These supposedly "high risk" groups include pregnant women, children less than five years of age (and especially children under the age of two) and everyone aged 50 and older. One researcher who reviewed the studies on influenza vaccines concluded in an article published in British Medical Journal that their effectiveness cannot be confirmed. He also observed that there is inadequate research to demonstrate their safety, stating, "The large gap between policy and what the data tell us (when rigorously assembled and evaluated) is surprising."
Childhood Flu Vaccine Inhibits Development of T-Cells
A newly published study in the Journal of Virology adds additional weight to the case against routine influenza vaccinations. Researchers have found that vaccinating children annually against the flu virus interferes with the development of virus-specific killer T cells. This means that the annual flu vaccine may protect children against the actual viruses in the vaccine, but at the same time makes them more vulnerable to any other virus that they are exposed to.

Bill Gates And His Vassals: WHO, PATH, GAVI And UNICEF, Behind The 2012 Chad Vaccine Disaster

In December 2012, in Gouro, a small village in Chad, Africa, situated on the edge of the Sahara Desert, five hundred school children were locked up at school and threatened that if they refuse to be vaccinated against meningitis, they would no longer receive any further educational benefits.
Thus; the children were vaccinated without their parents knowledge. Since the vaccine was an unlicensed product and still going through the third and fourth phases of testing, the children suffered horrific side effects.
Within hours after the vaccination, one hundred and six children begin to suffer from headaches, vomiting, severe uncontrollable convulsions and paralysis, while in agonizing moments, desperately waiting for a doctor to examine their condition. They had to wait for one full week before a doctor arrived, while the team of vaccination proceeded to continue the vaccination in other villages.
When the doctor finally came, he could do nothing for the children. When the vaccination team saw what had happened, the quickly fled the village in fear.The original report of this tragedy was written by Christina England, in VACTRUTH and also appeared in small local newspaper called ‘La Voix.’ ‘La Voix’ the only newspaper which published the maiden story, stated that forty children were transferred to a hospital in Faya, and later taken by plane to two hospitals in N’Djamena, the capital city of Chad.
After being shuttled around like cattle, many of those sick and weak children were finally dumped back in their village without a diagnosis and each family was given an unconfirmed sum around £1000 by the government. No forms were signed and no documentation was seen. They were informed that their children had not suffered any vaccine injury.
However, if they claimed the children didn’t suffer any side effects after the vaccination, why did the government compensated each family £1000, in what was described as hush money?
The only mainstream news channel to have highlighted over the plight of those poor children was a local channel called TChad, which filmed footage of the then-Prime Minister of Chad visiting the children in hospital. VacTruth has copies of both reports, along with medical and government documents.
Despite the evidence of the medical crime and VacTruth’s detailed and extensive coverage, including highlighting television footage, once again, the vaccine program was hailed a success. The groups involved in the fatal project were PATH, WHO, UNICEF, and the Gates Foundation. During investigations, it was discovered that the whole project was being run by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
In a press release, the Gates Foundation stated:
"MenAfriVac is a tremendous success story for the global health community. It is the first vaccine developed specifically for Africa, and it proves that global partnerships can develop and deliver high-quality, low-cost vaccines."
"Ten years ago, we invested in the Meningitis Vaccine Project, an innovative model that brought together PATH, the World Health Organization, African health ministers and the Serum Institute of India today, we celebrate the result: a modern vaccine selling for less than US 50 cents per dose with the potential to end Africa’s deadly meningitis epidemics.We believe that vaccines are one of the best buys in global health."
In January, Bill and Melinda Gates called on the global community to make this the Decade of Vaccines. There is no better way to launch this decade than with a new vaccine that will improve and save lives.

In nutrition, diet is the total sum of food taken by a person or an organism. The word diet means the use of certain intake of nutrition for health or weight management purposes( with both of them going hand in hand). Although, human are omnivores, each culture and each person holds some food preferences or some food taboos. This may be due to personal tastes or accepted principles. Individual dietary choices may be more or less healthy.




Complete nutrition requires ingestion and assimilation of vitamins, minerals essential amino acids from protein and essential fatty acids from fat-containing food, also food energy in the form of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Dietary habits and choices play an important role in improving the quality of life, health and increased life span.

Some cultures and religions have restrictions concerning what food are allowed in their diet. For example Judaism are allowed to take kosher foods, Islams Halal foods, Buddhists are generally vegetarian, meat eating may be allowed for Buddhists depending on the sects. In Hinduism, vegetarianism is allowed. Jains are strictly vegetarian and eating of root are not permitted.

A lot of people avoid food(diet) from animal source to a great extent( eg flexitarianism , vegetarianism, veganism, fruitarianism) f or health purposes, issues surrounding morality or reduced impact on the environment, although, some public assumptions about which diets have lower impact are known to be incorrect. Raw food is another contemporary trend. These diets may require tuning or supplementation such as vitamins to meet ordinary nutritional needs.

Hence, healthy diet help in improving or maintaining maximum health. In developed countries, affluence enables unconstrained caloric intake and possibly inappropriate food choices. Health, agencies recommend that individuals should maintain normal body weight b y consuming low calorie foods and sugary drinks, eating plant- based, limited consumption of red and processed meat, and limiting alcohol intake. The dietary guidelines for Americans is an evidence- based information source that policy makers and health professionals use to advise the general public about healthy nutrition.

Finally, diet may be chosen for weight loss or weight gain. Changing one's dietary intake or "going on a diet" can change the energy balance and increase or decrease the a mount of fat stored by the body. Some foo d are specifically recommended in conjunction with exercises. Specific weight loss programs can be injurious while others may be beneficial and this can be coined as healthy diets. The term s "healthy diet and diet for weight management" are often related, as the two promote healthy weight management. Having a healthy diet is a way to prevent health problems, and will provide the body with the rig ht balance of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.

Conclusion, a healthy diet is a diet that contain the six classes of food in the right pro portions that can enhance quality health, increased life span and help in weight management.

Fish Oil-How it Helps Hair Loss

While there have only been a few studies concerning fish oil and hair loss problems, the results of those studies have been positive. Good nutrition is imperative for hair health and appearance. One of the nutrients that is commonly lacking in modern-day diets is DHA or Docosahexaenoic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid.

There are a number of different things that cause people to lose part of their hair or go completely bald. Those things include:

• Heredity/genetics

• Mechanical stress; pulling, coloring, heating, etc

• Iron deficiency

• Exposure to toxins or poisons

• Lupus, an autoimmune disease

• Dysfunctional immune systems; either over-reacting or under-reacting

• Bacterial, viral and fungal infections

• Medications, particularly cancer treatments or chemotherapy

• Hypothyroidism

Some of those things cannot be addressed by dietary supplementation, such as genetics, heredity or mechanical stress. Others can. Iron deficiency is an obvious one.

Supplementation can actually be a cause if the oils contain impurities like mercury. Chronic exposure to that heavy metal has a negative effect on hair health. But, assuming that the supplement you choose has been tested for impurities by an independent laboratory, there’s no need to worry about that. Let’s look at the other causes, one by one.

Although, they did not look specifically at fish oil and hair loss problems, researchers have looked at the benefit of omega-3 supplementation in lupus, a painful condition that involves inflammation and is accompanied by a number of symptoms, sometimes including hair-loss. They concluded that omega-3 supplementation is beneficial, not only for hair health, but for reducing pain and inflammation.

Any condition that involves the immune system, of which lupus is one, benefits from omega-3 supplementation. As for infections, there are no specific benefits, other than supporting overall immune system health.


There has been at least one study that concerned fish oil and hair loss problems caused by chemotherapy. In it, the researchers found that DHA supplementation helped prevent the problem, supported hair health and reduced other negative side effects associated with chemotherapy.

Another study concerns the subject of fish oil and hair loss problems caused by hypothyroidism. That study concluded that Eicosapentaenoic acid or EPA may help prevent hypothyroidism, which means that it would also help prevent poor hair health caused by the condition.

Most of the supplements on the market contain both EPA and DHA. You just have to check the label to see how much of each is included. In many cases, the EPA content is much higher than the DHA. The reverse should be true.

DHA can be easily converted within the body to EPA and any other fatty acid, because it is the longest chain of the long-chained fatty acids. Up-converting from a shorter chain to the long-chained DHA is far less efficient. Only a small percentage, less than 4%, of EPA will be converted by the body to DHA.


Although this article focused primarily on fish oil and hair loss problems, you should be able to see that there are a great many other benefits. You might want to learn more about them.

There is no great mystery to the disease of modern civilization called cancer. It’s our number 2 killer and is in a large part a nightmare we have brought upon ourselves by the way we are now living. We are in fact poisoning ourselves to death with our artificial food our sedentary lifestyle and other lifestyle factors. All cancers are curable but you have to deal with the reasons that caused it in the first place.




We all believe there are only three ways to treat cancer but that is not true. There are certainly three ways that have a limited ability to remove some of the growths but they are not necessary cures. There are other ways that are far more effective because they deal with the cause or the reasons why it first grew but unfortunately no one can profit from them.


All cancers are curable but only by natural means. Natural ways to rid the body of cancer means finding the reasons why the growths first appeared and removing those reasons. That will allow the body to self-heal through our immune system. This system works for all cancers and works for everyone because we all have an immune system. A cancer growth is only a sign that something is wrong within the body so does it makes sense to weaken the body further with harsh treatments.

The cancer industry is keeping us submissive by suppressing information about true cures and persecuting anyone who dares strays from the 3 big money orientated treatments of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. While they are very good at applying these treatments, these treatments won’t prevent it from spreading or returning again because the growths are only the symptoms and not the problem.

I know it’s a very brave choice to go against traditional medicine but true cures means dealing with the cause and that’s something our medical specialists don’t do. Our medical system is very good at diagnosing cancer but their treatments years ago were ineffective and they are still ineffective today.

If your cancer is serious the changes that are necessary won’t be easy. Cancer is a serious disease and the treatment will need to be a full time commitment. Also there is no point in blaming a misplaced gene for a disease of modern western civilization. We have significant control over any bad genes we may have and that control is based on what we put in our mouths, exercise, sunshine, fresh air and adequate rest. That is, the way we should be living.

Of course using food and other lifestyle factors as medicine usually affects the body much more slowly that drugs. But in the end it is a much safer and more thorough option. It works by removing the causes of the illness, where as most drugs merely relieve the outer symptoms. Don’t forget that your body strives to heal itself automatically every single day. What you need to do to assist it is to remove the barrier that’s been stopping it from healing.

Exercise needs to be addressed as it is crucial when fighting cancer. Any cancer is a result of an immune system that didn’t stop wayward cells in the body from dividing so your first priority is to strengthen the immune system and you do that with some exercise everyday. The immune system needs muscular activity to function properly and any form of exercise is beneficial. Simply walking or aerobics are both very beneficial.

Learn about cancer, search for information, and don’t put your precious life in somebody else’s hands. There is a wealth of information available today but you must be very selective in what you adopt. Any information on healing the body of cancer must revolve around natural living. That is consuming fresh food that’s been unmolested by man, a little exercise everyday, a sensible amount of sunshine for the important vitamin D we gain from it, adequate rest and sleep and be aware of the many chemicals we unwittingly use that do cause us harm.

It will undoubtedly be tough when you are in the emergency room, knowing the life of a patient depends in your hands. The room is suffocating with unexplained pressure. You can almost hear everyone’s hearts pounding so fast and hard. Even the well ventilated room just can’t keep sweat away. Everybody is anxious of what’s going to happen next. And this time, one wrong move can end someone’s life.




That is a common scene surgeons handle from time to time. Some cases end up in death, others without much success, and still others into exhilarating triumph. Certainly, these people live one of the most stressful lives in the world. They are the first ones to take the shock of any consequence. And also the first ones to take up the most distressed moments of the bereaved. The earnings they make may not be enough to compensate those extra emotional and psychological doses.
