Building Muscles Fast is Overrated
By: Terrell Johnson

Through the media you will find tips and tricks on how to build muscles fast. Sure, who doesn't want to have the best results as soon as possible? The thing that needs focus is the quality you put within the time to sustain your health by following your fitness goals. The purpose of my article is to inform the audience that it is not all about how fast you reach your fitness goals to be healthy, but how effective your preparation needs to be in order to meet these goals.

The Best Things Starts Small

In the gym all around you, it seems like people know what they are doing. Some people are lifting heavy weights or working hard in extreme levels of other equipment. The thing is whether you are fighting obesity or trying to get big, you do not have to do what they do to get explosive muscle gains faster. Trying to do what they do can cause major strains, sprains, dizziness, and exhaustion.

First ask your doctor about your health condition by getting a physical. Have a tactical plan on what you want your workouts like so it can fit around your lifestyle. Start light to see where you at and work yourself up until you have reached your max. There is a major difference between who can lift the most and to who is working the hardest.

Patience is Key

Everybody is different when it comes to muscle gain results. Just because one person can gain weight one way fast doesn't mean you will gain weight just as fast with the same method. Respect your body of what it can do and believe that you will get better in what you are doing.

Once you are done with your workout, stay finished for that time period. It makes no sense that you finish your workout and then you go do something else. Whether it is to show off, find your personal best, or just to do extra, don't do it, because you may be disappointed. Your body deserves rest and proper nutrition. The key to gaining weight determines more on what you do outside of the gym.

Whenever you hear that there are products that will help you build muscles fast in a certain amount of time, do not believe it. They do not know your body so they don't know how fast is fast for your muscle growth. In building quality muscle, there are no shortcuts.

Conclusion

It is okay to want the best results as fast as you can. Just do not have it as your ultimate goal. There are no shortcuts for muscle growth. Believe in yourself and not in what others say what is best for you. You control your body's pace. It is all about the quality of hard work and not about how fast you can pack on extra muscle. Also know for effective results it is not all what you do in the gym, but what you outside the gym like eating proper diet and giving yourself enough rest.

Dr. Myles Munroe - If You Can Just Trust God and Forgiveness Does Not Minimize Wrongdoing

Forgiveness Does Not Minimize Wrongdoing
By: Natacha Cann
If you forgive someone, does that mean you downplay or minimize the wrong that was done to you? Does forgiveness mean you are letting someone off the hook or giving the person a free pass?

I often listen to Dr. Erwin Lutzer on the radio and he has a wonderful ministry called, "Running to Win." Recently, he was speaking on a series called "Suffering Wrong" and was talking about some of the reasons why people hold on to offenses and refuse to forgive. He said, "When you forgive, you do not minimize, you punt the ball to the Supreme Court."

That statement really resonated with me, especially the part about minimizing. Many women who I have mentored find it hard to forgive because they feel that in doing so they are minimizing, or downplaying, the wrong that was done to them.

The feeling is that forgiving lets the other person off the hook; they get a free pass, so to speak. Something about a free pass just doesn’t feel right. After all, if the person is not remorseful or did not "pay" for what they did to you, then you are letting them off the hook if you forgive them, right?

Actually, that is wrong.

Forgiveness should be granted for a number of reasons: in obedience to God, because we also want to be forgiven for our sins, and for the benefit of being able to heal and move forward. The notion that forgiving gives your offender a "free pass" is a lie that many people believe. Forgiveness is not about giving something away and then getting shortchanged on justice.

If you are not letting your offender off the hook, or minimizing what they have done to you, what exactly are you doing when you forgive them? Well, a part of what you are doing is just what Dr. Lutzer said. You are punting the ball to the highest court in the U.S., the Supreme Court, and that is a metaphor for our highest heavenly court, which is God. You are turning the problem over to God so that Christ may carry the burden, pass judgment and render justice. Psalm 37:28 says, "For the Lord loves justice," so you have the guarantee that you will never get shortchanged on fairness.

It is unwise to view forgiveness as letting someone off the hook or minimizing what they have done to you. Put forgiveness in its proper perspective. Forgiveness is not about what you give away and it’s not about downplaying wrongdoing. It’s about what you gain: freedom, peace of mind, a lightened heart and a renewed spirit.

www.leantrimcoffee.com

ROSE - I have been drinking our products using the 12 in 24 program for 5 months now. These products work differently depending on the person and the situation he or she's dealing with if you are happy , non stressed, the results are tremendous and fast. If You are stressed, dealing with negatives environment at home, at work and you have a bad eating habit on top of that, the results take time to show up. But the funny thing is even though you don't see the results with the scale, people will start noticing that you are getting slimmer and your clothes will start being too big. Whether or not the scale show you lose weight, you are gonna lose inches. You are going to feel great, light, amazing. And at a certain point 2 to 3 months, the scale becomes your best friend; you are eager to weigh yourself every weekend!

I am able to tell because I am a witness. I was introduced to our products by my husband who wanted to help me realize my dream : "to get back to the same weight I had before my 4 kids". I started to take my products the same time as one of our customer ; we didn't change our eating habits. The first week she lost 5 pounds and I didn't. The second week she lost 7 pounds and I lost 3. The third week she lost 4 pounds and I gained 3 +2 pounds and the fourth week she lost 5 more and I was stable.
But surprisingly my pants were too large and I started wearing other clothes that I couldn't put on but didn't want to let them go . My close friends also started noticing that I was losing weight even though the scale was telling me the contrary. Two of them also bought the products after seeing my transformation.
Like I said I am dealing with a lot of stress in my life at this time... but during the second month my body started to feel the pleasure of losing weight. So far I lost 20 pounds !!! I have 45 more to lose to reach my goal but I am confident !!!

Yahoo Small Business-Get Noticed! 5 Tips for Marketing Your Idea at a Trade Show

One of the best places for small business owners to make connections and market their ideas is a trade show. The right trade show can provide you with an “in” to kick start your business. For business owners with a great invention, it’s hard to beat attendance at a good trade show.
Your trade show attendance isn’t just about making connections, either. It is also a chance for you to attend helpful sessions on a variety of strategies and techniques that, when applied, can boost your business. However, attending a trade show requires planning, since most trade shows  cost money.
Nicole Lininger, the Director of INPEX, the largest trade show for inventors in the United States, believes that it’s important to prepare for any trade show. She also works for InventHelp, the sister company to INPEX, to help small business owners and inventors prepare for trade shows.
“The goal is to connect inventors and entrepreneurs to companies," Lininger says. "If you have an idea, you can market it at a trade show, connecting with decision makers that can potentially help you advance your product.”
If you want to make the most of your next trade show, Lininger offers five tips that any inventor or small business owner can use to make the most of any trade show:

1. Prepare an Elevator Pitch

“You need to be able to talk about yourself in a short, concise manner,” says Lininger. Any business owner needs to be able to describe what he or she does in 45 seconds or less – about the time you have on an elevator ride. Craft a pitch that is straightforward, and clearly describes your business, product, or invention. Do your best to make it attention-grabbing. If you can’t explain what you do quickly and clearly, work on your concept until you can.

2. Bring Someone With You

This is about dividing and conquering. If you are attending a trade show as an exhibitor, this is especially important. “You don’t want to be the only person in your booth,” says Lininger. “If you have to go somewhere, it’s good to have someone else in the booth so that attendees can speak with someone.”

Whether you need to attend a meeting, or whether there is an informative master class that you wish to learn from, you need to feel comfortable about leaving your booth.

3. Offer Giveaways

“Giveaways are always good,” says Lininger. “A promotional item with info about you and your company is something that others can take with them, and remember you.” Not only will a giveaway draw more people to your booth if you are an exhibitor, but the item you choose can help you stand out in another’s memory. This works even if you aren’t exhibiting. A giveaway is a perfect way to break the ice, and create an impression in a potential partner’s mind. “If you already have a product sample, that’s the best giveaway,” says Lininger. “You can demonstrate your product, or pass out a few.”

4. Use Business Cards Effectively

Don’t forget that business cards are still a big part of the trade show experience. Lininger says that many small business owners, inventors, and purchasing representatives still pass out business cards at INPEX and other trade shows. It makes sense to run off business cards of your own. When you collect a business card from someone, quickly jot down information on the back. “As you collect business cards, jot down notes on the back,” suggests Lininger. “Make a note of the people you need to follow up with, or who you promised a sample to. You want to be able to follow up quickly, and keep your promises.” This also works on an electronic level. You can use apps like Evernote to snap images of business cards and people, and then attach notes so that you remember your connections, and so that you can form better partnership with them later.

5. Attend Informative Classes and Sessions

When it comes to INPEX, Lininger says that there is the possibility to buy a pass to educational sessions. “You can get a pass to seminars and presentations before the floor opens,” she says. Many other trade shows and conferences offer this option as well.
If you are an inventor or small business owner who isn’t quite ready to exhibit, this can be a good way to learn, as well as to network. For those who are wary of paying to attend a show right now, check to see if there is a public access option. INPEX opens its doors to the general public on the final day, and this can be just the right opportunity to walk the floor and get a feel for the show. Lininger also suggests that you can get more tips by following trade shows like INPEX on Twitter. (INPEX is @Invention_Show.) There are numerous online resources that can help you get ready for any trade show.
Plan ahead, and your trade show experience can be the perfect place to market your idea to potential partners and buyers.
