Kimberly and Ken’s cancer survivor story began when Kim’s chemotherapy doctor came to her with a piece of paper that had drawings simply telling her where her stage 3 breast cancer was.
They hadn’t told her what type of cancer she had only that she needed chemotherapy or she’d die.
Also on that crudely written piece of paper was that her cancer had metastasized and her lymph nodes were severely infected. She also told her that the breast cancer tumor they could see was at 1.7 and the grade was 3B and her nodes were infected with a grade of 4 and that she was estrogen positive.
Her oncologist also stated that by using conventional treatments would put her chances of living at 60% to 70%. She then outlined the type of chemotherapy she wanted Kim to undergo which included what Kimberly calls, “the red devil” along with radiation and another type of chemotherapy drug. Before leaving the room, the oncologist told Kimberly that if she didn’t do the chemo, she would die.
Having seen her own family members go through similar treatments for cancer and ultimately passing away, Kimberly and Ken decided to search how to heal breast cancer naturally. That’s when they came across Ty Bollinger’s The Truth About Cancer “A Global Quest.
After Kim and Ken finished watching the entire series, they felt as though they had a renewed sense of hope on alternative cancer treatments and healing cancer naturally.
Since then, Kimberly has been treating her stage 3 breast cancer naturally and is alive to tell her story.

Revolutionary Tactical Strength And Conditioning Program Provides A Simple Training Blueprint To Help Cops, Soldiers, And Prepared Citizens Gain Tactical Muscle
You can’t stop life from happening to you, but you can choose how you respond. At the office, a coworker says something that offends you. It starts off as a little seed. If you let it go, nothing will come of it. But if you dwell on it, you’ll soon be holding a grudge. Now that little seed is taking root. It starts to grow and before long it will pollute other areas of your life. That’s why Hebrews 12:15 warns “that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many.”
The good news is you don’t have to live with bitter roots. Ask God to show you what’s causing you to be bitter. Maybe you need to forgive somebody, maybe you’re still sour over a dream that didn’t work out, or maybe you’re still beating yourself up over a mistake you made in the past. Be honest with yourself and say, “God, help me to get this root of bitterness out of me. I don’t want to live angry and bitter. I want my passion back. I want to love again. I want to laugh again. I want to dream again. God, help me to let it go and move forward.”

The advantages of a quality strength training program for a swimmer has been well documented as more and more of the best swimmers in the world lift weights to improve. It is a key element in the overall training program to help improve times and reach personal bests more consistently! In addition to the increases of muscular endurance, strength and power that weight training will develop, the Swimming Programs also provide injury prevention by involving special exercises for the shoulders and lower back.
Throughout the length of the Swimming Program, the manipulation of the sets and repetitions for each exercise will be based on periodization concepts that involve changing the intensity and the volume of the workouts. This variation provides a more consistent "programmed response" to exercise which will help to avoid those depressing plateau's in progress.
The starting point of the program is based on an initial fitness level. With feedback, the actual progression of the program will follow the body's unique adaptation process to exercise. Fine tune the program to include all the exercises that feel the best! Click here to get your free Fitivity Swimming Program Today!

Hey we haven't heard from Coach Joe in a while. Well our Tactical Workouts Master has been cooking up great workout tips and programs in his Lab and here is a taste of a monstrous tip that we all can take to the gym with us.
-Coach Nate
From time to time, you must mix up your workouts to break a plateau or simply beat boredom.
You see, both mind and muscle adapts to a familiar training plan in about four weeks.
If you don’t have access to a tactical strength and conditioning coach, to customize a program for you, here’s a proven approach to reboot your own workouts: lift fast on some days and moderate-to-slow-paced on others.
This rep-timing technique, called time under tension (TUT), helps you target specific goals, like boosting power, growing muscle, or building endurance, simply by tweaking your repetition tempo.
Also, you’ll quickly learn that certain exercises work best when performed at a particular speed, if for no other reason than avoiding sloppy form or, even worse, injury.
There are four numbers that define the tempo of a movement.
So if your program recommends you do a barbell chest press at a tempo of 30X0, here’s what it means.
The first number (3) recommends you take three seconds to lower the weight (“negative” or “eccentric”).
The second number (0) is the length of the transition between the lowering and lifting part (no pause at the bottom, when the bar is touching your chest).
The third number (X) is the lifting portion (“positive” or “concentric”). The “X” tells you to raise the weight explosively.
Finally, the fourth number (0) means no pause at the top.
Now before you make a snide comment about “having to go out and buy a metronome to do this workout,” please note that exercise generalists will never sway from the idea of “lifting the weight explosively and lowering it under control.”
While I agree with the idea of keeping it simple, focusing on tempo is a sneaky way to control your lifts, thereby avoiding achy joints that go hand-in-hand with sloppy technique.
So you’d be remiss to not test this training strategy for at least a month.
You’ll benefit from newfound focus and intensity during your workouts.
In I created three tempo-based workouts for you.
Train hard and stay safe,
