The Rock Almighty Devotional, Praise, and Worship with Sacred Warrior

MARCH 25 from cdm

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord” (Isaiah 54:17).
Trusting in God keeps us safe on every level. When others speak evil of us for living a godly lifestyle, their own words will come back to them.

Come Alive Today

2 Corinthians 5:17

Resurrection. What do you think of when you hear that word? Most people think of the past. Of a stone rolled away. An empty tomb. And a risen Lord.
Praise God, Jesus is alive today, isn't He?
What we don't fully understand is this: He's not the only One who has been resurrected. We've been resurrected too!
We were spiritually resurrected the day we made the Lord Jesus Christ the Lord of our lives. That day we passed from death to life. The greater part of your resurrection has already happened!
Think about it. When you made Jesus Christ the Lord of your life, the Spirit of God hovered over you. The glory of the Lord came into your being. And that glory consumed the old, sinful man that you were. That old man died. And in his place a new creature was born.
Oh yes, there will be a day when the earthly body you live in will be raised and glorified—but you don't have to wait until then to be free from sin and from the sickness and poverty and failure that goes with this natural world. You're free from all that right now!
You may be sitting there thinking, Well, if I'm so free, why can't I quit smoking? Why can't I lose this weight? Why am I always sick?
Because you've let Satan convince you that you're still under his power. You've let him talk you into living as if you're still spiritually dead!
So, today I want you to begin considering yourself alive! Begin thinking of yourself as one who already has the life of God instead of an earthly being who's waiting for the Resurrection. Consider yourself dead to sin and alive to the power of Jesus. You'll find yourself living a whole new life today!

iHealthTube Featuring: These Alkalinizing Foods can Help Rebalance Hormones and Balanced diet information

Dr. Anna Cabecca explains how diet, and certain alkalinizing foods can help rebalance hormone levels. Find out which foods can be alkalinizing and which ones are acidic to our bodies.

Balanced diet information
By: Bella Mclaine
Want to achieve a destined balance in your life? The Diet Control is the answer for it Control on Diet has wonderful power to make the hormones to be in balance and be contained in a flourishing range. Want to balance your diet then there is a best way to
Balance your diet with Zone (Balance) Diet. It is the Zone (Balance) Diet’s goal to support one person attain a healthy, better, and longer life.

When you hear the Word Zone Diet, the word balance is directly related with it. What is Zone diet? The Zone Diet is a personalized diet based upon the dieter's gender, activity level, and ratio of body fat, and includes 40 percent of its calories from carbohydrates, 30 percent from protein and 30 percent from fat. All meals and snacks follow this 40-30-30 distribution ratio, causing the body to work within its peak performance "zone" for maximum energy and weight loss. Principally because it deals with balancing the hormones in a medium range that controls hunger. also with less calories but not neglecting the proper nutrients our body needs to sustain a longer flourishing life.

The excellent thing in Zone Diet is that it promotes equilibrise among the body's hormones not for a destined limited punctuation of time but for a lifetime (as long as one sticks with the diet), and it does so in a medium level. What do medium level here means? This means that Zone Diet offers level in the following areas:

1. A Diet should be a very low fat protein.
2. A Diet has little glycemic carbohydrates that can be found mostly in vegetables and fruits.
3. A Diet has monounsaturated fats that are friendly and good to the heart.
4. A Diet should include a variety of food and vegetable.
5. Well Balanced diet helps the metabolism to balance the amount of fats it absorbs as it diverts its efforts to absorb other nutrients along with it.
6. Say yes to vegetarian and a no-no to non-veg, for a simple reason that animal protien is readily absorbed by the body.
7. Remember that extra protein is then converted into fats and stored in the body as fats, so eating heavy amount of proteins instead of fats might not be a good option always.
8. Make a Time-table and stick to that, in some diet plans like Weight Loss 4 Idiots the time table changes to bring a change in metabolism of the body.
9. The aim of any diet should be to talk to the metabolism and teach it how not to absorb unnecessary fats in the body.
10. You should never cut down your fat intake to 0%, fat are essential requirement of the body and should become a part of every meal only the quantity should be less of course.

Want to know whatever breakthroughs regarding the Zone Diet? According to the Joslin Diabetes Research Center of the prestigious Harvard School of Medicine, the Zone Diet is Excellent expressed as:

1. Medium in carbohydrates diet
2. Medium in Protein diet
3. Medium in fat diet

Basically, the Zone Diet can be understood in the ratio where there is one conception of fat for every digit parts of Proteins and three parts of carbohydrates. This ratio helped in the treatments of identify 2 diabetes and obesity. See the morality Zone Diet gives to our lives? There is more to conceive about this amazing Zone Diet than Diet Fads.

The Rock Almighty Devotional, Praise, and Worship With Veni Domine

…He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future].
— John 16:13 (AMPC)View Previous Devo
He Will Tell You What’s Ahead

Adapted from the resource Hearing from God Each Morning Devotional - by Joyce MeyerOne of the many benefits of hearing from God is that listening to His voice helps us prepare for the future. The Holy Spirit gives to us the messages the Father gives to Him, and He often tells us things that will happen in the future.
We find many instances in the Bible in which God spoke to people and gave them information about the future. He told Noah to prepare for a flood that would come to destroy the people of the earth (see Genesis 6:13–17). He told Moses to go to Pharaoh and ask for the release of the Israelites and that Pharaoh would not grant this request (see Exodus 7).
Obviously, God does not tell us everything that will happen in the future, but His Word promises He will tell us some things.
There are times when I sense that something good, or perhaps something challenging, is going to happen. When a challenge awaits me and I have some prior knowledge of it, that knowledge helps to cushion the blow when the difficult situation comes.
If an automobile with good shock absorbers hits a pothole, those absorbers protect passengers in the car from the jarring impact that would result and no one gets hurt. God’s giving us information ahead of time works the same way.
Part of the Holy Spirit’s ministry is to tell us things to come. He knows the mind of God and He knows God’s individual plans for our lives. He will reveal what we need to know when we need to know it in order to fulfill the good plans God has for us.
Prayer Starter: Father, thank You for the ministry of Your Holy Spirit, Who speaks to our hearts and shows us what we need to know. Help me to be sensitive to Your Spirit at all times. Open my eyes to the things I need to see today and in the future. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

"I Am NOT a Victim" on Your World with Creflo [Video and more below]

Obey Today

He who, being often reproved, hardens his neck shall suddenly be destroyed—and that without remedy.
Proverbs 29:1, The Amplified Bible

Some people have the mistaken idea that when the direction of the Holy Spirit comes to them, they can just ignore it for a while if they want to and then obey Him later in their own good time. They think to themselves, I know what I'm doing is wrong. I know my lifestyle isn't right, but I'm just going to do it a while longer. Then I'll get things straightened out with the Lord.
Let me warn you, that is an extremely dangerous thing to do. Because God says that when you refuse His guidance, your heart grows hard. It's not that God's grace doesn't extend to you anymore. It's not that He wouldn't forgive you if you turned to Him. It's just that sin will callous your heart to the point where you can't hear Him calling.
That's what happened to the children of Israel. God would tell them what to do and they wouldn't do it. When He was trying to bring them into the Promised Land and He told them to go in and possess it, they flatly refused.
Of course, they thought they had good reasons for refusing. They were so full of fear and unbelief that they actually thought if they did what God said, they'd be destroyed. But, you know, it doesn't matter how good your reasons are for disobeying God. That disobedience will still cost you. It will still harden your heart.
The children of Israel ignored God's leading so often that He finally just sent them into the wilderness. They were so stiff-necked, He couldn't lead them into the blessings He'd planned for them, and He had to just let them wander around until all but two of them had died. He had to raise up a whole new generation of softer-hearted people before He could take them into the land.
Take a lesson from that and don't play around with sin. When God tells you what you need to do, don't put Him off thinking it will be easier to do it later. It won't be. It will be harder!
When the Spirit of God comes to correct you, follow His instructions—and follow them quickly. Keep your heart tender. Obey the Lord!
