It is the time to develop your strength, power, quickness and conditioning. Those of you who have played football know what needs to be done to get yourself into the kind of shape it takes to be a dominant player. And, if you are new to a football program, just follow the workouts and see great results!
Strength and power are two of the most important physical qualities that a football player can have. These Off-Season Football Programs are specifically designed to improve these qualities. There will be an evolution in these programs from a base strength phase through to a peak power phase. Remember to keep a positive attitude and work hard!

Deanna Won’s cancer survivor story began when she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at age 47.
Deanna had long history of eating healthy, being physically fit, and even worked as a certified fitness instructor before at the age of 47, she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
When she was diagnosed, Deanna was working for the United States Air Force as a physicist and really wasn’t showing any ovarian cancer signs or symptoms.
Obviously she was shocked because ovarian cancer doesn’t run in her family and the military does routine medical physicals along with physical fitness tests to make sure you’re in good health.
Shortly after her doctor gave her the awful news, Deanna began to retain fluid to the order of 10lbs a day and the cancer had spread to her left ovary to the peritoneal lining and was then told she had peritoneal carcinoma and eventually it spread to both of her lungs causing them to collapse and fill with fluid.
Through these ovarian cancer stages, Deanna was admitted to hospice and was told she had only 4 weeks to live. During this very dark time, she felt as though she’d given the best years of her life to the military and now she wouldn’t be able to get the retirement she’d worked so hard for.
Like most people diagnosed with different ovarian cancer types, she felt as though she hasn’t had the chance to fully live her life.
But through her renewed faith in god and learning how to cure cancer naturally, she was able to overcome this disease and is alive now to tell her story.
