14 Day Fat Furnace

A couple days ago I sent our list an email telling you about my rapid fat loss program called the 14 Day Fat Furnace that’s proven to melt fat fast.

Since that email on Monday, I've been flooded with emails from folks who want to join it so I decided that I'm going to take on 15 new clients into my program and I'm starting it this coming Monday.

Here are some details about the program that you should know before you join:

This is a 14 day training and nutrition (modification) program that's relatively intense. You're going to work hard for two weeks BUT your results are going to come fast and will be significant when you follow the program.

Some people will lose six to twelve pounds during these two weeks and a couple dress and pant sizes.

The program is simple in its brilliance. You'll come and workout with me (online at your schedule, at your favorite workout space) three to five days per week for two weeks, and eat the foods that I've outlined for you in the program. It's simple actually – just read it and eat it and the results will come.

You will experience soreness in your muscles. Nothing too bad, but definitely some soreness letting you know that you just had an awesome workout.

And the nutritional guidance I give you will NOT be anything like a starvation diet. I'm totally against starvation diets. It's actually a decent amount of calories manipulated in a crafty way to help your body burn maximum fat and to retain muscle tone during the 14 days.

I think you'll actually enjoy it.

Now here's the best part of this whole thing... the cost.

Since I'm only taking on a small group of 15 new clients on this program. I've priced it for anyone to afford.

The entire 14 Day Fat Furnace program is FREE for the entire 14 days and if you like (and I know you will), you can stay on the program FREE for another 16 days and then pay only 33 cents per day to continue.

Like I said, the program starts this coming Monday. So if you want to be one of the first 15 people on the program and get a lot of fat burning and muscle toning done in only 14 days- then you need to click here to lock in your spot for this Monday.

If you have any questions just click here. This program is going to sell out quick at this low price and with the limited number of spots available. So be sure to call me at the number above or reply to this email.

Looking forward to seeing you in the program this coming Monday!

-Nate

"It fits my lifestyle and is structured. The workouts target multiple muscle groups, which makes my time in the gym more effective. My sleep patterns are much improved and I manage stress better. Plus I have learned to apply exercise to my daily life.”

This Special Secret for Enjoying Nature Can Help You Beat Cancer

Our culture of alerts and apps and 24-hour activity is hurting us in ways we’re only beginning to understand. Our screen-addicted population is more distracted and stressed out than ever. But even though the big software companies keep trying, there’s no app to fix it all.
However, there is this radically simple thing called Mother Nature. New research shows you can lower your blood pressure, keep depression at bay, ward off stress, and – oh yes – prevent cancer – all with one simple practice that’s popular in Japan. No drugs or supplements needed – it’s free. Here’s the story. . .

Soccer Strength and Conditioning Programs

Players! Time To get Ready. Get a leg up on the competition by being the strongest, fastest, most agile player on the field. That athlete happens in the off-season!

Soccer

The sport of Soccer requires the combination of muscular endurance, strength and the ability to generate explosive sprinting power over and over again. Developing these physical attributes will always be positive no matter what sport one competes in. However, because of the aerobic challenges of playing soccer these physical qualities are even more important. Engaging in a resistance training program like the Competitive Soccer Program will maximize these physical attributes as well as the intangibles of injury prevention and proper body positioning when competiting against an opponent for offensive and defensive ball control. The Soccer Fitness program will also help in the development of these physical attributes, but it focuses primarily on fitness rather than a high level performance!

The Soccer Programs begin with lower weights and higher repetitions to create a solid conditioning base for the muscles. Then, transition from this muscular endurance base into a strength and power focus by using heavier weights and less reps as the weeks progress will occur.

Throughout the length of the Soccer Programs, the manipulation of the sets and repetitions for each exercise will be based on periodization concepts that involve changing the intensity and the volume of the workouts.

The starting point of the program is based on an initial fitness level. With feedback, the actual progression of the program will follow the body's unique adaptation process to exercise. Fine tune the program to include all the exercises that feel the best.
