Lose Your Saggy Arms Fat Fast
By: Joe Gagliano
Saggy Arm Fat Exercises Firm Up Your Arms Fast
Alot of women tend to have problems with excess arm fat or saggy arm
syndrome. We are going to look at some arm specific exercises and how
doing a total body workout will help you a great deal to get rid of your
saggy arm fat. I am sure you have heard that trying to spot reduce any
body part doesn't work. Usually spot reduction is associated with your
abs but it goes for any muscle group. Only concentrating on
specific exercises for a particular body part are not going to get it
done. Saggy arm fat, get a firm butt, slender thighs or to get tight
abs. Yes I do reccomend doing some specific body part exercises (we will
get to that in a minute) but the bulk of your workouts to get rid of
that arm fat is a total body workout. Total body workouts
concentrate on using exercises that use more than one muscle group. As
an example your workouts should always include 3-4 of the following
exercises. * Squats * will work not only your Legs(get slender
thighs) but also tighten your Abs, Lower Back and is great cardio and
burn fat from all over your body. * Deadlifts * Legs, Back, Arms, Abs (my personall favorite) cardio * Clean and Press * Legs, Back, Arms, Abs, Delts and cardio (another of my favorites) * Dips * Chest, Shoulders and Triceps * Pull-Ups * Arms, Shoulders and Back * Incline Bench Press * Upper chest, Triceps, Shoulders * Burpees * (with or without added weight) Legs, Chest, Unreal cardio and Fat Burning There
are others but hopefully you get the idea. As I said 3-4 exercises -
3-5 sets - 3-8 reps. Work heavy (yes ladies you to you want to get rid
of that saggy arm fat right?) use intensity and cut down on your rest
time between sets(for added fat burning).
Before I give you some
arm specific exercises let's touch on one other main point. Nutrition.
Without eating clean your efforts in your workouts will fall short. You
Can't Out Train A Lousy Diet. Hopefully you know the drill 4-5 meals a
day, lean beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits and drink water. But
we are not talking nutrition here but how to get rid of saggy arm fat so
let's continue. As we talked about do your total body workouts
3-4 compound exercises then if you feel the need 1-2 workouts a week (
in reality once a week should be plenty) do one bicep and one tricep
exercise from this list. If you are working your compound exercises hard do 2-3 sets and keep your reps a little higher 8-10. Biceps: * Barbell Bicep Curls * * Dumbell Curls * * Reverse Grip Chin-Ups * Palms facing you Triceps: * Close Grip Bench Press * * Diamond Push-Ups * * Two Arm Dumbbell Tricep Extension * So
there it is the fastest way to get rid of saggy arm fat, get a firm
butt, slender thighs and tight abs. Concentrate on the compound
exercises, workout with intensity, add weight when you can or cut down
on rest between sets. And don't forget about your eating.
Bonus Exercise:
Kettlebell Swings - Perhaps the best total body
exercise there is. Works your butt, hamstrings and lower back and
extreme cardio and fat burning. If your not doing swings learn how and
get them into your workouts you'll thank me. trust me on this one.

Motivation for Getting Healthy
By: Jeremy Nelms
Get ready to think. A lot. By the end, you’ll understand the reason why.
In
the 14 years that I have been a fitness professional and helped people
lose weight, much has changed. The systems used today to help people
lose weight are based on a lot more knowledge, research, and valuable
real-world experience. In fact, dropping body fat really has never been
simpler to achieve. Immeasurably better exercise programming,
strong awareness of the need for crucial recovery, greatly improved
nutrition research: it all adds up to a program that helps people lose
weight faster than ever. So, if that’s the case: why are so many giving up after frustrated attempts at losing weight? The
brutally honest answer is a lack of consistency. Because think about
it: consistently following a system that has been proven over and over
again to create weight loss… is GOING to cause weight loss! So, next question: if consistency is the issue, why aren’t people consistent? Admittedly,
it takes work to lose bodyfat. You’ll need to work hard. You’ll need
to choose quality food. You’ll need to rest properly. You’ll even be a
little hungry, sometimes, no matter what the latest diet book or guru
says. But…(the next logical question): why is it that some
people can maintain consistency and successfully lose weight, while
others seem unable to do so? For nearly everyone, the answer is…
motivation. Nearly every time, it will be the people with an
exceptionally strong "reason why" who achieve their goals and get into
new and improved clothing sizes. Knowing this, it’s time to look
inside: what is YOUR motivation for fitness, losing weight, being
healthy, and improving your body?
Is it, in general, to "look
better"? I can assure you that this shallow reason has resulted in
failure for nearly everyone we’ve trained. In fact, we don’t train
anyone anymore who can only answer their "reason why" with, "I want to
look better." Looking better simply is not a strong enough
motivator to lose weight. Period. Go back to the drawing board, or
more precisely, into the deep recesses of your mind, and find a better
reason. Is your reason why so that you can have a better quality
of life, in terms of your day-to-day activities? Experience shows that
not even the "better quality of life" answer will create consistent
action . For some, it takes the deep emotional pain of hearing
their children or grand children say "I want to be really big like mommy"
or "I wish my daddy would play with me like your daddy does" before they
truly realize what has happened to their body. The reality is that
it’s not until people are able to provide an extremely specific reason
for improving their quality of life that consistency begins to shine
through . And where consistency shines through, results follow. But
we're still not done. Because, unfortunately, time and time again, it
is a medical scare or injury that leads to the most successful weight
loss success stories. However, by then, for all too many people, it is
literally too late. As hard as this is to hear, by this time, it may be
over.
A fatal heart attack or stroke does not allow someone the opportunity to change their habits, does it?
So,
truly, the answer to weight loss is this: after finding a STRONG,
life-changing, compelling "reason why" as your motivation, consistently
take action and apply the proven principles of dropping body fat.
It’s
simple, really. Find the most emotional, most drastic, most rewarding
or most painful reason to change your life. Either way, when you truly
FEEL those emotions, you should either want to jump up and down and tell
everyone (reward-based motivation), or you should be crying (pain-based
motivation).
Do you truly want consistency? Find reasons on
BOTH ends of the spectrum! If you can achieve that, your likelihood of
success increases beyond measure.
Spend time thinking about
this. Get out a notebook and write down your answers for your "reason
why". Pray and ask God to reveal some of your deepest emotions, both
positive and negative. Later this week and in the coming months ahead,
we’ll start looking at some Biblical reasons for being healthy that I
believe are going to forever change your life.
Stay tuned, find your reason why, and God bless you richly.

Today’s installment of Real World Police take us to Cotter, Arkansas
where an officer has just attempted a traffic stop only to have the
vehicle take off on him. Speeds during the pursuit were reported as
hitting 140+ miles per hour and the officer’s siren bizarrely stopped
working mid-pursuit. (Continued below................)
Fortunately for Sergeant Joel Richardson, the car's occupants caught
themselves by wrecking their car... and taking off into the woods.
Watch as Chase and Chad Pollard, both on felony probation out of Crosby,
Texas, get arrested in The Natural State. The twins were each sentenced
to two 30-day jail terms which ran concurrently, and to three years in
jail, to be suspended upon successful completion of their probation.
They were also each assessed fines and fees of $2,670.
Select court
records from the twins' prosecution are shown on screen at the end of
the video.
Note: The original audio was painfully loud & distorted. This is a
huge improvement.
A less-expected update: Sergeant Joel Richardson resigned from the
Cotter Police Department on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 following a verbal
confrontation with deputies from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office.
In an incident report filed the preceding Saturday (8/17) Deputy Austin
Morrison wrote that he arrived at Combs Avenue in Cotter at 9:47 p.m. on
8/17 in response to two calls about fireworks being discharged in the
area. Upon arrival, the deputy reported that he found a large group of
people standing outside, with music coming from a side-by-side utility
vehicle.
While speaking to the group about fireworks and the noise, Morrison
alleged that Richardson identified himself as a sergeant with the Cotter
Police Department. (Richardson was one of the people in the group.)
Morrison wrote that Richardson had his portable police radio on and
monitoring dispatch. Richardson told Morrison that there were no noise
ordinances for commercial properties inside Cotter city limits, and that
“they had every right to play loud music there because it is commercial
property.”
Morrison took notice of the fact that Richardson had a baseball bat next
to him, then advised the group to keep the noise down and left the
property to meet with his supervisor, Sgt. Doug Meurer.
Sgt. Meurer wrote in a supplemental report that after discussing the
situation, both officers returned to the property. On their return, the
officers noticed no loud music being played and the side-by-side was no
longer at the scene.
Meurer's report continues with the following: “I asked how everyone was
doing and asked if there had been a misunderstanding about loud music.
Immediately a male stood up holding a baseball bat and told me that we
were harassing them and that we needed to leave them alone.”
The male
was Richardson.
Meurer states that he explained to the property owner that while the
Sheriff’s Office doesn't enforce city ordinances, it does enforce state
laws and that if they received complaints they could issue a disorderly
conduct citation.
“At that time, Joel, who was still holding the baseball bat (and)
tossing it between his hands back and forth, started arguing with me
stating that I could not write a ticket for disorderly conduct on
commercial property in the city limits. I informed him that Cotter did
not have an officer working, so when we are covering calls, we are going
to play by my rules, and that they were the same set of rules for
anywhere else in the county,” Meurer wrote in his report.
"While
speaking with Joel, I noticed a portable radio that was monitoring the
Sheriff's Office channel laying on the bench where they were gathered."
As Meurer and Morrison left the area, Richardson "began speaking in an
argumentative manner."
The City of Cotter reportedly does have an ordinance in place addressing
public nuisances inside the city limits, and that ordinance makes no
distinction between residential and commercial properties. It
specifically mentions "loud music" as being a violation.
Shifting from factual reporting to opinion, that doesn't sound
resignation-worthy. Either something else happened, or the report's
language is an exceptionally-toned-down recitation of events. I am
looking into this and will let you know what I find.

Many small businesses that are expanding internationally ask themselves what is the best way to translate their content.
Professional
translation could be very expensive, and the option to use automatic
translation for free (or close to it) can be very tempting. Every owner
of a small business knows that a few compromises here and there are
necessary, but when it comes to website content it is very important to
know a few things.
Google Translate vs. Bablic: Translation quality
Google
Translate is a great tool, but the translation quality is definitely
not enough for a business to appear professional in front of its
customers.
Maybe in a few years things will be different, as machine translation is making tremendous progress, but we’re not there yet.
As
a website owner you always want to be in control of your content, and
make sure your message is always sharp and precise. You want to convey
competence by using clear sentences and correct terminology, and engage
your customers emotionally by sharing your values.
Clear
and effective content can do miracles for your sales. This is why
Bablic provides a base of machine translation but allows you to edit
your content manually, either by yourself or by inviting collaborators.
The
final touches are the ones that are going to win your customers over.
And if you have something particularly important that needs an extra
hand you can request professional translation with just one click.
Automated
translation services such as Google Translate do not allows such
flexibility. On the other hand, with Bablic your translated content will
be just as effective as your original one and trust me, your foreign
customers will notice.
Google Translate vs. Bablic: Styling and CSS
Translation
of text is not the only thing you want to look at. Translating into a
language with longer words (for example Russian, German and others) can
easily result in styling issues within the site. Text exceeding margins,
menus taking up too many lines and other similar issues.
With
Google Translate you will not be able to control the final appearance
on your site. As any business you probably put a lot of effort into your
website’s design, it’s a shame if your customers don’t see it
correctly.
Bablic lets you fix all
these issues until your site looks 100% professional in every language.
And, most importantly, without having to touch the code, as everything
is done through a visual interface. This will help you localize all elements in the page, including forms, shopping carts, checkouts, ajax, meta content and more.
Google Translate vs. Bablic: SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Lastly,
search engines – and especially Google – like to see new content. The
more content you have on the site and the higher the chances of
achieving a higher SEO ranking.
Also, as search engines want to show relevant and local search
results to its users, local languages are a major boost to a site
visibility. In fact, one of the main reasons why you are considering
adding languages is probably SEO.
Well,
you should know that any content translated using Google Translate only
has absolutely no relevance for SEO purposes. Google Bots can detect
the Translate widget, and they recognized if a specific text is human or
machine generated. If the content is recognized as original and
high-quality it will contribute to the site’s SEO ranking. If it is not,
it will be considered irrelevant as the original text before the
translation remains the most reliable source of content.
This
is why it’s usually best not to simply use machine translation (Google,
Bing, or anything similar) on a website. At the end of the day good
content – whether it is product descriptions, tutorials or anything else
– will continue being the main attraction for your customers and for search engines.
“For we have not an high
priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but
was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin” (Hebrews
4:15).
Jesus was also God in human
form; during His earthly ministry He endured everything we go through
today. Far from being an impersonal, faraway deity, Jesus can fully
identify with every experience we go through in life.

Wanna know a sure way to hear God's voice? Find out how in our latest video!
Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
Psalm 150:6
We're
created to praise God. Some people don't know that. When the praise
service starts, they sit back and say, "I'm not comfortable with all
that singing and shouting. I guess praise is just not my thing." Yes, it is! According to the Bible, if you breathe, you were meant to praise. And
don't try to slip by with saying, "Well, I have praise in my heart."
That's not enough. The Word says you need to have it in your mouth as
well (Psalms 34:1)! Psalm 132:9 says, "Let thy saints shout for joy."
You can't shout and be quiet at the same time. When you first
begin to truly praise, it may seem awkward to you, but if you'll keep it
up, it will become a way of life. Why? Because praise causes the glory
of God to manifest in your life. It causes you to walk in the light of
His countenance (Psalms 89:15). It will start a revival inside of you! "But, Gloria, if I start to praise like that, people will think I'm some kind of fanatic." Well,
good! Did you know that every revival in history has been started by
people the world considered absolute fanatics? God does things
differently than the world. So when you set aside your inhibitions and
start letting His Spirit operate through you, you're going to look
strange to those who are strangers to His ways...but you're going to
look glorious to the Lord! And, by the way, don't just think of
praising Him in the congregation. Praise Him in your own private prayer
time and throughout your day. Learn to maintain an attitude of praise
and thanksgiving. When praise becomes natural to you in your own private
life, it won't be difficult to praise Him in the midst of the
congregation. Are you longing for a revival of God's presence in
your life? Are you tired of just hearing about the glorious
manifestations of His power in the past? Then open your mouth and your
heart and do what God has created you to do. Praise!
