“You
were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not
yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all
our sins” (Colossians 2:13, NLT).
A
sinful nature separates us from God and leads to death. Thankfully,
there is now the opportunity to receive new natures that allow us to
receive new lives in Christ.
In this liberating message, Jesse will help you uncover and reject all
sabotaging, impoverished thinking and limited views of God so that you
can receive the overflow of miracles, favor, and blessings Jesus has for
you.
For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
1 John 3:8
Is the devil giving you fits today? Is he causing trouble for you at every turn? If
so, turn the table on him. Start making him miserable for a change. You
have the power to do it, you know. You have the power residing in you
to destroy his works, to heal, to deliver, to set the captives free. You
have so much power in you that every time your alarm clock goes off,
the devil should wail, "Oh no! That troublemaker is up again!"
A
few years ago, I got a letter from a little girl who had attended one of
my healing services in Los Angeles. Although she was far too young to
understand theology or anything like that, the Lord gave her a very
simple and profound revelation as she watched people being healed. She
said that as she looked up at the platform, she couldn't see me at all.
She just saw Jesus. And she also saw a devil. Do you know what the
devil was doing? He was lying on the floor crying, "This can't be! This
can't be! This can't be!" Right now, at this very moment, the
power of the Lord Jesus Christ is at work within you. And it's not just
there to get you to heaven someday. It's there so you can give the devil
a fit right here on earth. It's there so you can build the kingdom of
God now—while there's still time. Line up with God's Word and will
for your life. Let the Anointing of Jesus go forth from within you. All
of hell will tremble. And you will never be quite the same again.

How To Utilize A Cheat Meal
Posted by Team Beast
In this article, IFBB Pro Men’s Physique
competitor and Olympian Brandon Hendrickson talks about how to properly
utilize a cheat meal. Far too many people go to the extreme when they
are told to use a cheat meal in their nutrition and wind up blowing
their calories out of the water to the extent that it messes up their
entire week during their prep or diet. The key is to use a cheat meal to your advantage from a mental health
point of view. When you diet consistently, you may find your cravings
are increased and it can mess with your head – some eventually give in
to the temptations and go on a full out binge for an entire day or even
multiple. A cheat meal is a great way to eat some food you wouldn’t
normally find on your diet and curbing those temptations so you can stay
on track with your other meals. What Does Brandon Think? A cheat meal or re-feed is an increase in caloric intake typically
outside of your diet that usually consists of a high volume of carbs
like burgers or pizza, etc. A lot of people think a cheat “meal” is a cheat “day.” A cheat meal
should not last for more than one meal. Usually, cheat meals are once a
week. In my off-season, I am allowed two cheat meals each week
surrounded by lagging muscle groups like back or legs. A cheat meal
should be considered a “treat” meal in that it should only be eaten
once, maybe twice a week outside of your diet to give your body a reset
and a mental break from dieting.
How do you know where to start when it comes to buying supplements? Dr. Leigh Erin Connealyoffers some advice before you head out to face the
wall of vitamins and supplements at your local store. Find out what you
might be able to do before your purchase and what 3 supplements almost
anyone can benefit from as 'insurance'.
Are Vitamin Supplements Necessary?
By: Jack Feka
You may wonder if vitamin
supplements are really necessary. Some healthy individuals who adopt a
wholesome diet and stick to healthful eating habits have no need for
vitamin supplements. However, these days that is exceedingly rare and
there are so many instances in our lives when vitamin supplements are
essential to good health. Conditions Warranting Use Here
are just a few of the more important conditions that warrant the use of
vitamin supplements. Take note that you should ask your doctor for
specific vitamins and the dosages that best fit your circumstances.
After all, there are such things as overdoses, misuses and abuses of
even the most beneficial of vitamin supplements! First, children
need vitamin supplements especially if they are picky eaters. They tend
to miss out on the important nutrients necessary for proper growth such
as calcium, fluoride and iron. Even when you present foods in
imaginative ways, they may still favor less healthy foods. There are
also children who are on special diets such as vegetarian and
hypoallergenic foods. They also need to bridge the gap between what
foods are allowed for them and what their growing bodies need, and
vitamin supplements are what will do the job. Second, pregnant
women require vitamin supplements both for themselves and for their
unborn babies. When you’re expecting, your diet may not be sufficient
for your increased needs, not to mention that there are certain vitamins
necessary to ensure that your baby does not develop congenital defects. For
example, folic acid is necessary to lower the risks of congenital
defects while vitamin C is good for increased resistance especially
against colds and flu. Third, there are diseases and genetic disorders
that adversely affect the body's ability to absorb nutrients from food
sources. Thus, vitamin supplements are necessary to fill in the
resulting nutrient deficiency. For example, all types of cancer,
stomach problems like Chron's diseases and even liver diseases require
some form of supplementation to replace the vitamins and minerals lost
due to the weakened immune system. Also, after-surgery care requires the
consumption of vitamins, like ascorbic acid, proven to speed up the
healing of wounds. Things to Remember No matter your reason for taking vitamin supplements, certain guidelines must be adhered to, namely:
Always consult your doctor before taking any vitamin supplements.
Follow prescriptions to avoid overdosing. Keep in mind that toxicity is always hazardous to your health.
Vitamin supplements are not substitutes for a healthful diet and
wholesome eating habits. You must still adopt a salubrious lifestyle so
as to secure maximum benefits out of supplementation.
Always
check the labels to make sure that you are not allergic to any of the
ingredients, that you are not just taking fillers and binders and that
you are getting the right amounts of the desired nutrients.

Sheriff Spots Stolen Vehicle, Suspects Attempt to Flee - Three Arrested
after Crashing
FLAGLER COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE·MONDAY, JULY 15, 2019
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) received an alert from a LPR
that a stolen vehicle was heading North on US-1 at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday
morning. Sheriff Rick Staly located the vehicle at US-1 near Belle Terre
heading towards Bunnell. After Sheriff Staly confirmed a match of the
license plate number to the stolen tag, a traffic stop was initiated by a
marked patrol unit. The suspect vehicle then increased in speed and
fled from deputies.
Suspects being placed under arrest following crash.
The vehicle traveled recklessly at excessive speeds weaving in and out
of traffic and making erratic U-turns on US-1 trying to avoid numerous
attempts to deploy StopSticks by other deputies. Deputies briefly lost
sight of the vehicle and spotted it again as it attempted to turn east
on Royal Palms Parkway where the driver lost control and crashed into a
Penske rental truck. The stolen vehicle was occupied by three people.
Sheriff Staly and Deputies approached the vehicle at gunpoint and
ordered the occupants from the vehicle. Two suspects were quickly
detained while the third was trapped in the car due to damage to the
door from the collision.
“This is another great example of LPR’s helping us capture criminals and
prevent them from preying on our community,” Sheriff Rick Staly said.
“These individuals put lives in danger while they fled trying to avoid
being arrested. We are fortunate no one was seriously hurt by their
actions.”
From left: Brian Keith Johnson, Marquis D. Gross, and Justin Edward
Thomas King.
The driver was identified as Brian Keith Johnson (DOB 1/28/1998), the
front seat passenger was identified as Marquis D. Gross (6/21/1998), the
backseat passenger was identified as Justin Edward Thomas King (DOB
4/14/1997). All three suspects made complaints of injuries from the
crash and were transported to the hospital. The driver of the Penske
rental truck also suffered minor injuries from the suspects crashing
into him and was transported to the hospital.
The investigation found that the vehicle was stolen, as well as the
license plate, in Gainesville, Florida. The recovered vehicle was taken
to the FCSO impound for processing, due to it containing possible stolen
power equipment and counterfeit currency. The investigation is
continuing by FCSO detectives.
Johnson was arrested and charged with Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle,
Petit Theft, and Fleeing and Eluding Law Enforcement. He is being held
without bond. King and Gross were each arrested and charged with
Burglary of a Conveyance for knowingly entering and remaining inside a
stolen vehicle with the intent to deprive the owner of his or her
property. King and Gross each have a $5,000.00 bond. All three suspects
are residents of Gainesville, Florida.

When he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide
you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he
shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.
John 16:13
Jesus said the Holy Spirit would guide us into all truth. Not just enough truth to get by on. Not just an occasional truth to help us teach our Sunday school classes. All truth! If
you're a businessman, that means the Holy Spirit will show you how to
increase your profits and reduce your expenses. If you're a mother, it
means the Holy Spirit will show you how to settle arguments between your
children. If you're a student, it means the Holy Spirit will show you
how to excel in your classes. In fact, if you know Jesus Christ
and are baptized in the Holy Ghost, somehow inside you is the answer to
every financial problem, every spiritual problem and every physical
problem that exists. You have answers for problems you don't even know
about yet! Back during World War II, for example, the United
States ran into some serious trouble. Their ships were being sunk by the
enemy faster than they could build new ones, a process which at that
time took a year. In an effort to solve their dilemma, a method
was devised by which a ship could be built in a single day. The problem
was, the process involved building the ship upside down and, when the
ships were turned upright, the welds would pop and the ship would come
apart. The problem was presented to a deeply spiritual man who was
a famous industrialist at the time. "I'll find out how to do it," he
said. And, sure enough, after days of prayer and fasting, God showed him
the welding formula that would hold the ship together. If you're
facing a problem today, don't drag around trying to handle it on your
own. Take Jesus at His Word and start asking the Holy Spirit to give you
the knowledge you need to solve it. Put the wisdom of the ages to work
on your job, in your family and in your world. Tap in to the truths He's
placed in you.
