Our
ancestral, human father, Adam, delivered us and our world to satan’s
hordes. So, our spiritual Father, God, patiently waited for the right
time to provide the now-risen Jesus as the only effective ransom
payment. But, we must individually choose to be redeemed. And, our
re-alliance with God upon accepting Jesus as our Savior is referred to
as redemption. It is a redemption because Jesus paid for our lives with
His blood. Upon redemption, and returning to the Family, we have the
rights, through Faith, to ask Abba (Strong’s concordance, G5) Father for
any good thing we desire – we are family. In fact, we have a covenant
agreement (Strong's concordance, H1285) with God, both as a Father and
as a pledge between God and Man, a treaty, and as alliance of divine
origin. The covenant allows us to pray as we wish, including for those
good things which are petitions (requests, entreaties).
Even when asking for something from another human, generally one
speaks in a respectful manner. Such a reverent, respectful manner
(Strong’s concordance, H3374) should be characteristic of your petitions
to God. However, there is nothing about our covenant relationship with
God that implies that you should always be in a prone position,
prostrate and begging. Contrarily, God is most generous and ready to
respond favorably and abundantly. However, God has no need to foolishly
waste resources upon prodigal sons and daughters who would repeatedly
squander their abundance (Luke 15:11-32), to let His abundance fall as
seeds onto stony ground that will never subsequently flourish (Matt
13:1-8) or to have His abundance wasted as might a lazy worker (Matt
25:14-30), hiding resources under the rock of his/her own pleasure only,
not applying it to the Great Commission (Matt 28:16-18).
Some Christians are so confused about abundance and prosperity that
they allege they would rather not receive it while on Earth. Some even
say such things as "I would rather have Jesus than all the riches in the
world." They believe themselves to sound more righteous and pious than
others by making such statements. But, all the gifts given to the
toddler Jesus by Wise Men, after his birth, made His family wealthy
(Matt 2:1-11), although there is no Biblical evidence that they
subsequently lived ostentatiously. During His ministry Jesus was
prosperous enough to have a treasurer (Judas Iscariot). He paid taxes,
funded the travel, board and lodging for large ministerial groups, and
so on.
God allows Believers to live as paupers if such is your wish or you
refuse to learn to work in the earthly systems (Hosea 4:6). But, unless
you presently have spiritual gifts that allow you to turn five loaves
and two fish into enough to feed more than 5,000 and yield leftovers
(John 6:1-14), then you won’t be able to reach out and help others as
you may wish (such as following hurricanes Katrina, Irma and Jose). So,
if for no other reason, petition for wisdom, skills and knowledge
development, as well as abundance even if only to assist others.
Manifestation, as referred to here, is the appearance in this world
of that for which you prayed. Many are unwilling to acknowledge God’s
generosity, such as expressed in John 10:10 and 3 John 1:2 because of
fear and doubt (opposing their belief), or because they feel that they
have yet to experience positive manifestations in their own lives, in
those of their congregations, or among others close to them. People
often overlook daily, simple grace and mercy they regularly experience,
being most aware of miracles not yet materialized and pending responses
to supplications. As you also consider others’ lives, you cannot know
what they actually believe versus that which they say and demonstrate as
public behavior and rhetoric.
In spite of earthly ne'er-do-wells and detractors, we are the
Redeemed. Our covenant with God allows us to pray as we wish, with good
petitions, to be satisfied abundantly, to develop tremendously with all
manifested while we are corporeal. Of course, we will all be ultimately
satisfied in Heaven. And, if at that time your memories of the past are
intact and you remember a prayer-related disappointment, ask "God, why
did you not…?", even if apparently lacking the wisdom to understand the
response.

The true
gospel. What does that really mean? Many in today's society teach that
the gospel is simply that Jesus Christ, the son of God, died for the
sins of the world on the cross at Calvary and rose again three days
after for our justification. That is just it, the true gospel. That is
indeed the case. However, many preachers and bible teachers will go on
to add that we must follow many rules in the bible or the commandments
of God as well in order to please God. This is incorrect teaching. All
that one must do in order to please God is to truly believe God and that
his son Jesus indeed did die for the sins of the world, then was indeed
raised the third day from the death to justify all that would believe
and trust only in him. (Continued below........)

Disc 3 – Principles, Laws, Traditions, and Commands Part 1
In this series, Dr. Munroe details the words of God, or how he explains it, the laws of God. The Kingdom of God allows it’s citizens to be in the world but not of the world because of the laws of God. Dr. Munroe fully explains how obeying God’s laws allows you to experience the world differently from how others do simply because of obedience to the law.
Disc 4 – Principles, Laws, Traditions, and Commands Part 2
(....... Continued.....)Many say they believe the gospel, yet still attempt to keep a set of
rules or commandments in order to please God with works. We must indeed
keep the commandments of God, or the law of God, but this law is kept
only through faith. Anyone who trusts in any work to please God or in
order to be saved is not truly in faith. For example, the bible tells us
that we are not to lie. This is one of the commandments. And this is
true, but this commandment, as well as all other commandments are kept
either by works, or through faith. Works will not save us, only faith.
So how can we keep the commandment not to lie by faith, and not the
actual work of not lying according to the natural meaning? Well in order
to understand how this is even possible, one must study the word of God
and have their blind eyes opened in order to see the truth.
In order to understand the bible correctly, we must have read it and
must use God's definition of the words in order to see how these
commandments are kept through faith. For example, 1 John 2:22 tells us
who God defines as a liar. This verse states, "Who is a liar, but he
that denieth Jesus is the Christ, he is a liar and an antichrist". So a
liar is one who doesn't believe Jesus is indeed the Christ, the Son of
God. Therefore, when we believe in Jesus, we keep all the other
commandments, including not lying, through this spiritual truth and the
understanding of what God means by the words in the bible. We must let
the bible interpret the bible. For those who are still seeking to please
God with fleshly works, they are still blind, and cannot see God's
hidden wisdom and the truth that one must do in order to please God is
to believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ his
son. We must have our blind eyes open to see this truth and believe in
Jesus. This is the true gospel.
The world
has seen quite a number of achievements in the health sector. A number
of countries even among the developing countries have been meeting their
millennium development goals. HIV medicines have been availed in these
countries than ever. Despite the achievements, there are still global
health issues that affect the low, the middle and the high-income
countries. According to the conventional way of categorizing disorders,
tuberculosis, malaria, diarrheal diseases, heart diseases, cancer etc
are what cause death and other disabilities but in real sense these
pathologies does not kill us but rather the factors that lead to these
pathologies kill us. A report by the WHO, 2009 in a publication titled
global health issues indicated that there were about 24 physiological,
environmental, economic and behavioral health risks globally. These 24
risks factors caused more than forty percent of world’s deaths. From the
24 risks, the five leading cause of deaths were high blood pressure,
high blood glucose, tobacco use and overweight and physical inactivity.
The top five burden disease included unsafe sex, childhood obesity,
alcohol use, unsafe water sanitation and hygiene together with high
blood pressure. The major health risks were found to cause a high
percentage of deaths in high-income countries with the use of tobacco
and high blood pressure leading while high blood glucose was the least
cause of death among the major health risks. In middle-income countries
high blood pressure was the highest cause of deaths with a percentage of
17.9 followed by tobacco use than overweight and obesity, physical
inactivity and lastly alcohol use. In low-income countries or the
developing countries, childhood underweight was found to be the major
health risk with about 7.8 percent deaths followed by high blood
pressure, the unsafe sex, unsafe water, sanitation and hygiene and
finally high blood pressure.
However, these risks were influenced by other factors such as
behavioral/lifestyle risks played an important role in each of the
country grouping. In low-income countries, the deaths caused by
childhood underweight are attributed to the persistent poverty that
exists in these countries. Most families cannot afford their daily meals
and relies on governments and well wishers. These children are faced
with malnutrition, and most of them die in their early years. The unsafe
sex risks are also prevalent in these countries as a result of poverty
and unemployment. To lower these risks world heath organizations and
respective governments should educate men and women on the dangers of
unprotected sex and provide condoms. Other strategies aimed at lowering
poverty and improving women status should be developed as the keys to
success. People should also be convinced not to stop smoking and
drinking alcohol. In developed countries, citizens need to be advised on
the change of lifestyles and behaviors. People should eat healthy foods
and exercise more to reduce the risks of overweight and high blood
pressure deaths.
Another major health issues are environmental management. Most of the
diseases that are causing deaths globally each day are environmental
related. In their article on global health Kelvin and David observed
that in high-income countries like New Zealand, environmentalism was
determined by increasing scarcity of resources, transparency due to the
impact of information technology and shifts in consumer demand in
preference on organizations with sound environmental performance. The
new trend is shaping the practices in private and public sectors in most
developed countries. But in developing countries this problem eminent
as people are dying from sanitation and drainage related diseases like
cholera and diarrhea.

With Digital Video, every team has the ability to study your offense, pinpoint your tendencies, and game plan to stop those plays.
That doesn’t mean you abandon your offense, but it can mean that you can create a package to break tendencies, give them something that they haven’t prepared for, and put something on film that future opponents will have to take prep time away from their efforts in stopping your base offense.
In a perfect world, you started repping a package like that sometime in camp, waiting for the perfect time to pull it out. Of course, there is nothing perfect about 2020, and we all know preparation time has been limited.
Well, look no further than one of America’s best high school coaches for the answer. Kevin Kelley’s “Unstoppable Quads Package” provides you with the details and the fire power to attack the opponent’s defense with something they probably have one check for.
In the package Kelley includes Vertical corner, sprint flood combo, a high percentage clearing route, triple post as well as incorporation of RPO. These are probably things you have somewhere in your offense.
Often times defenses don’t adjust which makes this package easier to move the ball with. Coach Kelley gives you the game plan to what he feels are the toughest looks.
Of course the singled up backside receiver is available. Coach explains how to utilize this receiver as well explaining how the defense may adjust, which opens things up elsewhere.
Here are some of the highlights and purposes of why coach has built this package. In each play explanation, coach covers all the qb reads and objectives of the play.
Vertical Corner read
3rd and long and 4th and long application
Sprint flood combo
Opens things up for short percentage short throws
3rd and 4th and short
Has shot potential
Can convert this play to an intermediate variation for 3rd and long
Good for red zone
High percentage clearing
Utilize the outside receiver
Great vs man coverage
Allows for variations for the Y
Isolates a key defender to put the offense 2 on 1
Great RAC opportunity
Triple Post
Run to spots to get a receiver open
Take a chunk out of the defense
RPO, Draws, Screen
Trap-Bubble RPO
For Coach Kelley, this isn’t something he drew up on the white board and is speculating it may work. He has a large sample size having run this for decades, so when he calls it unstoppable, he's proven that. (Continued below.......)

Sure, you can sit around the office and draw a few things up, but having the details, examples, and film to study makes implementation so much easier and takes the guess work out.
Muscle toning exercises are great for building muscular strength and getting a fine lean look. They
also help with weight control and cardio. Most of the exercises pack a punch in fat-burning and also
contracting the muscle groups.
To get more defined muscles, we have prepared a list of the 7 Best Muscle Toning Exercises.
Side planks
The side plank is known for being a core-strengthening move, however, it also helps tone the
muscles in the hips, arms, shoulders, glutes, and obliques. By doing this, your core muscles
become more stabilized, giving you the lean look that you want.
Steps involved:
● Get a soft workout mat or carpet. Hard surfaces put more strain on your body
● Lie on your right side
● Rest your left leg on top of your right leg
● Engage your core and gently lift your hips off the ground, letting your right arm bear
most of your body weight
● Raise your left arm up and hold it for as long as you can
● Slowly lower your body to the floor
● Do a few more sets before switching to your left side

Lunge jumps
Lunges tone the leg muscles and help build lower-body strength. They target the quads,
glutes, hamstrings, and even shoulders. Now imagine how much more effective this exercise
would be if you modified it to include jumping. Lunge jumps are more intense and they
engage more muscles and also boost your cardio. It is a great total-body muscle toning
exercise.
Steps involved:
● Make sure you have enough space. There shouldn’t be any obstacles in your way.
● Stand up straight with your core engaged and your arms by your side
● Step forward with your right leg and lower your body keeping your right knee at a 90-
degree angle
● Quickly jump up and alternate sides so that your left leg is now forward and your right
leg behind you
● Repeat this for as long as you can
Squats
Squats are perfect for building core strength and toning the major muscles in the lower body.
They are super effective and will provide fast results as long as you are consistent!
Steps involved:
● Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart and your arms by your sides
● Relax your shoulders and keep your toes facing north
● Keeping your head up, embrace your core and push your hips back
● Lower your body as if you’re trying to sit down on a chair
● Make sure your thighs are parallel to the floor
● Hold this position for a few breaths then return to the starting position
Deadlifts
This exercise will fire up your muscles and make them strong and lean in no time. Deadlifts
engage literally every single muscle group in your body. It is one of the main go-to exercises
for bodybuilders and people who want more defined muscles.
Steps involved:
● Plant your feet flat on the floor and keep your chin up
● Keep your hands shoulder-width apart
● Bend your knees and grip the bar
● Squeeze the bar while keeping your chest up
● Lift the bar and try standing up with it
● Hold the bar for a second, maintaining a straight form
● Carefully return the bar to the floor
Jumping Jack
Jumping jack is a calisthenic exercise that is simple to perform. It is another great total-body
workout that helps improve muscle tone. It targets both the upper-body and lower-body core
muscle groups simultaneously. Jumping jacks require no equipment and can be done
anywhere.
Steps involved:
● Stand with your legs together and your arms by your sides
● Slightly bend your knees and rest your hands on your thighs
● In one swift motion, jump into the air, spreading your legs shoulder-width apart and
your arms over your head
● Return to the starting position
Dumbbell overhead press
This exercise tones the muscles, builds core strength, and improves stability. It also increases
your range of motion. The dumbbell overhead press can be performed while standing or
sitting. The sitting position is great for strengthening the back, while the standing position is
best for toning the muscles.
Steps involved:
● Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart
● Grab a dumbbell in each hand and let your palms face each other
● Raise the dumbbells above your head and keep your arms straight
● Lower the dumbbells to your shoulders
● Repeat
Biceps curl
Biceps curl is great for muscle endurance and muscle toning. If you want to get the best
results in upper-body strength and muscle definition, this is your best bet.
Steps involved:
● This exercise can be done while sitting or standing so choose your desired position
● Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing forward
● Make sure your elbows are towards your ribs
● Exhale and lift one weight towards your shoulder
● Hold the weight for a few seconds then lower it back to your side
● Do the same with the other arm

I have
listed a few ways to fast for detoxing the body, mind, and soul. Just
remember to be careful to drink plenty of water during any fast to make
sure that you are not getting dehydrated. Drinking plenty of water also
helps the body rid itself of toxins faster, so that you don’t get as
many side effects from the fast. If you have any questions please
message me.
Water Fasting:
Water fasting has been one of the greatest healing techniques in history and continues to be so today.
There are many discussions that great ancient personalities like
Plato, Socrates, Aristotle, Leonardo Da Vinci, and Pythagoras did with
water fasting. Plus, there is a bank of new information about water
fasting available on the Internet, of which, the documentary called
‘Eat, Fast and Live Longer’ is highly recommended. (Continued below...........)
In the last episode of TTAC Health Nuggets, we talked about toxins. And although toxins may seem unavoidable in today’s world there are plenty of steps you can take right now to keep your body healthy. Check out the video above for 16 new and natural ways to detoxify your body.
(Continued........)Scientific research has proved how the brain literally grows, and you
become more intelligent when you fast. On top of that, recent studies
at the University of California Berkeley stated that 3 day water fasts
reset your immune system by activating the stem cells and enables you to
perform at the optimum level.
Let me tell you first, a little about the theory of sickness.
Every day we do a variety of things: breathe air that is not so pure,
drink liquids that are not so good, etc., which eventually clogs our
body filters, such as the lungs, nose, liver, and kidneys.
Over time, our bodies heat up and then the immune system gets knocked
down. Fevers actually make the body sweat out toxins and triggers the
urge to not eat, a natural fast. Three to four days of water fasting is
good in such times. This will help clean out your system.
So should you allow your body to just go through this natural process
of getting really sick and going through pain in order to thoroughly
cleanse the system? Well, if you are cleaning the filters on a regular
basis by doing a water fast, there is no need to get sick.
Another more simpler way than doing a full water fast is to try intermittent fasting.
Essentially what that is, is within a week you do not eat anything
for one whole day, and this will allow for the liver and kidneys to
detoxify completely and get rid of all the toxins.
It is, however, important to really hydrate yourself within that
24-hour span either with lots of water. To help flush out the toxins you
can also do a salt flush, an enema, breathing exercises and natural
skin cleansing.
Diabetic and hypoglycemic people are often advised not to fast but
with the right support it can potentially help their bodies release stem
cells, and help repair their bodies.
For an intermittent fast you can start at noon, miss dinner, sleep,
miss breakfast and start eating again at noon. This is one of the
simpler ways, and if you stay really hydrated, it should not be
difficult for you.
If you can’t do 24 hours, skipping a small meal also helps. I would
suggest another way is to drink lots of juices and do a two-day juice
fast.
For an ultimate cleanse – four extended 10 day water fasts per year
is recommended to rebuild, reset hormones and have clear consciousness,
energy, and clarity. Following the seasons is a good way to remember.
Juice Fasting:
A juice cleanse is a type of detox diet that involves consuming
vegetable and fruit juice for a short period of time (typically one to
three days). Some programs include one or more smoothies per day to
provide protein, fat, and other nutrients for energy and to curb hunger.
Vegan meals and snacks are included on some plans.
According to proponents, a juice cleanse supports the body’s natural
detox processes, clears the diet of sugar, caffeine, refined foods, and
other foods and substances that can deplete energy, and jumpstarts a
more healthful way of eating.
Raw, organic juice is the key component of the cleanse because of the
nutrients, phytochemicals, and antioxidants that are in an easily
absorbable liquid form. Vegan, gluten-free meals and snacks may be
included for people requiring more energy, are new to juice cleansing,
or want a less extreme experience.
Juice cleanses can be done at home using a juicer or juice press.
Cleanse programs are also available in many cities at local juice bars,
larger chain stores such as Whole Foods Market, Costco, or Target, or
can be ordered online from companies such as Blueprint Cleanse, Organic
Avenue, and Pressed Juicery.
The format of a juice cleanse includes these steps:
Preparation for a Juice Cleanse 1 to 5 Days Before: Although it may
be tempting to jump into a juice cleanse, preparation is considered
essential. Certain foods, such as coffee, refined sugar, meat, dairy
products, wheat, alcohol, and nicotine are gradually eliminated to
reduce headaches, cravings, and other withdrawal symptoms. It’s also
considered important to increase intake of fresh vegetables, fruits, and
fluids during the pre-cleanse.
3-Day Juice Cleanse: During the actual cleanse days, at least 32
ounces of juice or smoothie is usually suggested, with at least half
being green vegetable juice.
This is a typical day on a 3-day juice fast:
• Upon waking: lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice
• 8-9am: Juice, such as the Green vegetable juice
• 10:30-11:30am: Juice (or smoothie/cleanse food)
• 1-2 pm: Juice (or smoothie/cleanse food)
• 3-4pm: Juice such as the Beet, carrot, apple juice
• 5-6pm: Juice (or smoothie/cleanse food)
• 6-8 pm: Smoothie or almond or cashew nut "milk"
Smoothies and vegan food can be included or substituted in more
gentle juice cleanses. Room temperature or lukewarm water may be
consumed between each juice or meal to promote elimination.
To optimize nutrient absorption, juice cleanse proponents recommend
drinking juice slowly rather than gulping it down. Juice is typically
consumed a couple of hours apart, with the final drink of the day being
at least three hours before bedtime.
Fruits and vegetables used to make the juices often include celery,
kale, carrot, cabbage, apple, spinach, beets, and leafy greens. Avocados
and bananas don't juice well, and the pits of peaches, apricots,
cherries and other fruit, apple seeds, carrot, and rhubarb tops, and
tough skins of kiwi, pineapple and mangos should be avoided. Organic
produce is best, but if it's unavailable, a fruit and vegetable wash
(often available in health food stores) may help to remove pesticide
residues.
People often find it easiest to juice at the beginning or end of the
day and to make enough for one full day. Although juice should be
consumed as close to the time of juicing as possible, juice can be
stored in covered glass or BPA-free cups or bottles.
If hunger pangs are persistent or uncomfortable, vegetable broth or a
small snack such as carrots, celery, a salad, or a piece of fruit is
often suggested. For certain people, a modified juice fast that includes
a salad each day for lunch or dinner may be recommended.
Breaking the Juice Cleanse: After the juice fast is complete, food is
usually reintroduced into the diet over several days. Start adding
foods a little each day, staring with only fresh fruits and veggies,
then moving on to adding in organic grains, nuts, and meats.
Common Questions and Precautions: A juice cleanse isn't right for
everyone. It should not be undertaken by children or if you're pregnant
or nursing or you have diabetes or chronic liver, kidney, or gallbladder
problems. There can be side effects and you will need tactics to deal
with the hunger pangs.
Physical activity
While it’s a good idea to tone down your exercise routine during a
juice cleanse, normal activity such as walking can help to boost blood
and lymphatic circulation. Also, try massage therapy (such as Swedish
massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and Thai massage), contrast
showers, and skin brushing, which can be done as part of a regular
shower.
Mind/body wellness
Stress can have negative effects on health and can impair
detoxification. Allow the mind to rest by incorporating mind/body
practices such as diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle
relaxation, or mindfulness meditation. Try to get plenty of rest. Go to
bed as early as you can and take naps if possible.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the liver is associated
with anger, the kidneys with fear, and the gallbladder holds
frustration. Proponents of juice cleansing believe that old emotions may
arise and be cleansed from the system as the corresponding organs are
cleansed.
Bone Broth Fasting:
If you want to come out of your juice or water fast in a more
nutritious way, instead of going right to adding foods back into the
diet you can do a bone broth first. The nutrients found in bone broth
are incredibly healing for the body, and consuming it on a regular basis
is one of the simplest and least expensive ways to improve your health.
Bone broth has become well known as one of the best foods to eat to
improve leaky gut and autoimmune conditions. And as a natural source of
nutrients like collagen, gelatin, several trace minerals, and
anti-inflammatory amino acids, bone broth also provides the building
blocks for glowing, youthful skin, strong bones and joints, improved
muscle strength, and tissue repair.
What is a Bone Broth Fast?
A bone broth fast combines the health benefits of short-term or
intermittent fasting with those of drinking bone broth—which often
results in both short- and long-term benefits, such as increased energy,
better digestion, weight loss, a faster metabolism, clearer and
brighter looking skin, and more restful sleep. Similar to a water fast, a
bone broth fast involves taking a break from solid foods and consuming
liquids throughout the day. But during a bone broth fast, instead of
drinking only herbal tea and water, you drink several cups of bone broth
throughout the day (anywhere from five to eight cups).
One of the key benefits of a bone broth fast (over a dry fast or
water fast) is that it allows you to consistently take in plenty of
essential nutrients, electrolytes, and protein. This prevents you from
becoming dehydrated and helps keep your energy levels up, while the
protein from the collagen and gelatin keeps your appetite satisfied. And
you can probably agree that you’re most likely to stick to a fast when
it doesn’t leave you feeling starved, light-headed, or deprived. (In
fact, many people report feeling full until lunchtime when they drink
bone broth first thing in the morning.)
How Bone Broth Can "Supercharge" Your Fast
Bone broth is probably the best "health elixir" you can drink when
you fast. It’s like filling up your gas tank with premium fuel. This is
because bone broth provides a ton of bioavailable nutrition to support
your body’s natural healing processes without taking you out of a fasted
state. In contrast, you take in very few nutrients on a regular water
fast.
As mentioned above, bone broth is rich in collagen and gelatin, but
animal bones also contain several other compounds and anti-inflammatory
amino acids that are exceptionally healing to the body, such as
glucosamine, chondroitin, hyaluronic acid, proline, and glycine. These
nutrients can help:
• Improve poor digestion, reduce intestinal inflammation, and improve
symptoms of chronic digestive issues, such as Crohn’s and ulcerative
colitis
• Reduce joint pain and inflammation
• Reduce food intolerances, sensitivities, and allergies
• Improve skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis
• Boost immunity
• Strengthen bones and joints, and heal cartilage and tissue
• Promote healthier skin, hair, and nails
• Improve sleep quality
• May improve the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks
• Support the nervous system Promote blood sugar balance and improve insulin sensitivity
Of course, drinking bone broth at any time (not just when fasting)
will offer these health benefits. However, when you’re fasting and
consuming only bone broth, your body may be able to digest and absorb
these nutrients even more efficiently, allowing them to go where they’re
needed that much quicker.
Nutritive Bone Broth
Simmering leftover bones in water makes a nutrient-dense broth rich
in minerals like iron and calcium, as well as beneficial gelatin.
Adding a splash of apple cider vinegar increases the breakdown of
minerals from the bones. But you don’t have to stop there. Add
nutritive, Adaptogenic, and tonic herbs and immune-enhancing mushrooms
to give yourself a boost whenever you use the broth in recipes. For a
vegetarian version, simmer everything but the bones, and add 1
tablespoon of miso paste per cup of hot water before serving. Feel free
to adapt the recipe to your taste buds and the ingredients you have on
hand.
Broth Base:
• About 1 gallon water
• Poultry carcasses, 12 cut beef bones, or 1-3 fish carcasses
• Splash of apple cider vinegar
• Basic stock vegetables (onions, garlic, carrots, celery, or whatever you prefer)
Combine all the ingredients in a large pot or slow cooker. Bring to a
slow simmer, and let simmer over low heat for 3 hours or longer (up to 3
days in a slow cooker). Strain and use as desired in recipes calling
for broth. To concentrate the broth, after you stain it, simmer the
broth uncovered until it is reduced to one-quarter to one-half the
original volume. You can freeze it for later use (in ice-cube trays if
you like, for proportioned servings). For therapeutic uses, aim to
consume 1 cup of broth or 1 ounce of concentrated broth (that’s one ice
cube) once or twice daily.
My main passion is to help others to feel their best in
all aspects of their lives, be it physical, mental, emotional, or
spiritual. I love the idea of holistic health and practicing it as well!
Under the
Second Amendment to the Constitution, we as U.S. citizens have the

person than any other country. Having the right doesn’t mean that
everyone owns a gun; here are three reasons why people choose to
purchase firearms.
Today, Riley Bowman and Matthew Maruster talk about factors that people THINK matter when buying or choosing a gun...but actually don't. Grip angle, bore axis, sight radius, and other topics will all come up in today's episode. See more episodes here.
Hunting: For as long as guns have been in existence they’ve been used
for hunting. Firearms hold serious advantages over bows in terms of
power and range. With a hunting rifle, a hunter can hit their target
well beyond double the distance they could with a bow. In addition to
the range advantage, it’s easier to obtain a kill shot with a rifle.
Collecting: Just about anything can be collected, and guns are no
exception. Each gun collector collects for a different reason. Some
collectors focus on historical firearms. Others, own modern guns of
varying types and calibers. Still, other collectors take an interest in
the evolution of guns and own both historical and modern firearms.
Protection: You don’t need to watch the news to know that we live in a
dangerous world. Many gun owners purchase firearms for self-defense.
It’s not uncommon for U.S. citizens to keep guns in their homes for home
protection. Every day, more and more people are taking classes and
obtaining concealed firearm licenses. Though no one ever wants to be in a
situation where they have to pull a gun, many would agree that it’s
better to be safe than sorry.
Whatever your reasons for buying guns, they have to come from
somewhere. In addition to buying retail goods and groceries online,
today’s world also allows for online purchases of firearms. When
purchasing guns online, be careful in selecting the merchant using only
reputable websites.
Unlike other products, firearms that are purchased online can’t be
shipped directly to your door. Instead, guns are sent to a Federal
Firearm License (FFL) dealer of your choosing. Once the FFL dealer has
received your gun, you can pick it up at their store after completing
the necessary background check.
Purchasing firearms online is often a great way to find deals and
save money. Using the internet to buy guns also broadens the selection
that is available to you. Before buying guns online, do your research on
the dealer and ultimately, use your best judgment.
The Lord God… He awakens me each morning; He awakens my ear to listen... Isaiah 50:4
When I was a young girl, my friends and I would lay in the grass,
flat on our backs gazing up at the wispy clouds blowing into different
shapes. They would be ever so slowly blown forming many shapes. We’d
point up to the clouds and ask, “Do you see the poodle? Do you see the
airplane? …the high heel shoe? …the pelican?” Some of us would
immediately see the object, and some of us would struggle to see what
the clouds reflected. This activity was so entertaining; we’d lie there
for hours on beautiful days. Even in our youth we knew that our Creator
was amazing. Lying there with my friends, we would have really deep and
profound conversations for our age, looking up at the vast never ending
blue and white puffs in the sky; we’d ask such powerfully felt questions
wondering “How did God form the earth and everything in it? Why are we
here? What are we supposed to be doing?”
There was a huge sweet smelling honeysuckle bush that lined and
entire fence and we’d pick the golden yellow trumpet shaped flower off
of the bush and find the little green stem on the end and pull it like a
thread through the flower, dragging the little tiny dab of sugary sweet
syrup to our lips and enjoy the taste of the sweet honey! We wondered
how God put the sweet syrup in the beautiful honeysuckle flower! Again
we were amazed with the Lord’s creative intelligence. Continuing to
survey the clouds we were delighted in the amazement and wonder of it
all! This was the way that I began to attempt to discover who and what
God was, and why I was here.
We would then fix our eyes on other creatures around us. We’d pick up
the doodle bugs (also known as roly-pollies, pill bugs, and armadillo
bugs). These bugs have a shell-like body that can tuck and roll up for
protection, which is how they got many of the names we called them. Most
people think that they are insects, but they are not! They actually
breathe through gills! In the tiniest little creature, there is such
creativity, such beauty!
Early on in my life I was aware of the Holy Spirit through Gods
creation, through animals and nature, through the wind and the rain, the
flowing river, the silence and through music, through laughter and
tears, through joy, through relationships, through sweet aromas,
sunrises and sunsets, and clouds! Ultimately, I experience God through
you, through love, which I consider to be the most creative and
intelligent source the Lord has provided.
When I think about “Creative Intelligence” I think of God, the Holy
Spirit. God is the definitive, The Great Creator, and the Greatest of
all Intelligence. This scripture comes to mind…
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary,
and His understanding no one can fathom. Isaiah 40:28 NLT
So, what does having an “Awakened Life” or “Holy Spirit-connected
life” mean? It means to live wholly holy. Don’t think that Jesus expects
this way of living as “having to be perfect”… For me, it means to be
completely in step with the Holy Spirit, to make a choice for Christ.
Within that choice is an amazing freedom. He carries our burdens,
instills us with His Holy Spirit! This is amazing love! This is the
ultimate in creative intelligence.
Keeping in step with the Spirit takes active concentration,
commitment, and discipline. Unfortunately, many people (including
myself) can pay attention to so many other things that keep us from
living and walking with the Holy Spirit. One of those obstacles is
pride, which CS Lewis says, “is spiritual cancer that eats up the very
possibility of love, or contentment, or even common sense.”
It’s been said, and I believe this with my whole heart; that we speak
to God with every word and breath that we release. And with each and
every breath we breathe in He makes Himself known to us. After all He is
the breath of life. We are never apart or separated from God, although
we can miss “hearing him speak to us” if we are not tuned in to His
message. Too often we tune Him out, like so many other things in our
lives.
From my heart to your heart…
I want for you to be in connection with the Lord, the giver of life,
who stretched out his arms on the cross, and offered himself, a perfect
sacrifice for you and the whole world, so that you would have life
everlasting.
He has joy for you, plans for you to prosper, and to love, even in
the midst of struggle. I want to give of you hope and joy in your
journey. The choice to live in every moment with love, faith, and
glorious expectation is mine and yours! Don’t let anything or anyone
stop you from living in the glory that the Holy Spirit provides.
For those of you who have God given dreams, keep dreaming. Make sure
that you dream big enough dreams that you must include God!! Push beyond
the limits of your comfort zone! Do you realize where those dreams come
from? Do you trust where they originate? Step out in faith, don’t just
sit there sitting on your dream, embrace it! Love it, and live it!
What are you doing with your mind? What way are you choosing to live
your life? What thoughts, what character do you want or do you long for?
Be transformed by the renewing of your mind!
Romans 12:2 reads; Do not be conformed to this world (this age),
[fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but
be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its
new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves]
what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing
which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].
(Amplified version)
As a Life Coach, I partner with you in discovering the dreams God has
given you and I encourage those I coach to begin praying, about the
plan that the Lord has. Always pray about the choices you make and why
you make them. My prayer for you is to Awaken your Spirit, transform
your life into a breathtaking and joyous, Holy Spirit life! Live for
God, because He lives for you!
If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the Spirit”— Gal. 5:25
My prayer for you is to Awaken your Spirit, transform your life into a
breathtaking and joyous, Holy Spirit life! Live for God, because He
lives for you, I know this to be true!
Go lie down, flat on your back, with ears to hear, a heart prepared,
eyes gazing up into the clouds, and experience the enormity of His love
for you! Dream, pray, bask in His glory; discover the beauty He has for
you! Discovery is one of the best parts of the journey!
Here's to being Awakened each morning by His voice!

Humanity was made captive by Satan (continued below.........)
(........ Continued.......)After they sinned, our first parents could no longer find joy in
holiness. Furthermore, they sought to hide from the presence of God.
Such is still the condition of the unrenewed heart. We are not in
harmony with God, and find no joy in communion with Him. The sinners
could not be happy in God’s presence. They would shrink from the
companionship of holy beings. There thoughts, interests and motives,
would be alien to those that actuate the sinless dwellers there. Heaven
would be to them a place of torture.
It is no arbitrary dictate on the part of God that excludes the
wicked from heaven. They are shut out by their own unfitness for its
companionship. The glory of God would be to them a consuming fire. They
would welcome destruction, that they might be hidden from the face of
Him who died to redeem them. Moreover, human race would have remained so
forever had not God specially interposed. Satan would point to all this
evil he caused such as:
state of misery and degradation
darkness, accusations, deceptions and lies
alienation and damnation
lack of satisfaction and crashed by the weight of gilt
no future but death
as the result of God’s work in creating man.
The Sinner’s Need of Christ
It is impossible for us, of ourselves, to escape from the pit of sin
in which we are sunken. Our hearts are evil, and we cannot change them.
Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:3
In other words, unless he or she receives a new heart, desires,
purposes and motives, all leading to a new life, they cannot see the
kingdom of God. There must be a power working from within, a new life
from above, before men can be changed from sin to holiness. That power
is Christ.
Those who have experienced the love of Christ cannot be idlers in the
Master’s vineyard. They will see opportunities for helping others in
their steps to Christ. Partaking of Christ’s love, they will labor for
the souls of others. Let every soul copy the Pattern, and become
missionaries in the highest sense, winning souls to Jesus.
May we all Repent, Confess, Grow up into Christ, and Rejoice in the Lord.
