I’m so excited to share my Fit over 40 Transformation today, Kathy! “Ever since I was about 18 years old, I’ve had some sort of consistent workout program. The nutrition portion keeps you satisfied and you don’t get hungry. I told myself that I didn’t want the unhealthy junk food I’d been eating before, and I never craved it once and still don’t. Everything is laid out for you in easy to follow steps with instructions. Diana is always available to answer your questions, and she gets back to you super quick. No automated responses from their website, but a real person answering your questions. Not to mention, the price is unbeatable.
Now that I’ve completed my twelve week program, I can honestly say that it is one of the BEST things I have ever done for myself. I did this for me and no one else! I wanted to see if I could do it, and I did it! In twelve weeks, I learned valuable information that I will continue to use for the rest of my life. This program is completely sustainable for the long haul. I bought this program thinking it would be over at the end of my twelve week period.
