Do you want to know one of the secrets of staying in the will of God, of keeping yourself from getting off track?
Don't overestimate yourself!
Proverbs 16:18 says, "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall." How many times have we seen that borne out! How many times do we see believers get into trouble because they get an overblown idea of themselves. They begin to think they're so smart that they have it all figured out.
Then, the next thing you know, they're thinking they have to straighten everyone else out. Instead of just letting Jesus be Head of the Church, they feel like they have to step in and do the job.
Once that happens, it's just a matter of time before they're flat on their faces in failure. Why? Because the Bible says God resists the proud (1 Peter 5:5).
Don't put yourself in a position where God has to resist you. Rate your own abilities soberly. Adopt an attitude of humility. Keep a watch on yourself, and when you catch yourself getting puffed up with your own greatness, repent and remember that every good thing you enjoy and every bit of success you've had has come by the grace of God and by His power.
Look back on your life and see how many times you could have lost what God had given you. See how many times, when you were floundering around making every mistake imaginable, His tender and precious mercy pulled you through.
Don't become a legend in your own mind. Instead, humble yourself beneath the mighty hand of God, and let God do the exalting—that prevents some very painful falls.

The Coach

He is currently the head basketball coach at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina. Going into the 2016-2017 season, On January 14, 2017, Ellis became one of the few 800-game winners in collegiate basketball with the Chanticleers 85-73 win over Appalachian State. Cliff Ellis is the only coach in NCAA Division I history to tally 150-plus wins at four institutions (South Alabama, Clemson, Auburn and Coastal Carolina). He was national coach of the year in 1999 when Auburn won the Southeastern Conference (SEC) title.

In nutrition, diet is the total sum of food taken by a person or an organism. The word diet means the use of certain intake of nutrition for health or weight management purposes( with both of them going hand in hand). Although, humans are omnivores, each culture and each person holds some food preferences or some food taboos. This may be due to personal tastes or accepted principles. Individual dietary choices may be more or less healthy.

Complete nutrition requires ingestion and assimilation of vitamins, minerals essential amino acids from protein and essential fatty acids from fat-containing food, also food energy in the form of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Dietary habits and choices play an important role in improving the quality of life, health and increased life span.

Some cultures and religions have restrictions concerning what food are allowed in their diet. For example Judaism are allowed to take kosher foods, Islams Halal foods, Buddhists are generally vegetarian, meat eating may be allowed for Buddhists depending on the sects. In Hinduism, vegetarianism is allowed. Jains are strictly vegetarian and eating of root are not permitted.

A lot of people avoid food(diet) from animal source to a great extent( eg flexitarianism , vegetarianism, veganism, fruitarianism) f or health purposes, issues surrounding morality or reduced impact on the environment, although, some public assumptions about which diets have lower impact are known to be incorrect. Raw food is another contemporary trend. These diets may require tuning or supplementation such as vitamins to meet ordinary nutritional needs.

Hence, healthy diet help in improving or maintaining maximum health. In developed countries, affluence enables unconstrained caloric intake and possibly inappropriate food choices. Health, agencies recommend that individuals should maintain normal body weight b y consuming low calorie foods and sugary drinks, eating plant- based, limited consumption of red and processed meat, and limiting alcohol intake. The dietary guidelines for Americans is an evidence- based information source that policy makers and health professionals use to advise the general public about healthy nutrition.

Finally, diet may be chosen for weight loss or weight gain. Changing one's dietary intake or "going on a diet" can change the energy balance and increase or decrease the a mount of fat stored by the body. Some foo d are specifically recommended in conjunction with exercises. Specific weight loss programs can be injurious while others may be beneficial and this can be coined as healthy diets. The term s "healthy diet and diet for weight management" are often related, as the two promote healthy weight management. Having a healthy diet is a way to prevent health problems, and will provide the body with the rig ht balance of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.

Conclusion, a healthy diet is a diet that contain the six classes of food in the right pro portions that can enhance quality health, increased life span and help in weight management.

Cannabis Celebs

Celebrities are frequently spotted lighting up joints, from Paris Hilton to Lily Allen and Cameron Diaz. Even politicians such as Elena Basescu have made the news with cannabis scandals, where the debate around making marijuana legal continues.

Raising the topic of making marijuana legal is dangerous to say the least if you’re a European Parliament candidate. But Elena Basescu, daughter of President Traian Basescu of Romania, made bold statements of how she would favour the legalisation of cannabis in Europe.

Celebrities have a similar problem to politicians, where their use of and discussions about marijuana are under constant scrutiny from the press, and whether they’re caught with cannabis seeds or a joint, public scandal will follow.

Politicians and Pot

Elena Basescu is a 28 year old model and politician, certainly an unusual combination. And she seems to have stirred some recent debate by making statements on television regarding the legalisation of cannabis. While you can legally buy marijuana online if it’s still in seed form, germination and consumption of marijuana is not currently legal in Europe.

Both Elena and her father, President Traian Basescu, are candidates for the European Parliament. And in an interview with a presenter on television show, Hard Talk, Elena Basescu said that she would agree to the legalisation of cannabis and other soft drugs in Europe, were she elected to the European Parliament.

She then went on to discuss her experiences of US university campuses, where she claims the use of soft drugs is essentially legal. Cannabis seeds are easy to come by, and whether students buy marijuana online or on the streets, cannabis seeds and plants are for sale just about everywhere.

A Romanian newspaper made claims that she used narcotics, a statement which she denied repeatedly. Whether or not she was using them will never be known for sure, but discussing making marijuana legal on television certainly did not make her appear any more innocent in the eyes of the public. Marijuana is considered a drug in Europe, and while cannabis seeds can be legally bought and sold, their germination remains illegal. Making these statements probably didn’t do Elena much good in aiding her campaign as a European Parliament candidate either.

Celebrities are constantly making the news for being involved with marijuana, with people continuously spotting and photographing them possessing one form of the plant or another, be it hemp soap, clothing with a marijuana leaf design, cannabis seeds or a joint hanging out of their mouths. Whatever the scenario, celebrities and marijuana make for hot news.

Paris Hilton is the perfect example. In May, she was spotted smoking a joint at the Cannes Film Festival, creating yet another piece of gossip for the media to grap hold of. Eminem has recently been heard raving about hemp soap, which though it may be legal, serves as another piece of cannabis gossip. The soap is made from cannabis seeds and olive oil, and the famous rapper raves about its multiple uses as soap, shampoo and toothpaste.

From Cameron Diaz to Amy Winehouse to Lily Allen, top celebs are frequently spotted (and photographed) enjoying a spliff. And whether its wanting to make marijuana legal or buying marijuana online, celebs and their cannibis dabblings make nearly weekly news.

How To Utilize A Cheat Meal
In this article, IFBB Pro Men’s Physique competitor and Olympian Brandon Hendrickson talks about how to properly utilize a cheat meal. Far too many people go to the extreme when they are told to use a cheat meal in their nutrition and wind up blowing their calories out of the water to the extent that it messes up their entire week during their prep or diet.
The key is to use a cheat meal to your advantage from a mental health point of view. When you diet consistently, you may find your cravings are increased and it can mess with your head – some eventually give in to the temptations and go on a full out binge for an entire day or even multiple. A cheat meal is a great way to eat some food you wouldn’t normally find on your diet and curbing those temptations so you can stay on track with your other meals. 
What Does Brandon Think?
A cheat meal or re-feed is an increase in caloric intake typically outside of your diet that usually consists of a high volume of carbs like burgers or pizza, etc.
A lot of people think a cheat “meal” is a cheat “day.” A cheat meal should not last for more than one meal. Usually, cheat meals are once a week. In my off-season, I am allowed two cheat meals each week surrounded by lagging muscle groups like back or legs. A cheat meal should be considered a “treat” meal in that it should only be eaten once, maybe twice a week outside of your diet to give your body a reset and a mental break from dieting.
