Patrick Willis - Linebacker Training Course - Build the Beast

Want The Shortest Route To Dominating On Defense?
Let This 6-Time NFL All-Pro
Turn Your Linebacking Corps Into A Beast!
Are your linebackers outmatched? Backs and TE’s killing you with speed and size? Blockers completely taking your guys out of the play, too easily and too often? Missed assignments, false steps, poor angles, and poor technique driving you nuts?
Or… are you simply looking to gain a major edge over your opponent, by greatly upgrading your defensive play? Introducing Patrick Willis’ latest masterpiece:
Image result for Patrick Willis gif
Patrick Willis was more than a great linebacker in the NFL. He was considered by many as the most elite at his position for nearly a decade.
Now he’s going to take the same passion and drive that took his team to 4 straight conference championships and a Super Bowl... and pour it into making your linebackers into absolute playmakers.
The San Francisco 49ers defense was among the league’s very best, and Willis was at the center of it (literally and figuratively). Willis missed the Pro-Bowl only once. He missed the All-Pro honor only twice. And he struck terror into ball carriers with 16 forced fumbles.
At Ole Miss he received the Butkus Award and Jack Lambert Award as the nation’s top linebacker. He was drafted 11th overall in the first round, and immediately won defensive ROY.
He never knew anything other than excellent execution, high IQ, intelligent play… and being the most feared at his position at every level he played in.
*** He’s Now Going To Make Your LB’s Impose Their Will With Superb Form and Technique Against the Run, In Man and Zone Coverage, and At Point Of Contact. ***
You’ll give your linebackers a complete training - from stretching, to drills, to film study, to nutrition, to mindset.
Simply click the ‘Book This Course’ button at the top right of this page, place your order, and you’ll immediately be logged into the training with full access. You’ll hit the ground running and begin improving your defense today!
You’re also completely safe with our 100% Money Back Guarantee, good for 30 days. Book This Course.....

Some of The Latest Forum Threads
Here are this week's "Friday Forum Five," some of the latest active forum posts:

Thomas started a very thorough thread that went pretty deep into the issue. Contributions from myself, Elsbeth Vaino and Eugenia Bradshaw

Critique ProgrammeAidan McCarron
This is great! Aidan started this thread in November and restarted it with some new info and more questions about his current situation.

Kevin has been given an assignment to program for in-season women's tennis in Texas. Tennis players in my experience can often be average athletes who have worked hard at tennis. They will benefit greatly from a good in-season program.
Contributions from Kevin, myself and Stryder Blackburn

Gabriel was wondering "Are there different benefits for each? Do you use both? Do you progress from ipsi to contra? How do you incorporate these into your group programs?"
Let us know what you use.
Contributions from myself, Mitchell Lamm and Alwyn Cosgrove

Max has been modeling his program after a pitcher's s&c program and wanted to know if that completely wrong. Interesting thread. We posted last week but a few more great responses including a great long one from Nika Ouellette

Check out Anthony's interview with Josh Henkin on Episode 249 of The Strength Coach Podcast. In the podcast, I expand on "Looking the Part," "The Performance of Coaching" and "Know Like and Trust."

There have been new Coach's Minute added as well.
