The Coach
Brandon Reyes is a football coach at Colorado University. He joined Post in May 2020 as the Assistant Football Strength and Conditioning Coach. Before this, he spent two and a half years at the University of West Florida, starting as an intern in the Sports Performance department and then advancing to a graduate position. At West Florida, Reyes designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for women's basketball, men's golf, and volleyball, while also assisting with the football strength program. He traveled with the football team for away games and contributed to their 2019 DII National Championship win.
Before his time at West Florida, Reyes served as the Football Strength and Conditioning Coach at Booker T. Washington High School, where he developed the team's strength program and collaborated with athletic trainers on return-to-play protocols. He also spent a year at Fort Walton Beach High School in a similar role. Reyes holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of West Florida and a Master's degree in Human Performance and Physical Education. He is certified by the CSCC and NSCA.
