Football died Saturday night in Green Bay, Wisconsin, when New England Patriots defensive back Isaiah Bolden collided with a teammate, laid motionless on the ground, and was carted off the field. Minutes later, the NFL made the call to end the game. Football’s death wasn’t acute. It was a slow, painful death that paralleled the rise of American feminism and the revolt against all things masculine. “The social-media matrix has trained modern male athletes and sports journalists to think like a woman: in all things, pursue safety. That is not man’s natural inclination. The pursuit of safety is not what made America the envy of the world.” Jason is joined by former Pats wide receiver T.J. Moe, who weighs in on his former coach, future Hall of Famer Bill Belichick, co-signing on the decision to stop the game following Bolden’s injury. Plus, Steve Kim joins “Fearless” to add his perspective on the end of football as we know it.

“I’m not going to feign indifference. I want them to lose.” With a scoreless tie against a greatly inferior Portugal team, the USWNT will move on to the knockout round of the Women’s World Cup, much to the disappointment of Jason. “Portugal almost ended the American Nightmare, the band of Megan Rapinoe-led entitled women who struggle to respect our national anthem and lie about pay 'inequality.'” Whitlock lays out his case for why cheering against this team of anthem-kneeling “Karens” is the most patriotic thing a sports fan can do. “If they lose on Sunday to Sweden, I’m sure Rapinoe will figure out a way to blame sexism, systemic racism, or homophobia.” T.J. Moe and Steve Kim join “Fearless” to discuss how we got to the point of actively cheering against an American team. Plus, there’s a feud brewing in the NFL between owners and running backs, and it recently boiled over in Indianapolis between Colts owner Jim Irsay and star running back Jonathan Taylor. What’s at the root of the issue, and why are ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith and Marcus Spears so worried about NFL players' feelings? We want to hear from the Fearless Army!! After more than five decades of involvement in the civil rights movement, Jesse Jackson, slowed by age and Parkinson’s disease, is stepping down from the Rainbow-PUSH Coalition. Jackson will forever be tied to the life, and death, of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. And he was, at one time, thought by many to be the heir to MLK’s throne as the leader of black America. Did he live up to Dr. King’s standard? Did his presidential run in 1988 pave the way for Barack Obama’s journey to the White House? In a special edition of Tennessee Harmony, Jason, Anthony Walker, and Virgil Walker discuss the legacy and impact of Rev. Jackson.
