A big part of eating for fat loss is keeping your metabolism going all day long with small, sensible meals and snacks. In theory, this is simple and easy: eat a little something every 2-3 hours throughout the day.
Unfortunately very few people do it right, resulting in frustrating weight gain.
The content of your snacks and small meals is of utmost importance. If you’re eating the wrong thing every 2-3 hours then it’s easy to gain weight quickly, rather than what you want, which is to drop fat and clothes sizes.
Let’s jump into the 3 Essential Snacking Tips that I have for you today to keep you on track and burning fat all day long…
Snacking Tip #1: Watch out for added sugar.
Sugar is the biggest problem when it comes to fattening snacks, and so this needs to be the number one nutrient that you check. Your frequent snacks should contain very little, or zero, added sugars.
This is a pet peeve that I have: many ‘health’ foods have massive amounts of added sugars, which will destroy your results. Items like protein bars, jerky, dried fruit, green juice, and trail mix often have added sugars and preservatives that you need to watch out for and avoid.
Your snacks should have little to zero added sugars, and should be a nice blend of protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates.
Snacking Tip #2: Check the serving size.
When your snack comes in a package, after you make sure that it isn’t filled with sugar, check the serving size. It’s a popular technique for food manufacturers to give the nutritional facts for 2 or even 2.5 servings, on an item that you will likely polish off the entire package.
If the servings are more than just one then you’ll need to do some quick math. Calculate the total calories, sugar, carbs, fat and protein. Make sure that the numbers line up with your target nutrition sums.
Always be aware of how many servings you are eating in a single sitting. Do the math if you’re eating more than one serving – be honest with yourself!
Snacking Tip #3: Homemade and made-in-nature are best.
As convenient as packaged health snacks are, you will always see better results by eating whole foods found in nature, or snacks that you’ve made at home with real food ingredients. Even the healthiest packaged protein bar from the store is going to contain preservatives and additives that are completely avoided in homemade foods.
A handful of raw nuts, a piece of fruit with fresh nut butter, a hard boiled egg, a homemade fitness muffin (recipe below), some chicken breast on veggies or chopped flank steak on a salad are all better options than any packaged snack.
When possible, stick with whole foods found in nature and snacks and meals that you make at home.

America is a great nation. In fact, in my opinion, America is the greatest nation on planet earth. You might ask, "What makes America so great?" I would answer, short and straight to the point, "The American people!" Embodied in the very being of the American people is the endurance of generations that will not let the nation fail or give up.
We have seen much turmoil and many adverse conditions have arisen against us as a nation, but the American people labored hard, fought long, and united together, to overcome all of the adversity that was meant to destroy us. In times past this togetherness has kept us strong and united, giving meaning to a nation that took pride in its name, the United States of America. But in 2010, that same America has now become a house divided, and unless we can once again unite for the common cause of attacking the nation’s problems instead of attacking each other, we will all self destruct. We are a nation that wastes too much time bickering among ourselves to be of any good to each other, and although most Americans speak unity, there are a great number of Americans who only have self-seeking motives, and will stop short of nothing to accomplish their own ends, even if it means selling out to the very things that will eventually destroy us. Racism is one enemy that has been a thorn in the side of America since the nation was founded. Yet there are those in America who would say that racism is no longer a problem. But contrary to popular belief, racism is very much alive today. There are still places in America, like Jena, LA; where near riot conditions erupted because of a "white" tree, where black students were not allowed to sit during the heat of the day. Can you believe that—a white tree in the 21st Century! Sounds like something out of a 1950s time capsule. Another enemy can be found hidden in America’s segregated political parties, Democrats and Republican, each having their own right wing extremists and personal agendas. To these political parties it is all about liberalism vs. conservatism, but to millions of Americans the agendas of the two divided political parties is translated into joblessness, homelessness, and hungriness. Did we not as voters elect members of the United States Senate and the Congress to represent us? But after the election did not those whom we elected adorn themselves in garments of selfishness and masks of greediness only to forget us? Yet in their lies they each coin the phrase, "We represent the American people." But do they represent America as a whole, or just rich America? But the biggest enemy of all in America is greed, all brought about by tax laws that favor the rich, not to mention rising medical and insurance costs. The rich are getting richer while keeping the poor in a place where they will never move out of poverty. All the while Congress is fighting a President who inherited an economy already in shambles, and it is evident in their actions that the fight is not about helping the American people. It is about a political party who act like pouting children whose only motive is to get their way, and when they do not, they rebel with their resurrected "Tea Parties." These Tea Baggers should all be held accountable for promoting division among Americans based on their own selfish motives. The house that once was united is now divided, and this division is built on a false pride. If we don’t unite America the outcome and the future of our beloved and great country shall be one of destruction. For it is written, "Pride goes before the fall."

You may feel that the Lord has told you to do something but that the enemy has thrown up a mountain in your path to frustrate you and prevent you from carrying out the Lord's will. If so, I know just how you feel because that is exactly the way I used to feel.
The problem is one of perspective. In this passage the Lord tells Zechariah that the problem facing the Israelites, although it may appear to be a mountain, is actually a molehill.
How would you like for all your mountains to become molehills? They can, if you will do what God is saying here and look not at the problems but at the Lord and His power. If God has told you to do something, it is certainly His will that you not only begin but that you also finish it.

PlaySportsTV presents Daryl Weber. Coach Weber is a former NCAA Division 1 Wrestling Champion. He coached 13 straight High School State Champion Wrestling Teams. He used drills like this to get kids hooked on sports and rapidly develop them in his championship program.
Dropsets are where you perform a set of an exercise to failure, or close to failure, with a given load and then immediately reduce the load and continue to crank out more reps until you hit failure again. An example of this would be if you were performing bicep cable curls. You perform 10 reps, hitting failure on the 10th. Then, instead of just calling it a set, you drop the weight down and continue the set again for another set amount of reps.
The idea behind dropsets is to be able to reach failure multiple times in a single set. This technique can be applied to any weighted exercise and can be done with more than one reduction in weight. Failure can be reached several times in a set if structured correctly.
WHY SHOULD I USE DROPSETS?
As you already know, intensity is arguably the most important variable for stimulating muscle growth. Dropsets are a tool to help exactly that – intensity. It’s important that we understand what dropsets do on a deeper level than just being able to explain that it increases intensity. Let’s use this example: you’re doing biceps curls with 50 kilos for a set of 10-12 reps. The 10th rep is difficult. The 11th rep – extremely hard. The 12th rep takes everything you’ve got left. And then there’s no way in hell you can even attempt a 13th rep. You’ve hit honest failure. But if you strip some weight off the bar and get back into the set, you can keep going. Even though you reached a point of momentary muscular failure, you haven’t reached absolute failure. You’ve only reached failure with that weight.
You see, in a single straight set performed at failure, you don’t activate every fiber in the targeted muscle group. Your body only recruits the number of fibers necessary to lift that particular weight for the desired number of repetitions. By stripping off weight and continuing the set, you accumulatively recruit more and more muscle fibers – muscle fibers that you normally wouldn’t hit with just a straight set.
It’s also valuable to understand that this accumulative recruitment of muscle fibers allows us to maximize the benefits of both load and time under tension. That means we’re going to be tapping into not just our fast-twitch fibers but also our stubborn, slow-twitch fibers. See, lifting heavy on the first portion of a dropset demands a high level of muscle activation so your body will have to recruit and tap into your fast-twitch fibers. As you work your way through subsequent drops in weight, we’re going to be recruiting more and more muscle fibers because you’ll be providing greater time under tension than if you stopped after one set. This also means that as time under tension continues, eventually our stubborn type 1 fibers will be getting the stimulus they need to grow as well. And, as if things couldn’t get any better, just know that the increased fatigue we experience will act as a safeguard to ensure you’re really hitting those type 2 fibers. Fatigue can actually make it easier for your body to recruit type 2 fibers at a lighter weight when they normally wouldn’t be required to. All these factors ultimately add up to greater muscle fatigue than a standard straight set, heightened metabolic stress, which can help to enhance the metabolic environment, as well as significant spikes in growth hormone levels.
HOW DO I USE DROPSETS?
As mentioned before, you can apply dropsets to any weighted exercise. Machine-based exercises are by far the easiest from a practical point of view. You just have to pull out a pin to change the weight and don’t even have to get out of position compared to pulling weights off barbells.
Next, how much weight do you need to drop? This varies on the targeted rep range. Let’s use eight reps as an example. On average, you’ll drop 15-20%. If you’re looking for a high repetition per drop, a larger percentage drop will be needed. It really comes down to your strength level.
OTHER DROPSET CONSIDERATIONS
A few other things to take into consideration when structuring dropsets:
Keep rest intervals to a minimum. Usually the time between weight drops ranges from 0-10 seconds, but the briefer the time between the weight change, the more intense and effective your dropset will be.
Set up your equipment in advance. To move quickly from one drop to the next, you should have all your equipment set up before starting the first exercise. Instead of putting big plates on a barbell or machine, load it up with fives and tens, ready to be stripped. If you’re doing triple drops with dumbbells, line all three pairs up beforehand.
Use two weight drops. Most of the time, you can really go crazy with dropsets and reduce the weight as many times as you want. However, there seems to be a point of diminishing returns after two or three weight reductions. The most common dropset method is a triple drop where you use three weights and two weight reductions.
Live close to failure. If you start with a weight that is too light, you’ll achieve little more than a muscle pump with the dropset technique. To take full advantage of the enhanced muscle fiber recruitment, you should reach failure, or close to it, with each weight before dropping down to the next weight set.
Use dropsets sparingly. Dropsets are intense and they require caution and common sense. If you use them all the time, you’ll quickly be burning out and overtraining. A great way to use dropsets is a 3:1 method. Perform three straight sets of an exercise followed by one dropset.

Hiring the services of a private investigator is the most sensible solution, as he or she is specially trained in the art of undercover and surveillance work. 2. Skill and Experience. It is likely that your skills will not match those of a good private investigator. Although the job may look quite easy on television, private investigation is a real art form that requires the utmost dedication and training. Private investigation is much more than simply following a car and taking photographs. Additionally, private investigators need to know how to use overt and covert cameras to their ultimate advantage; install and download GPS tracking devices; use trace mail systems; use the Internet to obtain information; and most importantly, undertake threat assessments and risk management profiles. They also must think many steps ahead in regards to the investigation, and be versatile enough to adapt to various situations during the course of the surveillance. 3. The Art of Investigation.
