 Scott Huesing is a retired United States Marine Corps infantry major with 24 years of honorable service. He planned, led, and conducted hundreds of combat missions over the course of 10 deployments. Scott is executive director at the Save the Brave nonprofit organization whose goal is to support and connect veterans through outreach programs. While morale, recruitment, and veteran support are down, veteran suicides are way up.
