We are getting set to welcome a whole new group of trainers to the SweatFlix.com family. We have some amazing new programs that have launched, and more that
are on the way, including Boxing and our new CrossHiit workout, BR20 and
BRX. We even have a 12 minute Fasted Hiit workout, specifically for
female intermittent fasters. We are really trying to bring you guys the
best workouts online. A lot of you that have been part of our #fitfam for years are excited
about the new workouts and trainers. We all have our favorite person
that we like to train with, but BodyRock is a team. When a new player
comes to your favorite team, it doesn’t mean that you have to like your favorites any less, or that they have become somehow less important.
Teams work because everyone contributes. Winning teams prevail because
everyone shows up from the heart. What I can tell you is that everyone
of our new trainers and coaches have that dedication, and are showing up
for you from the heart. Sean and Lisa have set the bar really high, and
they are determined to train with us at that level. Most of our trainers are new to the video space. They are trying to
overcome nerves and their own performance fears. They are looking for a
way to connect and be welcomed into our community. If you can, please take a moment to make them feel welcomed. Say hi, introduce yourself, give them a follow on Instagram. Let’s help them feel like they are part of our team. I remember when Lisa first started. Many of you have come into
BodyRock attracted by her magnetic personality and amazing fitness, but
when Lisa first started, she was stepping into the shoes of our original
trainer Zuzana. Not everyone was welcoming. Not everyone was happy
about the change. Not everyone wanted a new trainer. There was pretty
close to open hostility at the possibility Lisa would be leading the
workouts. I was there filming, and I know that the resistance put up by
the community to this change was really hard on all of us - especially
her. Eventually, and it took the better part of that year, Lisa was able
to win over her critics and fully step into her new role. Can you imagine not welcoming Lisa or Sean all those years ago? Me
either. When you open your heart to people who are all heart, some
amazing things happen.
Lisa and Sean are central to BodyRock and we have no plans for them
to go anywhere. They have a central place as long as they want, and
hopefully they are leading BodyRock seniors in a few decades from now! We all have our favorites. Favorite songs, favorite friends, favorite trainers. But at BodyRock we are a team and a family. The more
heart, passion and inspiration we can pull into this, the more we all
can learn, evolve and grow. Let’s love our family and our team, and
welcome our new trainers with the kind of openness and warmth that we
treat any new BodyRockers. With love, Freddy
There can be so many symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome which can

and hormones back on track!
PCOS – Awareness , Symptoms AND Treatment.
By: Rakshit Agrawal
PCOS which stands for Polycystic
Ovarian Syndrome is basically caused through various hormonal imbalances
in the human body. There is no specific cause or reason known for this
syndrome, though Stress is considered to be one of the main causes of
hormonal havoc in the body which can lead to PCOS. This syndrome is very
common among women and thus its awareness is increasing now. Though it
is not fatal or something to hide about a person going through this
syndrome must consult a doctor and take treatment and make some
lifestyle changes. People may scare you that it can be cancerous/
malignant but in most it is benign, do not panic or get fooled.
With the modernization of time the lifestyles of people have changed
drastically. There is more stress on women be it managing their homes,
families, personal affairs or jobs. Also the environmental changes cause
hormonal fluctuations in the body as there is more pollution, more
adulteration in the fruits and vegetables people consume, more resort to
junk and processed foods. All these changes affect our body directly
and hence there is a need for PCOS Awareness. Though it may just occur
on the ovaries it grows over a period of time and its symptoms are not
abrupt. Women must be observant about their menstrual cycles and behavioral patterns.
Few common symptoms of PCOS are as follows -
- Sudden acute pain in the abdomen area mostly left or right side wherever the cyst is
- Having too much acne on the face mostly around the chin area
- Increased growth is facial hair
- Irregular periods etc.
Just like any other health problem has a certain treatment and cure,
there is treatment for PCOS as well. First and foremost visit a good
reputed gynecologist. There are different types of treatments of PCOS
among which one common treatment is being prescribed to an oral hormonal
pill. It is a very safe option and not all hormonal pills lead to
weight gain. It is fine to take painkillers as the pain is unbearable
and stays for long hours. Along with medicine a person must make
necessary changes in one’s lifestyle. On the priority avoid getting
overstressed on anything and let go of things bothering your mind. Do
not jump or do any heavy duty exercise which involves any abdominal
movements. Keep a check on your mood swings.
Polycystic ovaries
and diet plan have to go parallel. Because there are lot of restrictions
on the movements of a person suffering with PCOS and cannot exercise ,
so it is very important to keep a check on the diet intake and the
person must make a diet plan and follow it to keep the weight in check
and avoid obesity. There are no specific ‘eat or not to eat’ type of
foods for the ladies suffering with tis syndrome. A person can eat
anything but in moderation to avoid a huge gain weight.
PCOS is a
painful syndrome – for some pain occurs at its beginning and for some
the pain occurs much later after the cyst has grown, no one really knows
the main cause. But there is nothing to panic and can be cured with
treatment from doctors.

America: Both Sides of a Coin
By: Fred Eghobor
Since its founding on July 4, 1776, America has lived up to its ideals
as a nation and has been a true force for good in the world. The United
States remains the world’s only superpower following the disintegration
of the former Soviet Union. America rules the world not because
of its size, but because of its firm foundation, and the resilience,
brilliance and imaginative husbandry of its resources – both human and
material. For over half a century now, the United States has
maintained the best and strongest military known to man and has used its
military edge to remain the dominant power, shaping a global
environment that is conducive to its values and interests. The
U.S. and its allies, under the visionary leadership of President
Franklin D. Roosevelt and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill,
ended World War II, thwarting Hitler’s ambition to be the dominant
global power. After the defeat of Nazi Germany and the end of
the war, the U.S. did not merely leave the vanquished to lick their
wounds. Instead, it cared. America took the initiative to rebuild
Western Europe by providing economic support through the Marshall Plan,
and in the process, gave its former adversaries the opportunity for a
new beginning.
Apparently, to serve a noble cause, the American
military has been involved in several other international conflicts.
Between 1990 and 1991, America (with its allies) stopped Saddam
Hussein’s brazen attempt to annex Kuwait. When the Serbs in the former
Yugoslavia, under the leadership of Serbian President Slobodan
Milosevic, engaged in "ethnic cleansing" to rid Kosovo of ethnic
Albanians, the U.S. and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)
intervened decisively to stop the carnage and halt the genocide.
Milosevic was arraigned before the International Court of Justice in The
Hague for atrocities against humanity. Besides military
successes, America has been on the leading edge of science and
technology. The innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of its people is
unsurpassed. Most human-made inventions bear an America’s signature. The
Wright brothers invented the "big bird" (airplane); Henry Ford
developed the automobile, and hardworking Americans built the first
railway during the Industrial Revolution. America leads in
solar system exploration. Through sheer determination and doggedness, it
ventured into uncharted territories and stunned the world by landing on
the moon. In its decision to do so, President John F. Kennedy, in his
address before a joint session of Congress on May 25, 1961, said: "I
believe that this nation should commit itself to achieving the goal,
before this decade is out, of landing a man on the moon and returning
him safely to the earth." This speech propelled NASA’s Apollo
11 program’s race to the moon. Seven years later, on July 20, 1969, an
American, Neil Armstrong, became the first man to step on the moon.
History was made. Beyond space and moon explorations, NASA is
currently developing the capability to send humans to Mars and asteroid.
This is not going to be an easy task either. However, it certainly will
be the hallmark of America’s resolve to explore the celestial bodies. The U.S. military invented the internet during the cold war era and
ultimately is credited with the development of the world-wide web, which
has transformed the world into a global village. America’s
other inventions run like a telephone directory list: The light bulb,
the microchip, the telephone, the radio, and transistor – all are
products of America’s innovation. Google, Apple products and social
networking services (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) are the results of
American creativity. In medicine, Americans are always making
breakthroughs, discovering new ways to cure and manage diseases. Its
hospitals rank among the best in the world. Advances in medicine in the
last century have saved lives and contributed to improved health and
increased longevity. America should be proud of its tradition
of generosity and support for good causes. In philanthropy, not too many
countries can boast of such generous men and women, and foundations as
the John D. Rockefeller, Henry Ford, Bill and Melinda Gates, Andrew
Carnegie, Clinton, and many others. All of them are helping to find
solutions to global problems plaguing humanity. America also tops the
list as the largest donor of foreign aid in the world. After World
War II, American opened its doors wide to Holocaust survivors, who had
no homes to go back to, and provided hope and healing. Today, the United
States welcomes immigrants from around the globe and is home to the
largest immigrant population. Migrants of different races, different
accents, and diverse backgrounds, derive their living – many earning
more money than native-born whites – from its generosity. America remains a resilient nation despite challenges to the Union. The
country survived the Civil War of 1861-1865 to remain a unified nation.
Also, in the nineteenth century, America joined other civilized nations
of the world to abolish slavery, and usher in an era of freedom for the
captives. Since the middle of the twentieth century, the country has
also made steady progress in the area of civil rights. After years of
protracted struggle against inequality and segregation in the American
public school system, on May 1954, in the landmark decision Brown v.
Board of Education, the Supreme Court declared segregation in public
schools unconstitutional. The struggle for civil rights in
other spheres of American life continued. In the mid-1950s, Dr. Martin
Luther King Jr. led the movement for the advancement of civil rights in
America, prompting President Kennedy to call for civil rights
legislation in mid-1963. Following his assassination, this bill was
signed into law on July 2, 1964, by President Lyndon B. Johnson.
Subsequently, in 1965, the historic Voting Rights Act was enacted,
prohibiting once and for all the prevention of African Americans from
exercising their right to vote under the Fifteenth Amendment (Amendment
XV) to the United States Constitution. However, beneath these
remarkable success stories lies a façade of unenviable contradictions.
While the country rises to greatness, concurrently there was an era of
the corrupt Jim Crow system of segregation, the prohibition of the
display of the Ten Commandments on public school walls and in government
buildings, state-sanctioned transgender lives, and everything in
between. Overall, the U.S. is an outlier for good and for bad. Many witnessed the age of Jim Crow laws that legitimized and enforced
racial segregation, mandating discrimination in public places,
education, restrooms, restaurants, transportation and many other areas.
The system also created impediments to the ability of blacks to vote.
Even though the 15th Amendment, passed on March 30, 1870, had granted
African-Americans the right to vote, many strictures were devised to
prevent blacks from exercising their rights until the passage of the
Voting Rights Act. Notwithstanding, racial tension still exists
between white and blacks today. The killing of unarmed black men,
including Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin, David Felix, Freddie Gray,
Darrell Gatewood, Alton Sterling, Philando Castile and others – are
poignant reminders that race issues in America are far from over,
especially against the backdrop that many who perpetrated these killings
were never prosecuted. George Zimmerman, who fatally shot an unarmed
teenager, Martin, was acquitted of second-degree murder by a Florida
jury. He has since become both a rallying point for opponents of gun
control and a hero to a movement whose supporters believe they are
fighting for the life and soul of their Second Amendment rights to bear
arms.
In foreign policy, America’s international relations over
the years have been marred by inconsistency, hypocrisy, and insincerity.
Though officially opposed to Apartheid, for a long time, America
implemented policies that fueled South Africa’s economy with massive
investments. America justified its action under the guise that loans and
investments would improve social and economic conditions for South
Africans. At the United Nations Security Council, America
either abstained or blocked sanctions against South Africa. Furthermore,
the United States hindered attempts to expel South Africa from the
United Nations, prompting Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. to say: "… the
shame of our nation is that it is objectively an ally of this monstrous
government in its grim war with its own black people." President Ronald Reagan notably maintained a cozy relationship with the
white minority rule and faithfully supported Pretoria politically,
economically, and militarily, thereby helping to prop up Apartheid.
Under Reagan’s "constructive engagement" policy, Apartheid evil policies
festered. However, despite Reagan’s government pro-apartheid
stance, shocking news media images of the violent struggles against
apartheid in South Africa galvanized public support for the
anti-apartheid movement in the United States. In 1985, New Jersey
Governor, Thomas Keane, signed legislation to withdraw $2 billion in
state investments from companies doing business in South Africa to
protest black subjugation in that country. In his decision, he said: "…
there are instances in human history when the gravity of an evil is so
clear, and the cost of its continuance so great, that governments – at
every level – must use every tool at their disposal to combat it.
Apartheid is such an evil."1 In other parts of Southern Africa,
America gave military assistance to the Portuguese military operations,
particularly in Angola, while also supporting Dr. Jonas Savimbi’s
National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA) rebels
against the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA)
government, to suppress nationalist movements for independence. In
Central America, the U.S. gave financial and military support to the
Nicaraguan Contras rebel army against the Sandinista Liberation Movement
of National Reconstruction. Whereas some of America’s military
interventions have been praised as noble endeavors, there has been
widespread criticisms of its inaction in conflicts elsewhere, conflicts
that justifiably call for America’s response. Some believe that the U.S.
does not undertake any venture where it does not anticipate direct or
secondary benefits for itself. For instance, in 1994, America turned a
blind eye to the genocide that was unfolding in Rwanda, which resulted
in the massacre of an estimated 800,000 ethnic Tutsis and moderate
Hutus. The reason for not intervening, U.S. authorities claimed,
was that the painful lessons learned from disastrous peacekeeping
efforts in Somalia were still fresh in its memory. Consequently, America
decided never again to get involved in tribal conflicts it did not
understand, and where the U.S. had no national interests. Rwanda offered
no economic or strategic interest to America and, therefore, no
incentive for military intervention. However, on his visit to the
Rwandan capital of Kigali in 1998, President Bill Clinton officially
apologized for America’s inaction. America has suffered
credibility and public relations problems from within and without. One
dark moment in U.S. military invasions was justification for the 2003
Iraq war. President George W. Bush, in his January 2003 State of the
Union address alleged that: "The British government has learned that
Saddam Hussein recently sought significant quantities of uranium from
Africa." Subsequently, then Secretary of State, General Colin Powell
made compelling arguments at the United Nations to justify American
invasion based on the firm belief that Iraq possessed "weapons of mass
destruction" (WMDs). A combination of faulty intelligence and deliberate
falsehoods ultimately led to the invasion of Iraq and removal of
President Hussein. WMDs were never found. Iraq has remained in turmoil
ever since, while America gradually retreats from a nation in ruins. More than anything else, the U.S. legal system makes America a land of
contrasts. Suffice it to say that the ills of the criminal justice
system parallel what is happening in many aspects of the larger society.
But by far, the penal system is arguably one of the worst institutions
in America. Being the world’s greatest democracy is supposed to
make America a faithful steward of the fairest and finest legal system
the world has ever known. Paradoxically, the U.S. criminal justice
system is undoubtedly one of the vilest; it is a world hidden from the
world, an evil behind a veil. Mass incarceration, rogue prosecutions,
overcrowding and deplorable conditions in jails and prisons, all cast a
dark spell on America’s claim to justice, equity and fair play. ENDNOTES 1.Governor Thomas Kean, New Jersey. Kean backs halt in investing tied

July 28 from CDM “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God” (2 Corinthians 3:5). Under the covenant of grace, the emphasis has shifted from self-effort to faith in God. We’ll never be sufficient on our own merits; He is the one who qualifies us.
Only rebel not ye against the Lord, neither fear ye
the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is
departed from them, and the Lord is with us: fear them not.
Numbers 14:9
Thousands
of years ago, God told the children of Israel to go up and occupy the
land that He had given them. He told them to take it, by force and
without fear, from the ungodly ones who were dwelling there. He's
still saying that today. God is still trying to get us, as His people,
to take the good land He's given us. He's still trying to get us to use
the power He's given us to run the wicked one out. You see, this
earth doesn't belong to the devil. It belongs to God (Psalms 24:1). The
devil has just moved in and taken control of things because we believers
haven't stopped him. That is our job, you know. Jesus
took Satan's legal rights away from him on Resurrection morning. Then
Jesus put us in charge of enforcing Satan's defeat. The Scripture says
that Jesus is going to sit at the right hand of the Father until His
enemies are made His footstool (Hebrews 10:12-13). Do you know what that
means? It means Jesus is waiting on us to kick the devil and his crew
out of the affairs of this earth. He's waiting on us to carry out the
victory He won at Calvary and occupy this land. But just like
Israel had to rise up physically to take the land of Canaan, you and I
have to rise up in the spirit if we're going to establish the dominion
of God in the earth. We're going to have to get moving. We can't do it
sitting down!
Listen, you may not know it, but we're at war. We're
in a spiritual battle—and we're winning. In fact, if you realized what
was already established in the spirit world, you'd laugh at the devil
every time he showed his face. So today if the devil has control
of an area of your life or your church or your community, rise up in the
spirit through faith and prayer and the Word and start taking that
territory back. Don't be afraid. His defense is departed from him. He
has no weapon that can stand against you. The Lord is with you. Rise up in the Name of Jesus and take back the land!

Summer Training program Body Fat Percentage
By: Daniel Green
They used to call it definition; today we use a different term, body fat
percentage. There is an undeniable movement towards ultimate definition
these days, at least around show time. After a contest, things change.
Most bodybuilders gain 10 pounds after a contest. Most others gain20,
30, or even 40. Usually, this does not manifest itself as roll of fat,
but as increased overall size and so-called thicker skin. It would be
fair to say that you do yourself no good by gaining more than 10 pounds
after a show, and if you start to get rolls of fat, you will be in
trouble. When you reduce your fat percentage to less than 7
percent, your body takes on a whole new appearance. Not only do veins
show up in minute detail, but cross-striations of the muscles become
apparent, so you'll look like an anatomy chart, a picture of muscles
with the skin stripped away. That's a condition which has led to a good
deal of controversy. With today’s champions, unlike those of yesteryear,
the body fat percentage often fluctuates according to the stage of
their training. It is not uncommon for a competitive bodybuilder to cut
their body fat by two thirds before a contest. Incidentally,
some of the ancient Grecian statues that presumably represented the
Greek ideal of male perfection have also been scrutinized with regard to
their body fat. The famous Farnese Hercules is estimated to have 11.96
percent, the Apollo Belvedere, 11.76, and Myron’s Discobolus 12.06. If
these statues were real men, they would probably not do well in the
Olympic contest, where the top six men have averaged a body fat count of
fewer than 5 percent.
Why does current fashion seem to be
pushing the bodybuilding ideal towards being almost fat-free? One reason
is that it enables us to see muscles that we never knew we had. Few
physique champions of the distant past could show shapely, delineated
serratus muscles and incredibly separate thigh muscles. Today it would
be very difficult to win any contest unless all your muscles are diamond
sharp. That includes the muscles of the upper thigh and lowers back,
two areas from which it is difficult to eliminate all fat. Today, fat
free bodies are a must. Maybe styles will once again return to the 11
percentile ideal. Who knows, for the moment, however, low fat and
cross-striations are the order of the day. So how do
bodybuilders bring their fat down to a very low percentage? One could
give an oversimplified answer: they eat less. True enough, but it goes
deeper than that! Most successful body men eat fairly normally when they
are not preparing for a contest. That is not to say they eat junk
foods. A few do. Most of them don't, so it is advisable for the food you
eat to be as near to its natural state as possible. Foods with natural
fibre keep you leaner and fitter than dense calorie foods. Have
whole-grain bread, cereals, fruit, vegetables, fish, cheese, organic and
white meats, and milk. Stay away from the processed, chemically
treated, artificially flavored, brilliantly coloured garbage that your
local supermarket offers as food. Weight training may be
unparalleled in its potential for building up the skeletal muscles of
body, but is not a particularly good fat burning activity. Aerobic
exercise should be included in the program of any bodybuilder interested
in staying lean. Typical exercises such as stationary bike riding, road
cycling, slow jogging, swimming, and walking, burns calories through
prolonged, low intensity effort. Weight training is not aerobic but
anaerobic exercise, high-intensity effort which does not result in a
steady need for oxygen and considerably stepped-up heart rate. Aerobic exercise stimulates the production of enzymes that convert fat
to energy. The more fat-burning enzymes you have, the better you can use
up or burn excess flab. Not only does aerobic activity burn calories
better than anything else, it also increases the body's capacity for
burning fat. A long-distance or marathon runner is a veritable
fat-burning machine. The reason this is a veritable fat-burning machine.
The reason this is so is that the aerobic activity keeps the
heart-pulse rate below 80 percent of your maximum. To estimate your
maximum heart rate, subtract your age from 220. Unlike weight
training, which can temporarily boost your heart rate to near maximum,
walking keeps your heart rate well under 80 percent of your maximum.
Needless to say, aerobic exercise should be limited if you are urgently
trying to gain weight, and even during regular maintenance training you
should not overdo this form of exercise, since it can detract from your
bodybuilding gains. Some degree of common sense has to be used so as to
balance muscular development with aerobic fitness. If you are fit and
well-muscled, you really have a double advantage, extra fat burring
enzymes to help you stay lean, and extra muscle mass.

We are back again at the oppressively hot seat of Doña Ana County: Las Cruces, New Mexico. An Cruces economic hub, Mesilla Valley Mall is over 600,000 square feet in size and hosts 85 stores. On March 23, 2019, Joshua James LeNoir, 31, stabbed multiple people at the mall during a botched attempt at shoplifting from Dillard's.
The police response was swift, but it took 23 Taser deployments and 15 beanbag shots to take LeNoir into custody. For insight into the response, listen to the police officer interview beginning at 7:30.
The following is a Real World Police summary... of a detective's summary... of a recording... of an interview with a mall security guard:
The guard came out of the restroom and observed LeNoir with numerous pairs of jeans in his arms. When she sees someone like that she knows they may try to run, so she latched the exit doors to the parking lot. Soon after, a store manager locked another door, leaving only one door unlocked. She stood behind some pillows so LeNoir would not be able to see her.
When she saw LeNoir approach the exit doors she approached, and when he saw her she heard him say, "Oh fuck." LeNoir turned back into the store at which time she alerted Dillard's employees to lock their fitting rooms and then returned to her position near the west exit door.
LeNoir approached her with several pairs of jeans under his arm and told her, "I gave everything to them" and continued to the doors — which were locked. LeNoir said, "Ah, shit" and tried to open the locked doors without success.
She asked LeNoir if he was ready to pay and asked what he had under his arm. LeNoir replied, "I don't have anything." She told him that she had associates who could help him pay if he was willing. In response, LeNoir approached her and said, "Fuck you!" before punching her in the face.
She told LeNoir several times, "You don't hit me like that... you don't touch me!" LeNoir replied, "Why? Because you're a little bitch!?" She told LeNoir that he couldn't touch her, and LeNoir said, "Well then leave me alone, I already gave you your pair of jeans."
At the time she was standing in front of the doors and LeNoir next told her to just let him out. She responded "You' re not going anywhere, turn around and head the other way." LeNoir retorted, "Fuck you," and then punched her under her left breast — which she said "knocked the air out of her."
LeNoir then dropped the jeans and began heading the other way as she yelled out for help. She stated that she again confronted LeNoir at which time she observed [X, a guard] grab LeNoir. The two went to the ground and began to wrestle.
She then saw LeNoir pull a knife from his pocket and she yelled out that he had a knife. She added that during the scuffle LeNoir's shirt came off.
LeNoir said, "Let me out or I'm gonna stab you guys!" He yelled directly at her, "I'm gonna stab you, bitch!" LeNoir then ran into the mall toward the Verizon store where "Z" was, and she saw LeNoir stab Z.
She followed at a distance as LeNoir ran into and across the mall, heading south. When LeNoir saw that she was following on the phone he yelled at her, "You fucking snitch!" She subsequently heard someone scream that LeNoir had a gun, and she assured Dillard's employees that police were on the way.
Outside, she observed LeNoir jump into someone's vehicle. She saw that there was also a baby in the car. She heard someone yell out, "Get out!" And said that she [unknown who from this transcript] "grabbed the baby carriage and threw it out of the vehicle, and then yelled, "Come here!""
LeNoir was in the vehicle, but he couldn't start it, so she yelled "Close the doors!" and mall security closed the car doors, trapping LeNoir inside. LeNoir then began to use his knife to strike at a car window, eventually shattering it.
He exited and "took off" just as police began arriving.
This video picks up around that point.
Lenoir was charged with two 3rd-degree felony counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, a 2nd-degree felony count of aggravated burglary with a deadly weapon, multiple misdemeanor counts of battery, criminal damage to property and resisting, evading or obstructing.
This video shows multiple Taser Cam recordings of officers confronting LeNoir. (Taser Cam audio is... bad.) They are followed by audio of an interview with one of the responding officers. As that audio plays, the officer's body camera video is shown silently on screen.
