Where else can you see two of the best
short game players-turned-coaches collaborate on the ways to ignite your
offensethis season? Don't put this off, you're going to want to hear
what they have to say.
Caitlin
Lowe enters her seventh season on the bench, and first as associate
head coach with Arizona. During her time, the Wildcats’ offense has
posted one its most proficient six-year runs in school history. Under
coach Lowe’s guidance, three of Arizona’s top eight batting
single-season batting averages have occurred over the last six seasons. A
four-time first-team NFCA All-American enterfielder, coach Lowe’s
defensive expertise has made an immeasurable impact with the Wildcat
outfielders leading to a .994 field percentage in 2017 and 10 outfield
assists in 2019. India Chiles: Owner and operator of Slapper Nation, India Chiles
most recently served as a volunteer at her alma mater Tennessee. The
2007 NFCA First-Team All-American and SEC Player of the Year helped the
Lady Vols reach Women’s College World Series three times, including a
Championship Series appearance in 2007. Regarded as one of the best
slappers in the game, Chiles started 176 games at Rocky Top, recording
204 hits and 157 runs. Book this course.....
It was
not until I became pregnant with my son that I began to scrutinize a
world overrun with chemicals. I thought I would be done with the
research portion of the program following a few hours on the internet
one Saturday afternoon. Three years later, stacks of books, newspapers,
magazines, countless hours following online leads, numerous
conversations with environmental advocates, I am no closer to
understanding chemical exposure but I have added reason to be concerned.
Environmental scientists have been sounding the alarm for years but
not much is being done to stop the poisoning of our supply of food, air,
and water. For every step forward we take, we slip back even further
as thousands of new chemicals are introduced each year with almost no
testing being done as to how these chemicals will react when combined
together.
During this journey I have learned that it is not only the future at
issue but where we are right now. Consider today's escalating disease
statistics and if you delve just a little bit deeper than acknowledging
sickness and disease is running our economy and our lives, you will see
that chemicals and a varied mixture of chemicals are at the ship’s helm
determining our course and will continue to do so long into the future. When I learned that a vast majority are not similarly concerned at
the daunting statistics associated with chemical exposure, it occurred
to me that when evidence is unpleasant and would require too great an
effort to change the outcome, one inevitably redefines what is normal.
Apparently it is now normal to have bodies that deteriorate after death
at a slower rate because of all the preservatives contained therein! It is normal to have our infants and small children injected with
dangerous chemicals, such as mercury, aluminum, MSG, and formaldehyde –
chemicals linked to disorders ranging from brain and nerve damage to
autism and attention deficit disorder – and call it vaccination from
disease. Apparently it is now normal to be surrounded by people with chronic
ailments, drugging symptoms into submission until the next symptom
emerges (as a side effect) and needs another drug to suppress that
symptom. Conditions such as fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders,
multiple chemical sensitivities, osteoporosis, heart disease,
Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s Disease, ADD/HD,
autism, brain tumors, crippling pain, not to mention frequent colds and
viruses, strep throat, ear infections, and subsequent overuse of
antibiotics and pharmaceutical drugs. I do not even work in an industry
that is at high risk for chemical exposure but the topic of disease has
now replaced “water cooler chatter”. It is now normal to be young and yet have attended several funerals of friends who have died of cancer. I began to study nutrition and supplementation like I have never
studied it before – and I was no slacker during previous years. My son
was not going to succumb to a life of ill health – not on my watch! And
as I implemented my strategy I quickly learned that I did not have the
support of my peers, medical advisors, corporate America, government,
and certainly not the pharmaceutical drug industry which, of course,
would prefer I use their method of immune support – vaccinations! My desire to detoxify and arm the immune system was met with mockery
from nearly everyone I encountered until I slipped slowly into the
sub-subculture of natural health where I found acceptance, although
there is always reason to disagree. Some of the individuals I have come to admire most have been driven
from the country and have opened clinics in Tijuana, Mexico, and some
are merely isolated from their peers for practicing “quackery”.
Numerous medical doctors have become licensed naturopathics just so they
could drop ties to the pharmaceutical drug companies and actually help
people get well. Others try to lead their patients to better health by
carefully chosen words, trying to not upset the guarded mindset of those
who need to believe they are not being poisoned by the food they eat,
air they breathe, water they drink, and the very alluring appeal of
consumerism which is cloaked in chemicals. It occurred to me that I live in a country where the word “choice” is
a battle cry from every corner, an undeniable right, and yet there is
to be no choice when it involves caring for your health naturally. Your
health insurance provider will not reimburse you for it, the
pharmaceutical drug company will not tolerate it, and your doctor is not
allowed to recommend it. How is it we have come to this state of anti-choice when it involves
our health? We have excellent doctors who now must practice medicine
out of the country in sub-standard clinics and in turn will be
criticized by the drug industry for practicing medicine in sub-standard
conditions! The hypocrisy abounds. We are now the guinea pigs in a grand experiment of chemicals,
simmering in a pot of toxic soup just waiting to see who survives and
what mutant species emerges strong enough to withstand the poison of our
environment. Not only are we playing a nasty game of Russian roulette
with ourselves as we accept each new chemical being released into the
environment but we have absolutely no idea what happens when you mix
certain chemicals together. More than 3,000 synthetic chemicals are
regularly introduced to U.S. food products each year. Most have not been
tested for their toxin producing effects in the human body. The EPA
relies on safety data determined by the manufacturing company. Now let’s consider the medical profession’s tool to help us deal with
our toxic bodies shaking and burning with disease from all these
chemicals. Synthetic drugs that are, once again, toxic to our systems.
Consider this, seriously, when you observe pharmaceutical drugs being
pulled from the market after years of approval, as was the case with
Vioxx, a drug being used to treat arthritis responsible for causing
thousands of individuals to experience strokes and heart attacks before
the FDA finally stepped in and had the drug removed (the manufacturing
company actually knew of the danger four years before it was officially
pulled!); patients prescribed Propulsid for heartburn and also Rezulin
for diabetes experienced intestinal damage, heart arrhythmia and liver
toxicity; Mellaril – after five decades of use has been linked to heart
damage; Posicor, a treatment for angina and hypertension interacted
dangerously with 25 other medications; vaccines containing thimerosol
have now been linked to neurological disorders (however, the drug
companies denied the connection even while pulling the vaccines out of
U.S. clinics and shipping to third world countries for distribution!).
There are numerous similar reports. Please note, as dangerous as
thimerosol is to our health, it is still being used in some vaccinations
and you should always make sure your fu shot or vaccination does not
contain this mercury-laden preservative. So I ask you, why would you EVER trust the pharmaceutical drug
company to treat your ill-health? Why would you trust ANY drug when you
do not know which one will be later pulled following you dropping to the
floor? Considering the fact that the Journal of American Medical Association
revealed 106,000 people die each year in American hospitals from the
side effects of properly prescribed prescription medications, why would
you not do everything in your power to stop drugging yourself and
instead strengthen your immune system through natural means, buy organic
food, supplement your diet, and avoid chemicals every single chance you
get! We need to stop and consider the consequences of a modern age
constructed on the precept that life is better when created through
chemistry. Perhaps we have been heading in the wrong direction for 100
years and now need to strip our belief system down to one that can lead
us to a better quality of life. The first step: Denial of our
chemically laden reality will need to be shed if we are to change this
tragic course. Imagine if for the past 100 years we had put the same sort of effort
and financial resources into developing natural supplements, and
studying health rather than disease intervention – instead of developing
toxic drugs? Personal responsibility has never been more critical to
our continued survival. We have become so distracted by terrorism from outside forces, we did
not even notice the dangers lurking right inside the borders of this
country, legally operating and profiting from this new version of
chemical warfare being waged on our society! As we are lulled into a
false sense of security, adverse reactions to properly prescribed
medications have become the fourth leading cause of death in the U.S. Take a look at your own family and if you find that you are
constantly dealing with sickness, begin the journey today to get well.
It will not be found in a bottle of Robitusson, Tylenol, asthma inhaler,
shot of insulin, blood pressure medication, etc. but in a radical
change in your internal climate which can only be accomplished through
restricting chemical exposure in your food, water and air;
detoxification of the chemicals that are now currently making you sick;
supplying your body with the nutrients necessary to thrive rather than
just survive.

Best and Safest Strength Training for Young Athletes
Author
Ron Stratten, M.S.
Growing
young talent is a delicate and risky challenge. Strength training for
young athletes must be approached with caution. Parents often push their
children who play on sports-specific travel squads toward weight
training or, for some, personal trainers. But, what works best and what
method is safest? Because the legs are the foundation for almost every
outstanding performance, the focus should be on building leg strength,
speed, agility and coordination in a youngster whose muscles and body
are still developing. (continued below.....)
This chest workout from Abel Albonetti can be done anywhere. He won't be using any machines or free weights, but will instead only use resistance bands and body weight.
...(continued) Unfortunately, there has been no one approach that has proven
effective and safe. For many years young athletes have looked for a
simple way to build leg strength and speed by using ankle weights,
resistance bands or weighted vests and time spent in the weight room
with barbells and dumbbells. These solutions are cumbersome and often
harmful. A popular misconception has been that more is better. Adding more
weight means more strength, more repetitions mean more speed. But more
can mean problems for young bodies. Young athletes are developing at
different rates and must be dealt with individually. Light to moderate
weighted insoles can be an excellent answer for building young athletes'
lower body strength, speed and coordination. The weight can increase as
the athlete's body matures. Moreover, placing the weight below the
body's weight prevents the harmful injuries caused by carrying it above
young joints and allows the athlete to maintain a normal stride. Whether
the athlete is playing football, volleyball, basketball, or soccer, or
participating in track and field, speed, agility and the same overall
athleticism are the qualities young athletes and their parents are
seeking. Weighted insoles allow the young athlete to play a specific sport
while using them, unlike ankle weights resistance bands or weighted
vests, which must be removed during practice or competition. In other
words, you can take the weight room to the field or court! Weighted insoles can be safer than other weight training approaches
for young legs. Look for insoles that are light enough to accommodate
younger athletes eleven or twelve years and up. Six ounces seem to work
well with undeveloped beginners. As the young athlete practices and
develops more skills and as the body matures, he or she can move up to
the eight-ounce insole. Many companies recommend heavier weight to build
strength faster. Unfortunately, maintaining a normal stride length
(important for safe training) with more weight can be difficult. A well
planned workout with age-appropriate weights is a good basis for
strength training, just don’t go overboard! Look also, for a tool that can stabilize the heel and ankle area.
Early shoe choices are very important to parents wishing to insure the
healthy participation of their child in the sport of their choice. The
shoe companies oftentimes put their emphasis on the upper part of the
shoe and neglect the part of shoe that has the most direct contact with
the athlete: the shoe's liner or insole. Choose a weighted insole that
is comfortable and focuses on foot and ankle safety by stabilizing the
heel with a deep heel cup. The deep heel cup prevents the foot from
sliding inside the shoe, which creates an unstable foundation for the
athlete. There is no quick and easy way to develop strength. Weighted insoles
can make the journey safer, more convenient and more comfortable.
Carrying a small amount of weight with every step can make a positive
difference with each workout. They can be used in your favorite cross
trainers, walking shoes or running shoes. Weighted insoles provide a
training edge for any athlete who is striving to reach the next level
safely!

Under the
Second Amendment to the Constitution, We as U.S. citizens have the right
to bear arms. The Constitutional right to own and possess firearms is
one that few countries have. Here in the U.S., we have more guns per
person than any other country. Having the right doesn’t mean that
everyone owns a gun; here are three reasons why people choose to
purchase firearms.
Hunting: For as long as guns have been in existence they’ve been used
for hunting. Firearms hold serious advantages over bows in terms of
power and range. With a hunting rifle, a hunter can hit their target
well beyond double the distance they could with a bow. In addition to
the range advantage, it’s easier to obtain a kill shot with a rifle. Collecting: Just about anything can be collected, and guns are no
exception. Each gun collector collects for a different reason. Some
collectors focus on historical firearms. Others, own modern guns of
varying types and calibers. Still, other collectors take an interest in
the evolution of guns and own both historical and modern firearms. Protection: You don’t need to watch the news to know that we live in a
dangerous world. Many gun owners purchase firearms for self-defense.
It’s not uncommon for U.S. citizens to keep guns in their homes for home
protection. Every day, more and more people are taking classes and
obtaining concealed firearm licenses. Though no one ever wants to be in a
situation where they have to pull a gun, many would agree that it’s
better to be safe than sorry. Whatever your reasons for buying guns, they have to come from
somewhere. In addition to buying retail goods and groceries online,
today’s world also allows for online purchases of firearms. When
purchasing guns online, be careful in selecting the merchant using only
reputable websites. Unlike other products, firearms that are purchased online can’t be
shipped directly to your door. Instead, guns are sent to a Federal
Firearm License (FFL) dealer of your choosing. Once the FFL dealer has
received your gun, you can pick it up at their store after completing
the necessary background check.
Purchasing firearms online is often a great way to find deals and
save money. Using the internet to buy guns also broadens the selection
that is available to you. Before buying guns online, do your research on
the dealer and ultimately, use your best judgment.
If you are looking to purchase a firearm in the State of
Kentucky checks out Bragg About it Guns and Ammo. Their Kentucky Gun
Shop is family owned and offer a wide range of rifles and shotguns in
Harrodsburg.
Money is something we can all relate to, and
it’s a basic necessity in life. The world tells us that the more of it
we have, the better our lives will be. However, this message traps us
into chasing after wealth while becoming progressively more miserable
and unhappy. When it comes down to the basics, we must decide whether to
trust in money or in God.
We’ve all had situations when we heard clear directions from God
after praying about an issue we were struggling with. We may have
wondered where the money would come from to put things in motion, and
pulled back in fear when we didn’t see it immediately forthcoming.
However, God never tells us to do something without providing the means
to succeed in it. He supplies all our needs according to His riches in
glory in Christ Jesus. Hearing from God requires that we step out in faith, even when it
looks like the money just isn’t there. We mustn’t be fooled; His grace
has made available to us everything we need in life—including physical
wealth. Believing this positions us to receive from Him. Out of God’s
abundance we’ve all been supplied with one grace after another, and gift
heaped upon gift. Abraham, known for his great faith, trusted whatever God told him; he
ultimately became very rich in cattle, silver, and gold. Conversely,
when Jesus had the conversation with the rich young ruler, the young
man’s response to Jesus indicated that he trusted more in his wealth
than in God. There’s nothing wrong with having money, but loving it more
than God leads to great sorrow. God wants to bless us, financially as well as in all other areas. Our
faith in this brings forth manifestations of the riches of His grace.
Relying on Him makes us rich in peace, joy, and everything else that
makes life worth living. Prayer: Lord, You gave us biblical instructions on how to handle money and
maintain a right relationship with it because You know how greatly it
can influence us. We can trust in You, and not in unreliable worldly
possessions, to give us exactly what we need for an abundant, prosperous
life. Thank You. In Jesus’ name, amen. Scriptures: Philippians 4:19 John 1:16, AMPC Genesis 13:2 Mark 10:17-22 1 Timothy 6:10 Ephesians 1:7 For more on how placing more trust in God than in money affects our
finances and every other area in life, click on the link for the DVD, Trusting God with Your Finances.
I
recently published "Girl Let's Read Your Bible Notes" which is for sale
on Amazon. Many people were shocked when this was published and when
the sales sky rocketed. I, Nicolle Stinson, have been questioned, how could this have
happened. My answer? God. Although I continue to hear doubt from many,
I decided that sharing my testimony and my calling may encourage and
explain and possibly benefit another.
So here goes. My Spiritual Journey: Hello, my name is Nicolle Stinson, and here is the story of my
spiritual journey. I live in upstate New York and have lived there all
my life.I am a wife to a wonderful man. I am a mom of four grown
daughters and one 5 year-old daughter. I currently work in web
development from home. My husband works full time and we enjoy camping
together in the summer and are very active in our local church and in
our community. My Youth: I grew up in a home that didn’t speak of church. I was introduced to
Jesus through a church group in school and accepted Him as my savior.
My childhood was troubled from the age of 11, however, as my parents
divorced and my mother worked most of the time. One day, at one of the
church groups at school, a church worker had told me I hadn’t colored my
picture well enough. That was the beginning of me believing the lies
of the enemy. I began to be very insecure and believe I wasn’t good
enough. As my teen years came, I covered my insecurities with partying
and boys. Finding Jesus Again : Into adulthood: I had four children, 3 failed marriages and thought a
successful career would prove to the world that I wasn’t a mess.
Still, I felt empty. One day, while I was working an overtime shift, my
babysitter took my children to a church youth group and they came home
excited. Over a few weeks their excitement became contagious and I
ventured into the church. That was it. Jesus grabbed me by the heart
and my prodigal journey ended.
Another prodigal journey: I soon learned that sin can sometimes have a very firm grip on you. I
gave in to the enemy again and did not fully surrender to Jesus.
Another decade came of abusing alcohol, drugs, my family. I even hurt
members at church. I was hurting people because there was so much pain
in me and I couldn’t make it go away. Rock bottom came. I agreed to
unethical decisions in my career in exchange for a large monetary bonus.
I told myself it was ok since no one was getting hurt. The end
result? An arrest. Public shame. Guilt. Days of crying out to God
because I had no where left to go. God called me : One day, I had been up all night and had decided to walk with my
3-year-old to the convenience store around the block to get her
breakfast and myself a coffee. The store was right past the church. As
I was walking past the church, something made me stop and I clearly
heard "Go inside". I was so tired from not sleeping I simply shook my
head and tried to keep walking. I took another step and again heard the
voice as clearly as the last time, "Go inside". I said out loud. "I
can’t. And again, I heard "Go inside". I then told my daughter "We
have to go in the church". She just happily agreed. I went in and felt
so welcome and peaceful. I made amends with each person I hurt and my
prodigal journey ended that day. Since then I have had an undeniable hunger for God’s Word. I have a
new found understanding of His Word and my walk with Him is new and I am
finally free. On Christmas Eve, I was called to ministry. I was not sure at first
the type of ministry as I was just given "return". After much prayer
and contemplation, I am now aware that I am called to exhortation, the
strong encouragement of women to return to God’s Word and return to
their walk with God. I have since, started a women’s ministry to read and study God’s Word
together over a year and encourage each other along the way. This
ministry grew to 1700 members in under 2 months time! Praise God! I
also published a Bible journal that prompts you to journal your thoughts
each day while reading your Bible. This is not something I would have
ever imagined doing. God has been moving in my life each day since I
surrendered to Him! My Spiritual Journey Leads to a Pursuing Life Coach Certificate at CLI : I find myself more and more joyful each day, waking with a desire and
hunger for God. I also have a new found love for encouragement. I now
have words for others that I have never had before. A Life Coach
Certificate from CLI will be beneficial to me as it will further help me
in my dream and hope for others to be ever uplifted in their walk with
the Lord. Reflecting God in My Life: pray each day for God to open my heart and open my eyes to His will
for me. I am living my life for today and with great hope for the
future. I know God will provide all that I need and CLI will be part of
my path.

It isn't
very often that people have the time to go to gyms and work out. That is
why it is important to have something that can substitute all the
workouts performed at the gym without ever having to straddle yourself
to the ground or fatigue your body out immediately. Performing these
exercises on the road or in the office is the best thing you can do when
it comes to staying fit. When you do any of the routines, you won't
need too much space. They are also easy to store. The stretch band that
connects the handles is quite easy to put away and won't tangle. (Continued below.......)
Did you know that bands can help you build muscle and improve your PRs? Learn how bands can have you training harder and more efficiently than you ever thought possible!
(continued......) Resistance bands can give you almost all the workouts that machines
can provide in one overall package. You can do triceps, biceps as well
as chest, shoulders and legs. And whether you're just starting to get in
shape or have been a long time exercise buff, there will be resistance
bands exercises to suit your need. It's a great tool that allows you to
be flexible with your exercises. So what is a resistance band? Well it
is a piece of rubber usually, sometimes if you buy more expensive ones,
they have handles at either end, though a tough piece of rubber is going
to work fine. The resistance band is used for resistance training,
where you will look the band under your foot, around a column, around a
chair, under a chair, whatever you need to do to make it work.
Resistance bands come in different lengths and with different
resistances too, if you want a harder workout for example. The great
thing with a resistance band is that it offers resistance in both the
concentric contractions and the eccentric contraction, which is
basically when your muscle is tensed, and is either getting shorter, or
longer respectively. The following is a simple routine that will work the majority of your
muscles as groups, along with some isolation exercises that will work
specific muscles. Warm up and stretch thoroughly and give it a try: For the upper body, start by warming up the shoulders with four (4)
sets of Overhead Presses, at about 10 repetitions per set. With this
movement, form is king. Body stays erect, abdominal muscles tight, and
press through smoothly with both arms simultaneously or one arm at a
time. Overhead Press - Step onto the middle of a tube or band. Bring the
handles up to the shoulders with palms facing forward and elbows pointed
down toward the floor. From this starting position, with spine erect
(never leaned forward) and stomach muscles tight, press the handles or
band loops straight overhead. Try to keep your hands, elbows and arms
perpendicular to your shoulders. After you've performed the recommended
10-12 repetitions, rest for 20-30 seconds and then repeat for a total of
four sets. For more resistance, widen your foot spacing or use a
thicker band/tube. Then progress to alternating sets of Chest Presses and Low-Rows. Do
four (4) sets of each with enough tension that you can only do about 6-8
repetitions. Do 6-8 reps of Chest Press, rest for as long as it takes
to get comfortably into position for the Low Rows, and begin your Low
Rows. These combined push/pull combinations are known as "super-sets".
After you have performed one set of both exercises, rest for a moment
and repeat. Just don't rest too long in between sets. You want to keep
your muscles warm once you get them rolling. Chest Press - Drape the loop of your band or tube over the shoulders
and lower it to about the center of the shoulder blade area. With elbows
in against the sides of your body, push outwards with palms down and
forward. The hands should remain at the same level (parallel to the
floor) as you push through to full extension. After you've performed the
recommended 6-8 repetitions, move directly into position to do your set
of Low Rows. Repeat for a total of four stets. For more resistance,
wrap the band/tube around the torso or use a thicker band/tube. Low Row - While seated on the floor, legs straight out in front of
you, loop the middle portion of your band or tube over your feet,
allowing it to settle into the indentation of your arch. With your upper
body erect, shoulders slightly pushed back (like sticking out your
chest) pull back on the handles as far as you can while keeping your
arms close to your sides, elbows in. Your grip should be such that your
palms are facing each other. After you've performed the recommended 6-8
repetitions, rest for 30 seconds and then get into position to do your
next set of Chest Presses. Repeat for a total of four stets. For more
resistance, widen your leg separation, or wrap the band/tube around your
feet, or use a thicker band/tube. From there, perform some alternating sets of Triceps Extensions and
Biceps Curls. Here again, get in four (4) good sets of 6-8 repetitions
each. Triceps Extension - Step onto the middle of a tube or band. Bring the
handles up to the shoulders with palms facing behind you and elbows
pointed up toward the ceiling. From this starting position, with spine
erect (never leaned forward or backward) and stomach muscles tight,
press the handles or band loops straight overhead while keeping the
elbows stationary. The upper arm does not move during this exercise,
only the forearm portion, pivoting at the elbow. Make sure you keep your
elbows in near your head, not allowed to point out to the sides. After
you've performed the recommended 6-8 repetitions, move directly into the
starting position for Biceps Curls. For more resistance, widen your
foot spacing or use a thicker band/tube. Biceps Curl - Step onto the middle of a tube or band. With feet
shoulder width apart, palms facing forward and elbows in tight to the
sides of your body, curl the handles up to within a few of inches of
your shoulders. In this exercise the upper arms again remain stationary,
so you are only allowing the forearms to curl up by pivoting at the
elbow. After you've performed the recommended 6-8 repetitions, rest for
30 seconds before getting back into position for your next set of
Triceps Extensions. For more resistance, widen your foot spacing or use a
thicker band/tube. Next, do some Band Squats. Stick to the usual four (4) sets of 6-8
repetitions. Focus on form and control here. The upper torso needs to
stay erect throughout the entire movement. Squat down until your thighs
parallel to the floor. If you are physically able to do so, just squat
down as far as you comfortably can. Also, if the bands are too
cumbersome, set them aside and perform a standard Body-weight Squat
instead. Band Squats - Step onto the middle of a tube or band. With feet
shoulder width apart, bring your handles up to shoulder level, elbows
bent and pointed down. Keeping the upper torso erect and abdominals
tight, sit straight down as if to sit on a chair, and stop when the
upper legs (thighs) are about parallel to the floor, and then stand back
up. After you've performed the recommended 6-8 repetitions, rest for 30
seconds and then repeat for a total of four sets. For more resistance
use a thicker band/tube.
Finally, finish up your work-out with some Bent-Leg Sit-ups and
Alternating Side Planks to strengthen the core. These are free-hand
exercises and require no bands or equipment. Do one or two sets of as
many repetitions of the sit-ups as you can. Perform the side plank (with
perfect form) and hold for 30 to 90 seconds on each side. No matter what exercise gadgetry or device you decide to go with, the
most important thing is for you to have as much savings as possible.
Resistance bands, with the affordable prices they come with, are
probably the cheapest overall exercise item that you will ever see in
the market. Aside from the price itself, just think of how much you are
bound to save when you no longer have to get gym memberships since you
can perform all of the resistance bands exercises at home or anywhere
you go. You also don't have to worry about breakage, since they are
quite elastic and have been tested to withstand any kind of impact.

Stanislaus County, California — The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office released body camera footage, showing the moments when Deputy Saul McNaul and Good Samaritan John Phelps rushed to the rescue after seeing a pickup truck veer off the road and burst into flames.
The incident happened on June 21 around 2:40 p.m. while the deputy was patrolling in the Knight's Ferry area around Highway 120/108 near Willms Road. Investigators are still trying to figure out what led to the accident, but said they don’t think drugs or alcohol contributed to the crash. Create an Incident Command Post using vehicle accessories such as tailgate tents, lights and flags

Renee Christenson
When
fires break out or accidents happen, emergency response teams are quick
to arrive on the scene. Fast response is necessary in order to save
lives and property. Anyone involved in an incident relies on the police,
fire fighters or other responders at the scene to act quickly, organize
efficiently, and make life-saving decisions. In such hectic conditions,
organization is imperative and establishing the incident command post
to coordinate response activities is top priority. It can often be
difficult to distinguish which response vehicle is coordinating efforts,
which is why custom vehicle accessories make all the difference.
Accessories such as easy to set up EMS vehicle tents and lighting that
can turn any response vehicle into a clearly designated incident command
post are important tools for first responders. These vehicle
accessories are making a hugely positive impact on incident management. The need to take orders from a single center is quite clear. The
accident scene is full of many responders and all of them are on the
scene to offer valuable assistance needed. However, the fact that so
many people are on scene with a wide variety of emergency vehicles may
create confusion. Any additional amount of confusion can easily lead to loss of lives
that would otherwise have been prevented. Experts have noted that such
mistakes have contributed to unfortunate happenings at accident scenes,
they have since developed products and recommended the implementation of
a mobile incident command center. The responders are therefore
coordinated from the command vehicle identified by a clearly marked
canopy, flag and lighting. Personnel arriving on scene shouldn't have to ask "Where's the
command post?" But finding a sedan - or SUV - size command post in a sea
of massive fire and rescue apparatus can pose a challenge. With EMS
vehicle Command Post Flag and Light any vehicle can be identified by the
green "CP" flag and a green beacon mounted on a collapsible, 10´
aluminum, shock-corded pole that attaches to the side of the chosen
response vehicle via extra strong magnets. The beacon is visible from
two miles away and can be set to stay lit or to flash. First Responder vehicle canopies were designed and created
specifically to aid rescuers who will be arriving in different vehicle
types. You may have even seen these accessories used in some of your
favorite shows like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. These canopies are
adjustable to fit the rear opening of most emergency vehicle trucks,
SUV's and vans. EMS vehicle tents are lightweight, easy to stow and
quick to set up.
These custom vehicle canopies are also designed to protect valuable
equipment including computers, radios, fax machines and coordination
materials by offering extended protection from the elements four feet
beyond the rear of the vehicle. This easily provides enough space and
shelter for up to 4 professionals on the scene to operate equipment and
coordinate efforts. As most responders know, accidents are never
convenient, which is why the additional lighting proves to be useful at
night. This design is engineered specifically to aid the mobile rescue
unit. Accident victims rely on responders and responders rely training and
having the right equipment accessible. First responders are finding
great value in EMS vehicle accessories such as easy up truck tents with
command post markings and lighting.
Renee Christenson invented the Bumperchute®, a tailgate
canopy that transforms the rear area of an emergency responder vehicle
into a mobile incident command post. These EMS vehicle tents were designed specifically for first responders, but have been finding popularity as recreational truck tents for events as well.
