Hittin' the Slopes This Summer?...

Nah just the smart Winter Sports Athletes Train the Right Way Year-Round!

Winter Sports Program

The Winter Sports Program was developed to enhance the physical qualities required in skiing, snowboarding, and ice skating. This program will focus on overall body strengthening and conditioning, but will also focus on leg power and endurance. Enhanced strength and muscular endurance allows for more enjoyment while performing a sport, as well as helping to prevent injuries. The Winter Sports Program will begin with lower weights and higher repetitions to create a solid conditioning base for the muscles. Then, a transition from this muscular endurance base into a strength and power focus by using heavier weights and less reps as the weeks progress will occur.

Throughout the length of the program the manipulation of the sets and repetitions of the weight training workouts will be based on periodization concepts that involve a variation of training phases that will develop muscular endurance and strength.

The starting point of the workout is based on an initial fitness level. With feedback, the actual progression of the program will follow the body's unique adaptation process to exercise. Fine tune the program to include all the exercises that feel the best.

BT Remain Perfect Against Unbeaten Aces

Bethesda Big Train News UpdatesJune 10, 2014
Big Train Remain Perfect

In a battle of the unbeaten's, the Bethesda Big Train bats were in full force, as the Big Train trounced the previously unbeaten Alexandria Aces on Monday night at Frank Mann Field. The pitching staff was phenomenal for the Big Train, and the offense continued their spectacular hitting, accumulating 13 hits. Henry Sisson (North Carolina Chapel Hill) got the start for Big Train and pitched great over five innings, giving up one run and three hits, while striking out five batters to get his first victory of the season.

Jacob Billingsley (Mississippi State) was stellar again out of the bullpen pitching two innings, giving up no hits, and striking out three. Billingsley's ERA is 0.00 on the season through five innings of work. Luis Collazo (Virginia Tech) took the mound for the Big Train in the final two innings, and struck out four batters, while giving up no hits. In nine innings against a team who had yet to lose, the Big Train pitching staff allowed only three hits and one run, while striking out 12 batters.

The Big Train bats remained hot, as the scoring started fast in the first inning. Stephen Alemais (Tulane) continued his torrid start with a first pitch, lead-off, home run. Logan Farrar (Virginia Commonwealth) singled and then stole second base. Johnny Cole (Coastal Carolina) then hit his third double of the season scoring Farrar to give Big Train a 2-0 lead after one inning.

The Big Train struck again in the second inning when Cody Manzella (High Point) singled to start the inning, and Grant Brown(Tulane) walked. Stephen Alemais reached first on a fielders choice and then stole third base, which scored Grant Brown.Logan Farrar, up next, singled home Alemais for his seventh RBI of the season, giving Big Train a 4-0 lead after the top of the first.

The Big Train was able to cross the plate in the third straight inning on a lead off home run by Johnny Cole, his second extra-base hit of the night. After an Andrew Brown (San Diego State) walk, he was able to advance to third on Cody Manzella's third double of the season. Grant Brown singled the two home to give the Big Train a very comfortable 7-1 lead after three innings.

In the top of the fourth inning, the Big Train was able to keep the runs coming. Logan Farrar tripled, and then scored on an error by the Aces shortstop. With a strong bullpen behind the hot hitting of the Big Train, it seemed safe to say the lead was good enough to get the win.

The Big Train was able to push across two more runs in the 6th inning. Logan Farrar started the rally with a hit-by-pitch, and then a swipe of second base, giving him two for the game. Johnny Colesingled on his third hit of the night, and then Farrar was able to score on an error by the second baseman on a ball hit by Andrew Brown. The next batter, Chris Lewis (Sacramento State), hit a single scoring Johnny Cole to finalize the scoring for the game, putting the score at 10-1.

The pitching and hitting has been great for the Big Train early in the season. The Big Train is now the only remaining undefeated team in the Cal Ripken League, posting a 6-0 record.

Notes: Johnny Cole had three hits and two RBI....Logan Farrarwent 2-for-2, scoring three runs, stealing two bases, and walking two times...Cody Manzella had two hits on the night.

HRT and birth control pills can cause cancer

HRT and Birth Control Pills
Can Make Cancer Cells
Grow Like Crazy

"If things don't make sense, follow the money trail."
That's exactly what you should do when it comes to two popular medical products – hormone replacement therapy and the birth control pill (AKA "the Pill"). A large and growing body of evidence says these drug therapies belong in the trash bin.
So watch out for spin-doctors who downplay their dangers and cast doubts about natural alternatives. Right now they're running a major public relations misinformation campaign.
The truth is these drugs that modify your hormone levels pose a major risk for cancer, blood clots, strokes, and coronary heart disease (CHD). And it doesn't matter much what age you are. They get you while you're young, and clobber you again as you age.

Big Pharma's Attempt to Patent This
Herb Caused an Outrage!
Curcumin is the active compound in turmeric root—it's been called "one of nature's best-kept health secrets" and been praised for its remarkable therapeutic properties.  Its use dates back 6,000 years to the ancient Egyptian pharaohs and Ayurvedic medical practitioners in India.
Today, curcumin supplements are "One of the Top 10 Best-Selling Supplements in the US", according to Nutrition Business Journal.  And many medical practitioners consider it the most sought-after, low-cost, natural substance available to support a healthy immune system.
Curcumin is used for its antioxidant effects, and its potential for promoting a healthy response to inflammation, pain, arthritis, tumors, neurodegenerative diseases... supporting cardiovascular health and graceful aging ... promoting cardiovascular, digestive, and joint health.
When Curcumin’s amazing health properties where discovered by Western medicine, one pharmaceutical company's attempt to patent it caused widespread outrage.
To get a quality, therapeutic serving of curcumin that will provide the health protection you need to restore your health... support disease prevention... support longevity... and maintain optimum health... all for just 43 cents a day, Click Here.

Ominous Outcomes for Your Hormones – And You!
Hormones are chemicals produced by your glands, each with very specific regulatory functions.
Chemically altering them can be disastrous, as we suddenly discovered in the early 2000's.
  • In 2000, a study showed an eight-fold increase in breast cancer for women using estrogen and progestin to smooth out the bumps of menopause.i Called hormone replacement therapy, or HRT, its intent was to create a sort of fountain of youth by making up for the human hormones that taper off with menopause.
  • Another study found a four-fold increase in breast cancer for progestin users.ii
  • The Million Woman Study also found a four-fold breast cancer increase for estrogen-progestin users versus estrogen-only users.iii
  • The study that brought this sad experiment to its knees was the Women's Health Initiative (WHI) – a study funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) that ended early because of the massive increases in both breast cancer and heart disease in estrogen-progestin users.iv
A disaster in the making since 1938
The nightmare began much earlier, with the long forgotten disaster of DES, developed in 1938 and given to millions of women until -- in 1975 -- it was proven to trigger cervical cancer.
Then we got Premarin, an estrogen drug created from the urine of pregnant horses. It combines conjugated horse estrogens, one of which is 100 times more potent than natural estrogens, a proven carcinogen linked to 15,000 cases of endometrial cancer.
Not to be undone by the endometrial cancer scare, the conventional medical establishment rehabbed the drug by adding a different synthetic hormone, progestin. So in 1995 Prempro was born – a new synthetic pill containing Premarin horse estrogen and Provera (synthetic progestin).
Again, it was given out like candy, till those four condemning studies came out.
And the Pill is no safer. . .
Older women, of course, are not the only targets of the drug-company hormone industry. In 1960 young women were given the chance to blast their systems with synthetic hormones with the introduction of a new "convenience" – an easy way to prevent pregnancy.
The Pill was a sensational success that changed our culture forever. Suddenly extramarital sex appeared to be risk-free. Few people bothered to ask whether it was safe or healthy for a woman to modify her body in such a profound, fundamental way.
By 2002, 11.6 million US women were on the Pill, according to the Centers for Disease Control. Four out of five American women have been on the Pill at some point during their lives.
Birth control pills bring an increased risk of breast and cervical cancers. Plus well-documented, devastating, life-threatening side effects like blood clots, heart attacks, and more.
If you're using the Pill for any reason besides birth control, such as regulating your menstrual cycle, treating cysts, or endometriosis, you'd do well to discover and treat the underlying cause instead.
Even as a birth control method, the Pill may do more harm than good. It fails about five percent of the time (one time out of 20) and can cause risks for your baby if you get pregnant while on it. And besides, you can effectively plan your family with natural methods. No, this isn't a fairy tale cooked up by Catholic bishops. It works.
Many doctors still recommend the Pill, saying it lowers risk of ovarian and uterine cancers. But a side-by-side comparison shows otherwise.
What's worse… Big Pharma is now concocting even more dangerous forms of the Pill.
Cancer rates plunged when people
stopped taking these drugs
It seems the Pill is a permanent feature of modern culture. Chances are none of us will ever again see what the natural order is like. But when it comes to hormone replacement therapy we do have a stark example of the benefits when women stop using these disruptive, interventionist medical therapies.
When researchers actually stopped the Women's Health Initiative study because HRT was clearly causing cancer, the news created a sensation. A vast number of women either stopped HRT or switched to bio-identical hormone therapy using actual human hormones, not hormones from a horse or a factory.
Within a few years, breast cancer rates dropped in half.
The Canadian Cancer Society reported that use of HRT plummeted from 12.7 percent in 2002 to 4.9 percent in 2004. Well over half the women who had been on HRT stopped during that two-year period. During that same time, breast cancer rates fell by 9.6 percent.
There's a twist, though. For three years breast cancer rates remained stable, then began to rise again despite low HRT use. The mainstream says this means HRT speeds up cancer growth, but doesn't cause it. But I'm not so sure…
They didn't compare apples to apples
This mass exodus from Prempro meant a $4 BILLION annual loss for the manufacturer, Wyeth, now owned by Pfizer.
The drug makers are still trying to recoup that loss by pressuring the Food and Drug Administration to ban the competition – namely, bio-identical hormones that are mostly offered by alternative and integrative doctors.
They used the second arm of the WHI study (2004), showing no breast cancer increase, as justification. They splashed it across the airwaves, painting the previous study as bogus. In this phase, the researchers studied women with hysterectomies (uterus absent) who were given Premarin only, not Prempro. Remember that Premarin is made from horse hormones while Prempro contains both horse hormones and a synthetic hormone.
The mainstream media hailed this as proof that horse hormones weren't dangerous after all. But they didn't compare apples to apples. Don't be deceived.
What makes a hormone safe?
Animal and chemically altered hormones are not like your own.
To be safe, the chemical structure must be the same as your own -- bioidentical. The smallest structural change can completely change the physiologic effect.
Your hormones and their receptors work in tandem to mediate hormonal activity. Synthetic hormones' altered structure means they can't bind to your hormone receptors.
And you lack the ability to eliminate them. They stick around far too long. Studies show high levels of Premarin 13 weeks after a woman stops taking the drug.
While the extract of pregnant mares' urine is called "estrogen" by the mainstream, and does contain (one) human estrogen, it also contains numerous equine estrogens completely foreign to humans. Premarin is a completely natural hormone – but only if you're a horse!
No wonder Provera (Premarin plus progestin) has so many adverse side effects!
  • 26% increase in risk of invasive breast cancer
  • 29% increase in risk of deadly heart attack
  • 41% increase in stroke risk
  • 200% increase in blood clots
Breast cell proliferation from Provera is shown to be particularly bad, and translates into a much increased breast cancer risk.
Choose human hormones
Compounds of the exact same molecular structure as those made by your body are "bioidentical hormones"(BH). (BHT is bioidentical hormone therapy).
BHs are strongly anti-proliferative and anti-cancer, a fact verified by several studies. They reduce cancer risk by reducing estrogen receptors in breast tissue.
Scientific evidence overwhelmingly shows BHT offers a safe and conservative approach to HRT (but not to birth control – I'll get to that in a moment).
The natural hormones estriol and progesterone have the opposite effect on almost every cardiac risk and cancer risk factor compared to synthetics.
Unfortunately most women don't know about these safe alternatives. And Big Pharma hopes you'll never find out.
Smear campaign against
compounding pharmacies
A few billion dollars can buy a lot of advertising to sway women, hire hundreds of lobbyists, and buy a ton of influence over at the FDA.
Drug companies intentionally create confusion because they want to hide the differences between natural and synthetics, to protect their patents and profits.
Bioidentical hormones generally come from compounding pharmacies that can legally make certain types of drugs that aren't mass-marketed. Think of them as custom drugs, made to order for a particular patient, all at a doctor's orders.
Recently a number of deaths were attributed to a compounding pharmacy selling contaminated products. From the way it was described in the news, it sounds like this outfit was manufacturing drugs on a large scale under cover of the laws governing compounding pharmacies. But it makes no sense to condemn ALL compounding pharmacies for the actions of one. The compounding pharmacies I have known were small mom and pop operations run by the most honest people you could ever hope to meet.
But, large or small, the main thing you want to know is whether your compounding pharmacy is honest and reputable. As you need a doctor's prescription, it should be his or her responsibility to refer you to a good pharmacy.
Yet Dr. Utian, friend of Wyeth and founder of the North American Menopause Society, has slandered compounding pharmacies and has been claiming since 2002 that bioidentical hormones have the same adverse effects as synthetic ones. Other medical doctors repeat this claim. There is no basis for it. I would characterize it as a smear campaign.
Dr. David Brownstein, holistic doctor and BHT expert, emphasizes the spotless safety record of bioidentical hormones. He writes a scathing rebuttal to Dr. Utian's claims, in which he makes these points:
  • Dr. Utian's sole purpose seems to be to intimidate and confuse BH users by portraying compounding pharmacies as out-of-control rogue businesses.
  • Compounding pharmacies make individualized (customized) compounds tailored specifically for your body. They've had an excellent safety record since long before Big Pharma started concocting drugs.
  • Utian claims lack of FDA oversight, but compounding pharmacies are regulated at the state level. They use the same active ingredients as FDA approved drugs at your local pharmacy, verified by the same procedures.
  • Dr. Brownstein's practice has used compounded, bioidentical hormones safely for tens of thousands of patients for 40 years. They have total confidence in the skills of their compounding pharmacists.
  • Dr. Utian might do better to focus on helping the FDA figure out why FDA-approved drugs taken as prescribed now kill 125,000 people per year – instead of scaring people away from compounding pharmacies and BHT.
Far more natural than the Pill…
What can you safely do for birth control? The Pill may be the most "convenient" option for family planning. But it can come with severe health repercussions, like HRT does. The Pill uses the same type of synthetic hormones used by the ill-fated WHI study.
You might be shocked to learn about a recent study of 7,500 women showing that you are 20 times more likely to have an unplanned pregnancy with the Pill than with an IUD.v Besides IUDs, here are the top eight natural birth control methods; five of them are barrier methods and three make use of natural family planning (NFP). Yes, natural family planning. You actually don't need ANY drugs or devices.
  • Male condoms – 98% effective when used correctly. A water-based lubricant increases effectiveness.
  • Female condoms – 95% effective.
  • Diaphragm – 92-98% effective. Must be fitted by a doctor. Use with spermicidal jelly.
  • Cervical cap – If properly fitted, 91% effective. Must also be fitted by a doctor.
  • Cervical sponges – 89-91% effective.
  • NFP / Calendar – Abstention during week of ovulation. Works best with a very regular menstrual cycle. When used as the sole method of contraception, works about three-fourths of the time. You can boost it by combining it with the temperature or mucus methods, or a barrier method.
  • NFP / Temperature Method – Involves taking basal body temperature and avoiding sex for a few days on either side of that exact date. When combined with mucus method, it is 98% effective.
  • NFP / Mucus Method – Tracking changes in vaginal discharge. When it increases in volume and becomes clear and stringy, ovulation is near. When it returns to tacky and cloudy mucus (or none) ovulation has passed.
It is important to seriously evaluate your risk versus benefit before opting for birth control pills.
Serious about slashing
your cancer risk?
Bottom line is this…
If you're serious about slashing your cancer risk, then avoid the Pill and synthetic HRT. It's simple and easy. Besides saving your life, it might even save you money.
Find a doctor experienced in prescribing bioidentical HRT, or an ob/gyn who can help with barrier birth control methods requiring a doctor.

Boston Militia Survive Furious Divas Rally to Win, 29-28
Neal Rozendaal

Landover, MD – Ultimately, it proved to be too big of a hole to overcome.

The D.C. Divas fell behind in the first half, 21-0, and despite 28 unanswered points that gave the Divas a late lead, the Boston Militia scored the game-winning touchdown with three minutes remaining to triumph by the narrowest of margins, 29-28.

The D.C. Divas (4-3) had a chance to get on the scoreboard first midway through the first quarter, but a bad snap on a field goal attempt kept the game scoreless. The Boston Militia (7-0) then went on to dominate most of the first half, sprinting out to a 21-0 lead. In the absence of their star running back Whitney Zelee, Boston relied largely on an open passing attack to notch the first three touchdowns of the game.

The Divas’ offense finally got on track late in the first half. Kenyetta Grigsby scored the Divas’ first points of the game on a seven-yard run with 4:33 left in the first half. Grigsby had another masterful performance against an elite opponent, rushing for 248 yards and a touchdown on 26 carries. Her lone touchdown cut the Divas’ deficit to 21-6 at halftime.

On the Divas’ first possession of the second half, they faced fourth and 18 when Grigsby came up inches short of a first down on a surprise run. When the Divas got the ball back, Grigsby ripped off a 45-yard run to set up Allyson Hamlin’s first touchdown pass of the game. Hamlin’s 20-yard scoring toss went to coach-turned-quarterback-turned-wide-receiver Nikki Williams. Grigsby ran for the two-point conversion, and the Divas trailed Boston after three quarters, 21-14.

Led by Trigger McNair and Alicia Hopkins – who each paced the team with six tackles – the D.C. defense played excellently for most of the second half. Early in the fourth quarter, they stopped Boston for a three-yard gain on fourth and four, and the Divas took possession at their own six-yard line.

The Divas offense then drove 94 yards to tie the game, with Ashley Whisonant carrying the ball 31 yards to the end zone. After a successful extra point kick, the game was tied, 21-21, with 11:40 remaining in the contest.

Tasha Lemke kept the Divas’ momentum going, forcing a fumble on the ensuing kickoff that Emily Grossman recovered. Whisonant scored the Divas’ fourth straight unanswered touchdown, making a tough catch in the end zone for a 14-yard score. The Divas took their first lead of the game, 28-21, with 8:09 left. Whisonant finished the game with 56 yards receiving and a receiving touchdown to go along with her 31-yard touchdown run.

On the Militia’s next possession, Callie Brownson intercepted a Boston pass at midfield, giving the Divas the ball and a seven-point lead with under seven minutes remaining in the game. But the Divas then committed a rare miscue, fumbling the ball a minute later.

Given another opportunity, the Militia put together the offensive drive they needed. Stacey Tiamfook rushed for a one-yard touchdown, and Asia Landrum rushed for the two-point conversion to swing the score back in favor of Boston, 29-28.

With three minutes remaining in the game, the Divas had time for one final drive. The Divas advanced to the Boston 27-yard line, where they faced fourth and one with under a minute to play. But the Divas were stopped for no gain on a running attempt, and the Militia escaped with their closest victory in team history.

The Militia now have a record of 50-1 over their last 51 regular season contests. Only two of those 50 victories have been by less than a touchdown, and both were their 2014 victories over the Divas. It was a heartbreaking loss for the Divas, who were agonizingly close to finally getting a win over their chief rivals. Instead, as a result of the loss, the Divas will have to travel to Boston should they encounter the Militia in the playoffs.

All season long, the Divas have dedicated their 2014 season to the memory of their late coach, Ezra Cooper, one of the sport’s greatest advocates who passed away this offseason. After the game, the Militia players and coaches huddled on their side of the field and mocked Cooper’s signature team cheer, chanting, “Whose house? Our house!” at the Divas’ players in celebration of their hard-fought road victory. It was the slimmest of victories, but it was enough for Boston to keep the upper hand in this rivalry.

After a bye week, the D.C. Divas will next return to action on June 21 for their playoff opener. The Divas will play a conference quarterfinal game at home against an opponent still to be determined.

Big Train Top T-Bolts

On a beautiful Saturday night with a crowd of over 700, the Bethesda Big Train won 7-1 against the Silver Spring-Takoma Thunderbolts. Devon Loomis (San Francisco) got the starting nod for the Big Train, pitching three innings of one-run ball, striking out two batters.

Josh Thorne (Stetson) relieved the starter for the Big Train and pitched three scoreless innings, striking out three batters.  The next member out the bullpen was Will Resnik (High Point), who pitched one inning, giving up no hits and no runs, striking out two batters. Eric Martin (Tennessee) came in next for the home team throwing another scoreless for the Big Train. Henry Sisson (North Carolina) came in for the 9th inning and quickly ended the game for the home team.  The Big Train pitching was phenomenal on the night, giving up only one run in the ball game, striking out eight batters.

The Big Train started the scoring in the bottom of the 1st inning. Stephen Alemais (Tulane) started the inning off with a hard hit single to right field.  Alemais stole second base, and Logan Farrar (Virginia Commonwealth) walked.  On the next pitch, Alemais stole third base and Farrar stole second.  Alemais was able to advance home to give Big Train a 1-0, on a balk by the opposing pitcher.

The scoring continued in the 2nd inning for the Big Train.
Sean Labsan (Florida Atlantic) reached on an error and advanced to third base on a double in the left-centerfield gap hit by Cody Manzella (High Point). Kevin Tatum (Cornell) knocked in his third RBI on the season with a rope down the right field line Stephen Alemais recorded his second single of the night. driving home two runs, giving him four RBI on the season.

In the top of the 3rd inning, Devon Loomis was able to escape a bases loaded, no-out, jam, giving up only one run in the inning.  He struck out the Thunderbolts third batter looking, and then got the four hitter to ground into a double play on a perfect low and outside pitch.  It was the second smooth double play turned by the middle infielders, Stephen Alemais and Ryne Willard (N.C. State).

In the bottom of the 4th inning, the Big Train crossed the plate two more times. Cody Manzella singled and reached second base on a fielders choice. Stephen Alemais hit his third single of the game, moving Manzella over to third.
Alemais then stole second, for his third stolen base of the night. Farrar came up next and drove both runners home on a ground ball between the shortstop and third basemen, giving Farrar a team-lead five RBI on the season.  Big Train was up 6-1 going into the 5th inning.

The Big Train crossed the plate one more time in the 8th inning.  After a sharp hit double down the right field line by
Cody Manzella, and a sacrifice to move over to third base,
Josh Spano (High Point) recorded his first RBI of the season, knocking home Manzella, on a sacrifice fly to deep right field, giving the Big Train a 7-1 lead.

Notes: Alemais singled three times and also stole three bases....Manzella had two doubles and one single....
Tatum had two hits on the night....Farrar reached base three times...Silver Spring-Takoma starting pitcher, Garrett Pearson, out of St. John's, was drafted in the 34th round, 1021st overall by the Baltimore Orioles.

Big Train Come From Behind; Win 3-2.

The Bethesda Big Train came from behind two times to knock down the Baltimore Dodgers, 3-2, in 11 innings on Thursdaynight.  Jake Valdez (St. Mary's College (CA)) got the start for Big Train, pitching five innings, giving up three hits and one earned run, while striking out an outstanding seven batters.  Ray Lambert (Cal State Northridge) pitched the last four innings for Big Train, and only gave up one hit, while striking out six batters.

Luis Collazo (Virginia Tech) also pitched for the Big Train, striking out three batters in two innings of work.  The pitching staff dominated the game giving up a mere six hits, and two runs, striking out 16 batters in 11 innings.

While the pitching was great, the offense had to come from behind twice in order to pull out this tough victory.  The Dodgers started the scoring in the bottom of the 4th inning, and it was not until the 6th inning that Big Train was able to cross home plate for the first time.

With one out in the top of the 6th, Logan Farrar (Virginia Commonwealth) singled, advanced to second on a wild pitch, and moved over to third on a sacrifice by Ryne Willard (N.C. State).  With Grant Brown (Tulane) batting, the Dodgers pitcher threw a wild pitch and Farrar crossed the plate to tie the game at one a piece.

Down 2-1 in the top of the 9th, Big Train needed a big inning.  Andrew Brown (San Diego State) singled and drove home Sean Labsan (Florida Atlantic) to tie the game at two.  Ray Lambert was able to set down the Dodgers in order in the bottom of the 9th to go to extra innings.

Sean Labsan and Tony DiLeo (Eastern Michigan) both walked to begin the 11th inning, and things started to look positive.  Andrew Brown hit a sacrifice to advance the runners to second and third.  On the first pitch he saw, Farrar singled home Labsan for what ended up being the game winning RBI and only lead of the game for Big Train.  Once again, Ray Lambert shut down the Dodgers in the bottom of the 11th, striking out two batters, to give the Big Train 3-2 victory.

Notes: Logan Farrar led the team with two hits.... Johnny Cole (Coastal Carolina) and Tony DiLeo each walked twice and Sean Labsan walked three times... Big Train is now 2-0 on the season and looks to continue their win streak against the Vienna River Dogs in their home opener on Friday.
