Some people are positive that
nutrition is a niche topic and thus, they seek out professional
nutritionists for their information. This can be a waste. You don't have
to go this route. Nutrition information is everywhere, including in
this article via some great tips. Check it out and learn about
nutrition. (Continued below..........)
3 Ways to Stay Lean While Gaining Mass | Jim Stoppani, Ph.D.
In this video, Dr. Jim Stoppani is going to teach you the three ways to stay lean while on a mass gaining plan.
(Continued........) Consume 600-900 mg of garlic, about 1 fresh clove, daily to help
lower your cholesterol. There have been many studies where people have
used garlic for health reasons. These studies have proven garlic is
extremely beneficial in helping to lower total cholesterol, and in
particular, LDL, the bad cholesterol and triglycerides. When it comes to nutrition, we all seem to have trouble doing it
properly. Our problem areas vary though and sometimes, we need help
identifying these problems. Look at your eating habits and decide which
one you pick. Is it the salad or the cheeseburger? The soda or bottled
water? The healthy choices are obvious and if you don't pick them as
often as you should, that may be your problem. Oatmeal for business is what you need to begin your day. When you eat oatmeal in the morning it will keep you full. Avoid using too many condiments if you're trying to eat a healthier
diet. Dips, sauces, spreads and dressings may jazz up a meal and taste
delicious, but they are often full of fat, salt and calories. Try
cutting back on how much dressing you put on your salad and how much
mayonnaise you use on your sandwich. Celebrities like Luke Evans also
follow the same tips. To maintain good nutrition it is important to avoid trans-fats.
Trans-fats damage the cardiovascular system. Labels can lie about the
presence of trans-fats. Look for hydrogenated oils in the ingredients.
Hydrogenated soybean oil is a common trans-fat. Foods can claim they do
not contain trans-fat even when they do. Companies set the serving size
so they can round the number of trans-fats down to zero, but if you eat
the whole bag of chips you have still consumed plenty of harmful
trans-fats. Be careful, vigilant, and check the ingredients closely. Smoothies make a tasty and healthy treat. If you'd like to amplify
the healthy effects of your next smoothie, give this tip a try. A little
bit of omega-3 fatty acids, which are found in flax-seed oil, is a
perfect addition to a smoothie or protein shake. This should also
improve the flavour of your beverage and boost your immune system. You might buy ground turkey thinking that it's lower fat, and
therefore better for you nutritionally. But you should always read the
labels, and ground turkey is no exception. Ground turkey contains both
white and dark meat, the latter being high in fat. And ground turkey,
though certainly leaner than ground hamburger, is actually higher in fat
than ground sirloin.
As you can probably deduce from having read the article and the tips
within, it doesn't take a schooled professional to figure out nutrition.
If you can focus on the tips you've read here and practice healthy
eating, you should have no problem receiving all the nutrition you need
to remain strong, vibrant and healthy.

The Myths vs Facts of the Chiropractic World
Author
Emily Smith
Unfortunately,
chiropractic care is still subject to a certain amount of stigma. So
much so, that the myths and facts about this type of medical care have
blurred into one. We’re here to help put the most typical rumours to bed
and highlight the underlying truth. You just might find that
chiropractic care is the best option for relieving your pain. Common myths about chiropractic care: • Chiropractors can only relieve back pain. The correct definition of a chiropractor is "someone who carries out
diagnosis and manipulative treatment for the misalignments of joints" –
Oxford dictionary. To put it simply, whilst a chiropractor is more than
qualified to treat your back and spine, any area of the anatomy that
experiences pain can generally be diagnosed and tended to by a
chiropractor. • "What is it? A massage?". False, again. Although massage therapy is a technique used by
chiropractors, it’s often reserved for targeted areas that are tight and
cause pain. Intricate procedures such as Sacro Occipital Technique
(SOT), Myofascial Release, and Dry Needling are widely used in
chiropractic clinics for more severe and life-altering forms of pain. • Chiropractic care is only available for adults. Remarkably, many people believe chiropractic care is only an option
for adults due to paying this type of care. However, this couldn’t be
further from the truth. In fact, chiropractic care is often advised for
children as a safe and effective option to aid their recovery. True chiropractor facts: • Overcome the pain. When you attend an initial consultation, the chiropractor should make
it their mission to find and address the cause of the pain. As opposed
to only suggesting an option to manage and live with it. • Bespoke treatments for your needs. Following on from the previous point, once the chiropractor has been
able to diagnose the issue, they’ll be able to decide on the best
technique based on your body capabilities, lifestyle, and intensity of
pain. Therefore, the chosen technique for you should return the best
results. • Drug-free, organic and non-invasive management. One of the nicest qualities about chiropractic care is the avoidance
of using drug-based medicines and intrusive examinations. Typically,
parents prefer chiropractic care for their child instead of relying on
non-organic medicines. • Improves mental health. Not only do chiropractic treatments improve physical health, but the
result of this can help to improve one’s mental health. Whether that’s
because a long-term pain has been dragging you down, because you learn
how to breathe correctly and adjust posture appropriately, or because
your injury has been preventing you from getting involved in sports and
activities. The benefits of chiropractic care fail to stop at the
physical being. With chiropractic care not being recognised as an "NHS-worthy" type
of care, it’s hard to shake the assumptions. Nevertheless, a little bit
of guidance and research are guaranteed to help you better understand
this alternative medicine.

Surviving a Traffic Stop
Author
Marc Victor
Being
pulled over by a police officer can be a stressful experience. Although
life is full of such experiences, unlike many other stressful
experiences, a traffic stop has the potential to end in a loss of money,
liberty or even life. No two traffic stops are entirely identical.
Therefore, the advisable course of conduct will vary depending on the
situation. However, there are some general rules which can be helpful in
many situations. The best piece of advice one can offer is to avoid being pulled over
in the first place. A traffic stop offers nothing to be gained. The best
case scenario for the driver is to leave as if the stop never occurred
losing only some time. On the other hand, the downside can be disastrous. Vehicle equipment
violations such as expired tags or an unlit taillight equate to a neon
sign on your car inviting a police officer to pull you over. Remember, a
police officer can legally justify a traffic stop based on an equipment
violation even if the police officer subjectively intended to
investigate some unrelated issue. Moving violations such as speeding or
failing to use turn signals also serve to legally justify a traffic
stop. Avoid giving the police a free pass to pull you over. Notwithstanding your best efforts, you may nonetheless find yourself
being pulled over by the police. Needless to say, do not attempt to flee
as this will earn you a felony charge as well as a very excited and
unfriendly police officer at the end of the chase. Your main goal should
be to survive the traffic stop with your life and liberty intact. A traffic stop is a terrible time to be testing out new legal
theories or arguing about constitutional law. You can resolve any
disputes with the police officer in court at a later date. The law is well settled that a police officer can order both the
driver and any passengers out of the vehicle at a traffic stop. However,
do not exit the vehicle until the police officer orders you to do so.
If you are fortunate enough to have a passenger at your traffic stop,
you should ask the passenger to carefully observe all events. Your
passenger may be an important witness if events during the traffic stop
deteriorate. Although there are many different varieties of police officers, you
should expect a police officer who is nervous and possibly excited. Do
not give the police officer reasons to be suspicious. Do not engage in
any quick or covert movements. You should place both of your hands in
plain view on the steering wheel. If there ever exists a good time to socialize with a police officer, a
traffic stop is not one of them. You should attempt to end the traffic
stop as quickly as possible. You have no constitutional right to a
friendly or courteous police officer. Do not demand to know the reason
for the traffic stop. Remain calm, polite and respectful at all times
even if you have to fake it. You should immediately produce your
license, vehicle registration and auto insurance upon request. Plan
ahead by storing these items in an easily accessible place so you are
not fumbling around trying to find them in front of the police officer.
Such conduct is often interpreted as alcohol or drug impairment. Use your common sense. You should quickly assess the police officer.
There are some excellent public servant type police officers who I often
refer to as "peace officers". On the other hand, there are those who
revel in the overwhelming amount of power afforded to police officers
who I refer to as "law enforcement officers." You must use extraordinary
caution when dealing with the law enforcement officer as things can
escalate very quickly. Most police officers are honest; some are not. Unless you personally
know the police officer, you should not assume you are interacting with
an honest person. Because we live in a time when mere possession can be a
serious crime, a dishonest police officer can rather easily cause an
innocent person to be charged with serious felony offenses. Constitutional rights exist, at least in theory, to protect the
innocent. Do not give your rights away. If this is not obvious to you by
now, please see my article entitled, "Don't Be Your Own Worst Enemy". I
always advise against consenting to any search or talking to a police
officer. During a traffic stop, you should communicate your refusals
especially politely. Always keep your main goal in mind at a traffic
stop. If you simply cannot resist the urge to talk to a police officer, I
suggest you read the back of my business card. This is a good way to
document exactly what you said to the police officer. Do not simply hand
the card to the officer. Remember, nobody can invoke your rights but
you. As a general rule, you should not volunteer information or answer any
questions about having a weapon. Said another way, do not open a
potential can of worms. However, if the police officer is about to
discover the presence of a weapon, you should inform the police officer
about all details of the weapon so as to avoid an accident. Also, if you
have a concealed weapons permit, you must produce the permit upon the
officer's request. If you are asked to sign an affidavit of service, sign it. Failure to
sign an affidavit of service will likely result in an unnecessary
arrest. In such a case, the officer had discretion to arrest you, but
decided against it. You cannot waive your right to trial at a traffic
stop. Even if you disagree with the charge, being arrested for failure
to sign an affidavit of service will not strengthen your case. If you are arrested, do not resist. Resisting even an unlawful arrest
can earn you a felony charge. Expect a search of your vehicle and your
person upon arrest. You should request to call an attorney immediately.
If you are given a choice, do not opt to have your vehicle towed. You
should expect to see a judge within twenty four hours, and you should
try to arrange for an attorney at that hearing. Traffic stops are not pleasant. However, handled with the right
amount of tact, many traffic stops will result in nothing more than a
waste of your time. Even for the more significant traffic stops,
fighting it out in court is always a better choice than haggling with a
police officer who has the power, and maybe the inclination, to arrest
you.

For some of us, the word “restoration” brings to mind the process of repairing a crumbling, ruined building to its former glory. Restoration in a spiritual sense is similar, only on a much broader scale. Satan does his best to damage and destroy us by robbing us of things that are valuable to us. The turning point comes when we give our hurts and pains to God, who restores everything that’s been stolen from us.
The enemy wants to rob us of everything good that we have; however, we don’t have to put up with that. When the devil afflicted the children of Israel, God promised to restore to them all the years the locust, the cankerworm, the caterpillar, and the palmerworm had eaten. He made sure their vats were overflowing with wine and oil, and they had plenty to eat. When we trust in Christ, He restores our health and heals our wounds, emotionally and spiritually.
The devil’s job is to take away our peace and joy, and replace it guilt and shame. The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life, and have it more abundantly. It doesn’t matter how long we’ve been in our current situation; the man that Jesus met at the pool of Bethesda had been afflicted for thirty-eight years, but Jesus immediately restored his health. When we encounter God’s grace, rising up and moving forward brings restoration.
Our salvation doesn’t depend on our good behavior. This is a lie that steals the joy God gave us. God restores to us the joy of our salvation. We’re saved not because of what we do, but because of our faith in what Jesus did.
When we’ve lost all hope, God’s unmerited favor revives us. He brings turnaround just when we need it. We’re ruined edifices without Jesus. He restores us to something even greater and more beautiful than before; meditating on this makes us joyful and thankful.
Prayer:
Lord, we all struggle without You. Our lives are broken and have many missing pieces until You restore them. Thank you for turning the ugly and painful things into beautiful and wonderful things. In Jesus’ name, amen.
The Need For Salvation There is one very critical issue that needs to be settled before you
can ever begin to deepen your relationship and fellowship with God. Do
you have a reconciled personal relationship with God ? What are the
requirements and details of Salvation and the Gospel of Jesus Christ ?
It is often said about the various religions of the world that there
are "many ways to God" or "the various religions all lead to the same
God." Is this true ? What does God’s Word the Bible have to say about
Salvation & Gospel of Jesus Christ ? Is Jesus one of many ways to
God, or is he The Way to salvation and a reconciled relationship with
God ? True Salvation And the Gospel of Jesus Christ Step 1: God loves you and wants you to have a personal relationship
with Him, and to experience peace and life. Abundant and eternal life "We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." – Romans 5:1
(peace with God means to have a restored or reconciled relationship with
Him) "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that
whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." –
John 3:16 "I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." – John 10:10 God offers peace with Him, a restored relationship with Him, and
eternal life in heaven as a gift. Many people think they need to earn
these things from God by being religious, or being a good moral person,
or by doing more good than bad in their life. Romans 6:23 – "… the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ
our Lord." Even though God offers these wonderful things as a gift, and
He wants everyone to have them (1 Timothy 2:4), sadly most people today
do not have these things and they are far from God. Why ? Step 2: The Problem – Our Sin & Separation From God "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." – Romans 3:23 "For the wages of sin is death (eternal separation from God), but the
gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." – Romans 6:23 "But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have
hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear." – Isaiah 59:2 Our sins cause us to have a broken relationship with God, and to be
far and separated from Him. Many people try to fix this problem
themselves in various ways. Our Attempts To Reach God People have tried in many ways to bridge this gap and separation
between themselves and God. Good works, religion, philosophy, morality,…
None of these work. "There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to
death." – Proverbs 14:12 (death in this verse means to die and forever
be separated from God and His love, and to forever be under punishment
for your sins) Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one may come to the Father except through me." – John 14:6 Because God loves us and He knows we cannot fix this problem of sin & separation from God ourselves, He sent the solution. Step 3: God’s Solution To Our Problem "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Jesus Christ." – I Timothy 2:5 "For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God." – I Peter 3:18 "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners Christ died for us." Romans 5:8 Jesus is God’s answer and solution to our problem of sin, eternal separation from God, and eternal punishment for our sins. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that
whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life." –
John 3:16 God solved our problem of sin & separation from Him by sending
His Son Jesus. In order to receive these wonderful gifts from God, the
Bible is clear about what we need to do in response to God’s solution. Step 4: Our Response: Repent from sin, Trust Jesus Christ as Lord and
Savior, and Receive Him by Faith and Commit Your Life to Him "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice
and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me." –
Revelation 3:20 "That if you confess with your mouth "Jesus is Lord", and believe in
your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." –
Romans 10:9 "Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God. "The time
has come," he said. "The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and
believe the good news!" – Mark 1:14-15 "Yet to all who did receive him (Jesus), to those who believed in his
name, he gave the right to become children of God." – John 1:12 You Need to Make Jesus Your LORD and Savior Nearly everyone wants Jesus to be their friend. Nearly everyone wants
Jesus to be their Savior and save them from their sins and the eternal
punishment of hell. But many people do not really want Jesus to be their
Lord. The Lord of their life. Which means to give up control and the
rights to their life to Jesus. It may mean you need to give up your dreams and goals and plans, and
accept Jesus’ will and plans instead. It may cost you a lot. Their is a
cost to follow Jesus as Lord & Savior and be His disciple (a
disciple is a learner & follower of Jesus). You need to commit your life to Jesus, and commit to follow Him as
your Lord and Savior. If you have never trusted and received Jesus
Christ as your Lord and Savior, but you are ready to do so, then you can
do it right now. Repent, Believe With All Your Heart, Receive Jesus As Lord & Savior
Admit your need ("I am a sinner and I need a savior") 2. Be willing
to turn from your sins (repent -Mark 1:14-15). 3. Believe with all of
your heart that Jesus loves you and died for your sins and paid the
price for them. Believe also that Jesus rose again from the grave after 3
days, and later ascended back to heaven. (Mark 1:14-15 & John 1:12)
4. Through prayer, invite and by faith receive Jesus Christ to come
into your life and be your Lord and Savior, and commit to follow Him
(John 1:12)
Talk to God If You Are Ready to Repent, Believe Jesus, and Commit Your Life to Him "Dear Lord, Thank you for loving me very much, and for sending Jesus
to die for my sins. Lord, I have sins in my life. Please forgive me for
all of my sins. And dear Lord Jesus, please come into my life, and be my
Lord and Savior. I commit my life to you, to follow You and Your ways.
And I repent and turn away from my sins, and I turn back to you. Please
give me peace with God and eternal life in heaven. Please teach me your
ways, and help me grow closer to you. In Jesus name. Amen." You Can Know For Certain That You Are Saved If you have done these things in your prayer to God – you truly
repented of your sins, put all of your faith and hope in Jesus Christ,
and received Him as your Lord & Savior and committed your life to
Him and meant it with all your heart – then you for sure have a
reconciled relationship with God, peace with God and eternal life, and
new life in Jesus. "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." – Romans 10:13 "Those who have the Son (Jesus) have life. Those who do not have the
Son do not have life. These things have I written, that you may know you
have eternal life." – I John 5:12-13 You can find more information and articles about your relationship with God at the Pursuing Intimacy with God site. https://www.intimacywithgod.com/

Over the
last decade and beyond, protein is an ingredient that has had something
of a health halo attached to it. This is because the ingredient is one
that is known and trusted, can be found in everyday food and drinks and
is associated with a myriad of health benefits. Moreover, unlike
ingredients like antioxidants that have traditionally had a more
feminine positioning, protein is an ingredient that has the same level
of appeal amongst men and women. This interest in protein is one that
looks like it is not residing soon. For instance, a few consumer insights
companies have done surveys of 30,000 consumers conducted in Q3 2018/Q2
2019 found that 40% of consumers across the globe would like to increase
their protein intake. (Continued below.....)
Kris Gethin explains his daily morning routine for keeping his nutrition and supplementation on track.
(Continued......)When it comes to protein, 45% of consumers say that they know how
much protein they have in their diets. This reflects how consumers
recognize that protein is something that can be obtained from a variety
of food and drink products. However, as consumers look to increase their
intake of the ingredient, they are turning to the impulse category and
seeking out high protein drinks and snacks bars to do so. This is a
reason why the sports nutrition market is becoming increasingly
mainstream, being driven not by active gym goers but instead, everyday
consumers who are looking for a convenient health boost. Consumer insights companies survey of 26,000 consumers across
twenty-six countries in Q3 2019 found that in the last twelve months,
51% of consumers say that they have switched from snacking on
traditional items such as chocolate and confectionery and instead, have
switched to high protein/low sugar alternatives. The aforementioned survey of 30,000 consumers found that consumers
are most likely to associate protein with general health and wellness
benefits (62%) compared to specialist benefits such as increasingly
muscle mass (33%). This – and the growth of the sports nutrition
snacking market as an alternative to traditional snack products- shows
that consumers are more likely to be turning to high protein products
because they are taking a proactive approach to health in general, as
opposed to using products as part of a strenuous health routine. As a
result of this, it is important not to over-estimate the influence of
factors such as source of protein or issues such as amino acids and
complementary proteins when choosing products. Instead, consumers are
happy just to find products with high protein claims because they are
deemed to be guilt-free and conveniently nutritious. This is further
reflected in the fact that across the globe, there is very little
difference in terms of appeal between plant protein (57%) and whey
protein (55%), further highlighting how it is important not to
over-estimate that consumers are seeking out products from a specific
source. Conclusion The popularity of high protein products will be dependent on how
easily consumers can incorporate products into their diets in a
hassle-free manner. This means that rather than the source of the
protein, consumers are more likely to prioritize the taste and
affordability of such products.

Cannabidiol
(CBD) is an oil of cannabis plant origin. Possible health benefits
include reducing the pain and inflammation. It isn't legal in all
jurisdictions, however, so there could be some threats as well. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the therapeutic use
of Epidiolex, a distilled form of CBD oil, for two forms of epilepsy
treatment in June 2018. In other states other types of cannabis are
lawful. What is CBD oil? CBD is one of the cannabinoids (compounds) present in cannabis
plants. Researchers have looked at the potential therapeutic uses of
CBD. Two of the marijuana compounds are tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) delta-9, and CBD. Those compounds have various effects. THC had been the best known compound in cannabis until recently. It's
the most active constituent and psychologically it has an effect. When a
person smokes it or uses it in cooking, it produces a mind-altering
"hot." This is because when a person applies heat, THC breaks down and
implants it into the body. Conversely, CBD isn't psychoactive. If they use it, it does not
affect the state of mind of an individual. It can, however, cause
significant changes in the body, and shows some significant medical
benefits. Where does CBD come from? CBD originates in the cannabis plant. Depending on how much THC they
produce, people refer to cannabis plants as either hemp or marijuana. The FDA states that under the Farm Bill, hemp plants are legal as
long as they contain less than 0.3 per cent THC. CBD oil originates from
these lawful hemp plants. How CBD works All cannabinoids generate effects in the body through interaction
with cannabinoid receptors that are part of the endocannabinoid system. The body yields two receptors: • CB1 receptors are present in the entire body particularly in the
brain. They coordinate movement, pain, emotion, mood, thought, appetite,
memories, etc. • CB2 receptors are more prevalent within the immune system. They affect pain and inflammation. THC binds to CB1 receptors but CBD activates the receptors and the body creates its own endocannabinoids. Benefits Reasons for taking CBD oil according to a 2018 study include: • Chronic soreness • Illness or joint pain • Depression and anxiety • Sleep deprivation • Migraine Headache • Cluster and Headaches • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) • Nausea • Cancer • Asthma or allergies • Epilepsy and other convulsions • Multifunctional sclerosis (MS) • Pulmonary disorders • Parkinson's disease • Alzheimer's illness Natural pain relief and anti-inflammatory properties There is growing evidence that the non-psychoactive marijuana
compounds, such as CBD, could provide a new chronic pain treatment. In 2018, mouse studies showed that CBD reduces inflammation by
preventing the release of compounds which cause inflammation in the
body. Quitting smoking and drug withdrawal A pilot study in 2013 showed smokers who used CBD-containing inhalers
smoked less cigarettes than normal and stopped craving nicotine. This
suggests CBD could help people quit smoking. The researchers noted that some of the symptoms associated with
substance use disorders had been reduced by CBD. These included anxiety,
symptoms related to mood, pain and sleeplessness. Epilepsy Following years of research into the safety and effectiveness of CBD
oil for the treatment of epilepsy, in 2018 the FDA approved the use of
Epidiolex, a distilled form of CBD. They approved it for treatment in people 3 years and older: • Syndrome of Lennox-Gastaut • Syndrome Dravet Scientists are starting to understand how CBD prevents seizures
without the previously used side effects of sedating medicines.
Synthetic drugs which target the endocannabinoid system are not yet
available as CBD does. Alzheimer’s disease A rodent research in 2014 showed that CBD could help people maintain
the ability to recognize familiar faces. People with Alzheimer's may be
losing that ability. One 2019 review found that CBD could help slow Alzheimer's disease
onset and progress. More research is under way to better understand the
dosage. Some scientists believe that treatment that involves both THC
and CHD could be more effective. Other neurological symptoms and disorders A research carried out in 2012 showed that CBD can produce similar
effects to those of other antipsychotic medications and that the
compound can provide safe and efficient treatment for people with
schizophrenia. There is however a need for further research. Fighting cancer A review article in 2020 discusses the addition of CBD to
chemotherapy drugs to improve the response of the immune system to
treating cancer. Certain research has looked at how CBD could help: • Prevents cancer cells from growing • Reduces fears • Improve the Chemotherapy action • Reduce side effects of conventional chemotherapy. Anxiety disorders A research performed in 2019 showed CBD significantly decreased symptoms in nervous mice. Earlier authors of a 2015 review had suggested that CBD could help to
reduce anxiety-related behaviours in people with the following
conditions: • PTSD • General Anxiety Disorder(GAD) • Panic ailment • Social anxiety disorder • Obsessive-compulsive disorder. The authors noted that existing therapies may have negative effects,
and that is why some people avoid using them. There is no evidence,
however, to confirm that CBD has important adverse effects. Type 1 diabetes Type 1 diabetes occurs when cells in the pancreas are attacked by the immune system which leads to inflammation. Researchers found evidence in 2016 that CBD may ease this
inflammation and protect against the onset of type 1 diabetes, or delay
it. Acne One promising use for CBD is treating acne. The disease is caused, in
part, to inflammation in the body and overworked sebaceous glands. A 2014 study found that CBD is helping to reduce sebum development
that contributes to acne, partly due to its anti-inflammatory effect. According to study, application of CBD topically may minimize inflammation in psoriasis and other inflammatory skin diseases. Legality People should test the laws and any travel destination in their
state. CBD's legal status in the US is complicated. Under the Farm Bill,
hemp and hemp products are legal as long as their THC content is less
than 0.3%. Risks and side effects As with most treatments, the use of CBD can entail some risks. It can
interact with additives and with other drugs. Most CBD products have no
FDA approval, which also means they have not undergone extensive
testing. It is not possible to know: • Is safe and easy to use for all. • Has the properties or contents stated on the packaging. Possible adverse reactions include: • Liver damage • Additional drug and alcohol interactions • Alertness shifts which can make driving risky • Appetite loss and gastrointestinal problems • Changes in attitude like irritability and frustration • A drop in male fertility. During pregnancy Experts believe use of marijuana during pregnancy can influence
neuronal fetal growth. Regular use among adolescents relates to memory,
behaviour and intelligence issues. The FDA is recommending that people do not use CBD during pregnancy or breastfeeding. How to use CBD If a doctor is prescribing CBD for epilepsy, follow their instructions. Ways to use products with CBD include: • mix them into food or beverage • taking them with a pipette or dropper • swallowing capsules • massaging the skin with a paste • spraying it under the tongue. Summary For now, people should seek advice from a healthcare professional about which product to use and how much to take. They will also conduct work to ensure they follow local and state
rules. The FDA offers information on a broad variety of CBD-related
concerns.

Scriptures:
Joel 2:24, 25
Jeremiah 30:17
John 10:10
John 5:2-9
Psalm 51:12
