or insecurity so many campers experience as children. “At Soul Camp,” Michelle told us, “there are no cliques. No
one feels left out. We take special care and consideration to ensure that camp
remains a safe, loving space for all who enter.” If only Michelle and Ali
had been in charge when we were in high school!
The positive experiences
they remembered from those summers in the Poconos also informed their vision of
Soul Camp: “the community experience, the play, the fun, the songs, trying new
things and going outside of your comfort zone,” said Michelle, ticking off the
good stuff on her fingers. Soul Camp’s founders say
that their initial business planning efforts were more akin than anything else
to throwing a big party. “All the instructors we originally reached out to said
yes, they would come for free.” The
first year’s faculty and food sponsors were all operating on faith, riding on
the wave of Ali and Michelle’s unbridled enthusiasm. “It felt like everything
was a yes. The idea, the vision, the
company was created organically. The night before we were supposed to meet for
the first time, we found ourselves lying next to each other in a Breathwork workshop.” Like Rick and Louis in Casablanca, they
knew their friendship was meant to be. The collective branding,
marketing and graphic design experience Ali and Michelle garnered in the
corporate world brought professionalism and vigor to the promotional trajectory
they’ve created for Soul Camp. Ali is in charge of all
of the visual details that comprise the Soul Camp brand. Michelle writes copy
and marketing materials. “We both believe in conscious marketing,” they told
us. “No gimmicks, no over the top promises. Just honesty and transparency about
what our campers can expect. We believe more in sharing then selling, more in giving
than promoting.” But what is their business
plan, we wanted to know, now that Soul Camp has evolved from a merely beautiful
idea to a limited liability company with a registered trademark and the need to
file tax returns every year? Up to this point, they have
served as their own angel investors. “We’ve been supporting Soul Camp and
ourselves,” Michelle told us, “through our individual branding agencies.”
Eventually, they plan to serve all their graphic design, branding and marketing
clients jointly through an entity they’re calling Soul Camp Creative. Past corporate experience DOES help For all you would-be
wellness entrepreneurs out there, it’s important to remember that both these
young women were successful players in the cut-throat corporate world before
they struck out on a gentler path all their own. Solid skills—paired with
idealism—have lent an enviable momentum to the Soul Camp brand. The camp has
two once-a-year locations now, one in California’s Sierra Nevada foothills and
the other in the verdant countryside of northeastern Pennsylvania. The camp’s
co-founders have a five-year plan for expansion, including numerous Soul Camp
spin-offs throughout the country, online and around the world. Their business model,
powered by idealism, seems to be working. Soul Camp has gotten publicity in Travel & Leisure, Fortune, Conde Naste
Traveler, Buzzfeed, AOL, Forbes, Time Out NYC, and Good Morning America, “to name just a few,” says Michelle. “When
you have a unique product or offering that truly excites people, organic press
is completely possible.” It didn’t hurt that they
founded Soul Camp in 2014, when several other adult sleep-away camps were just
coming online. “It’s become a bit of a trend,” said Ali, “which the media has
picked up on.” And both these marketing mavens knew just how to catch the wave.
“Our website is the main way that people learn about Soul Camp. All our
marketing materials direct users to our site to learn more. We want people to
feel the camp vibe, the camp love, as soon as they land.” All that love does, of
course, come with a price. Tickets to Soul Camp cost just under a thousand
dollars for the multi-day, multi-night experience, including accommodations,
swag, meals, snacks, workshops and classes. Michelle and Ali have hosted three
camps so far, averaging 150 campers per session—which translates, we figure,
into over half a million dollars in receipts. The founders envision a
major expansion of the Soul Camp brand beyond the camps themselves, including
the development and marketing of online content, virtual courses and coaching
programs, in addition to their branding, strategy and design consultancy, Soul Camp Creative. “We’re planning Soul
Camp family weekends, Soul Camp for kids, Soul Camp Singles, Soul Camp
Seniors—” and on bringing their roster of workshops and classes to rehab
facilities and hospitals. Advice for other entrepreneurs Their advice to other
idealists out there hoping to make a business from an inspiring, empowering
and/or transformative concept they want to share with the world?
Your passion is the fuel that will keep you running—and it will be
felt by your consumers. People will want to be part
of that.
Get super clear on the unique service or experience you’re
offering to provide. This is the place where a
lot of business owners in the transformation and wellness space get stuck. What
exactly are you going to do to help your customers achieve the goals you’ve
expressed in your marketing?
Find the right people to support you in your vision. We believe in fully using our own innate talents—and delegating
all those things that can be better done by geniuses with skills outside our
areas of expertise. This allows for efficiency and happiness—a win-win.
When you’re first starting out, you just gotta get things done. This is where the passion comes into play—because with passion
and a good work ethic, you can do anything.
Make sure you have a clear understanding of the costs that will be
entailed in providing the service or experience you’re offering. Talk to someone who has done something similar. Incorporate what
they’ve learned into the earliest stages of your planning.
Be prepared to put in a long time building your business from the
ground up. After our first event, we
saw the incredible impact Soul Camp had on our campers. They were so
enthusiastic that we thought we wouldn’t have to work all that hard to get
campers the following year. But we were wrong. We understand now what goes into
spreading the word, and inspiring people to take off work and pay money for the
kind of experience we’re offering.
A woman naturally has more fat-as
previously mentioned, 10 percent than that of an equal well-trained man.
As the fat is a kind of limited fuel in the activity of durability
(birds' migratory basically rely on fat), women can run for very long
without "hitting the wall", that is, the fuel exhaustion and your legs
have to move slowly with difficulty to the painful moment. Nena Cusick
said to me, "I have taken part in the marathon game 35 times and never
hit the wall. Though I was, I could hold out." It is generally
admitted that more proportion of fat means less proportion of muscles.
However, some study reports demonstrate that compared to the muscles per
pound, women are as strong as men.
It is quite the contrary to a
fantastic statement. Gathering the materials provided by 361 schools,
more than 125 track coaches and several public reports, Doctor Kristin
New Jersey Medical College Joan Gillet from Nevada University came to a
conclusion that a woman as well as a man who is well trained is not apt
to be injured. One exception is women's knees are a bit likely to be
injured for their joints are softer. Moreover, women benefit by
exercise as much as men do. Leroy Gushier and J Moore made a comparison
of men to woman under a close supervision plan. They says that women's
state of health are amended as men after exercise in the Document of
Physical Medicine and Function Recovery. Someone holds that men need and
benefit from exercise, while women dose not. That is no more than a
fraudulent myth. This view is particularly dangerous after menopause,
because some parts of the heart immune system of women have disappeared,
and they start to have a heart attack as easily as men. Then why do people generally consider women as the second-rate citizens in terms of track and field. The main reason seems to be the aspect of culture. Catharine Reims does
not only think deep in the problem but also take many of her
conclusions into a sensible and insightful book called Running for
Health. When I converse with her, she talked indignantly about how the
society complicit in blocking women from discovering the pleasures of
athletics. She said: "women are conscious that they are spending too
much time on sitting. But no one has ever told them to go out and learn
an exercise as men. Women are only told to make a graceful bending down
posture when doing household duties so as to achieve the goal of
exercise. If you were a woman, people would always urge you on taking
some stupid exercise at home, in the office or on the way to market
hall. This results from cultural prejudice".

years coaching tennis and influencing the best players from Venus and
Serena Williams to Brazilian Guga Kuerten and many more. Now CoachTube

"I service an international
audience of coaches and basketball players who want to take their game

what drills to practice. CoachTube has allowed me to turn hours of
basketball instructional content into one organized course. We now have
an on demand course that coaches and players can use to enhance their
basketball skill set."

"So often, I meet players

about my online videos in the past. Now, I can refer them to CoachTube.
They can watch my lessons in an organized fashion, on their own time." Bonnie Bright
IFBB Men’s Physique Pro Steven Cao
is about to step on stage to compete in his first Arnold Classic. For
the last week, the 24-year-old athlete has been dialed in and itching to
get on stage. He plans to come in lean and shredded to take home the
win. We caught up with Steven just 12 days out to talk about how he
feels heading into the biggest show of his life. BPI: How has your prep for the Arnold been going? STEVEN: My prep has been really good. I am actually
dialed in earlier than I expected, so now I am just trying to maintain
my condition. BPI: What do you mean by dialed in? STEVEN: My conditioning is ready to go. Right now me
and my coach are keeping everything the same. I am basically waking up
every single day ready to go on stage. So we are going to maintain this
and treat this show like any other day. BPI: What makes this show special? STEVEN: This show is special to me because I just had a
hernia repaired. I had surgery back in November. I was out for about 8
weeks. I wanted to come back better and stronger so I set a challenge
for myself. I felt like doing the Arnold would be a really good move for
me. It’s a huge challenge. BPI: What should fans expect to see from you at the Arnold? STEVEN: I already beat my previous package that I won with at Nationals physique wise. Now my goal is to win. BPI: Who inspires you? STEVEN: Someone that inspires me in life is Conor
McGregor because he started from nothing and built his own brand. He has
a strong belief in himself and that is something I admire. In
bodybuilding, Flex Lewis. He carries himself as a champion and his work
ethic is incredible. BPI: What do you say to people who are experiencing a setback? STEVEN: If you have a setback it is only temporary. As
long as you believe you can overcome it and are willing to put in the
work, day in and day out, and stay consistent with your plan, you will
overcome whatever setback you have. BPI: What is your first cheat meal after the Arnold? STEVEN: Pizza and cookies. BPI: What supplements are the most important for your training? STEVEN:ISO HD™ or Best Protein™ because it’s kind of
hard for me to get my daily protein intake. I tend to use a lot of Best BCAA™ because I want to maintain as much muscle as possible. I like the
peach cobbler and passion fruit flavors. BPI: What do you do to relax or veg out when you are not working out? STEVEN: I am watching Dexter and started Game of Thrones. I also like to play the new Call of Duty and UFC 3. BPI: What do you hate seeing in the gym? STEVEN: My pet peeve is when someone is on their phone
and sitting at a machine for a long period of time. When you come into
the gym, you need to focus on your workout and be in and out instead of
being on your phone. BPI: What is your advice for future competitors? STEVEN: If you want to pursue competing and don’t know
if you are ready or not, I would recommend getting a coach to guide you
towards your prep for a show. Also, discipline and consistency are the
main things if you want to be a professional. BPI: Your transformation video on YouTube has over 2.8 million views. Do you have plans for a follow up? STEVEN: I plan on doing another transformation video in a few years, maybe when I win the Olympia one day… that is my ultimate goal.

[Video below]- CIA Training Program The CIA & Subliminals
By: Michael Mcgrath
As far back as 1957 subliminal
messages where being used to try to influence the behaviour of ordinary
people. The most famous example, from that time, was the cinema
experiment by James Vicary. Vicary prepared a film with the embedded
subliminal messages "eat popcorn" and "buy coke". His findings stated
that sales of both these products increased as a result of the
subliminal stimuli. Even though this experiment has been discredited and
has never been successfully duplicated the vast majority of people
still believe in the effectiveness of subliminal programming. William
Dawson and other legislators, In Washington D.C., immediately launched a
campaign get subliminal messages banned from television and radio
broadcasts. Dawson sternly warned that if subliminal messages were used
as a political propaganda tool the results could be frightening as they
could be used to serve and maintain a form of totalitarian government.
Tactical Workouts Revolutionary Tactical
Strength And Conditioning Program Provides A Simple Training Blueprint
To Help Cops, Soldiers, And Prepared Citizens Gain Tactical Muscle
Even
though there was no real hard evidence to substantiate any of Dawson's
claims the huge and overwhelming public outcry was enough to force the
Government into action. At the time, as is still true today, the
majority of scientists had well-founded reservations about the
effectiveness of subliminal messages; the majorty of people in the
scientific community hold the belief that they are completely
ineffective. Although the Government and the respected scientists of the
day did not believe in the effectiveness of subliminal programming and
held the view that they were ineffective, the general public were crying
out for the banning of them! This is the official reason behind
the USA, British and Australian Governments decision to ban the use of
subliminal advertising on television and radio? Now at the same time
that the debate over banning subliminals was raging and the scientific
community was officially denying that subliminal messages were effective
another powerful group had decided to investigate the phenomenon for
themselves. They had a very different reason for wanted to find out if
subliminal messages could be used to influence the minds and behaviours
of people! During the raging debate over the effectiveness of
subliminal advertising and the outcry for them to be banned the interest
of a very powerful covert group was sparked. A group that did not have
to answer to the public and that had immense, almost inexhaustible,
resources at their disposal. This group decided, at this time, to start a
full investigation. It is well known that The CIA have always had a
keen interest in the research of anything that can influence the human
mind and their development of mind altering drugs and therapies is well
documented. It should be in no way shocked to discover that these same
people were willing to use their power and finances to find out if
subliminal technologies could be used as a form of control. In
recently released classified documents, now available under The Freedom
Of Information Act, we see just how deeply involved and thorough the CIA
were in researching the effectiveness of subliminal messages as a means
of brain-washing.

CHARLOTTE, N.C.
– Fourth-seeded Bowie State University outscored Fayetteville
State University 13-5 in overtime, taking a 72-64 win over the
top-seeded Broncos in the quarterfinals of the 2018 CIAA Tournament at
Bojangles’ Coliseum on Wednesday evening.
This game marked the 12th time the Bulldogs and Lady Broncos have met in the CIAA Tournament and Bowie State holds a 7-4 advantage.
Fayetteville
State got on the scoreboard first, but the long ball was working early
for Bowie State. Proctor and Jing knocked down triples they helped the
Bulldogs jump out to an early 10-6 lead by the first under five-minute
media timeout. Both team struggled to generate points following the
timeout with Bowie State leading 13-11 after 10 minutes thanks to a
layup by BSU freshman Talanya Hutton (Seat Pleasant,
Md.) as time expired.
The
Bulldogs pushed their lead to 18-11 before the Broncos responded with
an 8-0 to take a 19-18 lead. However, Bowie State answered with a 7-0
run to regain
the lead at 25-19 and led 28-21 at the 5:45 mark of the second quarter.
A
pair of free throws by FSU sophomore Shantel Bennett followed by a Noni
Kumba (Tracy, Calif.) trimmed Bowie State’s lead down to three (28-25).
Bowie
State’s Williams stuck a jumper only to have Fayetteville State score
the last five points, capped off by a 3-point heave by senior Breona
Jones (Henderson, N.C.), sending the teams into halftime tied at 30-all.
The
Broncos shot 42.9 percent from the field over the first half of play,
making 12-of-28 shots compared to 34.5 percent (10-of-29) for the
Bulldogs. Bowie
State out-rebounded Fayetteville State 24-16 with Williams hauling down eight to lead both teams.
Fayetteville State opened the second half with four unanswered points before the a Colston jumper stopped the mini-run.
Sophomore
Danaisha Christian (Pocomoke, Md.) knocked down a shot baseline jumper
to cut the Bulldogs deficit to 36-35 just prior to the under-five media
time out in the third quarter. Graduate student Sade Chatman
(Minneapolis, Minn.) made one of two free throws to tie the game at
36-all and jumper in paint by Proctor gave the lead back to Bowie State
at 38-36.
The
BSU lead didn’t last long as Kuumab drilled a triple in front of the
Broncos bench to give the lead back to Fayetteville State at 39-38.
Back-to-back
field goals by Chi Chi Madeuebgunam (Charlotte, N.C.) and Jones gave
the Lady Broncos at 43-39. FSU’s Jones converted two free throws that
enabled Fayetteville State to take a 45-39 after three quarters.
Bowie
State’s Christian hot a pair of free throws and Jing followed with
baseline jumper to pull the Bulldogs within two at 45-43 to start the
fourth quarter.
Redshirt junior Pere Alexander (Baltimore, Md.) tied the game at 46-all
at the 7:02 mark.
Williams
was fouled on a layup and completed the three-point play to shift the
advantage over the Bowie State’s Bulldogs at 49-46.
The
Broncos used a 13-4 burst to take a 59-53 lead with just under three
minutes remaining in the game only to see the Bulldogs close the gap to
59-57 after
a Chatman layup with 1:36 remaining.
Colston made one of two free throws to tie the game at 59-all with 41 seconds and the score remained tied, creating overtime.
Proctor
drilled a three from the wing to begin overtime and Williams knocked
down a pair of free throws to give Bowie State the 64-59 lead.
Bennett
gave Fayetteville State its first two points of the overtime via a pair
of free throws and Best followed with one of two free throws with 2:16 left
to cut the Bulldogs lead to 64-62.
With
time running down on the shot clock, Colston banked a straight away
3-pointer, was fouled on the play and made the free throw for the 68-62
advantage.
Following an FSU miss, Sade Chatman knocked down a free throw to extend the lead to 69-62 with 1:13 to play.
Fayetteville State would then commit a costly turnover that led
to two more free throws, this time by Lisa Jing, making it 71-62.
