What is the THSCA Coaching School &
Convention? The THSCA Convention & Coaching School is the most
comprehensive athletics conference in the state of Texas. This four-day
annual conference offers a wide range of education sessions on both male
and female sports, athletic administration, as well as health and
safety topics, multiple networking opportunities, rules meetings, an
on-site job room, an awards luncheon, and an astounding array of
exhibits. On average the THSCA Convention draws an attendance of over
12,000 coaches, athletic directors, exhibitors and fans of

in his garage for now and while he was competing.
Matt Vincent's training is usually focused on mobility, functional
stuff, and strength. One of those he's learned to use over the last
couple years has been mace training. Onnit make some great maces and
incorporating these into his training has helped his shoulders, keep
things moving, and build some strength.
The thought of owning your own home
gym system has run though your mind on way too many occasions, so you
check out the gyms locally to see what brands and types of machinery
they have and use the most, which are also the most effective for the
all in one category. Most of the equipment in the gym you see is Trojan
but some others are brands like Weider or Powertec or Bowflex.
These
are just a few names that are currently competing with the weider home
gym system on the markets today. Since the main feature of the weider
home gym system is the lower price, a lot of beginners are looking at
this product to get fit due to financial or time constraints.
Since
you can pick and choose which weider home gym system would work best
for you, the price range is all about the same, and however there are

artificial and natural weight loss remedies out in the market today.
Females are usually the ones having to struggle with losing excess

Since the late 80's, more and more people have become
conscious with their physical appearance, especially their weight. For
some people, it is really difficult to attain a leaner and fitter
figure. That is why weight loss products and supplements, such as
natural weight loss remedies, are selling like hot cakes ever since. Even when you look at the list of books that actually sell, weight loss
books never go out of patrons. Publishers of such books rake in

On July 26, 2019, around 9:40
p.m., LAPD, uniformed Gang Enforcement Detail officers, assigned to
77th Division were conducting extra patrol in the vicinity of 47th
Street and Budlong Avenue for gang suppression in the Vermont Square
Park. As the officers were conducting a footbeat through the park, they
saw a male suspect (later identified as 39-year old, Jarron Edmond) run
from their location, and appeared to be armed. The officers ran after
Edmond and followed him into the courtyard of an apartment building,
located on the 4700 block of S. Budlong Avenue. Edmond then produced a
handgun and an Officer-Involved- Shooting occurred. Edmond was struck
and was taken into custody without further incident.
The Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and
transported Edmond to a local hospital where he received further medical
treatment and was listed in stable condition. A .38 caliber handgun was
located next to Edmond and recovered as evidence. Fortunately, no
officers or innocent bystanders were injured during this incident.
LAPD's specialized Force Investigation Division (FID) responded to the
scene and began interviewing witnesses and collecting forensic evidence.
A representative from the Office of the Inspector General responded and
monitored the scene investigation.

Have
you ever noticed that you are sometimes aware of certain things even
before you know what the Word says about them? That’s because the Holy
Spirit is inside you teaching you the truth. He speaks into your spirit.
Then your spirit relays His promptings to your mind. Suddenly, you’ll
have a new thought. I need to forgive that person, you’ll think, or I need to stop saying those unkind things. As
you become more aware of the Spirit of God in your everyday affairs,
you’ll be quicker to hear and obey those promptings. You’ll actually get
in the habit of allowing the Spirit of Truth to reveal the will of God to you. And, believe me, that’s one habit God wants you to have! One of the first things that the Spirit said to me when I began to listen to His promptings was, Spend more time in prayer. As
I obeyed, I began to be impressed to spend at least one hour a day in
prayer. After I’d begun to do that, He revealed it to me in His Word
(Matthew 26:40). Since then, I have talked with people from all
over the world who are hearing the same thing. Believers everywhere are
hearing the Spirit of God direct them to more prayer. God hasn’t
given the Holy Spirit to just a few special Christians. He’s given Him
to all of us. And if we’ll just learn to be sensitive to His voice,
He’ll guide us into all truth! Think about how different your life
would be if you knew the truth of God about every situation! Doesn’t
that just make you want to listen to your spirit? Doesn’t it make you
want to be on the keen edge of what God is saying? Start tuning
your ear to His still, small voice within you. Honor Him and welcome His
guidance into your everyday affairs. Listen for His promptings and be
quick to obey. He’s ready to speak to you.
