Welcome to Episode #31 of Global Health News with Ty and Charlene Bollinger where we review the latest health news from around the world.
We begin with a special interview on saunas, sweating, and the benefits of detoxing with Paul Barattiero, CEO of Synergy Science. Sweating to detox is a powerful way to clear your body from harmful toxins.
One of the best ways to detox is by using an infrared sauna. Did you know that your skin is one of your primary detoxification organs?
Next, we find out that some people are more affected than others by harmful EMFs. We'll discuss the dangers of cellular radiation and the free radicals that are increased by harmful EMF radiation. The reality is: technology is here to stay. So, how can we keep ourselves and our families safe?
Chronic dehydration is a significant issue in the world today. 54.5% of individuals ages 6-19 in a 2015 Harvard study were chronically dehydrated. We'll learn how hydration is critical to life and the effects of chronic dehydration on our organs and digestion.
We sit down with Michael Tyrrell, creator of Wholetones, about the power of healing frequencies and healing with sound. What is 440hz and how does it interrupt our circadian rhythm? He's created music that uses frequencies to help you sleep and bring health to the human body.
Thank you for watching and helping us spread the truth!

“But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die” (Genesis 2:17).
God was not responsible for Adam and Eve dying; they made their own decision to disobey. Although God continues to love us when we make bad decisions, there are always consequences in the natural realm for everything we do.

A Powerhouse of Protection
Kenneth Copeland
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.
Isaiah 54:17
No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Isn't that great news! Isn't it good to know that no sickness, no circumstance, no problem that rises against you can successfully bring you down?
Some years ago, one of our friends was facing a lawsuit. He and I prayed together according to this scripture and agreed it was the final word in the situation, not the allegations against him. We stood in faith, believing that lawsuit had to fail.
Sure enough, when my friend went to court, they just couldn't beat him. He didn't win that case because of his keen and witty lawyers. He won because he was innocent and because he had believed that powerful promise of God.
Follow his example. When the devil attacks you in some area of your life, don't sit around crying and begging God to save you. Open up your Bible to Isaiah 54:17 instead. Remind yourself of what God has promised you. Use that promise to strengthen you against sin and every other evil work the devil would like to use to keep you bound.
Then establish yourself on it through prayer. Say, "Lord, I refuse to be afraid of this weapon the devil has brought against me because I know that according to Your Word, it cannot prosper. I trust You to protect me, and I thank You for it now. In Jesus' Name. Amen."
Don't let the powerhouse of God's protection go to waste. Put it to work in your life. It is your rightful heritage as a servant of the Lord.

BPI SPORTS-TERESA GIUDICE’S TOP FIVE FITNESS TIPS
Presented on US Sports Net By Bpi Sports!
- By Team BPI
The Real Housewives of New Jersey is back! This season, you’ll get to see another side of Teresa Giudice – the fitness competitor. Although you already know the 46-year-old, mother of four looks fantastic, the ninth season gives you a closer look at how she does it.
Luckily, you don’t have to wait until every episode airs to steal some of her secrets. Here are Teresa’s top five fitness tips:
- Drink a LOT of water! Teresa carries a one-gallon jug with her everywhere she goes and makes sure to finish it before the day is over. Staying hydrated can help flush toxins, promote weight loss, increase your energy and keep you feeling alert.
- Plan ahead. If you’re going to be successful, you have to make fitness part of your lifestyle. Schedule your gym time the night before to make sure you make time. Teresa likes to get her fasted cardio “out of the way” first thing in the morning and then weight train for at least an hour later in the day.
- Watch what you eat. Exercise doesn’t negate crappy nutrition. Teresa prefers to eat small portions every three hours and gets plenty of protein to encourage muscle growth. Both of these tips can help you feel full so you’re less tempted to stray from your diet.
- Set a goal. Teresa’s competition gave her a deadline to work towards, which helped keep her on track and motivated.
- Take your supplements! Whether it’s aminos, vitamins or a weight-loss formula, Teresa understands that her supplements are an important addition to her training and nutrition regimen. They won’t substitute hard work, but they can boost your efforts.
Which supplement does Teresa Giudice use? The OG housewife herself recommends a branched-chain amino acid formula like BPI Sports Best Aminos™. It supports weight loss, muscle growth, exercise recovery and athletic performance. Pick yours up at Walmart!

Soak Okra in Water Overnight and Drink It In the Morning For Wondrous Health Benefits Your Body Needs.

Tactical Bodyweight Workouts Present: Police Activity on US Sports Net Featuring: Bodycam Captures Officer Slamming Inmate to Floor in Kentucky Jail
** (Disclaimer: This video content [below] is intended for educational and informational purposes only) **
Newly released body camera footage shows a Northern Kentucky corrections officer slamming an inmate to the floor. Corrections Officer David Nussbaum said in his incident report that Kenton County jail inmate Steven Jordan was disobeying orders. Jordan says Nussbaum used excessive force. The incident – which left Jordan with a large gash above his right eye – was captured on another officer's body camera. It is unclear from the video what prompted the scuffle, but Jordan and Nussbaum can be seen facing each other at the start. Nussbaum pushes Jordan, who rocks back on his heels. Nussbaum then slams Jordan to the floor.
"What the f---, man?" Jordan cries. “Ow! Ow! Ow! What the hell did I do?” A second officer handcuffs Jordan, and he is told several times to be quiet as he is lying face-down, blood pooling under his head. Jordan continues to swear, saying he needs to go to the hospital. “You busted the s--- out of my head,” he says at one point. At another, he says to Nussbaum, “That was a little obsessive, man," to which an officer - it's not clear which - replies, “Not at all.” Jailer Terry Carl said he is investigating the incident. He would not say whether Nussbaum is on leave. Nussbaum could not be reached for comment, but in the incident report, he said he told Jordan to stop looking through his bag of property.
"Inmate Jordan refused my verbal instructions and said, 'F--- you,' " Nussbaum said. He said Jordan slapped away his hand after Nussbaum grabbed Jordan's wrist. Nussbaum said he tried to push Jordan against a wall. Then, because of Jordan's "aggressive" stance and his continued attempts to pull away, "I wrapped my arms around inmate Jordan's torso and muscled him to the floor." Other officers corroborated Nussbaum's statement. Jordan, 28, in a statement provided to The Enquirer, said he was simply looking through his property bag when Nussbaum confronted him. "I was slamed (sic) against the wall and to the floor ... for no reason other than trying to explane (sic) myself," Jordan wrote. He acknowledged he "exchanged words" with Nussbaum, but Jordan's mother, Pennie Tackett, of Taylor Mill, said Nussbaum was retaliating against her son because he complained about Nussbaum the day before. In that complaint, Jordan said that Nussbaum, while driving inmates back to the jail from the courthouse, was braking the vehicle repeatedly, causing inmates to bounce around in the back. Nussbaum started working for the Kenton County Detention Center in 2008 and was assigned to the jail's court team in 2011.
He got several positive evaluations but over the years was reprimanded for tardiness; for arguing with a police officer at the Covington F.O.P Lodge; and for interfering with a Dayton, Kentucky, police investigation that involved his brother. In 2013, Nussbaum was suspended without pay for 10 days after a fist fight with another deputy. In 2017, he was arrested in Florence for driving under the influence of alcohol. An evaluation from that same year notes he was "quick to go defensive and argue with others." In June of this year, Nussbaum was given a written warning after he failed to turn on his body camera to record an incident with an inmate. Jordan, who has struggled with addiction for several years, was in jail on a meth-possession charge and was in the process of being released to go to a treatment program. Tackett, his mom, said she took Jordan straight from the jail to the hospital, where he got stitches. Jordan is now at Transitions Inc. of Northern Kentucky, a residential treatment center in Falmouth. "I'm so angry. And sad," Tackett said. "This just didn't have to happen."

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).
People who don’t understand God’s nature sometimes mistakenly blame Him when bad things happen. God doesn’t punish or kill people; He blesses and brings life to them.

Joel and Victoria Osteen Featuring: Victoria Osteen - Keep Your Heart Free From Offense
Proverbs 19:11 says, "good sense makes one slow to anger and it is to one’s glory to overlook an offense." It does us no good to go around offended. There’s always going to be reasons to take an offense.
The word offense comes from the Greek word which means bait. Sometimes that’s what happens to us with offense. It lures use into a trap. We get upset, frustrated, and bitter.
Listen, don’t take bait. You can’t take the bait of offense and live in victory, joy, and peace. Shake off the any offense. Give it to God. Live happy, healthy, and whole.

Don’t Try to Hide Your Scars
Post by Joel Osteen
While life brings its share of physical scars from injuries, there are also invisible scars that come from inner wounds. We may carry the scars from a divorce, from what somebody did, from a mistake we made, from a loss. So often we try to hide our scars. They remind us of the hurt. We don't see anything positive about them and wish they would go away. But you need to see your scars in a new light. God allowed that scar to remind you of what He brought you through. When you see that scar, don't think of the pain, think of the grace of God. The scar means the wound has healed, the pain is over, and you're moving forward.
You can be at peace with your scars. Those scars are your testimony; they tell your story. No one in the Scripture fulfilled their destiny without battle scars. We all get wounded. Instead of being depressed over what you've been through, have a new perspective—the enemy tried to stop you, but God healed you. How do you know? You have a scar to prove it. You're not ashamed of it; you're not depressed by it, you're at peace with your scars. You know it was the hand of God protecting you, not letting that opposition defeat you. The scars don't have to remind you of the pain, they can remind you of the greatness of God. Sure you have a scar, but you've come through healed, restored, vindicated, blessed and fulfilling your purpose.Jesus was betrayed by close friends and misunderstood by His family. He was falsely accused and beaten with rods, forced to wear a crown of thorns, His back was lashed with thirty-nine stripes, and His hands and feet and side were pierced. What amazes me is that when Jesus rose from the dead, you would think He would be perfectly restored back to normal. But even though resurrection power caused Him to come back to life, He still had scars. This was significant. God could have taken them away. Maybe, in part, it was to show us that it's okay to have scars.
Be at peace with your scars. Your scars are not there to hold you back; they are reminders of the grace of God, of what He's brought you through. It's very freeing when you can say, "I worship a Savior who has scars. Since He has scars, I'm okay with my scars. I'm not going to live bitter because of a disappointment, or in regret over past mistakes, or go around sour because somebody did me wrong. I'm at peace with my scars."
