Exercise Description:

Keep your back flat as you bend over to grasp a bar with a shoulder width grip. Keep your knees bent. Exhale and pull the weight up to your lower chest area. Keep your elbows out wide during the movement. Don't let your back round over as you lower the weight down. For a variation on this lift try using a supinated or palms up grip!

Videos on Facebook have been shared over 1,000 times and celebrated by Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown who called it “Community policing at its best.”
“Do you guys want me to file a police report, because you just got robbed?!” he said. The officer then pulled away in his cruiser.

Day 6 of Shredded series. A High intensity lean body workout like a Bollywood star. A solid workout to give you that shredded body and those cuts like a bollywood star. Make sure you stretch. Some exercises we do for the fat loss workout: Spider push-ups, Plyo Jumps, Rope Slams, Pull Ups, 10 Squat Jumps, Side Raises, Front Raises, Upright Row, Bend Over Row, Mountain Climbers, High Knees, Push-up burpees, We got a lot of request from people how to shred their fat to show their abs or to simply lose fat. To tone the muscle and get rid of the excess fat to show those cuts and toned muscles than this is the series for you. We have another series for fat loss as well which men and women can follow, and this can be followed by men and women as well. You also have to ensure to build the muscle under the fat in order to see the cuts. If you don't have muscles underneath then you'll just look like a skeleton. “I’ve had a long journey with weight loss, basically I’ve been battling my weight since I can remember. Throughout my life I’ve always felt like the “big” friend of the group, like I was never skinny or pretty enough. In elementary I used to cry and go home “sick” because I was made fun of for my weight. My husband has known Diana and Micah for a long time and knew that this program would absolutely work if I was ready to give it my all. We’ve been working out as a family, eating healthy as a family, praying as a family, making healthy choices as a family, etc…The bond that this has created goes so beyond what I look like physically after this program.
I will be doing another 12 week program through HitchFit here in about 3 weeks to further my health journey and I am very excited for what is yet to come! This is a lifestyle change and my new life is amazing!
