World’s Greatest Military Operators and Law Enforcement Professionals Reveal the Secret Bodyweight-Only Training System Used By Elite Tactical Athletes

TO: đź‘ŠđźŽ–️Military Operators, Law Enforcement Professionals, and Prepared Citizens Serious About Building Tactical Muscle

RE: đź’ŞSpecial Report by Joseph Arangio, Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach

From Wikipedia:

Paratroopers are used for tactical advantage as they can be inserted onto the battlefield from the air, thereby allowing them to be positioned in areas not directly accessible by other transportation. They jump out of airplanes and use parachutes to land safely on the ground. It is one of the three types of "forced entry" strategic techniques for entering a theater of war; the other two being by land and by water. The ability of air assault to enter the battlefield from any location allows paratroopers to evade emplaced fortifications that exist to prevent an attack from a specific direction, and the possible use of paratroopers forces an army to spread their defenses to protect other areas which would otherwise be safe by virtue of geography or defensive positions. Another common use for paratroopers is to establish an airhead for landing other units.
This doctrine was first practically applied to warfare by the Italians and the Soviets.[citation needed] The first operational military parachute jump was logged in the night of August 9/10 1918 by Italian assault troops, when Lt. Alessandro Tandura dropped behind Austro-Hungarian lines near Vittorio Veneto on a reconnaissance and sabotage mission, followed on later nights by Lts. Ferruccio Nicoloso and Pier Arrigo Barnaba.[citation needed] The first extensive use of paratroopers (Fallschirmjäger) was by the Germans during World War II. Later in the conflict paratroopers were used extensively by the Allied Forces. Owing to the limited capacity of cargo aircraft of the period (for example the German Ju 52 and the American C-47) they rarely, if ever, jumped in groups much larger than 20 from one aircraft. In English, this load of paratroopers is called a "stick", while any load of soldiers gathered for air movement is known as a "chalk". The terms come from the common use of white chalk on the sides of aircraft and vehicles to mark and update numbers of personnel and equipment being emplaned.[1]
In World War II, paratroopers most often used parachutes of a circular design. These parachutes could be steered to a small degree by pulling on the risers (four straps connecting the paratrooper's harness to the connectors) and suspension lines which attach to the parachute canopy itself. German paratroopers, whose harnesses had only a single riser attached at the back, could not manipulate their parachutes in such a manner. Today, paratroopers still use round parachutes, or round parachutes modified so as to be more fully controlled with toggles. The parachutes are usually deployed by a static line. Mobility of the parachutes is often deliberately limited to prevent scattering of the troops when a large number parachute together. Some military exhibition units and special forces units use "ram-air" parachutes, which offer a high degree of maneuverability and are deployed manually (without a static line) from the desired altitude.

Go When You're Ready

Psalm 91:16

Did you know that it's not God's will for you or anyone to die young? His will for you is to live the full number of your days. You ought to live 70 or 80 years, and if you are not satisfied, live awhile longer! The Bible says that when Abraham died, he died at a good old age, full of years. That's the way it ought to be with all of us.
Some believers don't realize that and they've gotten themselves in a mess. When they get sick, instead of just believing for healing, they start wondering if it's God's will for them to die. Maybe He's ready to call me home, they think.
Don't ever entertain thoughts like that. If God has His way, He won't call you home until you're good and ready to come. The Apostle Paul understood that. In 2 Timothy 4:6-7, he said, "For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith." Paul didn't die until he and Jesus were ready for him to go.
Regardless of your age, if the devil is telling you God isn't going to heal you because it's time for you to go home, he is lying to you. God promises in Psalm 91:16 that if you are living under the shadow of the Most High, He will satisfy you with long life. (That means that you are abiding in Him as Jesus taught in John 15.)
If you're not satisfied that you have finished your course yet on this earth, it's not time for you to die. So ignore the devil and keep right on living. Resist sickness and disease in the Name of Jesus. Stand on God's promise!
Then, when you're ready to go on to heaven, go! But go satisfied, healed and ready! Go in victory shouting the words of that old joy-filled song—"Heaven is near and I can't stay here. Goodbye world, goodbye."

Personalized Breast Cancer Treatments and Other Survival Tool for Breast Cancer

By: Bobby Blackwell

Everyone knows a woman in their life who is suffering from breast cancer. I know of women who are going through the same ordeal and I know it is not only difficult for them but for their family as well. I have even talked to someone who admitted blaming God for the cross she has to bear. "Why cancer?", "Why me?". While I understand how such a unfortunate circumstance can bring someone to asking such an extreme question, the reality is that blaming God or asking "Why?" is a common occurrence amongst persons who experience tragedy.

What is most difficult is that despite the advancement of technology and the knowledge we have about breast cancer, we still haven't found "the magic bullet" cure for it. And while there are many different approaches to prevention, there is no one school of thought that has been validated as being 100% accurate. What’s more is that in the process of fighting breast cancer, we exhaust our energy, emotional strength and even our resources. It could take so much of us and our family and we don't deserve to suffer. Life goes on despite breast cancer.

Here are some of the things we should remember to avoid or prevent breast cancer:

1. Live A Healthy Life- although breast cancer can be hereditary or a result of some hereditary cancer cells, our lifestyle is still a factor to be considered. Living a healthy life is a must, especially in today’s world where we are presented with so many unhealthy choices.

2. Have Regular Checkups - this will not only help you detect breast cancer but will also help you detect other health problems. It is a fact that early detection of breast cancer can save your life. Everyone is at risk of getting this illness and no one is exempt. There is so much information out there that it is sometimes hard to decipher. There are however, lots of great information and on the internet. There are groups of women supporting one another by having mammogram parties, meeting for breakfast and sharing information by doing so. These are creative ways to keep up with your exams and have fun while doing so.

3. And most of all, if you should be diagnosed with breast cancer, know that this is an illness you have, not who you are. Read blogs, they will inspire you. Check medical options, they will enlighten you. Be pro-active to give yourself a fighting chance at overcoming this illness. Consider alternatives like personalized breast cancer treatments and other options. Know what medical option are available to you.

DirectHit Test for breast cancer treatment will help your physicians decide what will be the personalized breast cancer treatment for you. With personalized breast cancer treatments, you will access to the most effective and safe treatment while saving your financial resources.

4. Remain optimistic, for optimism is a choice - choose to be optimistic despite a breast cancer diagnosis. This will not only help your disposition, but will also help others people around you deal with breast cancer in a positive way. Constantly remind yourself that all is well and everything will be.

The whole point of this article can be summarized in four big words. PREVENT, DETECT, CURE and LIVE. You have access to the resources and support you need to make matters easier. And by having easy access to personalized breast cancer treatments, you will have a better chance at living a wonderful life while having life savings secured.

Sgt. Shane Smith resigned on Dec. 1, Grilreath said. He was previously on administrative leave within the department. Smith was initially arrested on James Island Nov. 14 after state troopers say he hit a car with his police SUV and drove off. State troopers say around 7:15 p.m. Smith ran into the back of a 2016 Honda at the intersection of Highway 78 and College Park Road in Ladson where he lives. Smith spoke with the driver of the Honda but left the scene, said Matt Southern with Highway Patrol. Dispatch then got calls about an erratic driver and a “be on the lookout” was released for Smith’s car, according to Southern. A City of Charleston police officer found Smith on Folly Road and conducted a traffic stop. Troopers responded and determined Smith was driving under the influence. He blew a 0.00 on the datamaster, but refused a blood and urine test, according to Southern. Folly Beach police chief Andrew Gilreath said Smith was suspected of driving under the influence of “some type of medication.” Dashcam video of Smith’s arrest shows him telling the arresting trooper to just put him in handcuffs and “good job, way to look out for your guys.”

Joel Osteen Ministries Featuring: Victoria Osteen - Learn to Love Well

In this message (below), Victoria will explain that our love should have wisdom. Our love should see beyond the superficial. Our love should be smart and thoughtful. Love doesn’t wait for things to happen. Love builds relationships. Love serves. Love gives, and it doesn’t just give what it wants to give. Love is willing to look into a situation and give what is needed.

Open Your Eyes of Faith

Post by Joel Osteen
When you're in a difficult time, the enemy will do a lot of talking. He'll tell you, "I've got you surrounded. You're never going to get well. You've had this addiction for so long that you'll never break it. You're never getting out of debt. No matter how hard you work you'll never get the promotion. You're stuck." Don't believe those lies. The enemy thinks He has you surrounded, but the Most High God has him surrounded. God knows every attack, every difficulty, every unfair situation that's going to happen. When you feel like you're surrounded, come back to the place of peace and say, "I know my God is still on the throne. He's bigger than this opposition, greater than this sickness, more powerful than these enemies."

David said, "I am not afraid of ten thousand enemies who surround me on every side" (Psalm 3:6). You would think that being surrounded by ten thousand enemies would have David feeling worried, afraid, upset. But he went on to say, "Victory comes from you, O Lord." He was saying, "I could be overwhelmed by my enemies, but I'm not falling apart because I know that God is surrounding what's surrounding me." David had his spiritual eyes open. He saw his enemies, but through his eyes of faith he also saw the Most High God fighting his battles and bringing victory.
Like David, you may feel surrounded by enemies—depression, sickness, lack, obstacles that are trying to keep you from your dreams. You don't have the people connections or the finances. You could easily accept it and think, "It's not meant to be." Here the key: what you see with your physical eyes is not the only thing that's surrounding you. If you open your eyes of faith, you'll realize the troubles and the oppositions are surrounded by our God. You're not just surrounded by the negative. That's one level, but the all-powerful God supersedes that. You're surrounded by favor, surrounded by healing, surrounded by angels.
My prayer today is that God will open our eyes and let us see that He is surrounding what surrounds us. That sickness that has you surrounded, God has it surrounded. That trouble you're losing sleep over, God has the trouble surrounded. Come back to the place of peace. You're in the palms of His hands. All through the day remind yourself that you are surrounded by the Most High. If you do this, I believe and declare that things that have held you back will be brokwn. You're going to see favor, increase, healing, restoration, the fullness of your destiny, in Jesus' Name.
